(00:00):

This is first live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

(00:20):

Live from Los Angeles. We come together each day to know truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together in community and society in new thought global. We truly believe that when somebody awakens save a gift and message to bring to the world and together we're awakening the world. So today we are on universal law of reciprocity. We are on a series of 52, a year long series of universal law. And today is 14 of 52. It is universal law of reciprocity, and this is exciting cause I love universal law. I find that over the course of 25 years of seeking truth, and there's so much truth, you can find it everywhere if you open your eyes. But when I discovered universal law and began to break it on down, my entire world changed because it had all the answers.

(01:14):

It was like the greatest master. I truly believe that the universe is our greatest teacher and all you have to do is open your eyes and it's telling us everything. It wants to teach us everything. It wants to give us everything. So we have to first define what is universal law. Universal law is the axioms of how life works, how you're manifesting, how you're demonstrating. It's the physics backing of energy. It's how consciousness creates and directs energy upon universal. Mindand your subconscious mind upon the divine mind and reflects back with perfection with precision. So today is universal law of reciprocity, Flo shovel. She said the game of life is a game of boomerangs. Our thoughts, deeds, and words returned to us sooner or later with astounding accuracy. So I remember years back as I always say I was in a dysfunctional relationship. I've been a few in my life.

(02:22):

Um, but years back I was in kind of my last horrific, a very dysfunctional relationship with, um, an addict, uh, pretty famous, um, musician and God bless him. I do have love for him and I, and I realized how I was a hundred percent responsible because he, he was the out picture of what was going on within my soul. And so I remember I had a mentor at the time that came to me through the universe, which was a total blessing. He was a, a great meta physician. And, um, he was really the greatest meta physician I'd met on relationships. And at the same time I had manifested a very dysfunctional relationship. So the point is, is when you are ready to become a master of a spiritual teacher, be careful because you're probably gonna go through some great lessons so that you can have compassion for people out there and that you can understand the experience of it so that you can become the teacher of it.

(03:22):

So be careful what you asked for, that's the point? Right? So here I was in this very dysfunctional relationship, um, with, you know, somebody who I loved deeply, but it was, um, like an addiction because I loved him for, it was like he was my heroin, right? He was, um, somebody that was the perfect blessing for my life to wake me the freak up. So here I was in this, in this horrific relationship and I had this, um, mentor, dear, dear friend of mine, that was a walking angel on this earth. And he would begin to teach me about how true love is really. We love without bounds. We love without expectations. We love infinitely and we can't have attachment of where it comes back from, cuz that's really what the universe is, teaching us that we give out what we truly desire to seek to experience.

(04:15):

But we can't, it doesn't always come back from that same source. So if you love somebody, it doesn't mean that it's gonna come back from that person. Right? So here I was thinking, how am I supposed to love this guy that is, you know, cheating on me, falling out of communication, being sober, I'm taking care of him for months. And then he falls out and then does horrific things. How am I supposed to love him? How am I supposed to not hate him or make him wrong or yell at him or whatever. Right? The insane woman that I turned into in that process and the concept of the law of reciprocity is what we give out has to be returned infinitely abundantly, but not necessarily from that source as like, whoa, this is a very advanced spiritual practice. Okay? So the law of reciprocity is basically the universal.

(05:06):

It reads like this, which is what I wrote on it. The universe is a quantum field where everything is connected. There is a mutual dependence action and exchange between you and the universe. You get what you give and you reap what you sell, whatever you send to the cosmos, whether it's good or bad must be returned. This is a law of mutual exchange. Therefore every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Life is like a game of booming. Whatever you give to life is returned to you and multiplied abundantly. Okay. So here I was in the midst of this and I was thinking, there's just no way. I'm, I'm not gonna be able to love this person, you know, without expectations of it coming back from this one person and I am not, or this law is not saying that you should love somebody or something.

(06:05):

It stands something that is in harm's way. That is dysfunctional. In fact, we, we preach the total opposite that we, the answer is to love this person. But if we can't stay in peace with them in our environment, then we need to love them unconditionally from afar. So what happened as I began to go deeper and deeper into the dysfunction of the relationship, there was no out I could not stay in that relationship and love him the way that, um, that I wanted to embody love in my life. And so I had to release him to the universe and in that healing process, one of the key factors for me to heal from that pain from, you know, the lie of it was realizing that I did still love him. And I love him today and I'll always love him. And I would not be with him or anyone that was dysfunctional because I didn't wanna embody that anymore.

(07:07):

I had, I had mastered that masterclass on this planet. So the, the job, if you will, to align with the universal law of reciprocity is to love unconditionally and exponentially and completely be expressed in your love. But knowing that it doesn't have to be to a particular person or a particular way. So today I practice loving him. I love him. Um, he does come into my consciousness at times. It's been many, many years, but he comes into my consciousness and whenever he does, I love him. I send him love. I send him total love. But meanwhile, I practice expressing love. I practice loving every single person I come in contact with. And if I can't love them, one of the greatest things that my teacher and my mentor also taught me that at this point in time was that if, if I can't hold him as his divinity, as a perfection that he is and hold him lovingly, then I'm actually doing him harm.

(08:11):

And I'm actually the one outta spiritual ethics. And I remember being like, what, how am I wrong when he's the one who did X, Y, and Z. He's the one who lied. He's the one who cheated you. Oh my gosh, I'm the victim. He's the predator. You know? And I got to the place where I realized, oh no, no, no, if you can't hold somebody in the light, if you can't hold them in a loving space in your mind, in your consciousness, you are actually the one doing the harm. What, that's a big wake up call, right? So our, our job and the law of reciprocity is to love is to give love out and not, um, control it. Not outline it of where it's coming back, right? The same with money. If you're using this law for money or for prosperity or for abundance, the job is in your job is to be prosperity, to be money, to be that aspect, to be embody that, that, that consciousness, right?

(09:09):

So if you want more money, you have to give value everywhere you go. You have to give it exponentially, help others, get money, help them claim their birthright of prosperity, help them understand the concept of the law of abundance, right? So if you want to give, get energy, more energy upon this life, right? We want more health. We want more vitality. We have to give energy, give energy to the body, give energy through the food that we eat. Give energy through the vibration of what we're energizing our, our mind with and our body with, right? So the law of reciprocity is really, it's a game of boom rings. So if you help others and you give energy and you give love and you give value, the law of reciprocity has to have you receive it. That is the law. And that's where living in faith and claiming and receiving, being able to receive it.

(10:00):

Right? So again, the law of reciprocity, the universe is a quantum field where everything is connected. There is a mutual dependence action and exchange. When you and the universe, you get what you give and you reap what you sow, whatever you send to the cosmos, whether it good or bad must be returned. This is a law of mutual exchange. Therefore every action has equal and opposite reaction. Life is like playing a game of boomerang. Whether you give, whatever you give to life is returned to you multiplied abundantly. So here I was in this dysfunctional relationship, giving chaos back, I was like a mirror. Okay. I was a mirror to him. I was, I was acting the opposite when he would do X, Y, and Z, when he would lie, when he would cheat, when he would fall off the wagon, I would turn into a bitch.

(10:56):

I would send, um, awful texts. I would yell at him. I would get upset. I would, you know, complain to all my friends. I would do all those dysfunctional insanity things. Okay. So I was doing the opposite of what the law teaches us. The law teaches us be that, which you want to embody. If you want an amazing relationship, you need to be an amazing person. If you want to be somebody that is with somebody that is, um, loving and caring and, um, you know, is all, all that you want them to be. You've got to be that regardless of what's in front of you, because your subconscious mind and the divine mind does not know what's going on out there. It just says a feedback machine, right? So if it is just hearing and experiencing the universe is just hearing you be in, in frustration, it's hearing you be pissed off.

(11:54):

It's hearing you, it's feeling the vibration of you being in discord and being in sadness and being in all that all it's gonna do is reflect back more of that. So when it gets into and hears you in peace and in love and in expression and in sensuality and enjoy, and in all that it has to reflect back and in everything that you are in your embodiment and who you are in your presence, who you come into, every single relationship who, who people see you as, and as they, they hold you because they're, co-creating, you, as people see you as this, they're gonna hold you as that in their own consciousness. And that is what is informing universal law as well. So today, as you go through this day, I invite you to think about what it is that you truly want to have reflected back to you.

(12:45):

Do you want money and prosperity and value reflected back to you? Do you want energy and high vibe and amazingness to reflect back to you? Do you want love and caring and all the good parts of life that you, you desire to experience? Then you've got to embody that. And in that remember, you can't judge any of the things because that the moment that you judge is the moment that you're experiencing all those things. So you've got to release it, forgive yourself, forgive the other person, send love to your exes. Send love to that person that did you wrong. Send love to that partner that took money from you, send love and forgive them and recognize that it was all for your growth. It was all for your awakening. It was all for your spiritual awakening. Every last drop of it, you created it, you created it.

