DAILY INSPIRATION: What is the science of mind? What is New Thought Movement? Science of mind is a book, a movement. Louise Hay. Hypnotism, positive thinking, affirmative prayer, visioning, law of attraction, universal laws, spoken word, subjective mind, creative process, heaven or hell. The science behind Science of Mind is that our demonstrations are measurable! Mental equivalent.

DAILY UNIVERSAL LAW: Today we align with The Law of Creation. This is the mode of operation of how the creative process of the universe works; It is the unfoldment of thought through Universal Law into form. The first cause of all things created is from Spirit (Your Higher Self). All of the Universal Laws are based upon primary law of spirituality, the reality that all things are created from Spirit (Your Higher Self). Spirit manifests itself in and through all creation, but is not absorbed by its creations. The manifest universe is the body of Spirit. This creative principle works for everyone equally. How they use it can have them experiencing it magnified, but it is always equally available to everyone.

DAILY SPIRITUAL PRACTICE: Take time today to know the truth. Go into prayer and know with certainty the truth that you are a powerful spiritual being.

DAILY INSPIRATION: The truth is that you are already an almighty powerful spiritual being. The extent to which you realize you have created what you don’t want is the extent to which you can begin to create something new. My girlfriend found out her sister’s next door neighbors house was for sale. She immediately started telling herself how it was the worst time. Then she stopped herself. Long story short she realized her 401k could purchase real estate. Then she began to ask herself about love and realized she had love for her best friend. Wake up, reprogram, align, affirm. Everything is manifested from the power of decision in mind, the consideration, the commanding within the subconscious mind. You have the power to decide something new. Zenblanity and Serendipity.

DAILY UNIVERSAL LAW: Today we align with The Law of Transcendence.  This law is based on the axiom that nothing stands still. You are either moving upward or downward in consciousness. This expanding and contracting factor results in your future embodiment within the physical realm and beyond. The point of life is ever expanding growth.

DAILY SPIRITUAL PRACTICE: Practice seeing life from the perspective of perfection. Life is unfolding perfectly and is a direct reflection of your creation.

DAILY INSPIRATION: What you focus on expands. The power of your word. The number one reason people aren’t getting what they want. You always get what you are committed to. How complaining affects your relationships, your career and money, your health and vitality. Story of an interview about relationships and how I asked what they wanted and they both said what they didn’t want. The universe only says and so it is. It doesn’t hear a negative want.

DAILY UNIVERSAL LAW: Today we align with The Law of Relativity. What occurs on a microcosm level is what happens on the macrocosm level. Spiritual truth and Universal laws are absolute truth. However, they can be individually used for a relative perspective and experience.  Each person is endowed with the individual use of the One Mind in the exact portion and distortion they choose at a soul level.  Furthermore, your individual reality is in direct relation to the whole.

DAILY INSPIRATION: I remember when I first did a 40 day challenge. Eventually my book came out of the process years later. Both Science and Religion have advocated the concept of habits, aka discipline. According to Dr. Maxwell Malz (1960), the famous surgeon who noticed how long it took for his patients to get used to seeing themselves after an amputation, it is at least 21 days to form a new habit. Phillippa Lally (2009) conducted a study in which she found that i took anywhere from 18-254 days to create a new habit. Based on multiple research studies, it appears it can take between two to eight months. The bible speaks of 40 days. Knowing the truth vs. living the truth.  The point is whatever you seek to attract through the law of attraction you must embody.

DAILY UNIVERSAL LAW: Today we align with The Law of Attraction or Resonance. This Universal mechanism is best described by the axiom, you attract and repel that which you are. This law is the culmination of all the Universal Laws and describes how you manifest and demonstrate through physical embodiment.  Life sets into motion by the magnetic frequency of your soul which is created from your beliefs, the actualization of who you are, and the actions you take.

DAILY SPIRITUAL PRACTICE: Practice, Practice, Practice.

DAILY CHALLENGE: Pick one thing you want to develop a habit around and get an accountability partner.
