Welcome

(00:01):

To society, the shift, your movement. So you do so truth

(00:08):

Live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron, Dr. Divinity. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community in soul society, which is committed to being the number one spiritual leaders, community committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. And our mission is to awaken a billion people globally and how we are doing that is creating spiritual leaders. So we are in a series right now. We are in a series of live your truth. We are in number seven of number 12 in this series. So you can go back and binge all the other ones. And if we have completed all them, then you can binge ahead. So live your truth. This is a great series.

(00:54):

This is a series of something that is a framework that I use in soul society for training in basically birthing someone's truth. It is based off of a 22 year process that I went through in all different modalities, Greek, Oracle processes, Socrates method, um, doing all my inner spiritual work and sitting down one day and saying, what the hell are we doing here? How is this, you know, what is the overall spectrum of what we're doing when we're healing ourselves and birthing our truth? And the core work is to birth the true essence that you are your true identity, which is the, I am identity. The part of you that is the true self letting go of all limiting beliefs, letting go of all false identities. And the second part of the truth triangle is birthing your purpose, really your relative truth, you know, those ultimate truths and relative truths.

(01:49):

So how do we bird that we gotta get clear on your core values, your core, you know, what you value, what, who are you, what, what do you care about? And knowing that you need to be able to put boundaries and be able to no longer, you know, be the victim of life and placing the responsibility or your power out to the world. The third part of the triangle is birthing your purpose. And that is basically looking at the suffering that you've gone through in your past lives and this life, because all memory is stored in your DNA and being able to understand how to shift that into a triumph and understanding that there's a formula for birthing that purpose. And then we basically create your life purpose statement and in the center of the triangle is living your truth. And it's very different to know your truth versus living your truth.

(02:35):

And this takes discipline. This takes a daily spiritual practice. That's this takes being the spiritual badass that you really are. Okay, so let's do this thing. So number seven today is on confusion problems and quandaries. Okay. This is in the second part of the triangle of birthing your passion, birthing your, your relative truth. This is really what it is. So I've had many clients over the years, you know, they come with with problems, confusion, quandaries. Okay. So we, first of all, need to understand what these are. Okay. So a confusion is a lack of understanding or a state of disorder. You know, this is one of the most common. I remember being like this when I was in my twenties, I was so confused and overwhelmed. I didn't know what the hell was going on. I thought, how do I, how do I navigate this thing called life?

(03:21):

You know, there's so many different things going on. I didn't know what my purpose was. I didn't know anything. Even though I was obsessed with spirituality and consciousness and everything, I still didn't. I didn't know what to do with it or where it was going. I had no idea whatsoever. Right? So confusion is one of the most common things that I have come have people come to me with. Um, I have people come with quandaries, for example, I've I have people that come, um, I have one gal that she was married and she, you know, didn't know what to do. She, there was parts of her marriage that worked, and there was parts that were very dysfunctional and she didn't know, should I stay? Should I go dah, dah? Right. So went through a lot of processes, getting clear of what she was really committed to, what her core values were.

(04:01):

And then she had to live on those principles within her marriage and was able to actually have the, the marriage begin to work because she knew who she was. And she began to put those principles and embody that instead of making her husband wrong, she started embodying what was working for her. And it, uh, you know, went on the path of what was right for her. Okay. So confusion is something that we all deal with, especially in today's world with overwhelm, with so much information. You know, I remember years ago I was in Los Angeles. I was, um, I was doing, uh, my finishing up my doctorate. My son was still in Utah. He had graduated from high school at this point in time, but I still was really confused cuz like, well, do I go back and you know, be there for him, even though he is outta high school and he's doing his own company and whatever, but I had to really get clear of again.

(04:50):

And remember, it's not like, it's not like you do this one time. These, these formulas you do 'em over and over and over again, anytime you're questioning anything. So I had to go back and do a process. Remember that my core core value was, um, you know, getting clear of, of the growth and, and what my legacy was here and what my mission was here. And in that it re it reminded me that there's a reason why I'm in Los Angeles. You know, I'm here to spread the word through media, through the show, through, you know, networking through being an influencer. So confusion is, again, the definition is a lack of understanding or a state of disorder, a problem. You know, many people come with problems. Um, I had, you know, CEOs and celebrities, I deal with everything from problems of, of addiction to, you know, having problems with not being able to get money or keep money or, you know, all kinds of problems in their businesses.

(05:41):

Right? So the definition of a problem is a source of perplexity distress, or a challenge. Okay. And a quandary. That means that basically people are having two different goals that are butting up against each other. For example, you know, I want to become a millionaire, but I don't wanna hustle. I want freedom. And I want whatever. Right. So that becomes a quandary. It's like there's mixed goals going against each other. So a quandary is a state of being able to decide what to do about a situation in which you are involved. Okay. So example is I wanna have financial freedom, but I feel like I have to hustle all the time to get there. Okay. That's very typical. Very common thing I deal with with coaches, especially another one is I love my boyfriend, but I don't know how he, I don't like how he treats me.

(06:25):

Right. This is a quandary. Like, how do I love him? But I don't like him. Right? That's a quandary. <laugh> that's confusion. That was overwhelmed. That's a problem I wanna live. This is another one. Okay. Another example I wanna live in the city, but it's so expensive. Okay. How do you deal with this? Right? How do you deal with this? Another one is I want financial security, but I don't like my job. Okay. These are all the examples of a typical things of confusion, problem and quandary. And I want you today to be able to, when you walk away from this podcast, to be able to have some tools that you can begin to problem solve in your life, you can begin to deal with the confusion. You can begin to deal with quandaries in your life. Okay. So we're going to basically break this on down.

(07:05):

So all confusion, all confusions are the opportunity to get clarity on your core values in your core commitments. Okay. So all confusion. So anywhere in your life for your confused, it's about getting back down to your core values. For example, somebody may not know their purpose in calling yet, but what they can get clear on is that they're committed to growth. Okay? So a lot of times, cuz people will come, they'll go, oh, I wanna discover my purpose in calling, but they're still number one. They still haven't done all their inner healing. So they haven't had triumphs over their trials. And two, they haven't developed themselves enough to understand what that purpose is. So at that point in time, the core value and core commitment is growth and healing. And so that is that answers. It. It's not about necessarily developing their business yet. It's about still doing the inner healing and still learning and growing.

(07:56):

Okay. So all problems. The next thing is the next problems are the opportunity to awaken the innovation within all problems are the opportunity to awaken the innovation within this is the deal from a spiritual perspective. There's no such thing as a problem. A problem is something basically I think for me anyway, when I think about a problem, I think about something that I'm the effect of that it can't necessarily do something about it, something outside of myself, right? It's really the opportunity to awaken the innovation within. So whether we're dealing with the problem of money, whether we're dealing with the problem of, in a relationship, whether we're dealing with the problem of health, there's always innovation. There's always choice. There's always something new to create a new potential. Okay. Right. So a problem is something almost like a shift in perspective. So this is where we gotta look at the innovation.

(08:43):

Instead of looking at the, being the victim or being the, you know, the effect of something out there in the world. Number three is quandary. A quandary is basically, um, the opportunity to get clarity on your core goals. Quandaries are, again, there are two goals that have that counteract each other, right? So for example, um, I want money, but I want freedom, you know? So it's like, okay, well you can't quite get freedom until you get money. Right. But in order to get money, you gotta, you know, hustle, right. So it's this constant like tug of war within the consciousness. Okay. So we're gonna break this on down. So get out of pen and paper, turn off, you know, your ringer or whatever it is, you know, pause this for a minute, get your tea. If you need to get settled in, okay, we're not gonna, this is a very long podcast, but still I want you to write this down.

(09:38):

You can take this into your meditations later. You can take this into contemplative journaling. Um, you can do whatever and you can also come and get in society and actually do these processes at a deeper level. Okay. So number one is what areas of your life are your experiencing confusion problems and quandaries. And I really want you to get clear. And what I recommend you doing is taking a look at the four areas of your life again. Okay. So career and money, health and wellness, relationships and love and creative expression. And if in one area you're like, it's all flowing. It's all good. Great. Don't worry about it. But if there's an area where you feel like you don't have your full power, you don't feel like a total spiritual badass. Right. Then that means there's a limiting belief and there is something to be worked through in this, right?