(13:36):

You brought those people into your life. You were that magnet of that essence of what you believed at a soul level. It's time to do your inner work. It's time to release that anger, release those expectations, release the animosity release and forgive yourself and forgive others so that you can step fully into being that, which you want to receive back in the booming of life. And so today, as we take a deep breath into the nose and excellent out, I recognize right here, right now, the power that be the power of you, the power divine, the true essence of who you are. The, I am factor God, divine, whatever you wanna call it. I recognize right here. And right now you are the creator. You are the creator and each and every breath that you take. Every thought that you think every belief that you have, every emotion, every circumstances of your life is here and designed for your awakening.

(14:32):

And so I recognize the universe. It's the greatest teacher, cuz it's you, you're higher self. You are the universe. And I recognize that you are the boomerang to recognize and receive back. And have you understand how you are creating upon universal law and your consciousness right here right now. That's how powerful you are. And so I know today, the choice of healing, the choice of prosperity, the choice of high energy, the choice of love expressing, expressing, expressing, expressing exponentially, your joy, your love, your gifts, your expression, your voice, your everything, the universe hears that. I hear it. We all hear it. And we say, yes, we say yes to all of you express as you fully in your light and in your love and in your joy and in your fullness. I say yes, as together we say. And so it is okay, you guys have a beautiful day and may you live your truth?

(15:24):

So universal law reciprocity, this is 14 to 52. You can go back and see the other ones. If this is down the line, you can go ahead and see the future ones. There's also some coaching things on here. And, um, some interviews, very few interviews. I teach generally 11 to 22 minutes on the podcast. Um, we're trying to roll. 'em out Wednesdays and Sundays for you guys. So you can get your truth, get your mind, right? It's so important. Every single day, every single way you guys get your mind, right? It's the number one thing you need to do every day. So you can have miracles and manifest every last drop of you have a beautiful day. And may you live your truth.

We come together each day to another truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together in community, in society and new thought global. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world and together we're awakening the world. So today let's talk about five tips to being a soul-based business. So entrepreneur or spiritual coach, the five tips. Okay. So this is the deal. I think a lot of people think that we only train certified spiritual coaches. This is not the truth in society. And I've worked with so many different people. And in the group, we have this amazing community. We are people that are real estate agents that wanna bring spiritual principle into their real estate companies and brokerages. We have people in corporate jobs that like to just live on spiritual principle and advancing their, you know, their skills in, in all departments, we have all different types of people.

(01:19):

We have startup companies that do different products. We of course have spiritual coaches and people trained to be spiritual practitioners and ministers and things like that. But the point is this is that spiritual principles apply to everything. I train people to be the CEO of the personal and professional life and spiritual principles are going into all areas. So whether I've worked with the top CEOs, whether I've worked with celebrities, whether I'm working with a real estate agent or a single mom, the work is always the same because you always have to do your inner work and master your spiritual nature and birth your truth and get really clear on your, you know, what really matters to you in life. And you need to understand business. I don't care if you are a stay at home. Mom, business is business getting organized in your home, getting organized in, in all the different tasks of life and making sure that you're producing what you wanna produce at a life.

(02:16):

Life is there's no distinction between business and spiritual awakening. Okay? It is all one thing because it's all you moving energy upon mind. And we're here as divine, spiritual being, creating this experience. And we wanna have the, the effect that we wanna create. We wanna have the impact that we wanna create. We wanna have all that. So today I wanna break down and give you five things. I suggest for any sole based business owner, for any soul entrepreneur, for any spiritual coach. And whether you have no idea what you wanna create in a business, or whether you are already a multiple seven figure company, because we have both and we teach the eight pillars of business and it applies to everyone. So I'm gonna teach you a few things today. We're not gonna go over the eight pillars of business, cuz we're we go over that in society.

(03:07):

And I've talked about that on other podcasts today, we're gonna talk about five, five things I recommend to be become successful as a soul based business owner, as a soul entrepreneur, as a spiritual coach. Okay? Because look, if you are a soul based business or a so entrepreneur, I'm guessing that you're like me, you probably feel alone. You probably feel, maybe you're afraid to even make the leap. Maybe you haven't made the leap out of your traditional job, or maybe you just aren't ready to, to get your business all up and running. Maybe you don't even know where to start, you know, or you don't know how you're gonna ever get your first clients. Maybe you're completely overwhelmed. Maybe you're already in the middle of it and you don't know what to do each day. You wake up and you're like, where do I even go?

(03:53):

Like I've so much to get done. You know, maybe you're afraid of working 24 7. You know, a lot of people think I'm gonna have this, you know, laptop lifestyle. I'm gonna make an impact in the world. And then they end up becoming workaholics because there's just as a, as an entrepreneur, you can work forever. Okay. So, but I know this, this is what I know for sure. I know that if you are a soul-based business or a, so entrepreneur or walking into become a spiritual coach or a minister, whatever it is with me, I know that you desire to make a difference in the world. I know that you desire to live your truth. I know that you do desire to have choice or maybe it's that laptop lifestyle. Maybe you desire to write a book and become an world renowned, you know, author, maybe you desire to speak on stages.

(04:39):

Maybe you in desire to influence millions of people. And this is the deal is that as a, so entrepreneur I've been an entrepreneur since I was, um, how old was I? I think 22 after I had my stillborn, I was 23 because after I had my stillborn, I was in college. I was actually in nursing school and I had my son who is now, um, turning 25. And I remember thinking, what am I gonna do as a mom that I can be flexible, make an impact in the world and you know, be available. And so I began the entrepreneurial track and it was hard. Let me tell you, it was so hard because in our culture, we're, we're, we're programmed in elementary school. You know, we have homework assignments each day. They hold your hand. They, you know, spank your butt. If you don't do whatever you say, whatever it is, N not literally, but kind of in some of the schools.

(05:34):

<laugh>. Um, but the point is, is that in entrepreneurship? No, one's gonna tell you every step, every day, everything you need to do, entrepreneurship is an art. It is a way of life. And it is really for the big boys, in my opinion. And the big girls, you gotta put on your big girl pants for this one. Okay? No one is going to tell you you exactly what to do and how to do it every single day, you're going to have to be self motivated and you're going to have to be extremely organized and you're gonna have to keep your eye on the ball. Okay? So I'm gonna give you five chips today. What I recommend for a sole base business, whether you're just starting or you are, you know, in the midst of all of it or a solepreneur or a spiritual coach or whatever you wanna call it.

(06:26):

Okay. Number one thing, the number one thing I recommend is getting to mentor or coach, and yes, I'm, I'm plugging myself. But whether you work with me or whether you work with somebody else, or whether you find a free mentor, that's giving you content online. I recommend getting a mentor, coach, trust me, anybody that's done entrepreneurship. Anyone that is done online world, we all wanted to pull our hair out. We all went around in circles. We were all frustrated. We all started with one follower, okay, that's the truth. We've done it. And you, you wanna get a mentor coach because they're gonna teach you little tricks and little hacks that will keep you from it'll spend, keep you it'll go. You'll have 10 times the amount of success in less time. I mean, that's not necessarily true, but like, it will save you 10 times.

(07:16):

The amount of time you have the potential to have 10 times the income, because you're looking at somebody else who's already done it. Why would you try and do it on your own? Why would you have to research every time you do anything all over the place. And I do recommend paying for one. And the reason why I recommend paying for one, because it is the common denominator. When I take a look at my life, when I take a look at all my friends who are, you know, multiple six figure, multiple seven figure people online, doing business, they all spent money on having coaches. Every last I've never heard of one person that didn't honestly, I've never heard of one person that didn't. So you've got to get a mentor coach. Okay. You've gotta have an accountability. You've gotta have somebody that's helping you get clarity, getting focused on your next big thing, all that kind of stuff.

(08:04):

Okay. The second thing I highly highly recommend is if you are serious, if you really truly wanna be a successful soul-based business owner or a sole entrepreneur or a spiritual coach, you need to treat it like a profession. That means treat it like you would. I don't know if that's working eight to five or whatever that is. Monday through Friday, you've got to treat it like a profession. You know, I taught in this business group yesterday at 7:00 AM and we're I was teaching them about social media and the 10 things to post on social media to get engagement, to trust and to have them wanna purchase from you. And a lot of them were like, well, you know, I sometimes feel like you on social media, sometimes don't feel like you're on social media and so on and so forth. And I said, look, it's like, imagine that you decided you weren't gonna open your, your retail store.

(08:57):

And you're like, you know, I don't really feel like opening my doors today. I'm just gonna not open my doors today. But tomorrow I'm gonna feel like it. No, you've got to treat your, your, your job, your soul-based business, like a profession. If you know that making sales and doing business and impacting people, takes you getting on social media, five, seven days a week, posting multiple times a day. That's part of your business. You, you, you can't like only do it when you feel like it, right? It's like if I wanna pay taxes, but I don't like doing it. I can't just be like, you know what? I don't feel like paying my taxes this year. I'll do it next year. Like, it's part of your business. You have to do it. Okay? I'm not saying that you have to do social media. You can hire it done, or you can choose to not do it and just do ads.

(09:48):

Instead. There's a ways you can get around that, which I teach you in society, but you need to treat your soul-based business or your spiritual coaching or your entrepreneurship as a profession. If you're gonna, if you expect to be paid like a professional, you've gotta act like a professional, right? You've gotta treat it like AFE. You've gotta get it down in your schedule. You know, lots of people come in in society and to help them to become CEOs of the personal professional life. Part of that is getting organized in your personal professional life. If it's not down your calendar, it's probably not gonna, you're probably not gonna do it. It's gonna slip your mind and you're not gonna do it. Okay. Number three is, keep it simple. One of the biggest mistakes I see people making in their soul-based business or soul entrepreneur or spiritual coaching is they try and do it all.

