(00:01):

Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth.

(00:09):

Live from Los Angeles. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community in soul society, committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. So today I wanna talk to you about judgment letting go of judgment. So I don't work with couples, but I've been asked many times to work with couples. They come to me and they say, you know, we want spiritual counseling. We're having problems. And we need, you know, someone to delegate and, and figure out what's going on. And when they come to me, they, I basically tell 'em, I won't work with you together. I will work with you individually and birth your truth and get clarity and, and have you understand what's going on for you and deal with your traumas and so on and so forth. But I won't work with you together.

(00:59):

And it just doesn't work. So one day a couple came to me and they wanted me to work with both of them. And I told 'em that same thing. I won't work with you guys together, but I'll work with you individually, deal with your traumas, get clear of what your values are, your commitments, and getting clear of how that would work together. And they were really annoyed. They were like, why we don't understand how we ever gonna fix something. When, when, when it's completely apart. I said, well, it just never amounts to anything. I I've watched it over and over again. And it usually actually just compounds the arguments. So they got a little bit more annoyed. And so I just thought I'd kind of help. 'em guiding through of why. So I started asking them, you know, what is it that you, what, what, what do you fight about?

(01:41):

You know, and basically one of the co one of the, one of the couples said that they always felt like the other person just never listened that they, it was, they were never coming from compassion. They're always trying to tell them what to do. And the other person, the woman, actually, she said, I just feel like I, I could never make 'em happy, no matter what I do. I never make 'em happy. And so this is the point is that they both were pointing the finger at the other person, right? So you are such a powerful, spiritual being. Everyone is so powerful that the moment you even consider anything, the moment you judge new and the moment, whatever you, you set the human vicious cycle and motion. The number one thing that creates all problems in all relationships is judging the other person and making them wrong.

(02:32):

And it literally, it, it is a backfire in system. So how do we deal with this? How do we deal with this? Right? So, first of all, when anyone comes, it doesn't matter if it's relationship, cuz all of life is a relationship, right? You judge everything, you judge life, you judge things, you judge people, you judge whatever. And if we feel like we are the effect of something, we, number one will disempower ourselves. For sure. Right? The extent to which we hand our power over to our relationship, the extent we hand our power and judge money or judge life or judge. Anyway, we instantaneously experience feeling disempowered and at the fact of that thing, right? And so as we're in anything in life where we're judging it, it is literally we're, we're creating our own hell. So say this couple or whatever. So you're, you're judging, uh, you know, your career, you're judging your boss.

(03:22):

You're judging whatever in life, the moment that you assign a negative meaning to what is or is not occurring or to that person or thing or circumstances, you instantly experience a negative experience. Right? And so that's how powerful you are. And so there is a difference between judging and choosing to create something new, right? There's a very big distinction there. I can sit and judge somebody or something and just judge it and complain and, and feel the negative effect of that. And then I can also listen and go. This isn't a line with my truth. You know, whatever's going on in your relationship. Whatever's going on in whatever circumstance of your life. Judgment is a good thing. When it's used to actually just create what you do wanna create like this isn't working, let's adjust. I'm gonna adjust, not looking to the other person, the circumstances, anything.

(04:16):

How do I wanna create from nothing knowing that this is what it is. This person I'm in relationship is who they are. The world is what it is right now. The, my boss is whoever he is right now. I have only a power when I pull it back and I go, who do I need to be? How do I need to change? How do I need to show up? Or maybe this environment just is for me, whatever that is. Right? So judgment is a really tricky thing because when we judge, we literally imprint into our own subconscious mind, this feeling of being the effect, that's really what judgment is. It's feeling like you're the effect of something out there and that you're not the cause. So all of life basically is an entrapment. Judgment is an entrapment of life. I in that really unlocking the prison door into neutrality.

(05:08):

So all of life as you, if you're judging is just gonna keep bringing crap and everything for the judge, until you realize that you've got to neutral, you've gotta have it neutral. You've gotta have equanimity around it. Right? And once you come into that ne that neutral state of realizing it is what it is. You no longer judge. And you close the gap of suffering, which is accepting people, places and things as they are. And you close that gap in suffering. And when you accept and you stay neutral, then you know your freedom of choice. And so what is it that you wanna choose? You know, so as this couple began to do their inner work, they both did their separate work. They both dealt with traumas around relationship and what their belief systems were about love and not being worthy and all that stuff.

(05:57):

And they got down into what their core values were. What are your core values? Are, do you guys align in your core values, right? And then getting clear of what they're really committed to individually. And then I, they, you know, most couples, they have a choice, right? Most people are not identical, nor would we ever want everybody to be identical, but then they have the choice. Do they do their lives? Can they overlap? Can they both be committed? Both have the same values in both whatever, and still stay in peace and create joyful lives together. And I've had couples that have, I've had couples that haven't out of that. But the point is is that when you stop judging, when you start accepting people in places as they are, then you have choice. Then you get to look at it. And as is it, and have a, a power to say, do I wanna create with this person, do I wanna create in this circumstances, accepting my boss as he is, does this work for me?