(10:23):

Remember that this is a second side of the triangle. So before this work, you will have already done your trauma work and dealing with limiting beliefs and all that. This is the next step, right? We don't deal with this, this, um, section of the true triangle until we've already done the first side of the triangle. Okay. So we've already released your limiting beliefs around these areas. Okay. This is now just getting clear and, and kind of tools to always use consistently in your life. Okay. So I want you to write down or contemplate. What areas, what area or what areas of your life are you experiencing confusion problems or quandary? Another way to ask this is what area or areas of your life do you not feel empowered? Same thing. Okay. Once you get clear on this is the next question is when it comes to this area of your life, what is your main goal?

(11:11):

What's the goal? Right? So a lot of people will come to me around relationship issues in the go, you know, I just wanna find the one and you know, I just don't know how to do it. I'm I'm, you know, I just feel frustrated, da, da, da. Right? So what's the main goal. Why, you know, why do you wanna find your partner? Why do you wanna find, you know, your twin flame? Why do you wanna find this stuff? And often, you know, it's like a lot of it has to do with programming and a lot of it has to do with inauthentic and inauthenticity, right? So when we get down to what, what you really should do is you should be asking this goal and then ask why. And then in asking that why oftentimes clients will begin to question, why, why do I wanna have a partner?

(11:57):

You know, what is that? Is it just, cuz I've seen it because I've seen other people doing it because I was told that we're not complete without, you know, a partner. What is that? Why, why do I wanna partner? Is it cuz I actually authentically wanna, you know, share my life with somebody cause I wanna be expressed and or I wanna serve someone or I wanna expand my consciousness in that, you know, deep, intimate, uh, experience, you know, what is your, why? Why, why do you want that area of life? And so getting clear on your, why getting clear on your main goal is super important because often what time, what happens is that for example, I was working with a client and they wanted to find, you know, a partner and began to inquire into why and their, their greatest, why was just to be expressed in the realm of love.

(12:45):

And so they realized that they don't need a partner for that per se. Yes, they would like that. But they decided that they get to just be committed to being expressed and being loving everywhere. They go to whomever they're with and being expressed in that. And in that it opens up the possibility of being able to call in the one or being able to expand upon, you know, someone that there's casually dating that, you know, they don't know if it's right or wrong, but they just get to express in, in love and unconditionally loving in that person exactly. As they are and new possibilities open up for them. Okay. So when it comes to, you know, your main goals, also money, you know, money is a big one. Why, why do you want a million dollars? Is it just because it's like a really cool thing to say on your bio?

(13:31):

You know, like why do you want a million dollars? What is that? And getting clear of what that core goal is and your why it begins to open up the true motivation behind things and what really matters in that area of your life. Right. So the next question is what other goals are contradicting your main goal? Right? So, um, for example, again, a primary thing I work with with developing spiritual leaders and some of them are spiritual coaches. Some are, some of them are not, some of them are real estate agents. Some of them are other, they have products. I believe that a spiritual leader is not just somebody who needs to get on stage and be an author and a traditional spiritual leader, someone who's embodying truth and takes it out powerful into their life. So a lot of times though, when I'm working with spiritual coaches, they're coaching, they oftentimes are motivated in their primary goal of becoming a coach is to be financially independent.

(14:25):

They they're like I wanna be financially independent and be laptop lifestyle globally. Okay, great. But then the contradicting goals are like, I'm working my ass off, you know, I'm an entrepreneur and I'm sitting in front of my computer nonstop and it's just a big hustle. Okay, cool. So they've got two goals. They wanna be free and they wanna, you know, have the laptop lifestyle. But then their also goal is to make money and they have to hassle hustle all the time to do that. Right. So the real goal is getting down to their, why, what would they do if money didn't matter? What would they do for the next 20 years of their life with, or without, you know, um, money. And then you gotta get clear on that because oftentimes the value system is skewed. I want money, but I also wanna serve. And if you're not doing what you really love to do, then it's not gonna work out because you're not being authentic.

(15:11):

Cuz if you had all the money in the world and you wouldn't be doing what you're doing, then that's not your primary goal, you've been lying to yourself. Right. So what is the actual goal and getting clear of what that is. Okay. So the next question is which goal is your core commitment and why, you know, what are your core commitments and why? And getting clear of that helps people understand where they should live. It helps 'em understand if the relationship they're in really aligns to what they really care about in their life. It helps people understand, you know, if they're being inauthentic or authentic in their, in their career and why it it's a constant battle or why it's ease and grace, because it just is what they're committed to. So what are your core value in the four areas of your life and why, why, why does that matter to you so much?

(15:58):

And just getting clear again of your core value. So what you do in this process is really diving deep. You can dive deep and asking questions. You know, when we do it in subconscious work, um, in, in, in session work, right? When I'm working with a client, I ask this question and there's something that's really crazy about the subconscious that will bubble up with truth. And I find that whether I'm doing it with a client and I'm asking these questions and repetitively asking these questions, it just bubbles up truth within their soul. You can't even, you can't explain it. Same thing if I go into a deep meditation and I'm really, really, really in source with my higher self I've merged into the one. And I begin to ask these questions and just allow the answers to bubble up in consciousness as total clarity. Okay?

(16:44):

So for a lot of people, they have a hard time doing that on their own. They have a hard time cause they're just so stuck in their programming, stuck in their logical mind. So it's not until you get into a session with a practitioner spiritual practitioner, or if you go into deep, deep meditation, that's really possible to answer these from a truly authentic space. So, but the truth is that you can do this. It's just how, how much are you willing to really commit to going in and ask these questions and deep, deep, profound level. So the next question is, what new possibility do you see for yourself? You know, what do you see for yourself out of asking these core values, these core commitments, these, you know, getting down to what really matters and why you're doing stuff. What new possibility do you see for yourself and what are you committed to creating your life?

(17:31):

And this is, these processes are amazing. I use 'em forever. You guys, I, you know, back in the day when I started developing these processes, I would have huge epiphanies in 'em and whatever. And, and now, you know, they're just little tweaks in it. You know, if I'm getting a little confused, it doesn't happen very much, but it still comes in every once in a while. And I still have to go back to these processes myself and ask these questions deep in meditation. And every time I just know, and then all problems go away, the hustle goes away. The burnout goes away because I remember what really matters to me. And that's what I base my life on. So I know first year, sure you have a truth. You have a specific truth and you're here born to live your truth, to live in alignment with your core values, to live in alignment with truly matters to you.

(18:22):

And I'm holding this possibility and this knowingness in my mind, I, I know who you are, which is a spiritual leader, which does not mean that you need to be, you know, the next, you know, Oprah or Chopra, right? That means that you live and you lead by example on principle, on, on who you are to the world. And you affect every single human being you come in contact with because you are UN unapologetically you. And so on that, I know the perfection and um, I really, really, really ask for you to give a review on this podcast. If you've gotten a value, please give it a five star. Please refer a friend or 20 <laugh> to this podcast. It's important to get truth out. You guys, it's important to help people in their suffering and live the best version of themselves. Okay. Have a beautiful day.

Welcome

(00:01):

To society. The shift to the movement say you do so truth

(00:08):

Live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron, Dr. Divinity. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community in soul society. We are committed to be the number one spiritual leaders, community committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. And our mission is to awaken a billion people and how we are doing that is by developing spiritual leaders. So we are on this great series right now. You guys, we are on the live, your true series. This is a 12 series and we are on week number six, all about self empowerment. And this is actually boy. Oh boy. I think that this sums up, uh, the entire work of spirituality, really in that we know that birthing your truth is all about the shifting back to the, I am consciousness.

(01:04):

That's the entire work. If you take, I don't care. If you'd read whatever book, if you meditate all day, if you go to the seminars, if you do anything, that's spiritual, you're really doing one thing. And one thing only, and you're shifting your identity back to the I am, which is the all powerful, all-knowing eternal, spiritual being that has the ability to create from free will. And so, um, this is exciting cuz this series live, your truth is based on the truth triangle. It is a framework that took me 22 years to come up with, um, after really going through so many processes. And one day I kind of sat down with myself and I thought, what the hell are we doing here? Like, what is the gist of all this work? If you were to sum it up into, into, you know, what are you doing?

(01:52):

So number one, of course you are restoring and birthing your power, your true power. And uh, we know that we're such powerful spiritual beings. That actually we are the only ones that can create the experience of not being the all powerful spiritual beam. It's a disempowerment in mind. And the second thing we're birthing is really the, your passion, your, your relative truth. There's ultimate truths. We know from a spiritual perspective, like energy can never be destroyed. There are truths of, of axioms, of how we manifest, how we demonstrate, how we create and form the relative truth is your unique truth. What's true for you. What do you like? What don't you like? What works for you in the realm of fulfillment and creativity and money and relationships and health. That is what we're birthing. We're birthing basically our core core values and making sure that you're staying in line with those and putting boundaries on people, places and things so that you can be the best version of yourself.