(10:37):

They wanna do the podcast. They wanna do the book. They wanna, you know, um, do all this stuff, but they haven't even gotten their first client. They haven't even, even, uh, created their product and, and priced it and done the research to get a product, right? The difference between a hobby and a profession is that you actually make money, right? So we wanna get you to a place where you keep it so simple. You don't have every technology. You don't go across all social media. You don't do all this until you have kept it really simple. We do not teach people to do courses or mentor or membership until they've mastered having one-on-ones. If you have a product, you don't have 50 products, you have one to three products and you keep it very simple and you go on a gradient. So number three that I recommend is keep it simple.

(11:24):

Number four is do the big things instead of the little to do list. Okay. Another big thing I used to do, I remember in my twenties every day, I'd wake up and I have this blank piece of paper and I'd write all my to-do lists, all the miscellaneous things. And I would kind of, it was actually a distraction. I never got to the big things. And it was a, like a self sabotage, subconscious sabotage do the big things instead of little to-do list, we teach it over and over. So there's this famous kind of, um, metaphor around this, where somebody has a big glass jar and they have all these to-do lists. Some are huge boulders and some are little pebbles and some sand. And this represents the big things, the medium things, and the little things on your list of, of having success that you need to get done.

(12:14):

And what happens is if you take that glass jar and you put all the little things and all the sand in first, you actually can't fit in the big things. The only way you're gonna fit everything into the glass jar is if you put the big boulders in first, and then you put the medium pebbles in, and then you put the sand in, that's how we want you to think. We want you to think as a strategic business owner and somebody who is committed to having success. We want you to always start with the big things. First in your day, we teach you, you know, that you wanna get the big boulders outta the way first, and you don't do anything else until you finish that one big Boulder. And then once you finish that one big Boulder, then you can get to the smaller things.

(12:58):

Okay. Next is number five, which is master your craft. You know, one of the biggest things I've seen people do, their big mistakes is they get to, they, they try and put the horse before the buggy, as they say, you wanna become a master of your craft. If you are a spiritual coach, you can have the best website. You can get sales going. You can do all this stuff. You can have great social media, but if you don't go into an actual session and have somebody have major transformation and make an impact in their life, they're probably not gonna refer anybody. And they might even bad talk. You, okay? So you wanna be a master of your craft. If you are putting products out and the product is crappy, it breaks it doesn't do what it says it's gonna do. It's not gonna be good for your business.

(13:50):

You've gotta master your craft. You've become, you've gotta be somebody that is, is the master of their craft. I always, um, have people that come in and to say leadership, because we have programs that are not just about certifying coaches. We have a leadership program that is specifically for soul-based business owners. And we go into spiritual mastery and business mastery. And the spiritual mastery is always the most important because if they don't get their mindset, right, if they don't do their inner trauma work, if they don't get clarity on really what it is, why they're doing, who is their client, and really mastering the clarity around all of it, then getting to the spiritual and getting to the business pillars is great, but it's not really it's, it's going ahead of the game. Okay? So master craft, what is your craft? If you just say I'm an expertise or a desire to be an expertise in this, in this and X, if I am a master of, of this, you need to, you need to embody that you need to embody it.

(14:48):

You need to take a significant amount of time before you launch your company or during it. And you keep up your craft. I keep up my craft. I'm always reading. I'm learning, I'm growing. I'm, I'm looking at other people's work. I'm I'm discovering. It never ends. We're always, always the student. We're the teacher as well, but we're always a student master your craft. Okay? So five things that I recommend to, to, you know, become a great soul based business, a so entrepreneur or a spiritual coach, or a minister or a doctor divinity, any of the things I recommend, cuz you're really an entrepreneur. The truth is you're not going to an a traditional job. Someone's not saying okay, today, here's your list of things. You need to get done. All the power to. If you have that position, I will never ever be able to work on that.

(15:36):

I need to be creative. I need to have my own flow. I need to own my own company. Right? So number one is get a mentor or a coach. Number two is treat it, treat it like it's a profession. If you wanna be a professional, you gotta act like a professional. If you want great clients, he paying clients. You've gotta act like a professional, right? Number three is, keep it simple. Build your business on a gradient. Number four is do the big things. Instead of the little things the little to do list is a dream killer. Okay? And number five is master your craft, master your craft. And I promise it'll work out. Okay? So you need to trust the process. Trust the process. Being an entrepreneur is, is beautiful and fricking hard. Ma'am you need to be, be comfortable with failing. You need to be comfortable with pivoting.

(16:23):

We pivot so much. You have no idea. We're always pivoting. We're always listening and getting feedback from our clients. Getting feedback from the world. Look at, I mean, through the pandemic and through the lockdown we had to pivot, pivot, pivot. Our prices changed our, you know, we launched a free community. We did all kinds of stuff. Pivot, pivot, pivot. You've got to trust the process. You've gotta fail fast and you've gotta pivot. You've gotta look at failure as growth because you're always growing. This is not about, this is, this is your development. Your business is your greatest place of development other than maybe your relationship, right? It is great development society. And new thought global teach me every day. It demands me to get clear of my principles. It demands me to step more and more into my leadership. It demands me to not get, take things personal.

(17:14):

It demands me to look for the highest good and becoming the highest good. It demands all these things for me. Your business is a great source of your spiritual development. And so on that note, I just know perfection of wherever you're at. I truly believe that if you have the desire to become a sole based business owner or be a sole entrepreneur or be a spiritual coach or whatever it is, making an impact, having a product or a service or whatever that is, I say, yes, I know you can do it, but it's gonna, you're it's gonna take faith is gonna take determinism. It's gonna take being consistent. It's gonna take growing. It's gonna take getting great, uh, community in your life, getting a mentor, mastering your craft, really treating it as, as you know, really professional. It's gonna take all of those things, but I know you can do it.

(18:09):

Whatever you truly desire

(18:10):

Is your destiny.

(18:11):

You are here

(18:13):

Not to win the rat race of materialism.

This is

(00:01):

First live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

(00:21):

Live from Los Angeles. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community in new thought global and society. We truly believe that when somebody awakens save a gift and message to bring to the world and together we are awakening a billion people. So let's do this thing. You guys, we're on universal law of perfection, which is a series of 52, which this one is 13 of 52. So obviously the only law of the universe is cause and effect the cause of spirit consciousness, divine God, your higher self and the effect, but all these universal laws that we're teaching are understanding the different distinctions of how you are manifesting 24 7 with the power of consciousness, with your beingness, with your belief, how you be and live and how that is informing your subconscious mind and the subjective mind, the one divine mind and how it goes out and reflects back exponentially.

(01:27):

So today let's talk about universal law of perfection. There's a great book by Gabby Bernstein called the universe, has your back Gabby states trust that your wounds are exactly as the universe planned. They were divinely placed in your life, in the perfect order so that you can show up for them with love and remember the light with them. So there's a saying in spirituality that people say, oh, it's all good. It's all God. It's like, what do you mean? How can, how can someone having cancer? How can a pandemic, how can people dying? Be all perfect. It can't be perfect, but it is from a spiritual perspective because when from a spiritual perspective, we're here to grow. We are not our bodies. We're not the circumstances. We're untouchable, we're eternal, we're immortal, right? So we have to look at life when we have that shift when we tap in.

(02:26):

And that's why I truly believe that the, the answer to all the suffering on this planet, all wars, all injustice, all brutality is awakening to our oneness because when you awaken to the truth of who you are, you know that you are, you are, you can never die. You can never be touched. You can never be harmed. You can never have disease because there's a part of you. That is the truth of you, right? Um, and so we have to recognize that all of life is for our awakening. It's all for our growth and understanding how to use our consciousness form in this 3d realm. So in that light life is all good in that it is a calling. So anywhere that we are feeling suffering or feeling sadness or feeling like this is not just then that is our call. That's our call to recognize that we have something to do.

(03:20):

That is a desire. That is the divine desire that is saying, no, this is not what I wanna experience. And this is good because it is telling me where my truth is in getting back in alignment. So the law perfection at a spiritual level is that there's, there's only perfection. There has to be only perfection, right? There is a divine order to the cosmos and a harmonic progression within every cause and effect. Life is unfolding perfectly. You are whole and complete exactly as you are. There's a statement in new thought, uh, that says, perfect God, perfect, man, which I'm gonna change up to perfect woman and perfect being just joking. So there's a perfect mental equivalent to everything created in the physical universe designed for your awakening. Okay. So we have to know, as we say, live, your truth is, you know, the tagline and my mantra of life, because it really is that I can tell in life, if I am feeling outta swords, if I'm not in total bliss, if I'm not totally in oneness and totally in fulfillment, that means that, that that's my emotions speaking to me to get back to truth.