(06:53):

Can I still create and be empowered in the situation or no? Can you only, are you still, you can't, you're not able to keep peace and you're not able to be fully empowered. That's where people begin to awaken from judgment. Judging is basically stating to yourself, your subconscious mind and the universe, that you're the effect of something that you are of less power over that thing to create and innovate through that. So expanding your thoughts perspective, liberates you from the chains of suffering. When belief systems alter, you start to flow. You freely flow in that, that zone, that flow, and you naturally have a journey into this beautiful state, recognizing enlightenment is not a destination, but it's a, it's a consummate of all experiences. It's delivered you to freedom that when you expand your consciousness and know that you get to accept and then create that there's this divine connection of truth and happiness, of course, you know, judgment.

(07:55):

One of the greatest, you know, teachers, I think of helping us move past judgment was Marcus radius bracket who was famed. He's a Greek emperor who he, you know, was in some of the greatest battles like bloodshed battles. And he wrote a book called meditations. And can you imagine, can you imagine this, this warrior, right? He's in a gruesome, gruesome physical massacres and found peace within like how could you not judge and be the effect and feel like life sucks. I'm judging life. I'm judging this situation. I'm judging, you know, all the stuff around a war, gruesome massacres, right? And he found this piece within. He said that he, you know, he, he described of how to find the, and persevere with continuity and conflict by following nature, as a source of guidance and inspiration, he was one of the first leaders known to man who spoke of the collective approach to consciousness and specified how important discipline and focus are as well as active pursuit of being a good person.

(09:02):

So when we judge, it's not about us, it's it really it's like stop putting the blame around somebody else, the circumstances, whatever it is, a war zone, a marriage that's going in disarray and start looking at who the grace within the grace of staying and principle. And when I train spiritual leaders, I train them in how to never make anyone wrong. Doesn't mean they keep themselves in environments or relationships that don't work, but never make anyone wrong. Seeing everybody for their divinity, right? If you can't hold them and know, this person is a great person, you don't belong in. They don't, they don't, you don't deserve to have them in your life. Right? How do you do this? How do you stay in this neutral state and know that it's all for your growth, it's all for you to birth more and more of your truth.

(09:52):

And if you're in a situation where you feel like you have to judge, because you just, it's just, you just can't find peace in it. Then you gotta listen to that and know that that means you're not in the right place, or you gotta adjust your beliefs and come present and, and really enjoy exactly where you are. And so the, in this, I just know that the truth is the moment you assign a positive or negative meaning to anything you instantaneously experience a positive or negative feeling judgment can be good, or it can be bad. Judgment is judgment. Just know that you are that powerful. That the moment you assign a meaning positive negative, you're gonna experience a positive, negative, meaning. That's the power. That's the choice you have. Your mind is the most powerful weapon you have. However, within it is the great eternal battle you are in the greatest battle you will ever fight.

(10:42):

And that is within between you and yourself. And so on this note, I just recognized today is the challenge and the practice of stay neutral, stay neutral. And in that neutrality of power today's universal law is the law of rhythm. Life is an energetic flow of vibration that moves in cyclical. Manner day becomes night, tides rise and fall. The heartbeats in and out this law brings balance and order through its centering equilibrium nature teaches us extreme beliefs. Judgment, intense actions are brought to neutral to the process of the law. Industrial markets are corrected via the symmetric Axiom swing. So this is what it is. Look at nature. Nature, nature has storms, but what happens in the storms, the roots get deeper in the trees. We, the plants get stronger. So know that whatever you're going through is for your highest good. And your perseverance is to stay in source, stay grounded and live your truth with firmness in that just live your truth.

(11:56):

And then you can let the rest of it flow. And so today's challenge is to stay neutral, to become the cause of a life. One must be able to avoid reacting to a practice, taking a deep breath between stimulus and your response. Take a breath. There's a, there's a power in the, what happens in life and how you respond to it. That's where the power lies that choice, right? There is a great power of choice in, in the sacred moment. Practicing, staying neutral is the key. And so instead of immediately assigning a positive or negative meaning to what does or does not occur, breathe, and then decide what you wish to create. The rhythm of life can be mastered by you when you stay neutral. So on that note, have a great day. And may you live your truth? Thanks again for tuning in to Dr.

(00:01):

Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth.