(02:53):

And then next on the side of the third side of the triangle is birthing your purpose. And we do this through a process of turning your suffering into your triumphs. We basically look at the suffering you've had in this lifetime and past lifetimes and we birth. What really matters to you. I truly believe that you're here in order to have an experience yourself as your total, uh, most powerful, you know, divine self, you've got to move past your lineage. You know, epigenetics brings down the memory. And so you have a genetic coding and an energetic field that you're born into basically. And if you wanna experience more and more free will, you've gotta complete your own DNA. So doing your inner work and your trauma work and all that on the first side of the triangle and the power triangle power side triangle, you've got to restore and, and get more and more free, will experiencing more and more free will.

(03:43):

The reality is that you always have free will, but you can experience not having free will. Okay. So again, the truth triangle has three sides, which is power birthing, your divine power. The truth of who you are, the second side is the, is your passion is your relative truth and birthing. What's true for you and living in accordance with that. And the third side of the triangle is birthing your purpose, really knowing what you're here to do, completing your DNA, and also leaving the legacy that you wanna leave. And then there is a fourth part to the triangle. It's the mineral, the center of the triangle, which is really your daily spiritual practice, your discipline, your habits, your new ways of being that set into motion, new automated system, but in what you want automated, not the bad habits, but the good habits, right? So today we are still on the first side of the triangle because the first three parts of the series, we're really the introduction to all the work going over.

(04:36):

You know, why is the subconscious so important? What is the truth triangle, um, and really looking at taking inventory of what you really want to shift in your life. So the, um, fourth one was on, um, trauma and basically shifting through limiting beliefs. And then we got into, um, uh, shifting. And then now we are self-empowerment. So this is number six of 12, and let's do this thing. So self empowerment, okay. This is probably the most important thing meta physically. And we know that we are such powerful spiritually. You are such a powerful S being that the moment you even consider yourself to be the effect of anything, this world, you create yourself to experience being disempowered instantaneously. Do you get that like really? And really I'm gonna say that again. Okay. You are such a powerful, spiritual being. You create at the speed of consciousness, that the moment you even consider yourself to be the effect of anything, one, any circumstance in this world, you instantaneously experience being disempowered.

(05:44):

You do that. That's how powerful your consciousness is. Okay. So what do we do about this? How do we, you know, wake up? How do we begin to what we call, um, you know, cutting ties, cutting cords. How do we take back our power? How do we do that? It's also just by the power of consciousness. So you don't have to go out in the world and do anything it's all in your mind. And it's all in doing session work. It's all in getting clear of what this is. So this is never the truth. You can never be disempowered. It is a pretense and experience, but it's not the truth of who you are. So taking back your power, taking back, your power can be done at the speed of consciousness. So first you must acknowledge when you have handed your power over to something or someone outside of yourself, it's really in the first in recognizing that you did, that is the first step to, to restoring the truth of who you are.

(06:38):

So the moment you look to the world for validation, joy, love, or anything, you instantaneously and subconsciously assign your power outside of yourself. You make that your higher power, right? We know this about codependency. We know this about addiction. We know this about anxiety or about people who are insecure or need validation or blah, blah, blah. Right? That's why so many people go through midlife crisis. They're like, I thought this was gonna be, make me happy when I got to this final place. That's why they're now having, uh, quarter of century at 25 years old, people are going through, you know, uh, basically another thing it's always, always, always something it's comes into one thing. And one thing only people are looking to the world to find joy, to find happiness, to find all that. And it's gonna be a roller coaster if you look to the world, right?

(07:23):

So the first thing is to really acknowledge where you've handed your power over. What have you assigned? People do this all the time in money. People make money more powerful than them. And the instant that they do, that the moment that they even conceive Monday, be more powerful than them. They instantaneously feel disempowered. It's really simple, right? And it's imperative to reclaim your power in mind and know the truth that the only source is within. We see this in love. I need to find somebody to love. No, you're, you're gonna just pull in another experience of, of feeling like, you know, it's gonna be dysfunctional. It's gonna be a roller coaster. You're gonna be projected on this person, right? The only source is within love can only come from within prosperity. Innovation can only come from within value begins within you. Can't bring anybody value.

(08:17):

If you haven't learned tools to help bring people value. If you don't know the truth of who you are, if you haven't tapped into that part of yourself, charisma and all those things love abundance health. We now, the medical system is even beginning to recognize that mental health will take down people. It's the number one disability in the world right now, you guys, right. Health starts in the mind. Disease is caused by discord within the mind, and also discord with your higher self, which is mother earth, which is the oneness with all that. So in this process of self empowerment, this is a process of taking inventory of the times you handed your power outside of yourself in the four areas of life, money, and career relationships and love health and wellness and creative expression. This is really about you acknowledging it's really like it's even in 12 step, they do this.

(09:16):

It's called inventory, right? You take, you, you take, I think it's the four step in there. You literally take and recognize where you cause something you don't want to to experience. Right? So taking inventory, where have you handed the power outside of yourself? Okay, so let's do this. So we're gonna basically go through your life real fast. The areas I want you to acknowledge, you can do this more extensively on your own, but I would recommend, you know, getting out a piece of paper, get turning off everything around you. You know, if you're driving, you may even wanna like pause this and pull over whatever that is, but get focused, right? This is your life. This is your empowerment. People say, oh, I wanna be empowered. I wanna, you know, do all this stuff. I wanna become a speaker. I wanna blah, blah, blah, blah. And they can't even stay focused for an hour. How are they ever going to get focused and actually complete that book, launch that company, you know, staying focused.

(10:18):

So I want you to begin to do this in mind or write it down and you can write this down and do it later if you want, but name a time, you handed your power over to money. And I want you to really keep asking you this question. You may ask it a thousand times name a time. You handed your power over to money. Okay. For me, there was a zillion times. There was times when I just thought, you know what? I don't deserve that. In fact, money is very tied into the values. The time I wanted to buy good groceries. But I thought that, you know, I didn't really deserve that. It was too expensive. The time I took jobs that I didn't want or clients that didn't fill in alignment, because I felt like money was important, more important than my truth. More important than what I needed or what was my truth.

(11:10):

I remember even being in relationships because I felt like they had more stability cuz there was money. No, I didn't date them just because they had money. But I definitely was definitely a consideration. And if we understand the power that we are, that we even consider that this is why we're doing something. That means I handed my power over to money. Okay. So name a time you handed your power over to money. I think I wrote out a thousand things when I did this first time. The time I didn't go on that trip, the time that I didn't go meet my girlfriends. Cause I wanted to save money the time that I, um, didn't get my message out to the world. Cause I didn't wanna spend the money. The time that I didn't, you know, have good medical health, the time, blah, blah, blah, all the times, all the times.

(11:56):

It doesn't mean you to justify like that was right or that was wrong. Or da, da, don't start judging yourself in this. Just literally take inventory of the times that you made decisions, contingent upon money, name a time that you handed your power over to money. Right? So the next question is name a time you handed your power over to a relationship, right? Oh my gosh, I did this. This was my biggest thing. Right? My joy I'd handed over to the relationship, my suffering. I handed it over to the relationship. My um, contentment, my, uh, frustration. I blamed it on the relationship. Right? Name a time you handed your power over to a relationship. I'm not good enough. I don't have a man. Something's wrong with me? I'm too old. I'm too fat. I'm too skinny. I'm I'm too much. I'm too emotional. I'm not emotional enough.

(12:45):

I'm you know, no one wants me. Oh my gosh, you know, blah, blah, blah, ha name a time you handed your power over to a relationship. I remember being in a relationship with a very dysfunctional person. And when he would, you know, not text I'd blame him and for my joy or my suffering when we were doing well, I would say it's because of this relationship, you know, this completes me, as they say, when we'd break up or get in an argument, I would say I was upset because of what happened or what he did. Right. That's I had to take inventory of the times and the times and the times over and over and over and over again of the times I made him or my relationship, my higher power. I did that. Right? So again, you could write down 50 things. You could write down a thousand things.