(04:34):

So I have to look at life like everything is perfect because it is guiding me. It's guiding me to my truth. It's guiding me to heaven on earth. It's guiding me to that. Right? So you're whole and complete exactly as you are, life is whole incomplete as it is, the universe doesn't know anything that's good or bad. It doesn't see, you know, harmony or destruction as good or bad. It just brings harmony to order, right. It, there is a law in the universe that brings things to order. And I think that we can look around today and see that this is what this really essentially the revolution that's happening, the great awakening of 2020, that it really is this law of perfection that's working, it's work. If you will, to bring order back to, um, to the world at some level, we're ready to grow to the next level.

(05:23):

So it has to shake things up the breakdown for the breakthrough, right? So anytime that we're feeling like unkind to ourselves or feeling angst or feeling like we're resisting something in life, we know that what we're resist persists, right? So we have to know the perfection instead of resisting what's happening in the world. It really doesn't do any good. It actually holds it in place. When we begin to shift and look at life like it's for me and not against me, then we begin to really restore the power that be. So I remember years ago, kind of looking at a situation I was in a really kind of awful relationship. And, um, I talk about it quite a bit. I was very codependent and I, I landed up in a relationship with a, a kind of famous Grammy winning addict. And it was, um, quite the masterclass on this planet.

(06:15):

And you know, what I sent all blessings that I know his divine presence and I sent blessings and love to him right now. But in that I remember there was, there was a point in time where I felt really the effect. And I was really, um, had like almost PTSD from all the trauma. And I remember in the healing process, remember being in prayer and the, the thing that was resisting in it was that I realized that I still loved him. And I will probably, I, I will always love for him. I, I had a profound love for him at some level. Could I be with him? No, but the point is that at that point in time, I had to recognize how he was a blessing in my life. That circumstance was a blessing. And so when we began to shift to recognize that all of life is per perfect, universal, perfect.

(07:07):

It has to has to be perfection because it was the exact lesson that I needed in that point in time in my life, it was exactly what I needed to wake up to self love and get into alignment with my truth. And so it was perfect. Right? Gabby Bernstein also says in her book, in every situation you have two choices, will you learn through fear or will you learn through love, right? So will you learn? You're gonna learn regardless, right? Hopefully anyway, um, that when we learn and we recognize life is really working for us to grow and to learn and to evolve and to become our highest version of ourselves. So when we look at it like that, we begin to shift and see everything as perfection right now, you know, through black lives matter and through everything going on the planet at whatever level, there's a perfection of the mentally equivalent of, you know, police brutality in that there is something for us all to awaken to that is even greater than what we know.

(08:09):

I always think that, you know, the harder life is the more blessed you are in some ways, because it makes you get to divine source and know your immortality and, and immortality probably faster than someone that who hasn't has as much suffering. And, um, you know, I think that that's, that's my perception. And, and that's, you know, when you that's my own, you know, whatever, everyone can have their own belief around this, but I know for sure that life is perfect because there's always the perfect mentally equivalent of what's going on in life. And the truth is that whatever is going on on this planet, in your circumstances, in your relationships, in your health and your wealth and all the above, that there's always a mental equivalent in your individual, you know, consciousness and the collective consciousness and the cosmic consciousness. So we recognize the oneness and the perfection and the unfoldment for your highest good for your growth for your evolution.

(09:04):

I simply know this in my mind, let's take a deep breath into the nose and excellent out. And so what I know for sure is that I recognize and see the perfection of all the heaven and hell on this planet. I recognize this divine perfection of this classroom that we're in this masterclass, this incredible school here, this earth school, this human school. And I know right here, and right now the perfection or for my growth and for your growth and for everyone's growth for them to recognize and see where and what they choose to experience and their individual choices of their use of energy and our collective choices. And so may we align to the truth of what we truly want to experience? May we know the truth of who we are. May we play in this playground called life and see everything working for us and not against us? May we choose love and recognize that fear is only more growth. It is love as well. And so in this, I know perfection, I know the presence and in the power that you are as together we say. And so it is have a beautiful day. You guys, and may you live your truth.

This is first live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

(00:21):

Live from Los Angeles. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together in community in new thought global and society. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world and together we're awakening the world. So let's do this thing, spiritual awakening. Okay. I have to say this is probably the third time I started this podcast. I don't know. I think anytime I have too much significance, as we know in life that it's, we have a lot of, like, we put a lot of value on this, right? So for me, I realized making this podcast, that one, I feel this deserves such a big conversation. In fact, I realize that one day it'll probably be a little bit of a biography for me down the line because my spiritual awakening is probably the most valuable thing I've experienced in this life.

(01:19):

And so I realized when I began to kind of put my together some notes for this podcast, I was like, wow, how am I even give this justice? And where do I even begin? And at the same time, I've had some resistance around telling my spiritual awakening, because I, I think that there's some parts of spiritual communities and things and my own self in the process where I went through a phase where I felt like I was better than in my spiritual awakening. And I realized that this is kind of one of the pitfalls of the spiritual awakening, and I never want to come across like that. And I also want to allow everyone else to have their own spiritual awakening. And I recognize there's as many different spiritual awakenings as there are, as there are spiritual beings and we're all one, but we all are the fractal of the one. And we all have our own unique experience. So I just wanna honor wherever you are in your spiritual journey and whatever experience that is for you versus somebody else. And I'm just here to kind of get real and raw and vulnerable about my spiritual journey. So here we go, you guys, okay. It says, take a deep breath into the nose

(02:31):

And ex sign out.

(02:37):

So my true spiritual awakening was a powerful decision and the powerful decision began when I was in the mortician's house. The day after I had my full term stillborn son at 22 years old. And as so many of of you have probably heard my story, but I was 22 years old and I was in the mortician's, um, home, if you will, the next day after giving birth to his body. And I was there all alone, the mortician had given me this room with, um, to just grieve his body had been in a formal to hide for 24 hours. And I tell the story all about this and going into, um, that room and, and going over to his body and crying and crying and crying. And then like a flash of light. I realized that my son was gone, but his body was still here.

(03:34):

And I realized he wasn't his body. And I realized in that moment that he's a spiritual being. And in that moment, I also realized that I'm a spiritual being. And I decided it was a very, very powerful decision to really hand my life over, to discovering who the hell I am, what the hell I'm doing here. What's our nature. What really matters in this life is there, you know, life after death is there, God, is there not God, why the freak are we here? And all those things. And I powerfully decided. And when I walked out of the mortician's house that day, I had no idea. I had no idea how I was ever going to figure out all those questions, but I knew that that was my obsession, that none of this stuff really mattered to me. And I didn't know how or where or what or why.

(04:28):

I just knew that I had to figure it out. So as I went back into my life in a marriage that I barely even knew my husband, I was 22 years old. And I think for both of us, it was just, we thought we should get married. You know, um, he was much older than me and also very much SIL UN awake. And we, I came back to this life where it was so empty and I didn't know anything. And I was living in Utah at the time I was from Santa Barbara and I, I didn't know where to go. There was, this was a long time ago. You guys, this was, um, this was what, 25 years ago. And there was not like yoga studios. It wasn't like Venice, California, right? There was nothing, there was, there was Mormon churches, right. Which was way too dogmatic for me and just not, did not call at all.

(05:21):

And I had nowhere to go. I didn't know where to turn. All I did know is that there was these things called books. So I began to read books and in the books there wasn't so much about spiritual awakening books. There were more like empowerment. There were some alternative books. Actually, there was seven principles of spiritual awakening by Deepak Trevor, which was a huge book for me because it said meditate for 20 minutes in the morning and meditate for 20 minutes in the evening. So I took that one thing and I did start to meditate, but that was a little bit, um, I think like about a year down the line after I'd read a bunch of books, but I began to really get on the path and call it the path. And, and I began to just dive into as many books as I could begin to dive into the conversation.

(06:10):

We really didn't even have the internet that much back then. You know, I didn't, I didn't even have a phone. I mean, I think very few people had cell phones back then really dating myself right now. Um, but began to, um, have enough money to be able to go to seminars. I did go to landmark, uh, seminar. And that was interesting because it did start to kind of have me shift and take a look at what was working and what wasn't working in my life and the possibilities in life. And I always say that one of the, the biggest parts of awakening for me was beginning to decide that I wanted to wake up B, but I didn't know what that looked like, but what it did look like was indicated what I didn't want in my life, what wasn't working in my life, what felt so asleep, if you will.

(07:00):

And so I always recognize that whenever there's something we don't want in life, this is a blessing because it's indicating to us what we do want. There's something to be known of what we do want, even if we don't know it yet. And it's always the same in the opposite signs of the coin, right? So that's one of the first spiritual awakenings for me, as I began to, I began to see what I didn't want, what I didn't want to be, who I didn't want to be. I began to see the patterns of life and observe my own vicious cycle and began to observe other people's vicious human vicious cycle. So what happened from there was I began to, um, get more and more into meditation on my own. And I began to read books around spiritual awakening. And it was a long process. You know, this was, this was back in the day when there wasn't in your face, spiritual awakening and there wasn't all the, all the, and there was, there was so many books, but there's so many more books.