(00:08):

Live from Los Angeles. We come together each morning to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together in soul society with a vision to be the number one spiritual leaders community in the world, committed to enlightenment empowerment and of course entrepreneurship. So today I wanna talk to you about someday giving up the delusion of living for someday and of course, coming into the power of now. So, you know, I have many, many people that come to me to work with me. And one of the most common things and themes that people are dealing with is what we consider midlife crisis. Another thing that I deal with a lot is people who are, you know, thinking that they will someday be happy when they just figure out their career or someday they'll be happy when they just have enough money or someday they'll be happy when they just find that right partner.

(01:06):

And it's a trap. Let me tell you, it's a huge trap. So let's break this on down. Okay. So I had this one lady that came to me and she was midlife. She came to me and she said, I don't know what's going on. I don't know what's wrong with me. You know, I, I am just completely numbed out in my life. I'm not excited about anything. I don't know what's going on. And I said, okay, no worries. Tell me what's going on. She said, I, you know, I have a decent life. I have a decent marriage. I have a decent, you know, life. I, you know, my car, my car's decent. My house is decent. My kids are good. My friends are decent. I just don't feel like I'm alive anymore. I feel like I'm just like walking through life.

(01:50):

And, you know, we got into some subconscious processes. We got into all the work. And what we discovered was she had thought when she was a little girl that she, when she grew up and moved outta the house, that then, you know, then she'd finally be happy. Like someday when she moved outta the house, she'd be happy. And she moved outta the house. And then she was like, okay. And she wasn't feeling really fulfilled. So she thought, well, if I just, you know, of course she was in college. And if I, when I get my career and when I do that, then, then I'll be happy. And, and she graduated from college and she got a decent job and was kind of working in the industry that she wanted to work in. And she still felt like someone was missing. She thought, well, someday when, when I meet the right man, then I get married, then that's why I'm incomplete.

(02:32):

You know? And she met somebody and she got married and it was, you know, kind of beautiful like that, that process, but she just thought it, there had to be more, there was so many more to the, maybe it's just the children. I'm a, I'm a woman. I think that maybe you just don't F fulfilled until you have children. So she had children. And then, you know, then it was someday like, well, if they just, you know, if the kids just grow up a little more someday, when they're not as hard as little babies, then, then I'll be happy. You know? So the point is she started realizing through the subconscious processes of going back into re-experiencing and, and really looking at what was really going on. And she realized that she had been living for some day that someday she thought she'd be happy.

(03:11):

And it was always, always not the case because she was always living for some fantasy that was way out there in the future. And I think it's this really, really important point for all of us. I know that for me, in my twenties, I lived for someday. I was so determined to become a self-made millionaire. And I thought that I really, when I really be, would have financial freedom, then everything would work out. And it just, and it just wasn't the case. Sure. Some things were easy, of course, but it never, it didn't fulfill me the way I thought it would fulfill me. You know, oftentimes I'll have people come and they go, I just really want a relationship. I'm ready for a relationship. And we break it down. Like, what's your why? And, and all this stuff, because the most of the time when people come and they're looking for a relationship, they truly believe that then their life will be, you know, then it will be complete just like Jerry McGuire.

(04:04):

You know, you complete me, you really messed us up on that one, Tom cruise. But the point is, is this is that the law of the universe doesn't work like that. The law of the universe and impressing upon the subconscious mind, it only knows. Now it literally only goes knows now. And it basically just replicates whatever emotion and whatever you truly believe at at a subconscious level. And it literally has to project that out. And that's the lens that you look through. And it's actually what, you know, through law of attraction and things like that. That's actually what you're, you're creating at the, as the vibrational match as Abraham Hicks would say. So the point is, is this, is that living for someday? The issue with this is that you are pressing upon the subconscious as a lack. Something is missing and it's not here yet.

(04:54):

And the universe just says, and so it is something is missing and there's a lack. And it just reflects back that over and over again, you see that through the lens, you're looking through you experience that in your perception of life and so on and so forth. So let's break this down. How do you move past someday the misconception and getting present into the now? So what of course, as going through subconscious work, we deal with breaking through the trauma. Anything that's having that belief that you know, that you won't be fulfilled or that you're not worthy of love or all those things that we break through in subconscious work. But what we also do is we break through into what is your truth, because this is what I know for sure is that most successful people do not attach their success to the future.

(05:41):

You know, Oprah Winfrey didn't start her talk show. Like she wasn't miserable in the process. And then one day she was happy with the talk show. Like literally she, she was, she loved what she did. And she had many jobs before creating a 25 year talk show, right? I mean, obviously she loved it and she loved that hustle. You know, athletes don't generally say, I am gonna be happy when I get that gold medal. They love what they do. They love and they show up and they're, they're so present in what they do. And that's why they become the best of the best, right? A dancer, an actor, whoever it is. Yes. I'm sure that they have the vision and the hopes and the dreams of getting there. But if they're not present and loving the now and loving the journey, we hear this often over and over times with, you know, billionaires, you, when they're interviewed, they didn't do it.