(13:40):

The more you acknowledge where you've handed your power over, the more, this is going to be a profound, profound experience for you. Okay? Next one is name a time. You handed your power over to your job. Oh my gosh. Right? We've done that a zillion times. Oh, I need this job because I don't deserve this other job because I'm happy because my job is this I'm pissed because my boss is that name a time you handed your power over to a job. How many times do you take jobs? You didn't want, right. Obviously this comes down to money, a lot for a job, but still where did you settle? Maybe you wanna write a book and you decided that you're not good enough that you think you only are value enough to have a particular job, right? Name a time you handed your power over to a job.

(14:28):

Next is name a time you handed your power over to food. Oh my gosh. That's a big one for all of us. I'm happy when I can eat blah, blah, blah. I only have good energy when I eat blah, blah, blah. Right? So we know that there's some truth to it and not okay. What is worse for you? A candy bar or getting upset. Clearly getting upset is way worse for you. Have. If you've ever experienced getting really upset, it is havoc on your body. Right? And obviously having good food is good. But if people become neurotic about their food and it has to be, you know, a perfectionist and body morphine, then it's not good. Right? If you're constantly using your energy and judging the food that you're putting in your mouth, it might be worse than the actual food that you are or not putting in your mouth.

(15:17):

Right? So name a time. You handed your power over to time. Oh my gosh. This is huge. Name it time you handed your power over to time, right? Like, oh, I gotta be disciplined. Cuz that's what the culture told me. Oh I'm you know, I'm not a good person cuz I'm on time or oh my gosh. I'm finally on time. I'm so happy. You know, name a time. You all the times you handed your life over to money. For some people they're gonna be like, what for others gonna be like, oh my gosh, I hand my, you know my, I can I consider time all the time. Consider that it is a good time. The day or I'm a morning person or an even person or da, da, da, da. Right? All those things, all those considerations. Next one is name a time you handed your power over to a relationship.

(16:01):

I'm sorry. We already did that one. A relationship, a job food time. Right? So going on from there name a time that you handed your power over to your body, full boy, coming from somebody who has bulimic from 17 to 20, that was a lot. You know, how often do you look in the, in the mirror naked or in your underwear? And you decide if you're happy or if you're sad or if you're, you know, hopeless, or if you're afraid, right? Name a time you handed your power over to your body. Holy cow, that's a game changer. You gotta stop it. You wanna live an empowered life. You wanna love yourself unconditionally. You wanna become the leader that you wanna become. You gotta stop handing your power with your money, your Bo, your money and your body, your body, okay? You gotta stop considering if your life's working out or not working out contingent upon your body.

(16:57):

This doesn't mean we don't become delusional and know that we're maybe we're more joyful as we feel better, but you can't give it that power. You gotta start unconditionally loving and move from there. In fact, working with people on, uh, you know, people who wanna lose weight and things like that. I won't work with people like that. But people who truly want to have a, uh, loving relationship with themselves, self love, we've gotta deal with their body issues. And the number one thing is you've got to start from unconditionally loving exactly how your body is today. And then it, it brings on a new possibility. Cause we know that what will resist persist, right? So if we're constantly beating ourselves up and our body up and we want our body to change, it's like not a good situation. It's like anti anti what we know in metaphysics and spirituality, it doesn't work.

(17:46):

In fact, it's gonna usually make it worse. So last question, name a time you handed your power over to life. Name a time you handed your, your power over to life, right? Life is good. Life is bad. I'm happy and sad. I'm mad at life, right? Name a time you handed your power over to God, right? And the concept of what you think God is, right? A lot of people, um, when they're really, really angry, they're mad at God as if God is some man in the sky, right? They've handed their power over to a concept. It's not the truth. God lives within God. Isn't a man. God isn't woman. God is only life. And beyond this 3d realm, right? God is mad. God is happy. God is all of it. Cuz you are that you are that essence. So the moment we think God is separate from us, we will always feel divided.

(18:43):

We will always feel lack. We will always feel the effect. We will always feel disempowered. And so in this, I recognize the truth of who you are, a divine powerful, all-knowing eternal, immortal, infinite, intelligent, spiritual being. And then in this, I recognize the power that you are, the moment that you even consider yourself to be the effect of anything in life, you instantaneously will experience being disempowered. And so as you go into your day, into your week, into the rest of your life, I know that if you've heard this, you can never ever look at life the same. It's impossible and there's responsibility. And it may seem really hard, but guess what? It's a lot easier than keep experiencing yourself as the effect of anything of this world. And so on this note, I just say, please give a review to this podcast. If you've gotten value here, please give a five star please.

(19:45):

And refer it to a friend. It's important to get this wisdom out to the world. And I just wanna say, thank you. Thank you for showing up for yourself for taking the time to do your inner work. (00:00):

Welcome to soul society, the shift, your movement. So you do full truth

(00:08):

Live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron, Dr. Divinity. We come together each day. Another truth live on spiritual principle and align with universal laws. We also to come together as a spiritual community in soul society, we are committed to being the number one spiritual leaders community in the world, committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. And our mission is to awaken a billion people go globally. So let's do this thing. But before we begin, I have a favor to ask. I am wondering if you guys would give this podcast a review, if you've gotten value out of it at all. I am wondering if you would give me the gift of giving a five star review and telling a friend about it. If you really feel like you've gotten value out of this.

(00:57):

Okay. So let's do this thing. We are in this series of live your truth. This is number five of a 12 series on live, your truth. And we are talking about the truth triangle. So what does it mean to live your truth, I guess is the first question, right? So this means that there are ultimate truths and relative truths, right? The ultimate truth is things like energy cannot be destroyed from a spiritual truth. An ultimate truth is that you are an eternal, immortal, all powerful all-knowing spiritual being. You are the spirit. You are, you know, one as God, not as your individual self, but as your true identity. Okay? The true identity of the I am that you are. And so to live, your truth is to live your relative truth. Each person has a unique truth. They have an, a unique perspective, what works for them in the realm of money, in the realm of health, in the realm of creative expression and the realm of their relationships is unique for them.

(02:00):

And so the process of birthing your truth and living your truth is beginning to deprogram, mostly from what the culture has told you and your genetic codes. You are, um, you have memory your DNA, epigenetics proven this, that you have all the memory of all the lifetimes. So the point is, is that even science says that it's something around 97% of all of your actions are just automated systems from your subconscious mind. They're, you're a habitual being. And so, you know, the goal is to get to choice and, and freedom of choice and free, well, as much as possible and begin to, um, live in alignment with what really truly works for you, getting down to your core values and understanding what you like and what you don't like. And living in accordance with your purpose and leaving the legacy in this lifetime. So in the first four of, uh, this series, we have walked you through, you know, how to reprogram your subconscious mind.

(03:04):

And we use the computer analogy around how you are very much. Your subconscious mind is very much like a computer system. The conscious mind, the creative process imprints upon the subconscious mind, which is considered the subjective mind, which is one with universal law. And so it literally goes out and reflects back life is the ultimate mirror of what's going on within your subconscious. It is, um, a great mirror for you to look at and reflect upon and contemplate and say, Hmm, where do I wanna shift? And where do I wanna stay the same? Right? We've taken you through the truth triangle, understanding that we are birthing your true power, your true passion and your true purpose. And this is done through everything from trauma work to, um, shifting back to your true identity and then getting into your core values and understanding where you need to put boundaries in your life and really living authentic and powerfully as, uh, what brings you joy.

(04:08):

And then we get into birthing your purpose. And that is all around understanding the suffering that you've gone through in this lifetime and past lifetimes, so that you can complete your DNA, um, you know, anything negative, any energetic negativity in your DNA, neutralize it, and begin to create what you do want to create for your line. So basically you're, you're here to heal your DNA, neutralize, anything negative on the DNA, use what works and leave the rest behind, as I say, so we are going to do this. We are still in the side of the truth triangle. That's about birthing your power. So again, the three sides of the truth triangle are birthing your power, birthing your passion and birthing your purpose. And then in the center of the triangle is living your truth. So you birth your truth on the outside of the triangle, and then you live your truth on the inside of the triangle.

(05:03):

Okay? So right now we are in the first, the first side of the triangle, still about power. We sort of birthing your power. So this, this podcast is called identity shifting. This is a process and working with, um, lots of one-on-one clients, celebrities, CEOs, single moms, and then now, uh, training and developing spiritual leaders within society. This is one of the things that the girls get trained in. There's a 300 hour certification program to become a spiritual leader ambassador. And this is one of the processes that they learn. So identity shifting here's the deal. All spiritual work is identity. Shifting spiritual recovery is a restoration of consciousness. Back to the, I am identity. The I am identity is basically the identity that really experiences and understands that it is everything that is the, I am the one thing, the one spirit that has created the entire universe, and that may be having the experience of being individual, but really the, the truth is that you're everything you are the oneness, okay.