(07:57):

Now there's so many groups, there's so many coaching. So I was really lost, you know, here I was in my twenties and I knew that I, I didn't even think I even called it a spiritual awakening. It wasn't even like a big hashtag or something. Right. Like I just wanted to be outta the pain and suffering was more what I was about. So then what happened is I began to witness my own programming witnessing what was, what was, who, who am I versus what the culture has told me, what, you know, what mattered to me versus what I had seen, you know, keeping up with the Jones, if you will. And I began to desire to come home. It almost was like, I began to be more and more unhappy. It felt like I was on this planet, but I didn't belong here. Like I was some alien here, like, how did I get here?

(08:46):

And why am I here? And, and I feel like I'm lost. And someone abandoned me here. You know, I felt so not in my own skin. I felt so. So not of this planet, I just didn't belong. So then what happened was I began to have my awakening and I would go into meditation for so long. I lived up in park city, Utah. I was raising my son because I had a son. I got pregnant a month to the day later with my son who now is 24 years old. And I decided to stay in Utah, even though I got a divorce. My son was two when I got a divorce and I knew that I wanted my son and his and his father to have a good relationship. So I sacrificed and stayed in Utah so they could have, you know, that time together, drink custody.

(09:32):

And so I would just have so much time and I would, um, I would meditate and, and do you know everything from, you know, visioning and affirmations and crystals and, you know, just, you know, waiting for the signs and, and, you know, just all the stuff. And as I began to meditate, more and more, the veil of life began to come off more and more. And so what happened as I said, in, in the beginning of my book and my introduction, I talk about a night, I'll never forget it was 4:00 AM in the morning. And I had been going into meditation and getting deeper and deeper and deeper. And it was just this incredible blissful place. And that one night, my eyes popped open at four o'clock in the morning. I was like, oh my gosh, I get to go back in. It was like this excitement.

(10:22):

And because if you're, you know, if you meditated all, you know that for me anyway, it is like really late at night or really early in the morning when everyone's kind of asleep. There's a clear consciousness. And especially if you're close to nature, which I was at that point in time in parks, city, Utah, really easy to tap in and get downloads if you will. I didn't know the word downloads at that point in time. But anyway, so I went into, I had us this spiritual, um, kind of my spiritual place. I did meditation in one of my walk-in closets. And I went in there, I lit the candle, I got a meditation position and it, it had to only have been a few minutes into meditation. All of a sudden, I literally like popped outta my body. I literally like had this oneness, this enlightenment moment where I could feel like I was one with the entire universe.

(11:14):

And I heard a voice. I heard a voice. I heard the voice. And the voice is, is yes, you hear it in a voice, but it's also, it's this knowingness for me, the voice was annoying annoyingness and my whole life changed from that moment on where I began to go, what in the hell are we capable of what really is going on here? And that's, I'm trying to remember how many years it was into my meditation and into my awakening. It was quite a few years into it. And, but I realized in that moment that I was just beginning to touch upon the iceberg of awakening. And at that point in time is when I really, really, really began to become truly obsessed with the work, because I knew there was something to be known. There was something to be experienced beyond my wildest dreams.

(12:12):

And, and from that point on it began actually was very hard. That next chapter of my awakening was very difficult because I began to quote, quote, channel, if you will. And this voice would come in and I would begin to, um, to get, to get downloads if you will. And if you don't know what that is, I'm sure many of you guys do know what that is, but basically it's what happens is as you expand your consciousness through meditation, um, some people do it through medicines or drugs. I did not, I would do it. It took me many years cuz I did it naturally. And as you expand your consciousness enough and you release the limited beliefs and you release, you know, the programming, all of a sudden the, the truths of the universe streaming the truths of your higher self streaming. And for some people, this can be through, you know, channeling of, of a, you know, D T or channeling of the universe of Oracle.

(13:10):

If you will being an Oracle, sometimes this can, you know, be whatever it is for me, it was a voice that came through and it felt like this was the voice of God. And I didn't know, because I thought, I didn't know anything. I didn't have anybody to talk to. I didn't have any spiritual friends. So I thought I was going crazy. I was like, is this normal? Am I the only person this has ever happened to? Am I, what is, what the hell is happening? And I began to kind of seek out and I was wondering what, and so I began to read like Edgar Casey and a bunch of people and Abraham Hicks. And I was like, what is really going on? And I, I kind of relate it to kind of the cocoon effect where if you're a butterfly or if you're rather, um, a caterpillar first and you're going through life and it's all good and whatever.

(13:58):

And then obviously something must start happening in the caterpillar where it's like, okay, I'm full. This really isn't enjoyable anymore. Just roaming around on these branches and eating these leaves and getting full. And now I'm feeling, you know, intuitively like I just wanna like, you know, go into a cocoon and that's kind of what it felt like for me, I didn't feel comfortable out in the world anymore. I didn't relate to, um, the social kind of construct. I rarely was interested in conversations because unless they were really, really deep, I was not interested in them. And I began to go into what I consider the cocoon effect. And it was like, I felt like, so something was wrong with me. Like something was different with me. Like I just didn't relate at all. And I began to go weeks and weeks, I would go into meditation and I mean, you know, five hours a day, I, I would meditate probably.

(14:52):

Um, and, and when I wasn't meditating, I was reading a spiritual book or doing whatever. And so my entire life began to be the consciousness work. And I'd have these moments in meditation where I'd have such incredible enlightenment moments. And then they began to happen outside of meditation. I'd be walking along, you know, going for a run or whatever and putting music on and yeah, or something, something very spiritual and I'd have these out of body experiences. I literally feel like I'd, I would be floating through life and it was so joyful and it was so blissful and I call it the integration process. So what happened when I began to first awaken is I felt so divided and different and I didn't enjoy the world at all and people and whatever. I just began to feel like I, I, I would wanna just kind of, like I said, my spiritual practice is like one life and real life is another part of life.

(15:49):

Right. And when they integrate just like you, I began to integrate with my higher self. So when I would go into channeling or when I'd go into deep meditation, there was an aspect of myself that felt like it wasn't really, even me, it was almost godly. It was all knowing it was this profound voice that would come through. And I even channeled with friends because they would ask me, you know, what I was up to. And some of my, I did begin to have spiritual friends and they'd begin to get me in trance and ask me things. And this profound voice would come out and this, these beautiful teachings and all this stuff. And then I realized through the integration process, that that was actually who I was, that was my higher self. That was my true self. And when, so for me through my spiritual awakening, there was a process that was almost like I had to feel like there was something separate coming through.

(16:40):

And then my old self, like the Phoenix rising, I kind of had to die off that lower version of myself, that unknowing part of myself. And for a lot of people around me, it was hard, you know, for my old friends and for even my mom and for like, they're like, what the hell's going on? Like, why are you getting so weird and why are you going through all these changes? And they started not liking it, quite frankly, they thought something's kind of a little bit off. And I know that probably a lot of you guys are experiencing that because people, their identity shifts when your identity shifts, because they don't know how to relate to you. And they don't know if it's healthy or not healthier. They don't know how to help you. They don't know how to even have the conversations with you and they can feel your judgment when you're judging them, because they're not doing their spiritual work.

(17:26):

Right. There's that spiritual superiority, that feeling like, oh, you know, I'm doing the work and they're not, and I'm better than them because I'm beginning to become awoken, you know? Right. So there's that whole feeling that they feel your judgment trust me. They do. And they feel when you're having conversations and evaluating everything and, and beating the dead horse, right. They're like, oh God, here she goes again with these conversations. Right. So there was a, it was a challenging time because, and I also wasn't seen as someone who was spiritual, right. I was just this young kind of unwoke, you know, not totally educated woman. And there was an identity shift. And when you go through identity shift, it's, it's challenging for other people around you, not just you, but so as I began to integrate and began to become this new person, the people around me began to slowly kind of see me as that person.

(18:22):

And it take, it took me some time. It took me time to begin the whole process. So as I began to go on, it was fascinating because I would, you know, take more and more courses. I began very much obsessed. I realized that this was the most important thing to me. So I began to, of course I done landmark years back. I began to channel, um, I began, I, I even studied shamanism. I actually hired a, a shaman and worked with her for quite some time. And, um, she was amazing. She had been, um, she had been trained in, in the four wins principles, which was, we did not do any medicine. It was straight shamanism, really tapping in. I even studied some Scientology, not in the church, cuz I was very interested in what the hell they were up to. And what I realized is a lot of their work was not anything original.

(19:19):

It was taken from many different modalities. Um, and I got certified in Kundalini yoga. I began, I became a spiritual practitioner, which was a four year program. I became a new thought minister, which is another couple years. And then I became a doctorate divinity. So I mean, it was literally about 22 years of study. I did. And um, the doctorate program was an 11 year program, which I did in double time at the end because I just knew, I knew this was my entire thing. I went to sweat lodges. I did different ceremonies. I did crystals and Sage and da, da, da, da. I did it all natural. Um, and it took a long time, you know, but I am an advocate of the pure way. And I think that there's medicines. And if that calls for somebody, I say, you have to listen to your own calling.

