Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth? Good morning from Los Angeles, California. We come together each morning to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law together. We are waking up the world today. I wanna talk about manifesting wealth and passive income. So I think it's pretty interesting witnessing all the women's empowerment. And of course, I speak at a lot of big conferences, a lot of meetups, a lot of different avenues. And the one conversation that I've not seen or heard women really having in my space is around passive income and building actual assets. So I wanna talk about this because the truth is wealth is the ability to live life to its fullest and money makes it a lot easier, right? Money makes it available for us to leave our legacy. It makes it available for us to have the resources.

We want to develop our own message to bring to the world, to help organizations and nonprofits that we want and so on and so forth. Right? And it also frees up time because if you have true assets and true money, you're able to have money work for you instead of you working for money. So I wanna dive into this a little bit, and I feel like it's almost becoming a calling for me in the industry, because as I'm doing subconscious work and working with all different women in different empowerment ways and knowing the truth and teaching spiritual principle, there is nobody having the conversation around building assets on spiritual principle, because we, we are here to develop our consciousness, right? So if we're developing our consciousness in this world expressing ourself and bringing our specific message to the world, we should learn to use it to the fact, to have things work for us, to have it become easy and flowing.

The truth is that there's abundance only in the universe and the universe only knows abundance. So whatever you want, if it is really to help the highest good and have harmony, then having passive income is a must. You've gotta free up your time. You gotta free it up so you can keep creating and now and work on your business instead of in your business and have assets to allow you to do that. Also cash flow is wonderful, but if you get to the place where you just are having cash flow and you have expenses and cash flow, things happen, you know, economies can crash. Things happen out of our control. And so we need to prepare for those times through passive income, through having assets. Okay, so to break this on down, um, there's definitely, there's different aspects of making money, right? We can have a traditional job, be an employee. We can become self-employed and become, you know, running our, our, our basically exchanging our time for money, kind of a thing, right? Then the next one is becoming a business owner where we actually

Have the potential of having that business become an asset, but we still have to figure out and show up and then have to run the business. And then lastly is becoming an investor investing in things like real estate and, uh, stocks and bonds and mutual funds, whatever that is. And asset there's all kinds of assets to invest in, in today's world. There's technology assets, there's startups, there's all kinds of things, right? So the four areas, again are being an employee or being self-employed basically where you're exchanging your time for money. The third is becoming a business owner where you are actually creating the business and you are actually creating that, you know, that income, that stream and potentially having it become an asset, but it's a long game generally, or you can become an investor and you can invest in things like real estate or in other companies or whatever, where you are literally not actively in it.

Okay. So, and what, what I think so many people don't realize is becoming an investor in real estate, often as a business owner, because you are hands on, you've gotta figure out how to manage that and everything else. There's a difference be be, um, investing in real estate as a business owner versus just an investor. And so these are the education that we need to understand, because if we truly understand spiritual principle and we understand, we claim our birthright of prosperity, and we truly know how to free up our time, because that's one of an advanced consciousness things to learn and grow in this, in this world. In this lifetime, we have to understand and educate ourselves in this, in this particular context of what our culture has created and, and the game that we're up to here. And we have to like show up to see what is the reality for the collective consciousness and how do we play in this game.

And so I invite you to begin to take a look at what you're truly committed to and begin to open up your mind to what's possible because the truth is you are infinite potential, your infinite potential and the law of abundance in the universe is the truth is that the spiritual truth is that the universe only knows abundance. The entire cosmos is designed with infinite elemental equations with unlimited combinations. You get to decide what is passive income for you? You get to decide if you're an investor, or if you're a business owner, if you're self-employed or if you're an employee, whatever that is, it is you get to decide this, you get to educate yourself in this realm. You get to embody and surround yourself in the environment with people that are up to these great endeavors in their business so that they can free up to, to have more of a personal life, to not be overwhelmed with all the social media, to not be burdened with the emails and all this details of things that happen.
(05:42):
When I was, um, by the time I was 30, I became independently wealthy as an investor. My income stream from my investments put off enough money for all of my bills and all of my needs to be met. It was a huge endeavor to get there. I worked my ass off. I would buy and fix up homes. I would do, you know, all kinds of flipping and different things. And then I realized I would have to borrow money sometimes from what was called hard money loans or mezzanine financing, to be able to purchase the homes, cuz to get the good deals in real estate, you needed to have cash. I didn't have all the cash. I had to borrow the cash to get the property and then go finance it. And oftentimes those investors would make more money than I would make or the same amount.
(06:30):
And so I thought, Hmm, I wanna be that, that was easy. They just gave me money and, and they, you know, showed up and got their check at the end of it. They didn't have to do the remodel. They didn't have to take the risk as much cuz they, you know, they were only a small portion of it. So they would be happy to take it back. So I began to educate myself and understand how to become just the investor. And so today I'm here to declare for anybody out there that knows there's an easier way. It may be hard at first. You may have to build up those assets and work your tushy off to get there. But then it becomes smooth sailing. And if you diversify, you know, you can overcome some of the economical turmoil of corrections and different things going on like 2008 was hard.

A lot of my friends lost all of their assets because they leveraged them too much, but this is why we have to become educated. And so I'm just here to have the 1 0 1 conversation of building passive income of building assets of knowing that there is something within you that can create something so strong that you no longer even have to work for. Money, money works for you. That's the possibility. That's the potential. So cash flow is wonderful and yes, we want cash flow in our business and our coaching and whatever that is. But we really wanna build is freeing up our time so that we can create the next great message to bring to the world. You have a gift and a calling, you have a message to bring the world and you've gotta build your passive income to be truly, truly freed up. You don't have to, but it's one option.

And so on that note today, uh, the daily spiritual practice today is to go within, spend time within awaken that innovation, you know, when we're confused, we don't know the next step in our business. We oftentimes go out there, we try and figure it out and force it to happen. Instead I invite you to go within and awaken the innovation and unlimited creativity to manifest passive income within. And today's daily challenge is to educate yourself, like begin to take the courses, read the books, do whatever, get a coach, do whatever it is to begin to empower your consciousness. Because when you, when you do your subconscious work, when you empower yourself, when you educate yourself, when you put yourself in communities that are empowered, you naturally become empowered. It is that's the cause and effect of choice.
(08:54):

This is an engaged community. That's why they call it social media and podcasts are social media as well. So get engaged, ask questions and you will receive that's the moral of the story of this lifetime. You're here to advance your consciousness. You're here to, uh, understand how to build teams so that you take the workload off and you stand your genius. You're here to create wealth through wealth, through assets and through investing and things like that. So you can free up your time. This is an advanced consciousness classroom. So on that note, I know today is a day to claim your birthright of prosperity. Live your highest source, educate yourself and anything. And everything is possible.