(06:15):

It is the merging of the individual self into the divided self. So you're going, and you're basically all identity shifting is, is shifting from the divided self, feeling, lonely, feeling, different, feeling, divided, feeling confused, all that kind of stuff, shifting into the divine identity, which is the divine, right? It's like, it is one with everything it understands. It's connected. It understands that it is the cause it understands that it is love that it can never be divided or lonely or sad that it is the source. So this is the union of yoga of the mind experience in the wholeness and holiness within. So I, this is some of my favorite work because you know, when I began to seek spirituality years ago, I didn't know where to go. I didn't know. You know, there was all these books and they kind of give you some little distinctions here and there and, and they give you some great distinctions, you know, like intention is so important manifesting and all this stuff, but they never broke down basic.

(07:17):

Like, what is spirituality? You know, spirituality is the reality that everything comes from spirit and you are spirit, right? And then, so how does that create into existence through our mind? Well, we, we have this thing called the subject of mind, which is really the same as saying the soul. And so you have the individual use of all energy, basically condenses through the beliefs within your soul. And so you basically get an identity. It's a manmade concept, right? It's a manmade concept to have an identity. I'm a man, you're a woman. I'm somebody that's not worthy. I'm never enough. I'm a doctor. I'm pathetic. I have no confidence and so on and so forth. Right? So we wanna begin to take inventory again on what is, what are your identities? You know, what is your ID in the realm of, of money? What's your identity in the realm of relationships?

(08:23):

What's your identity in the realm of health. These become identities, people forget. And if they don't have a deep core connection to their true self, then they forget. They forget that they're having the experience as this body. They forget that they're having the experience of whatever story and, and stuff they've had around money. They forget. I always say the only disease there is, is amnesia, because if you understood and you woke up to who you are, you'd realize whatever you're experiencing is a relative experience, but it's not the truth of who you are. So in this process, it's all about questioning who you are and releasing the cultural programming and the identity that's been basically brought down through your lineage. Okay? So I invite you to get a pin and paper out and begin to, you know, you can either pause this podcast. When I ask a question and do some journaling and then listen again and pause again.

(09:18):

Or you can write down some of these questions and you can take it into your journaling for the week. Um, you can take it into your meditations and begin to do contemplative meditations, whatever you want, but I want you to really begin to really take inventory, really take a look at your life as if you are the observer, as if you're, you know, kinda looking at your life like you're watching a movie and I want you to really ask. And I think one of the greatest meditations contemplated meditations you could ever ask is one question, who am I, who am I? Who are you? And just beginning to let yourself intuitively, you know, answer that I remember years ago when I began to ask and ponder that question, every answer I had, wasn't the truth. And I knew it.

(10:11):

And so we wanna begin to look at the story and the beliefs, you have it by yourself. Are you somebody that is confused? Are you somebody that's sexy? Are you somebody that you know, is a hustler that gets stuff done all day long? Are you broke all the time? Are you a millionaire? Are you better then? Are you less than, you know, what are the things that you tell yourself? And what do you truly believe about yourself? And beginning to contemplate those and question those and, and begin to think about where did that come from? Why do I think that? And beginning to break down, you know, the truth of who you are, right? You are not your beliefs, even, you're not your body. You're not the circumstances. You are the creator of them. And so again, you know, in the area of money and career, you know, who are you?

(11:13):

Are you somebody that you know, is very successful? Are you somebody that's able to get stuff done or is somebody that goes around in circles and starts and stop things and, and is overwhelmed and just can't see things through, or maybe you're somebody that's like, you know, I'm just destined to have an eight to five job. And I just, it's just who I am. You know, people have identity. I'm just, I'm an entrepreneur. I can't help it. You know, it's just, I was born this way. Oh, you know, I'm just, um, I'm a CEO, I'm whatever, what is your identity when it comes to money and career, who are you?

(11:51):

And it's okay to identify as those things, but just know it's not the truth of who you are. So what story beliefs do you have about yourself in these area of your life? And just beginning to ponder, you know, this is really identity shifting. And if there's an area of your life that you feel powerful and you feel expressed, think great, keep it. But if you don't and you feel disempowered, there has to be a lie. Okay. There has to be a lie. A lot of times I found also that there's people that they think they got it all figured out and they think they're like, you know, really hyped on who they've become in the realm of say money and career. And then all of a sudden they start to have what's called a midlife crisis. Right? So usually this is because they have built their whole identity around the material objects that they own the big house on the hill.

(12:48):

Um, you know, making six, seven figures, um, it gives them confidence. They got validation for all the stuff. And then what sometimes happens, um, in midlife crisis is their values change. They shift, and they don't care as much about all these things. And they don't care about the validation as much, and they're not getting the same high that they got off of, you know, making six or seven figures before. And they don't care about getting the girl or guy as much. And they begin to question their identity. And it's some of the hardest work you'll ever do in your life. I think it's total spiritual warfare. Um, in that it's, it's amazing how much we clinging the ego clings to this identity. And when that identity is, is, uh, you know, either questioned or challenged, maybe there's an economical change and, and you don't have what you used to have or your values majorly shift.

(13:48):

Um, it can be really, really shocking to people. They don't know who they are. They don't really know why they're doing what they're doing. And, um, it can be very gnarly. So identity shifting is, is, is actually really intense work, whether you do it in sessions or whether you life just has you do it right. Cause you're gonna do this work, regardless of whether you go seek it out or the univers will make you do it either way. So the next area to really begin to contemplate and meditate on or journal on is the area of relationships and love. And for me, I remember this was one of the biggest identity shifting for me being someone who is very codependent. And I really got my self worth from whatever relationship I was in. And I got validation from the culture of, uh, you know, being a pretty girl and being wanted and, and being chased and things like that.

(14:46):

And when I began to do my inner spiritual work, it really shook me to a core in that if I wasn't, that I wasn't, you know, someone's wanting desire, who was I, you know, and as I began to, you know, shift my values and know that I am love, I don't need to get it out there. I don't need to seek it or get validated by it. It really, it really was a, it was really tough for me if I'm not here just to seek, you know, romantic love, uh, and the high of that initial, you know, relationship then who am I and what, what motivates me and actually went through a little bit of like a, I dunno if I know if I'd call it a depression at that point in time, but it was a, it was definitely a depression at some level.

(15:38):

And because I didn't know what was nothing was, it was, that was what was driving me. I didn't realize that was the, my primary driver in this life. And so it took me some time to really make that identity shift and be okay, uh, you know, with, or without a relationship and with that identity or not identity. And having people seek me and chase me or not. And so, you know, again, going back into this, I invite you to go into meditation, going to contemplation, or just contemplating throughout the day. You know, when it comes to relationships and love, who are you ask yourself? Who am I, what story do you tell yourself or beliefs do you have about yourself in this area of your life? You know, and why? And, you know, I think also beginning to meditate on what I call your deathbed, meaning that, you know, when you're older, you know, people may not be chasing after you, right?

(16:35):

Like, what does it look like? What, what do you have in your life? If, if it's not about someone chasing you or you chasing somebody in relationship, what is going to be that unshakable aspect of yourself? And that's why our spiritual practice is imperative, because things can come and go, you know, the whole manifesting movement is, is a trap and things come and go. And yes, it's all, I'm all for having luxury and having beautiful things. But if I attach to it and I clinging to it and it is the source of my happiness, then that's not gonna end well promise you. So beginning to just contemplate in the realm of a relationships and love, who are you. And then when it comes to the next area of your life, health and wellness, who are you, I've worked with clients that have had chronic illness, their entire life.

(17:26):

And it's fascinating. It's actually an identity that they have. You know, who would you be if you weren't sick? Who would you be? If you didn't have poor energy, who would you be if you were just healthy and it, and literally people can't even get their heads around it, right? Like it's such an identity for some people that they can't imagine life without complaining about how they're feeling or the pain that they have, or the sadness or the sickness, or the low energy or whatever it may be. It's an identity. And I've witnessed miracles in the trauma work around this. I've witnessed people growing back, their hair, I've witnessed pains in the body going away. I've witnessed people who were, you know, having to go to the chiropractor every single week for their, their whole life. Never having a pain in their back again. It's possible.