(20:09):

I don't look down upon it at all. I just feel that my body just, it just is more sustainable. And um, I re I refer to Ron dos a lot who was one of the most famous, you know, spiritual awakening journeys of someone who came from a Stanford university and then ended up taking a lot of LSD into doing a bunch of drugs to awaken and then realized that that was not his route and went over to India and did it the pure way and was able to sustain it. And I just feel that I feel that the pure way is always the best way, but for each person their own. And I, you know, I've heard great stories of people that have, have taken medicines as well. Okay. So no judgment for me. So the bottom line is I feel that again, going back to the four principles that I teach in my book awakening and the four kind of principles that we teach in society and new thought always is coming back to the four things which are waking up, which means powerfully deciding to wake up.

(21:10):

Um, and then number two is reprogram. Number three is a line and number four is a firm. So when you are going through a spiritual awakening for me, the first process was waking up was really beginning to be, become aware. Like I was looking around and I was seeing how life and the dynamics and how everything was this kind of programming or vicious cycle, or just kind of seemed so twisted in, in what people were up to. So the first step always is becoming conscious, like be beginning to become aware, beginning to see how you are creating things, but it was frustrating as well. That process was hard because I was like, I see how I'm creating this crap. I see how I'm in a relationship where I don't even know this person where I'm not in love. I'm not fulfilled. I'm not, you know, something isn't right.

(21:58):

I started realizing, looking around and seeing how our culture seems so fricking outta whack, like our value system was bizarre. I started seeing how I wanted to be something, but I didn't know how to get there. You know, I knew I wanted to, um, like eat better or I wanted to become a better person or I wanted to not make anyone wrong or I not didn't want to be attached to things. And, but I didn't know how, you know, I still had, I had deep, deep programming and I hadn't come to some deep truths yet. And so waking up is probably, I think the hardest part of all of it waking up is hard because usually there's something that happened for me. Of course it was multiple decisions of wanting to wake up. One of course was having my stillborn son at 22. Um, definitely through dysfunctional relationships, um, having to reaffirm, deciding to wake up over and over again, um, reaffirming and deciding to wake up through the process of realizing that money wasn't enough to be fulfilled in, in career that I needed to be doing what I truly wanted to be doing, which was this spiritual work.

(23:05):

So waking up was, uh, the first step was the hardest by far by long shot. And because a lot of the waking up is realizing again where you're not awake and what's not working. And, and it really is a relative process. So you have to really know that if you are struggling, that is, that is the beauty of awakening. That that's, that is the breakdown for the breakthrough. That is the birthing pains. Okay. So that first step is, is tough, man. It's tough. That's a tough one, but you gotta know that you gotta go through that. There's no way of not going through that. Right. I did speak with, um, an interviewed, um, Rita elite. Uh, she was the Buddhist princess from Bali and I interviewed her about her spiritual awakening and it was the same thing. She was almost suicidal. She didn't wanna live anymore and began to seek spiritual work.

(24:01):

And her spiritual awakening was very fast. It came like a bolt of lightning. Um, but this is very common among the spiritual teachers, right? So you have like a Eckhart tole who also in the very first book, his book, uh, the power of now he speaks about how he didn't wanna live. Like he was literally suicidal and he, in that moment realized he was having a conversation with himself about not wanting to live. And that's where I realized this observer and the, the gap and really feeling in the space of realizing that we're not these things. We're not these bodies, we're not any of this. Right. So that waking up is generally through, uh, a relative experience of not wanting to live. So if you don't wanna live and you've had those moments, um, then congratulations, cuz that means you're probably ready to have your awakening.

(24:46):

Okay. Step number two is reprogram. And I think that this is, this is a fun part of it. Okay. So reprogram for me is when I started reading all the books, you know, going deeper into it, taking all the courses, becoming obsessed with expanding consciousness. Luckily I came upon past life regressions and, and um, Greek Oracle processes of how to reprogram the subconscious mind and all the stuff that I integrated now into the work that I do with, um, society and the E four trauma method and the truth triangle and all that. Okay. So step number two, reprogramming is the most fun part. In my opinion, it was where I began to really expand my consciousness and diving into all the different modalities and going, and, you know, as, as in the matrix, you know, you take the blue pill of the red pill, right?

(25:34):

And you go down that rabbit hole reprogramming is the most amazing, incredible part of spiritual awakening can be hard also because you're still, you're, you're your kind of going through that place of also of integrating and kind of having to die off, you know? And so it can be painful as well, but there's also that spark of the incredible bliss and the incredible potential of, of seeing through the veil that can be so profound. So step number four in the process is aligning. And that's, I think for me is, is the most beautiful practice it's where you begin to birth your truth. Like, what is my truth? What do I want in my relationships? What do I want for my career? How do I align with universal law? How do I do this? And for me, this process was, was painful as well because it took going through some, you know, bad relationships and re realizing that no, yeah, I don't like dysfunction and no, I don't like jerks and no, I do like peace and yes, I really love having incredible extraordinary human beings around me.

(26:42):

Right? This is where the lining is birthing your truth and living that truth, you know, it's like you have to birth. What's real for you. A lot of times, this is hard for people cuz sometimes they'll take entire career shifts, you know, or maybe they'll get a divorce or maybe they'll move to a new city or maybe they'll do whatever, but they start to align, align to their truth, find their tribe, find what works for them. And maybe they find balance. Maybe they went way, way out. Like I did on my spiritual stuff. I started wearing white. I started, you know, renouncing everything. I started speaking kind of um, only spiritual stuff. And then I had to kind of come way back into like, where's my truth in all this what's authentic and where where's a fun game to play in all this. Right. So aligning is a, is an incredible journey.

(27:31):

It can be tough as well because you gotta again learn through a relative perspective what you kind of don't align to, to be able to align. So it's a process, right? And then finally the affirm and the firm is for me the most incredible experience. And that's really where I stepped into becoming a spiritual practitioner. And that means where I lived my truth, where I lived in alignment with universal law, where I lived on spiritual principle. And this is, uh, a lifelong journey of affirming every day and every way and the most amazing thing. Cause when you affirm your truth, when you affirm everything every day, your life just gets better and better and better. And you end up getting more and more prosperity, more and more abundance, more and more extraordinary human beings in your life. And this is an infinite thing and this is such a profound every day, the daily spiritual practice of living truth, living in alignment with the ultimate truth and your relative truth, living in alignment of understanding and aligning with harmony, understanding how to collaborate, understanding to always grow, understanding to always, you know, tap in for all answers.

(28:42):

So these are the forceps of awakening. And I just wanna say that there's so much more to this, um, which I'm, I'll speak on for a minute. So in the process of the journey of awakening, one thing that I really don't talk about are all the dets that came. And one of the, one of the things I rarely talk about, cuz I don't wanna be too woo woo for people. But so many DDS came to me, D a T Tara, and um, you know, all the arch angels and you, you name it. Um, but Jesus came to me and when Jesus came, I was, it was kind of funny cuz I was like, well I never really even believed in you, you know? And Jesus came and, and Jesus is um, an angel of mine and um, and he guided me, you know, and, and I had so many masters and there's so many masters.

(29:36):

I couldn't even tell you who they are because they would come in meditation deep in meditation for hours a day. Every consciousness came in and for me, this is the most sacred memories of my entire life are the moments I've had deep in meditation with going through consciousness and being able to track into consciousness anywhere on the planet, anywhere on the planet, anywhere in time, anywhere in space and being able to call in and be able to, to talk to my ancestors, being able to talk to my grandmother that passed away, being able to speak to my, to my stillborn, being able to speak to Jesus, being able to speak to the angels and the Dees and being able to go into realms of human beings alive right now that are in suffering and pain. Being able to go into any race, being able to go to my own mom, that's alive and be able to speak to her at a soul level.

(30:34):

This was, and is the most beautiful and profound thing about my spiritual him. And I was asked the other day I was being interviewed and, and uh, she said, you know your book and all your stuff. It's, it's made this big impact in my life. And every day I have a morning spiritual ritual now, and I really wanna know what's your morning spiritual. And I was like, honestly, I, if I'm going to meditate, I usually meditate late at night now, but I don't have that same thing that I don't have to meditate. As long as I used to in that I can take a few breaths and I can tap in and yes, I do need deep meditation. It's not like you ever stop needing that, but it is different in that. My whole life is my prayer, my whole life. I feel like I'm in meditation.

(31:22):

And one of the profound, the most profound thing, one of the most, not the most, but one of the most profound things is I'll never forget when my mind chatter went away. So we talk a lot as you know about mind chatter in spiritual awakening that there's, what's called the monkey mind, if you will. And you've got all these thoughts and it's like, there's a voice inside and you're going, what voice? That voice. Right? So the voice was there all the time, chiming in about everything. And I remember doing a lot of processes on past life regressions and stuff like that. And I remember one day there was a silence in my consciousness and I went, whoa, what is going on? And it was as if I was unplugged from the matrix, you know, it was like, I got unplugged and I have no mind chatter.

(32:12):

And it was such a, it's been such a freeing thing. And yes, I guess maybe a little bit comes in here and there, but generally I have no mind chatter. And so when I was doing Kon, Dini, yoga, you know, we do mantras and breathwork and all this stuff. And part of the reason why you do mantras is because in some of the teachings, they believe that you can never get rid of your mind chatter that you're always gonna have that. And you're always, but you have to direct the mind chatter, all the points in time. That's why you have a mantra. That's why you, why you breathe. That's why all this stuff. And for me, that, wasn't my experience. Once I hit that kind of threshold, I didn't have mind chatter after that. So that was really incredible, incredible, profound, um, experience in that.