(06:30):

They, yes, they love the money and yes, whatever, but really they love the deal. They love the process of the deal. They love that innovative factor. Right. So my question for you is if you don't, you know, what is it that you truly love doing today? And that's how you get present, right? I mean, yes, the power of now and getting present in mind and, and detaching from the future and, you know, healing the past, of course, that is imperative to do your subconscious mind, but it's a trap. And the reason why the power of now, and the reason why, um, you know, just practicing being the observer in the spiritual realm, meaning that you don't attach to the future of the past. You literally just stay right here right now. And that's great. It's a great process. It's a great tool if you will.

(07:20):

But the issue with getting just into the power now and not actually handing your and birthing your truth is that you'll constantly, constantly be trying and fighting to try and stay present and enjoy the here and now. So here is what I would consider living your truth. Living your truth is really getting clear about not only who you are and, and healing that trauma living your truth is getting clear of what you are passionate about. What is that exactly? What are you passionate about? What would you do if money was no factor whatsoever? What do you do when no one is watching you? And if you truly don't love what you're doing on a daily basis, like you miss the whole point of life living for someday is a trap. It is something that the movie show us and the happy ever after ending that is really delusional.

(08:17):

So coming back into the here and now, you know, asking yourself, what is it what's yours to do, right? Like this is not a dress rehearsal. Your life is not a dress rehearsal. Like what if today was the last day of your life? What if this year was the last year of your life? What would you do? And maybe you need to heal. Maybe you'd spend your time making amends and healing and saying goodbye to everybody. Right? And that you gotta do that anyway. But what would you do beyond that? You know, what would you do after you've done all of that stuff? You know, maybe it's that you haven't traveled enough. Well, then you need to be doing that now, along with what you'd be doing as your craft, as your career, as whatever it is that you truly love to do. So today's, you know, practice is to live in the now.

(09:03):

And I don't mean live in the now and just become one of these detached spiritual people that just is gonna be the observer. And you don't have any attachment to anything. That's not the type of live in the now I'm talking about, I'm talking about living so fiercely in the now and giving yourself fully to life fully to what you love and fully being you and only you and no one else. So today's universal law is a law of growth. And this states that nothing in the universe is still, everything is in motion and is designed for expansion. There is no time in the physical realm. However, in the physical realm, some things take time, such things as growth of a plant, becoming a dancer, building a home. This universal law allows us to witness and measure our ability to manifest and demonstrate through the space and time continuum.

(09:51):

And the reason why I chose this universal law today is because we often do live for someday. And if you are say an actor, say you are, um, a businessman say you are whatever it is wanting to become a spiritual leader. It takes time. You have to master certain things, certain skill sets, certain mindsets, certain different, you know, different aspects of that career. You can't expect to be the master the first day, right? So living for some day, you've gotta get into loving that process. It's the joy is in the journey. It's not in the destination. We know that we've heard it over and over again, but are you enjoying the journey? And if you're not, I be you to, you know, consider and get clear of how you're gonna live your truth and align to what you truly wanna be doing. So you're not living for someday.

(10:45):

So today's daily spiritual practice again, is to live in the now. And the question is, where in life have you been living for someday, make a list of all the things you think will make you happy someday, right? Making that list and realizing that some day's gotta be now. So create a list of things that you thought would make you happy, but you never fully accomplished or were shortlived in bringing you happiness. Right? This is the point of acknowledging. Oh yeah. I thought that would make me happy. And that didn't make me happy. It might be, you know, I thought I'd be happy when I got married and then I'm not happy. Or I thought I'd be happy when I moved into that next house. And yeah, I'm, I'm still kind of dealing with not being fully happy. Like you have to acknowledge where you've created this and been an illusion of someday next is create a list of your dreams and the things you'd like to accomplish.

(11:36):

Right? So create a list of all the obstacles that are stopping you from the things you want to accomplish. For example, if you're waiting for something to happen, so you can live the life you've always wanted to live, right. Are you waiting to make enough money so that you can finally do what you really wanna do? Are you waiting until you are the ideal? Wait to get back into the dating world. Are you waiting to get enough information to know what you wanna do for a career? Are you waiting to write a book? You, when you have enough courage, are you waiting? What are you waiting for? Right. What are you waiting for? This is the truth. Is that the only thing standing between your dreams is procrastination. Literally the only thing and just re knowing right here, and right now that you are a powerful spiritual beam, that if you are living for some day, you miss the entire point of life.