(18:23):

It's all emotion, it's all identity in the body. So what story do you tell yourself or beliefs you have about yourself in the area of health and wellness? Is it just something that you've accepted because that's the way your parents were? Is it just something the way it is? Because all your friends have problems with their energy and their health, and what are the benefits to this identity? You know, what are the payoffs? I remember I was working with somebody and, and, uh, and identified with them because they had low blood sugar. And I was like, oh, same thing. I, I had it before, before I did my subconscious work. And I, you know, as a practitioner, we don't ever give somebody their own epiphanies. Right. We don't tell 'em what they should see for themselves. We don't evaluate and tell them their, their breakthroughs.

(19:15):

But what happened with this person is they realized that they had low blood sugar and it was actually, it kind of worked for them. They got attention when their blood sugars went low and they actually like dramatized it. And they actually did feel like they had low blood sugar, but in just seeing the kind of payoff for it from a subconscious perspective, it diminished it greatly. It's possible. You guys it's possible. So the real question is who do you desire to be and what qualities and habits would they embody? So the greatest shifts I've had with people, especially in the realm of relationship is no longer looking to their partner to fulfill the identity that they already have. Like someone who has to always suffer in relationship or someone has to always think that life is hard, that's an identity, right. But when they shift it into what do they wanna create and, and who would that person have to be? What would they have to embody to create having a joyful life, having an easy and blissful relationship, having, you know, tons of money and making the impact in the world who, and what qualities and habits would they embody. And when you begin to ask yourself from the perspective of what's possible, and what do you want instead of what you don't want things open up.

(20:40):

So the next question is what are you willing to sacrifice in order to have the life that you desire? What are you willing to sacrifice in order to have the life you desire? And this is something, you know, I think that there's so many great questions and, and that was what Socrates method and Greek Oracle processes. And a lot of this work that I practiced for years and years, and I remember one day literally sitting down and going for a long walk after, and that whole day I was contemplating, what is it? After all this years and years and years of doing spiritual work and subconscious work and meditating and all this stuff, what is it that I'm actually doing here? What if you're to break it down into a framework and break it down in a step by step process, what it is that, that we're actually doing, you know, and what we're doing is we're shifting the identity back to the true identity.

(21:32):

That's our primary work of what we're doing in getting to the ultimate truth. And then what we're doing is we're never placing the value out in the world. Identity cannot be contingent upon what's going on in our world, how much money we have the bank, what our relationship status is, whether the economy's good or bad, or da, da, da, da, right? We cannot place our, our holiness, our happiness, our fulfillment out in the world. That's the, that's the primary work that we're doing. And then what we're doing is we are birthing our relative truth. And we're deciding what do we like? What is your passion? What works for you in the realm of the areas of different areas of your life and putting boundaries on things that don't work for you and people and places and circumstances that cause chaos in your life so that you can live joyfully and powerfully and intentionally in what matters to you.

(22:27):

And then we're really leaving our legacy. You know, we've got this DNA code and we're doing our work to clear it up, you know, neutralize it and move past our habitual ways. And then we're leaving our legacy, our purpose, and our calling. And so the truth is that you are an all powerful, spiritual being with the ability to create and be whomever you choose to be, you are capable of anything you put your mind to. This is the truth of who you are. So in this, I know that as you shift your identity back to the, I am all things are possible. Your birthright is emancipation from suffering. Your birthright is to have a life of abundance and prosperity. Your birthright is love because it's who you are. Your birthright is divinity. And I simply know this. I will never, ever not know this. And this is why I get to be righteous, cuz anybody who truly knows the truth for you deserves to say it boldly powerfully and without any, any excuses unapologetically with total con confidence and certainty.

(23:39):

And that's what I know for you. You are an all powerful, spiritual being your true identity is I am the, I am. That is everything it's created. Everything have a beautiful day. (00:00):

Welcome

(00:01):

To society, the shift to the triage, the movement. So you did truth

(00:08):

Live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron doctor of divinity. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together in a community society. We are committed to being the number one spiritual leaders community in the world, committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. And our mission is to awaken a billion people globally, and how we are doing that is by developing world class spiritual leaders. So I'm so excited today about this podcast. This is number four of 12 of a series called live your truth. So today is number four, and we're talking about trauma and releasing your limit beliefs, your limiting beliefs, trauma, and releasing your limiting beliefs. So this is probably in my opinion, one of the most profound, um, pieces of work that I've developed over the course of the last 25 years of my own spiritual seeking and diving deep into different processes.

(01:10):

I would say doing trauma work is probably one of the most important works you will ever do for your awakening and for, um, basically re-empowering yourself reclaiming the power that you already are because remember that all spiritual work, all inner work from a spiritual perspective is doing one thing. And one thing only, and it's really coming back to your true identity. Your I am the all powerful all-knowing spiritual identity that you have. So all the inner work is really peeling away. The layers of the onion of your consciousness, of peeling back, all those false identities and false beliefs. And so today is a process that I'm going to take you through. That, um, has been probably the biggest shift in the work that I've done, other than say meditation and prayer. I would say trauma work is even more profound than those in that it has fast results having people shift their life.

(02:06):

So also I wanna disclose that if you've been through a lot of trauma, it's important to go to a practitioner, go to a therapist, go to whoever to a professional that can help you with this. This is if you have mental disorder, if you've been through major, major trauma, don't recommend trying this at home, but you are your own spiritual. If you're doing spiritual work, you have the right to do anything you want for yourself. And we have the right as spiritual practitioners to do that as well. Also just disclosing that this is not a cure. We cannot disclose that also legally that this is a spiritual process. Okay. So we're gonna do some processes, right? So trauma, we have to first define what is trauma and trauma is there's different types of trauma. There can be physical traumas and there can be emotional traumas.

(02:52):

And today we are primarily talking about emotional trauma. Okay. So what is trauma? Trauma is relative for each person. Oftentimes we only think of trauma as something that like being in war or getting in a car accident, but trauma is something that most people experience. So according to the dictionary, one definition is it is a deeply distressing or disturbing experience physically or mentally. Okay. So again, today we're talking about the mental aspect, and again, if you're having mental issues, you should go seek a professional. Okay. But spiritually traumas persist in consciousness via a command that is declared into the subconscious mind at the time of the traumatic incident, which is called an Ingram. There's an actual definition of this. It's called an Ingram. And an Ingram is a neural encoding that provides a physical persistence in memory, Ingrams are linked and persist. Heuristically via commands.

(03:52):

So really what this means is in order for the mind to process all information, it has to collapse things into categories because we get so much information. Like I always use the analogy of when we first learned to walk, you had to use every single, you know, all your mind power, you had to, it took everything to move your feet and your legs and, and, you know, steady your self as a, whatever that was one years old or whatever. Right. So the subconscious mind is works for us and against us, right? Because it collapses all the information. So it has to recall incidents, um, you know, in clumps basically. So, um, it does the same thing in the realm of say love. So if you've been hurt or had some kind of trauma in the realm of love and you decided love hurts, then anytime something hurts, you also see it as love.

(04:46):

So it's this kind of bizarre collapsing of the subconscious mind that helps us and hurts us in many ways. So basically it also recalls incidents via things called commands. Okay. So I'm gonna break this down more. So basically what happens is, again, remember that the subconscious mind is, is already programmed through our DNA. It's programmed through all the, all of our, all of our heritage. Basically you're born with certain memory and epigenics, again is proving this all memory is stored in the DNA. So you already have memory. How do you know how to beat your heart? How do you know, you know, how are you afraid of snakes when you've ever never even seen a snake in this lifetime, right? It's memory that lives in you. And so in this lifetime, the subconscious mind is programmed via of course, new habits that you're doing, the movies that you see, the imprinting that you have from people that you witness your parents, da da, da, but it's also programmed through basically two ways, which is through high states of negative emotion, backed by a limiting belief and through high states of positive emotion backed by expanding beliefs.

(05:55):

Okay. So we are looking at those things, we're looking at trauma and the trauma is generally something that is within five minutes to 24 hours. Okay. So when I'm working with a client, um, how we define a traumatic incident versus just a general upset, general upsets are things that have been going on for long time, weeks on times, your whole life, whatever. And a trauma is something that happens in, in an incident. It's something that is, is done within five minutes or 24 hours. And it has high, high, high emotion, negative emotion backed by a command backed by a limiting belief about a statement. It's basically a statement, a declaration, a decision about yourself or others or life. Okay. And this is what I call commands. Okay. And this is super important because after working with, you know, I've had hundreds and thousands of clients through, you know, one on ones through groups through, through, um, you know, different, uh, retreats and seminars.