(32:54):

And then also just the sacred moments of, of being outside the body. It's almost like, I feel like I'm behind, I'm behind the eyes observing this entire world. Like it's a movie. And so even if things are hard, even if I'm having a hard day or whatever, like I don't, I don't identify with it as who I am. It's almost like watching a movie and watching a play and be like, oh my gosh, she's having a hard day right now. This is fascinating, you know? And then just, I just feel this actual lightness and a lot of the clients I'll work with, they'll go, I actually feel, you know, will do trauma work or whatever on 'em. And they are like, I just feel lighter. And I'm like, yeah, it's actually, I think that's why we actually call it enlightenment. Like you literally, I feel like I don't feel like I'm in my body and it's been it's amazing.

(33:44):

And for me, there was a point in time where I remember I had to make a decision because when I was going through my deep, deep awakening and it was like, I almost didn't wanna be here on this earth. I liked to just go do like spiritual bypass and just go into meditation and just be out in the ether. But when I come back, I'd slam back down into life. And the one thing that really helped make that transition the most is doing my inner trauma work. And what I now teach, which is the E four trauma method, because when you are going through a spiritual awakening and it's like, why can you be so blissed out when you're doing your spiritual work, but then slam back in and get triggered in a relationship and stuff. And it's because you haven't actually dealt with your DNA.

(34:26):

You haven't actually dealt with the, um, epigenetics then printing upon every cell of your body. So when you can do that, the work here is to yes, tap into that part, see through the veil, but then your job is really to evolve your DNA. Your job is to lift the veil within your cells so that you can actually be in your body and be fully here with two feet on the ground, in the physical realm, and also have your head up in the theoral right? So that's ideal is to constantly have two feet on the ground and complete your DNA and completely energetic within your body and within your family and within your lineage and within the culture here and always be tapped in, you know, so you've got one, one side of you getting the complete infinite and one side of you completely in the finite.

(35:17):

So the work is just to keep seeking, keep seeking. I promise that if you keep seeking, you will find the truth. You will discover all path lead to one place and it's within it's to the truth of who you are. It's to our oneness. It's when it is to the one spirit, the one soul, the one life, the one love. And so I simply know wherever you are on your spiritual track is perfect. Even if you're still in, you know, the awakening process, that's really hard and suffering and, and wanting to not live. I recognize obviously, if you really don't want him to live and you are actually having suicide as thoughts, please reach out to a suicide line. Okay? There's people that can help you, but I recognize the perfection of wherever you're at. And I recognize no matter if you are beginning the fun process of reprogramming, or if you're aligning and discovering your truth, or if you're affirming and living your truth and having a spiritual practice, that it's perfect exactly where you are.

(36:09):

And I, one of the things that's so funny about spiritual awakening is that I actually kind of miss. I miss being the effect of life at some level, you know, there's, there's that fun drama that one day I promise you, you're gonna look back on and be like, oh my gosh, it was so cool to like be in this dysfunctional relationship and all this stuff, because it's, it's the experience, you know, you're here as God is, divine is all that having a relative experience. And it's such a short short-lived thing, you know, enjoy it while it lasts, enjoy the suffering where it lasts because you know, divine doesn't suffer. It's impossible, but you can have that experience of suffering and enjoy. It's a beautiful thing, cuz I promise you with teaching you it's teaching you profound teachings right now. So I know that I'm probably in this podcast and I'm gonna feel it now I'm gonna go, oh my gosh, I should have said this.

(37:01):

I should have said that. I should have said whatever. And so I just know, I'm sure I'll be doing more podcasts on spiritual awakening and my journey and how it relates to, to you. I also wanna say that when I was a little girl, my mom said, she thought it was, um, she thought I was possessed because she said, I would tell her at all these people around me. And um, she said that I, I told her, I said, mom, my name, my, my real, name's not Erin. It's Tara. And I would say, I would like you to call me Tutu, Tara. This is my real name. And I didn't remember this. Of course when I was little, it wasn't until I went into my spiritual work. And I began to track back through lifetimes and track through being born into this lifetime and, and being a little girl in this lifetime and DIA ti Tara actually has been with me my whole life.

(37:52):

And the story DT Tara is that she was, um, you know, she was raised in, in a, an like a, Astron not an Astron. I forget what it's basically with a bunch of monks. And she grew up around a bunch of men and they were wise men wise monks, and they would teach with her and, and she became very wise and the monks said, Tara, we, we know that in your next life, you're gonna come back as a man and be a profound teacher. And we honor that. And she said, no, I'm gonna be a woman. And I'm gonna keep coming back as a woman until all of earth. And all of human beings recognize that women are were equal. We're one. And it doesn't matter if you're a man or a woman, everyone can become enlightened. Everyone can become a teacher and I'm gonna keep coming back as a woman until it's known in all consciousness.

(38:45):

And so DT Tara has been with me my entire life, things like that. So the truth is that, you know, you can come outta a spiritual closet. I would say, I came outta my spirit. I can't not speak about my immortality. I can't not speak about these things. And you can take it for whatever it is. You can have your own experience and you can enjoy someone else's experience and just take it for whatever it is. Okay. So I know that the signs may be that just enjoy in life and maybe you just don't give a fuck anymore, right? Like maybe it's that you are able to just live life and see it as the profound game that it is, but also recognize and realize that you have, you have responsibility that whatever it is that you truly desire on this planet, you've gotta create.

(39:28):

Right? So understanding that you're totally responsible and that you're also none of it. And this is the profound paradox of the spiritual awakening. That the same moment that you have total suffering and not wanting to live is the moment that you have the most profound, beautiful moment of awakening, right? That the moment that you realize that, you know, you're not of this, you also realize you get to have all of this, that there's this beautiful journey called spiritual awakening. And it's yours. It's the most sacred thing that we have. It is the most sacred journey. This is the journey. This is life, and no one talks about it. And it's important to, you know, talk about it because, and you don't have to go so way off the deep end, but there may be somebody else that is questioning life or deciding that they, you know, no longer wanna live, maybe by you sharing your story and getting vulnerable, they'll start to see something in themselves on a new possibility.

(40:26):

So I simply know this, this is one of the longest podcasts I've done because this deserves, like, I'm sure this will be a book one day, a biography of my own spiritual awakening. And, um, it deserves so much because this is the most important thing. So have a wonderful day you guys, and what I'd recommend for somebody, if you're just beginning is I would recommend reading books. Of course, my book, um, S uh, awakening, and I recommend meditating for sure. Finding, um, finding a way, whether it be through guided meditations, which comes with the book there's 40 guided meditations with the book. Um, there's also, I do recommend learning how to do silent meditation without any mantras and anything just to get really uncomfortable with the chatter. Uh, I recommend for sure, doing your, uh, trauma work your past life work as well, doing the E four trauma method, uh, in soul society and new thought global, I highly recommend finding community around it.

(41:22):

And I also recommend following your BLI, taking every course on the Islam, whatever it works for you and just discovering and following the breadcrumbs. And I simply know that as, as much as you get committed to it is as much as it's gonna give back to you. As much as you give to your spiritual awakening, it's gonna give back to you just like all of life. And there are so many profound truths, everything from universal law to understanding how your subconscious gets reprogrammed, understanding profound trauma, work, understanding all your divinity awakening to the greatness of the oneness of who you are. And so just keep going. If you have any questions, you're welcome to reach out and DME and come into our, you know, community as well. We would love that. Have

(00:00):

This is first live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

(00:21):

Live from Los Angeles. We come together each day to know truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together in community in new thought global and society, all around empowerment, enlightenment, and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. And yes, we are. Finally, we are licensing and certifying spiritual practitioners, doctors of divinity, new thought ministers and coaches still. Of course. So it's so exciting. We are living in a very, very exciting time. So let's break this on down. You guys, we are talking about universal laws. We're in a series and today's universal law is universal law of karma. And, um, this is a fascinating law and I think it's misunderstood by a lot of people, but we're gonna break this on down. So in the new thought world and science of mind, the definition of karma is the sum total of all cause and effect.

(01:22):

It is everything. If you take a look and you just open your eyes at the world, this is your karma. <laugh>, this is your karma. I love there's a quote by, um, a Buddhist teaching that says it speaks about time and karma. It says when a bird is alive, it eats ants. When the bird has died, ants eat it. One tree can be made into a million match sticks, but only one matchstick is needed to burn a million trees. Circumstances can change at any time don't devalue or hurt anyone in this lifetime. You may be powerful today, but time is more powerful than you. So be good and do good. And as it's almost like a little bit of punishing in there and you know, I get it, it, it is a cause and effect world. And we really need to wake up to what we are creating in this world.

(02:15):

And as Thomas truer said, we're really here to create harmony. And I truly believe in that and I know the Buddhist do, and I know so many teachings do, but I don't believe it's so much of a cause and effect of our specific, um, specific it is. But it's also sum total of everything that's ever been created because you are source. And so it's not like time is more powerful than you or God is more powerful than you. You are, that you are the source. That's what we're teaching here. We teach that you have created all of this. So it is your responsibility. Anything that you don't see in this world that you don't like, and you want it to be different, it's up to you to change it. You can't look to the world to, to do this for you. Right. So let's break this on down. Let's break this on down. Okay. I'm finding this real quick, cause I have my notes. Okay.