DAILY INSPIRATION: Story of Dr. John Demartini

DAILY UNIVERSAL LAW: Universal Law of Evolution

DAILY SPIRITUAL PRACTICE: Focus on Gratitude

DAILY CHALLENGE: Shift your mindset

Transcription:

(00:01):

Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth. Live from Los Angeles. We come together each morning to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We come together also as a community in society. Our vision is to be the number one spiritual leaders community in the world, committed to enlightenment empowerment and yes, entrepreneurship. We know that each person that awakens has a gift and a message to bring to the world. And that's you, you are the highest product to produce. You gotta claimant now. So let's talk about this thing today. Scarcity mentality Nevil said man's chief delusion is his conviction that there are causes other than his own state of consciousness. That's I mean, such a profound quote man's chief delusion is his conviction that there are causes other than his own state of consciousness. So true. And I think that it's confusing because we think that our consciousness is just the individual consciousness.

(01:09):

No, our consciousness is the independent individual consciousness. It's also the collective consciousness and it's the cosmic consciousness. And we, we feel like we're divided, but it's never the truth. It's impossible. So scarcity mentality, there was a great story. Years back. I remember listening to, uh, Dr. John D martini. He's considered one of the leading human behaviorists and personal development speakers today. And one day he was taken a flight from Phoenix to Las Vegas, and he sat down next to, you know, this pretty young girl who proceeded to ask him about his travels. And he told her he was on his way to, you know, speak at a seminar in Las Vegas. And she was asking him all these questions. I don't think she knew who he was. And he was like, well, you know, I'm, I'm kind of a life coach, duh, da da. So she started gabbing away about her life.

(02:02):

And she asked if he would advise her on her own love life. She said she loved her life, but the one area of life that she still really, really wanted to find like her soulmate or whatever. And, um, he was sitting next to her and you know, like so many people that are in this industry, he's like, okay, well, you know, the universe brought me this girl right next to me and she needs help. So therefore let's do this thing. So he started asking her questions, you know? So I want you to tell me about your life and about, you know, the qualities of, of the men that are in your life that you like. So she started talking about everything from, you know, her boss, uh, she worked at AGM and how great her boss was to her and how he'd take her and her girlfriends out and spoiled them and stuff like that and how she had her hairdresser would, was hilarious.

(02:50):

And she loved how funny he was. She'd always be on the floor, laughing. And then she talked about her. Ex-boyfriend how they still were kind of like sleeping together because they, they had really great intimacy, but, you know, they just weren't compatible. As far as in a relationship, she kept talking, kept talking and all of a sudden John was like, you know, I want you to understand that the universe is always abundant. It always gives you exactly what you want. Always, always, always. And so he was like, you know, if you take a look at the universe, it always already gives you what you want. You already have all these amazing men in your life and how literally we can. Yes, it can all come in one person, one partner, but we have to get and acknowledge that you already have everything that you really need.

(03:36):

The universe has already delivered that to you. And then it's really perception is as we stay in that lack mentality, we're not allowing the flow and the abundance to grow from there. And how, you know, the epiphany was realizing for the first time, how wonderful everything was in her life and, and really accepting and realizing the profound perfection of her life and exhaling in gratitude. The truth is that life, all of life is energy. When we create a negative or positive, you know, use of it, it's the same energy. This is a law that we can literally take the energy and use it to create bounds and create the ex the experience of having lack. There's no such thing as lack. The universe only knows abundance. And it's the same energy that creates the, the bounds, the scarcity, the, you know, having no money feeling of scarcity in, in your money or your health or any of those things.

(04:33):

And shifting it into abundance, shifting into this, this unlimited resource, there's infinite, infinite equations in the universe. There's, there's only so many elements, but the amount of ways we can put the elements together is infinite. There is only abundance in the universe and that's the truth. And so in this, knowing, knowing there's a decision, there's a decision to say, you know what? I see life working for me, not against me. I see how there's only possibility. There's no such thing as a problem. There's only innovation and the ability to create. And so in this one energy source called consciousness, we either can use it to create scarcity or abundance. It's one and the same. So through understanding the laws, you can either create scarcity or abundance. And through this, we understand it's all about the thinking and where you're directing your energy. So when you finally decide and choose to focus, act and create abundantly, there's this law of correlation, Newton's third law, the law that says that everything is a reflection.

(05:43):

Everything that we feed, everything that literally there is a cause and effect of every last ounce of every thought that we choose the universe always gives you exactly what you need, whether it's in a form of a lesson or a blessing or a form of love, the universe nudges you towards awakening, always so anywhere where you feel like you are stuck or have scarcity, that is the universe trying to create the breakdown for the breakthrough is trying to show you how to succumb to the truth of who you are, which is always abundant. So today's daily spiritual practice is to focus on gratitude. Today's universal law is the law of evolution. The law of evolution states that the creative process begins with a belief in mind, which sets polarity into motion. Evolution is the result of this polarity in physical form in evolution is the internal impression upon mind.