(06:55):

So basically the thing that I've found the commonality in human beings is that generally people have about three core commands that come through and these commands run their life. It's amazing what happens. So things, for example, I'm gonna tell you some examples of a command. I'll never trust again, I can't do this. I'm never enough. I don't matter. I'll always be alone. I don't care they're mean they lie. It never works out. Anyway. I fucked up, excuse my French, but that was actually my son's command. I fucked up again. Okay. So this is the thing is that it becomes an identity. It becomes a subconscious belief that plays out over and over again, like a veil that goes over life, like a lens that you look through life. Okay. So like, I mean, it's, it's incredible. As I witness, it's been the most profound thing as a practitioner, spiritual practitioner that is listening for commands, how once the client spots their command and they neutralize the mental picture, the trauma around it, they, first of all, they start to see how that command has been playing out in all eras of their life over and over.

(08:15):

It's like a theme. It's like, if your, if your life was a play and you have a theme to the play, it's like, you know, she'll never love. Right. Love hurts. And it plays over again in the drama of the, of her life. Right. That was mine. No. Um, and then it plays out over and over again. And when a client's spots their commands, they also are able to have it rise up from the subconscious they're like, oh my gosh, I didn't realize that was my command. And I, and now I hear all the time when I, if I get upset that command, I say it internally, right? A command is not necessarily something that you say out loud, it's something that you say within, in the middle of getting upset or the middle of that traumatic incident. Okay. So the intention of doing your trauma work and the truth triangle, cuz remember this series of this 12 series is really birthing your truth and living your truth.

(09:06):

So in this 12 series we go through and you can go back to one through three or binge forward if they're already available now, um, it's really about birthing your truth. And so if we take a look at the truth triangle on the first side of the triangle, we're birthing your true power, the power that you are, the true identity of who you are. We're taking back all the time. You handed your power over to somebody and decided that was more powerful than you. The second side of the triangle is birthing your passion, your relative truth. There's ultimate truths and there's relative truths and you are birthing and getting clear of what your core values are, what your truth is and putting boundaries and accepting people as they are looking at the failed expectations and looking at how you were trying to make people places in life different than it is.

(09:50):

And suddenly coming to the freedom and accepting people, places and things as they are, and reclaiming your power to create what you want from what the only thing you can really control is your own consciousness in your own thing. Right? The third side of the triangle is birthing your purpose. And we do this through going through your past life, um, and this life suffering and you don't have to believe in past lives, it's in your DNA. So we birth what is important for you to make a difference. And you're here to complete the energetic patterns within your DNA and leave the legacy in this lifetime and birthing that purpose. So again, we birth your, your power, your passion and your purpose. And then in the inside of the triangle is really who you wanna li it's living your truth. And that means your daily spiritual practice.

(10:34):

What principles do you wanna live by? And really having that come into your life every day, every breath, having your daily spiritual practice, not just be in the morning for 20 minutes in, in the evening for 20 minutes. But every breath that you take, every thought that you energize every, every meeting that you take, every, every thought that you choose to have is your daily spiritual practice. It's a way of being. And so as we go into today, we are in that first side of that triangle in the power, we're birthing your power. We're restoring the power through doing your trauma work. So in this, this is done by again, we're going into trauma work. It's an incident, something that is, you know, five minutes to 24 hours, something that is an emotional traumatic incident. And basically that was backed by a command and, and imprinted into your subconscious mind.

(11:25):

So how do we do this? How do we do your trauma work? Okay. So this is done by neutralizing the mental pictures associated with traumatic incident. This is the re-experiencing of the incident with the ultimate goal of recovering of the consciousness and reclaiming of truth. Okay. So what I'm gonna recommend for you guys is to get out a pen and paper. And again, if you have a lot of trauma trauma, I don't recommend doing this alone, but you can, and this is your, your spiritual, right? Okay. So what I'm gonna have you do is actually, I want you to take some inventory of this and journal on this and you may be able to pause this podcast, or you can do this after. Okay. And what I want you to do is I want you to write down all the incidences that you remember in this lifetime that you consider being traumatic.

(12:15):

Okay? So for example, the time my boyfriend broke up with me, the time I saw my parents fighting the time I was bullied in school, et cetera, you may have a hundred, you may have 10, you may have whatever. It doesn't matter. Just write down the incidences. It doesn't mean you don't need to write down the story around it, just write down number them and write down which one. So this is what I'm gonna recommend. If you're someone who's afraid of going into trauma, I would not go to the, the most intense one. I would start with one. That's not that big of a trauma start with one that you don't like get really upset when you think about it. Okay, let's begin with something. That's not as intense for other people. They're like, look, I wanna go deep into it. I wanna go to the core of the, you know, of the root of all of it.

(13:01):

And I wanna go way, way down there into that weed and pull out the root and get it outta my consciousness. That's how I'd be. Right. So you can do that if you're ready for that. Okay. But this is the deal. If you're gonna go into any traumatic incident, you need to complete the cycle. If you go on there and restimulate it, then it might put you into kind of a, a sad mood or whatever. So this is where doing it with a practitioner is really important because you wanna handle it fully. And sometimes it's not comfortable. Sometimes you don't wanna think about it anymore. Okay. So trauma recovery. Okay. So next I want you to basically, so pick one incident that you're ready to heal and reveal and neutralize and complete. Okay. So what we're doing is we're actually gonna be pulling back up that mental picture, cuz from a spiritual perspective, nothing is in the past.

(13:50):

It's all plain out now. And the point is, if you have a traumatic incident and it happens say when you were nine years old and you decided something and you have a command that's playing out right now, it's like, imagine I use that computer analogy again. Okay. So imagine that you have a computer and imagine that you have a, a program running behind scenes, you forgot to close it down and complete it and it's taking your energy and you don't know why your computer is getting slower and slower and why it's having glitches in it because you have this big program running in the background, that's taking all your energy up. And so what you gotta do, you gotta pull that program back up, complete it all, save it or not save it, delete it, whatever it is and close it down and put it into the file where it belongs in the past.

(14:38):

Right? So that's what we're gonna do on your trauma. So we want, we wanna basically take you through a process. Okay. So what you're gonna do is you're gonna actually begin to reexperience that incident. And there's only there's you can't have, uh, an incident keep replaying in the past if you have, if you just neutralize it and as is it, that's why the Vatas say as it is, because if you can really, as it is and neutralize the emotion around it, then it flattens out and it's not gonna play like puppet strings behind your life all the time. Okay. It's what holds a tra traumatic incident in place is the charge, the emotional charge attached to that mental picture, which has to be held by command. And also by the story that you put around the meaning that you put around it, remember that you are a powerful, divine, powerful, spiritual being.

(15:33):

And the moment that you put meaning on something positive or negative, you experience the positive or negative emotion around it. So as long as you're judging it, as long as you're evaluating the traumatic incident, as long as you are putting a meaning around it and a backstory or evaluating it, it will hold the traumatic incident in place and keep playing over and over in your life. Okay. So what we wanna do is we want to pull that experience back up that mental picture. And we want to go over that incident. Re-experiencing it as is in it over and over until it's neutralized until you're no longer like crying about it or sad about it or angry about it till you just see it for what it is. Look, you know, I've had people talk about rapes before and the first time they go and re-experience it they're, they can barely remember it.

(16:20):

It's kind of hard to remember it. And then the second time they re-experience, it they're crying and they're remembering all the upset that was around it. The, the being scared, being upset, being all this stuff by the sixth time they're, re-experiencing it they're like, oh yeah. And then I was raped. You know, they're like bored by the story, right? They're like, it is what it is. It wasn't fun. It sucked, but it is what it is. And they spot their commands. They spot all of it and they can pretty much just file it in their past and go, you know what that happened, but I'm never gonna let that keep ruining my life. I'm not gonna let that declare how I see men or how I see love or whatever. And they begin to see something new, a new possibility for themselves. Okay. So that's what we're doing. So I'm gonna take you through this a little bit of a, a process and you may not be able to fully do it right now. Or you may be able to, you may be able to do this later in your meditation and begin to take yourself through the process. So I want you to close your eyes and I want you to take yourself back to the traumatic incident.