(06:45):

And what informs universal law evolution is the outcome of a law in motion, which affects the elements and chemical reactions. So the point is, is this that your so power that the minute you even consider life to be abundant or scarcity or scarce, you literally set things in emotion. You're that powerful. We know this through the observer effect, that what if you saw life as abundant? What if you started looking through that lens, you actually create the abundance. That's how powerful you are. And so in this today, the daily spiritual practice again, is to focus on gratitude, focus on gratitude. So pick one of the following, write down 20 things. You're grateful for write a letter of gratitude to someone, or make a phone call to someone you're grateful for and let that person know that things you're appreciate about him or her. How do we get in the flow of abundance?

(07:38):

We first have to recognize the abundance that already is. And in that there's a circulation, there's a non stuckness that happens. And in that all things are possible. So with this today, as I work with people subconsciously on claiming their birthright of, of abundance, one of the things that we do is we take inventory. We take inventory of all the places that we have come from scarcity. Maybe it's handing your power over to something around money. We do money breakdowns, right? So if you're trying to have a breakthrough around money, it's important to take a look at everywhere that you've handed your power over in money. Where did you do things? Because you thought you were the, you were less powerful than money. Where were you in relationships? Because you considered, you needed money and someone had more money or whatever that is, right? There's so many ways that we have given our power over to the scarcity mentality that we feel like we've been the effect of life and not creating from them abundance.

(08:38):

So it's important to first take full inventory and take a look and recognize that's always a first step is to wake up, right? How do we wake up? We have to look at where we've created scarcity. We've gotta take full responsibility. And then we've gotta reprogram that comes down to of course, dealing with your traumas, dealing with things like that, looking at where you've handed your power over, over in consciousness and created this scarcity mentality. Then we've gotta take a look at what we truly are committed to. And if we truly are committed to making a difference in the world, we need money. We need to have the impact. We need to have that. And it takes exchange. It takes building a team. It takes doing things that we really wanna have, uh, an impact on the world. You know, I think so many women in particular are not driven by money because we don't, we haven't made the connection.

(09:26):

We haven't made the connection of our, why that links in with making money. You know, a really profound thing happened last week, where a girlfriend of mine shared some huge goals she had in life. And I mean, her goals were to make $2 million a year. And, and she wrote down her goals specifically, and she wrote down her why, of why and how the impact of her life and who she could impact with making that $2 million a year. And I remember I was driving home cuz she was downtown. I was driving home and I started thinking about what is my, why? You know? And I mean, of course I already had the why I have my mission, but I realized in that moment, by just her sharing her vision of making millions of dollars, it shifted the potential for me, the possibility. I mean, I didn't think I had any limiting beliefs about money.

(10:19):

I had become a self-made millionaire by the time I was 30, I was making great money and I, you know, felt like I don't have limiting beliefs. But what I got was that I'm not playing a big enough of a game that I'm still at some level having a scarcity mentality because I'm thinking about a smaller game than, than really impacting millions of women around understanding that their birthright is prosperity. Their birthright is abundance. And so in me, knowing that I am shifting my life into playing a much bigger game because I've been a millionaire, but that doesn't mean I have millions of dollars cash flow every year. What would that look like? What would it look like? Every time you go anywhere, you know that you can pay for anything you may not choose to. You still may respect money that you have that, that choice always you could walk into any store.

(11:10):

You can help anybody, the homeless person on the street. You could help somebody. If they're in a, in a bad spot in their life, you could create organizations that make a difference in the world and so on and so forth. Like that's the power you never have to succumb to considering money. When you're doing something, you literally come from a space of power. And that is, what's so important for so many women. We haven't made that connection of money and our why. And when we do that, everything shifts. And so knowing this letting go of scarcity mentality and stepping into our birthright of abundance, may you live your truth? Thanks again for tuning in to Dr. Aaron and soul society podcast, I'd

DAILY INSPIRATION: Maya Angelou

DAILY UNIVERSAL LAW: Law of Reciprocity

DAILY SPIRITUAL PRACTICE: Live 100% Complaint Free

DAILY CHALLENGE: Focus on What You Want To Create

Transcription:

(00:01):

Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. May you live your truth. Live from Los Angeles. We come together each morning to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community in soul society. Our mission is to be the number one spiritual leaders community in the world, committed to enlightenment empowerment and entrepreneurship, because we truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. So we are awakening the world together. Let's do this thing. You guys come complaining. The topic is complaining. Maya Angelou said, imagine who we would be if we were complaint free. If only 1% of the population was complaint free, we would have the courage to love. I think war would be laughed out of the room. Just imagine people would speak kinder to one another. We would care more about the children.

(00:59):

We would love everyone, black Jewish, the Chinese, the homeless, your neighbor. We would no longer blame anyone. We could touch each other. It would be just the beginning of paradise, nothing condemn the light, which shines from within Maya Angelo. So complaining is a fascinating topic. Um, you know, I had a girlfriend years back. She was on Facebook and, um, she was concerned because she was going on a weekend trip with her mom, but she was worried because she said that her mom often complained a lot and played the victim of life. And she didn't know, she was a little bit nervous because she was stepping into her spiritual practice and she was thinking, how am I gonna handle this? You know, what, what am I gonna do? And she posted it on social media and Facebook and seeking, basically seeking advice from people, how to handle the situation.

(01:49):

And some people would say, you know, just try and empathize. Other would say, you know, set your boundaries. Other would say, you know, you should counsel her, get real, you know, whatever. And my friend decided to have a genuine conversation. She'd gone on the trip. And she, she posted after her. And, and what she did was she basically decided to have a genuine conversation and really just talk with her mom and get authentic and get transparent and really have a heart to heart. The weekend came and after a couple days, you know, she said that her mom had been complaining and, and, and when they had that conversation and they got really deep, her mom, basically, they kind of had some like a breakthrough session and her mom realized her core belief was that she was worthless. Like that's why she basically complained a lot.

(02:37):

And my girlfriend also, she realized in the conversation in this entire process, that she had a similar belief that she, she believed that she wasn't enough. And she realized that there was this correlation going on within her mom. And that she actually was, you know, complaining about her mom complaining. Like it was a very similar thing in other than she wasn't really complaining. She had the intention of breaking through, and that's the distinction she found for herself that you can complain just to complain without consciously being aware of what's really going on. And you complain about somebody complaining or whatever with the intention to actually figure it out and actually break through it. And that's the difference, right? So she's posted on social media. She said today while counseling, my mother, I discovered that thinking that I'm not enough is a step up for my mother's belief, that she's worthless that day. She had a life changing realization and no longer would ever be able to view someone who complains in the same way. She understood that others often when they complain is out of a place of inadequacy and she felt total compassion for her mom. She never looked at her mom complaining the same.

(03:49):

And so we need to consider that all complaints are projections of frustration and disempowerment with them. Anytime anyone's complaining it, you have to understand they really are a disempowered human being because they truly believe that there are the effect of something out there in the world. All negative feelings that you experience are projections outward into the world of circumstances, creating the illusion that you're separate from all of life. When you complain, it's like praying for crap. Literally, if you understood the law and understood that we energized the law by our feelings, right? So we energize our, our, the law by our feelings. And if we're praying for, uh, praying forever complaining, then basically we're energizing. What we don't want, which is ridiculous. Cuz that's gonna bring more of what we don't want. So when you complain, it's like praying for crap, right? And it's no fun.

(04:46):

It's no fun to be around somebody that complains all the time. It's no fun to be around yourself when you're complaining all the time. So the paradoxical phenomenon is you spot it. You got it. If you're complaining about somebody complaining, then you've got the same thing, right? You're you're doing the exact same thing. So here's the deal. When I work with people with subconscious work, we are obviously birthing their, their power, their passion, their purpose, right? We're really empowering the human being again, we're, we're spotting in the consciousness where we commanded our own chains within our life, where we put ourselves into a box where we became the fact of life. And we're basically recovering consciousness, re we're recovering the truth of who that person is. So there's one gap in suffering. And if you put your two hands out, like away from each other, and there's a gap between the two hands, you know, put your palms towards each other and you put a gap and on one side there is, you know, people, places and things of how you wish they were.

(05:55):

And on the other hand, you imagine life as it is. And when you truly close the gap and accept people, places and things, and no longer complain about life, there's freedom, there's choice. There's power. In that, the extent to which we complain is the extent to which we actually feel like we're the effect, or we wish things were different in the world. And if that's the case, anyone would feel disempowered in this world. So the question for you today is really that, where do you wish things were different? Where do you feel like you're the effect of life? And if you truly feel like that, then you know, you're gonna constantly, constantly never be a powerful person. You've got to accept and then come from a place of what you truly wanna create. And so there's always a payoff. There's a payoff when we complain about life and it's that we're right.

(06:51):

It justifies at some level, our disempowerment, it justifies why we are not in grace. It justifies, you know, our victimhood, it justifies this, this space within us. And so today the daily spiritual practice is really to be a hundred percent complaint free. What would it be like for you? I mean, imagine life, if you did not ever complain, it is a total practice. It's like a muscle you gotta build. That's never, ever been worked. It's like, if you went to the gym and you're like, I wanna work this thing called complaining. And they're like, what's that it's like some little tiny muscle in the wrist or something that you've never used before. And they don't even have machines at the gym for you to work that out, but you gotta work out your wrists. It's like this tiny little muscle that's never been used before and you, and you gotta build it up and build it up and build it up.