(17:26):

And I want you to actually just state the facts of the incident. I want you to not, you do not evaluate no backstory, no evaluation, no meaning around all of it. Just state the facts. I walked in the room, he said this, I said that the walls were white. Then this happened. Okay. Just state the facts. So do not make any meaning about the incident. Simply reexperience the incident, stating the facts and taking me through the entire incident from very beginning to the very end and remembering as much detail as you possibly can. Next. I want you to repeat the incident from the very beginning until the very end until the emotions have been fully expressed and the mental pictures have been neutralized. So this may take five times. It may take 50 times. Okay. Generally I find that it takes, you know, at least 10 times to reexperience the thing, allow yourself to cry, allow yourself to get upset, allow yourself to fully feel the emotions.

(18:33):

What holds a traumatic incident in place is the resistance to it. What resist persist. And when we don't fully allow ourselves to feel the feelings, then it's gonna persist. Okay. So look for the command. So of next, after you've really been, you've taken yourself through the re-experience of it. Say you're on the fifth time and you've had a peak in your emotions. Say the third time you have a real big peak in your emotions. You're crying a lot. You are feeling it. You remember it. And then the next time you re-experience it, the emotions have kind of gone down a little bit. This is when I want you to begin to look for the decisions you made in the midst of those high, high emotions. Look for the decisions you made about yourself, what decisions you made about life and what decisions you made about others.

(19:27):

So beginning to look for the commands that you stated during the incident, in the midst of the height of that emotion, asking yourself, or I will ask you, what did you decide about yourself that doesn't mean? Or what did you say? Okay. And that means not allowed, but inside. What did you say to yourself becoming conscious of what you decided during the traumatic incident? So for example, I say this in my book, um, I worked with a, um, a big CEO and he was having problems around money. And the thing about money is that it's not always a trauma that relates to money, money. It can relate to all kinds of things. And he had one incident as a little boy where he actually witnessed someone being murdered. He didn't know that that incident related to money, but so when we went in and re-experienced that incident and he was fully able to go there and remember it and see everything and feel the fear and fear the, all the emotions attached to it.

(20:32):

When I asked him, what did you decide? He realized he decided that you can die over money. And so he didn't realize that that command was playing out in the realm of, of money in his life. Every time he'd get a lot of money, he would be afraid that he was gonna lose it. And then he'd have to kind of have a self sabotaging thing where he would kind of lose it and then he'd have to remake money. And it was this ongoing thing out of his command. You can die for money and this would play out over and over in the existence of his life. And he would, it was just like this constant battle around money. So after doing his trauma work, he began to neutralize that he spotted his commands and he could see where he was able to start making a new story around money.

(21:23):

And when he would, the command commands, don't fully go away. They don't disappear. But what they do is they come into consciousness. You don't get as reactive. You don't get triggered as much, but as you can spot when you're getting into your lower self or your highest self, right? Your best self is when you know that you're not living outta your command. When you haven't been getting grounded and doing your core work, then you start to get into your lower self and you begin to live outta your commands again. Okay. So he had a choice. He knew he needed to get grounded and know the truth and have a good meditation practice and always live outside of that command. Another example of a command. Um, I may have thousands, of course. Um, there was a, a woman who basically was raped and she, we went back into that traumatic incident.

(22:14):

And when she began to go into the incident, she recognized that she decided that love was unsafe, that, that it, that sex was unsafe basically. And in that decision, she actually began to try and, and have her, her life not have sex. Basically. She started to eat a lot. She started to put on a lot of weight. So that men, it was like her way of repelling men and sex. It was a subconscious thing. She didn't realize she was doing it right. So she went into that traumatic experience and re-experienced it. She recognized her command. You know, this is unsafe that, that love sex men are unsafe. It was this whole kind of umbrella of a command to all of it. So then she recognized how it was playing out in her health issues. It was recognizing how she was sabotaging even dating or doing anything.

(23:14):

It was, she recognizes one command was playing out in so many aspects of her life. So in that she started neutralizing that and she basically recognized how that this was a self-fulfilling prophecy, this command in her life and how she ne she wanted to make a new decision for herself. She, she began to, you know, really take care of herself in a loving way and began to restore her health and began to date again, put herself out there. So commands can, cannot, they play out in many, many different areas of your life. Um, they can play out in your finances. They can play out in your health. They can play out in your relationships. They can play out in your self-expression and so on and so forth. Right? So we wanna start looking at the commands, right? So me, me personally, I remember when I had gotten clear of my commands and one was, um, when I was six months old.

(24:10):

And what you'll do when you do these commands is at first, you may not be able to remember, you know, past earlier than say, five years old, but as you start doing more and more of your trauma work, it opens up your consciousness. And you actually begin to remember traumas that happened, um, in this, in your, you know, early on for me, one of my first one was at six months old and past lifetimes. And this is actually how you begin to go into past lifetimes. And again, you don't have to believe in past lifetimes, but your DNA, um, is there and you can go into those traumatic memories. So for me, I remember being six months old and, um, my parents, they didn't know any better at the time. It wasn't out of, um, cruelty. They just didn't know. They went over to Europe for a month and they left me with my mom's mom.

(24:54):

And my mom's mom was not exactly the sweetest, um, woman. And I remember my incident was I was in the crib at six months old, uh, left alone in the middle of the night, crying, crying, crying, and I needed love. I couldn't get love. Therefore I decided I wouldn't love. And I had spent majority of my life kind of with walls around my ability to love or calling in partners that were just not available. And therefore I didn't have to be available. And it was a command, um, that it came out as I don't care and it would, and I did care, but so the command played out over and over where I just would find anything wrong, or I would just pick partners where I didn't care as much about him. And it played out over and over again. It was, um, my core work and my life work to really restore this command.

(25:46):

And I care so much that I've handed my life over to work of caring for people and loving people and giving them wisdom to help them love themselves. So, you know, it is an ongoing thing and, and trauma is, is fascinating because usually we think of trauma, something that's awful that's happened. But when you do this work, you begin to recognize that trauma is, is one of the biggest blessings that we have because when we have a command, like for example, one of my other traumas of course, was when I had a stillborn son at 22 years old. And that trauma sent me on the quest of awakening and, um, sent me on the quest of, of doing, you know, the career that I have right now. The, and so I just want you to recognize that you can heal your trauma. You can neutralize your trauma, you can overcome this.

(26:38):

And whether you do this, um, with a practitioner, you can do EMDR. You can, can come to society and, um, reach out. We have trained ambassadors around this and, um, you can begin to heal yourself. There's many different modalities. Now. I think there's tapping, I've never tried tapping. So I can't, um, I can't say that I recommend that, but I know that, um, my mother did EMDR also, I've worked with tons of clients. There's prolonged therapy, cognitive therapy, which is very similar to this that we do, um, as spiritual practitioners. So, you know, really getting in there, neutralizing the trauma, asking yourself, what did you decide about yourself, about others and about life. And in my experience, trauma work restores freedom of choice commands might not fully disappear, but they're brought fully into consciousness and no longer hide within the subconscious mind triggers may still persist, but are majorly diminished.

(27:32):

The commands that once played out like, you know, puppet strings in your life and one's habitual life get minimized. Truth is recovered within mind. And so, as you are completing your re-experiencing your trauma, um, you may consider as yourself, is there anything new for you to see now? You know, what do you see? What's a new possibility once you see your command, once you can just, as is the traumatic incident, what's new for you, you know, how do you feel about the experience? What is a new possibility? And so for me, I know the new possibility for myself was to really care about people. The new possibility out of, out of, you know, the trauma that happened with my stillborn of feeling like life is so awful that the command was to really create a beautiful life. That's the opportunity. And I just get choked up even off that, because I recognize, you know, that little girl, that 22 little old girl with a stillborn baby in that room, she, that she chose that at some level.

(28:37):

And I truly believe that the traumas that we at some level choose to go through that experience so that we can understand it. And so that we, when we have triumph over it, we can help others through that same thing. We can be a voice that helps others through that. And that's the beauty of life that's relative experience. Okay. So this again was number four of number 12 of a series on this podcast called live your truth. If you get value from the series, please tell somebody about it, share it with somebody. You guys, it's super important. You can go back to the first three, and then after this five through 12 of birthing your truth and living your truth, you guys have a wonderful day.

If you have a lot of trauma, please begin with some lighter traumas in your life, neutralizing those, and then going deeper and deeper, and you can even go into your past lives.