(07:44):

And I remember when I first decided to be complaint free, like no complaining, focusing only on what I do want to create instead of what I don't want in life. Right. It was so hard. I'm not gonna lie. And I realized that every single girlfriend I had around me, all they did was complain. We didn't think it was complaining. We thought we were just talking about life and evaluating life, you know, and, and talking about people and, and, and what was right and what was wrong and da, da, da, and all this stuff. And it was, it was complaining. And when I truly decided to stop complaining, it was super hard. I had to really inspire my friends around me and enroll them into the possibility of not complaining. It was challenging within myself. I would find myself, even in my mind, chatter, you know, talking and thinking about what I didn't like.

(08:33):

And it was it's, you know, I would say, I would say, no one has fully mastered it because we have this thing called a mind. And the, the mind, the brain basically wants to problem solve. Right? So it's constantly looking for the problem. And so to direct it and go beyond complaining, you've gotta create a much bigger game. You've gotta create something for the brain to solve that is out of creation, creating it's out of creating something instead of problem solving. Okay. And that it, the brain's able to do that. It's able to create because that's like a problem solving of creating that into existence. So today the daily spiritual practice is to be a hundred percent complaint free. The universal law of the day is a law of reciprocity. The law of reciprocity states that the universe is a quantum field where everything is connected.

(09:24):

There is a mutual dependence action and exchange between you and the universe. You get what you give and you reap what you sell, whatever you send to the cosmos, whether it is good or bad or a complaint, it must return. This is a law of mutual exchange. Therefore every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Life is like playing a game of ping pong. Whatever you give to life is return to you, multiplied abundantly. And so in that today's practice is to be a hundred percent complete free for 24 hours. I imagine just for, if you could just do it for 24 hours, so practice non complaining, be gentle on yourself and others through this process, keep the faith that over time, your entire life, as you know, it will alter into a world beyond your recognition. Imagine if you didn't complain, complaining contracts, the heart stresses, the mine creates acid and toxins in the veins.

(10:23):

When you're ready to have abundant energy and vibrant vitality, you will detox from complaining, live a complaint, free life, and avoid talking about people behind their back. Unless it's to say how wonderful they are. Stop you're complaining mentally and start solution mentality, or start creativity mentality. This can be one of the biggest game changers in transforming your life. Huge, huge, huge. Imagine, imagine if you never focused on the negativity, it doesn't mean that there's not crap going on in the world, but it means that you choose to create whatever you're creating. This exercise is simple. Play close attention to your thoughts and focus on them. The moment you hear yourself complaining or getting into a negative discussion with others, switch the focus towards what you're grateful for, and then literally switch it into what you're creating in your life. And I've had girlfriends ask, you know, okay, so I don't wanna complain.

(11:22):

What do I even talk about? You know, like we're so used to talking or, you know, we come together with girlfriends and we're talking about this guy or this thing or whatever, and we evaluate it and we complain about it. And I remember also thinking, what is it? And the difference is like being in the stands versus being on the court. There's a great distinction here. When you're in the stands of, of the game of life, you're evaluating it. You're looking at the, the players in life and you're, and you're evaluating them. Oh, that was a good shot. Oh, that was a bad shot. Oh, he, he should do this. Oh, oh, they did that. Oh gosh. That was terrible. That they did that. Right. If you're in the actual game of life, you are, you are only thinking about how you're gonna get better, how you're gonna make this move, what you're deciding to, to, you know, play out how you're playing offense, how you're playing defense, how you're, you're not evaluating, you're doing it.

(12:13):

You're making a plan and you're taking action, right? So you're either one of those people that's sitting in the stands and evaluating life, or you're in the game of life and you're playing full out. So remember it takes time to get to the habit of switching your focus. This is not an easy thing. This is a new muscle. So don't beat yourself up for being imperfect around this take baby steps. And when you find yourself complaining, just acknowledge it, forgive yourself and create something new. Okay? Find solutions, focus on what you do want. And it will all manifest perfectly. Your word is power. Every thought, every, every action, everything speaks volumes into your own subconscious, into universal law. And every single person around you won't know what's going on. But from a subconscious standpoint, they're like, whoa, something is shifting in this person. Trust me. So on that note, if you wanna reclaim your birthright of power, which you always are always almighty, powerful, but switching and releasing the chains of being the effect of life and closing that gap of suffering into acceptance of people, places, and things exactly as they are so that you can powerfully decide to create what you want. You gotta give up a complaining, have a wonderful day, and may you live your truth.