(03:04):

Okay. So universal law of karma. We are in a series of 11 of 52. Okay. So I remember, um, when I was writing my book years ago and I was in, I was on vacation with some girlfriends that I grew up with and they were like, I can't believe you're doing all this. You know, cuz they had seen me as this little girl, you know, and this whatever and watching me get developed in this work. And they're like, I really love what you do, but I don't necessarily agree that we create everything from consciousness. So we're kind of like, they were kind of debating it with me and I was like, it's okay. You know, no problem. You don't have to believe it. You know, we just don't see how, you know, a baby, a crack baby. That's born to a crack mother chose that.

(03:47):

And I'm like, well, that's not exactly what we teach. What we teach is that, that baby, we have to understand the truth of that baby. That baby is not just that individual consciousness that like something's wrong with that baby and that baby chose to have and did something bad. And therefore it's born to a crack mother. No, we have to understand the truth of that baby. That baby is that individual consciousness. It's also the collective consciousness and the cosmic consciousness. So that baby is really the sum total of what's going on in our world and has at whatever level, soul level chosen to experience this like out picturing of what it is like to experience being baby born, to crack from a crack mother, right? It isn't so much that it shows it from a conscious perspective. It shows it from a, from a soul level and it is not like it's so bad.

(04:40):

It may actually be a very advanced soul. And it actually is here to learn and from all the teachings of that suffering so that it can help others and help us on this planet. Oftentimes our greatest addicts that overcome addiction become our greatest teachers in helping other people overcome addiction. Right? So it's not like that one baby did something bad and therefore you're bad. You get this bad karma to be born to a crack mother. That's not what we teach at all. Okay. And so what is the law of karma? The law of karma is it is karma is a sum of the actions of the individual collective and cosmic consciousness. Okay. It is a cause and effect. It's the sum total of it. Okay. This includes all of lifetimes and all creation, all thinking, everything that exists has come from spirit and each person is living out his or her specific lineage karma along with the collective karma, along with what we've created on a cosmic level.

(05:41):

Okay. The extent to which the collective uses the life force for harmony is the extent to which we will create heaven on earth and vice versa. Okay. The disease factors cause from genetics are the sum of the actions upon that lineage, new karma is created via new thinking and new actions. And we're proving this now again in epigenetics, you may be born with, um, disease. And we are now seen through biology that only 5% of people actually have some kind of actual distortion in their genetics. It actually is epigenics, which actually can be healed through the revealing of truth. And we truly believe that anybody has the birthright to claim their birthright of having a life they love and having happen on earth. We believe in mental cure, we believe that you have the power of mind to cure anything that is going on with you spiritually and physically okay.

(06:38):

Even broken bones, even whatever, but it takes a very, very advanced consciousness to be able to do that. Can most people do that? No. Is it possible? Absolutely. Okay. So what does that mean? Exactly? You know, recently we had this, this horrific event with George Floyd and the policemen, you know, killing him, um, the man's, the policeman's knee on his neck and basically suffocating him right on the streets with, I believe three other policemen. And it's been, it was devastating, devastating to our country, devastating to so many people and a wake up call to so many. And so what does that mean? Did he have bad karma and he deserved that or what is that? How do we, how do we as new thought movement as, uh, you know, understanding universal law, how do we explain an incident like this from a karma perspective? And obviously this does not mean that George Floyd was deserved this in his karma.

(07:38):

That is not what we teach at all. In fact, quite the opposite. We teach that we are one that we are all one and that we truly stand for equality and we truly stand for what's right in the world, which is for us all to thrive in harmony and yet have our unique expressions and place boundaries and have laws in place that help keep everyone safe in their own expression. There, we believe in freedom of choice and freedom of expression and freedom of, of, um, speech and for no one to be harmed in, in the way that George Floyd was. Um, so what does this mean exactly? This means that he was the, the showing of the karma that we have as a whole, as a collective showing us that we are, you know, this is the disease of our culture, that it is that this is, um, you know, the effect of what we cross we've caused and had the right of, of having say, police officers be able to have such power that they could even have somebody in a situation like this with people, citizens standing by right by that probably would've been able to save George Floyd if the laws were not in place of having a policeman, have the right over a citizen, which is not okay, which is not okay.

(08:57):

And so I am not in politics and this is not a POL political stance. This is really a true stance and I'm not in politics and I choose to not be in politics. But what I choose to do as a doctor or divinity as a new thought ministers, spiritual practitioner, as an, as a person that comes from heart is recognizing that we are one and that we do have humanitarian rights and that it is up to us as the people to create laws that are for the highest good. Um, and I am not going to be doing that personally as a politician, but what I do do is I teach truth to help empower the person that does have that calling to be in politics or whatever, to teach truth in politics. So no, George Floyd did not necessarily have that karma independently, but he did in a soul level.

(09:43):

And I'm clear that at a soul level, he chose to have that experience because he really chose to demonstrate and be maybe a, a voice for the birthing of the truth for us all, to wake the freak up and put new laws and, and, and take divine right action for the highest good. And so I'm knowing eternal life for George Floyd and for all of us eternal love. And for us all, to have the wake up call to, to really, to do our part, we have responsibility in doing our part in bringing harmony to this world. So if you're not bringing harmony, if you're not creating something, whether it be in just creating peace within or doing something to help the highest good the collective, then I believe that you are, you're contributing to, to bringing more hell on this earth. If you are, you know, living at a dysfunction and not doing your own work to, um, to complete the cycles of suffering within yourself, you are not contributing to this world.

(10:48):

And all of our karma is all of our karma. And that's why for me, I believe when you awaken to the truth. So often I watch, uh, watch myself and others want to bring harmony and help bring truth to the world because we realize that we don't just do it independently. We do it through our consciousness and yes, you can go prey up in the Himalayas and you can do as much or more work than I'm doing on this planet. There's different expressions of how we bring harmony to this world. And so I'm knowing perfection of the crack baby. I'm knowing perfection of George, George Floyd. I'm knowing perfection of all of us, knowing that it's all birthing and we're on this classroom, helping us awaken to the truth. And it is an intense masterclass. We're here in this classroom of life and it's not easy, but it is what is needed to develop our consciousness and see, and learn the law of cause and effect.

(11:40):

And we are all responsible for all of it. So I just know the truth of a law of karma. So if you are, um, you know, listening to this and you feel like there is an area of your life where you do not, or you're not, not experiencing have on earth, you're not experiencing harmony. This is your divine call. This is where you put the, the line in the sand and you say no more, no more discord, no more disharmony, no more hell on earth. This is where you have to take responsibility for life and for your own karma. And for the karma of all of us, it is your responsibility. You cannot look to the world, you cannot look to the government, you cannot look to somebody else, your ex or your parents, or anything, it's time for you to grow the FOP and realize that you are responsible for the karma on this world.

(12:32):

You are the source. You are that, that the aspect that we need, we need all of you. We need, you healed. We need you revealed. We need you to live and start BR doing good for the world, not just for yourself, but for others, living in service and loving in, in the depths of your soul for the highest good. Okay. So in that I know the truth of all of us and the law of karma, universal law of karma. This helps us recognize there's only one universal law and is the law of cause and effect, but I teach 52 distinctions of that law so that you can understand how to align more to not only the ultimate truth, but your relative truth. And in that, may you be set free, have a beautiful day. You guys. And if you're somebody who really wants to begin to teach this, you can learn more about our programs as getting certified as a coach, getting certified as a spiritual practitioner, getting certified as a new thought minister and as a doctor at divinity. So you feel free to reach out DME or my team, and we will get back to you. And, um, knowing that we need as many people as we can to teach truth in the world, especially now have a beautiful day. And may you live your truth?

This is

(00:02):

First live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

(00:21):

Live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron. We come together each day to know the truth, to live on spiritual principle and to align with universal law. We also come together in community in new thought global and society. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world and together we are awakening the world. So today I want to talk about how to handle negative people and how to choose your inner circle. And I might offend some people today and I'm gonna break on down how I choose my inner circle. And we are going to talk about the benefits and really the intense side effects of having negative people in your life. They say that we are the sum total of the primary five people that in our, in our lives, we have to recognize that we're one and who we hang out with, influences us at such a core level at an energetic level, at a cellular level, and for sure at a level of how we innovate and what our conversation is and so on and so forth.

(01:31):

So this is such an important conversation because I used to be one of those people that didn't have any guidance around this. I didn't have any guidance around this. I had a lot of miscellaneous people in my life. I had a lot of chaos in my life, a lot of drama in my life, a lot of alcoholics in my life. Uh, and I just never understood that you can actually pick your people, that you can actually have standards for who belongs in your life, and that you need to be able to spot who really is somebody that, you know, belongs in your inner circle. And this doesn't mean that I don't unconditionally love everybody on this planet, but it's about putting boundaries. So if they are dysfunctional or if they are negative, yes, I would still take 'em as in helping them, if they wanted help as a client or in getting them help or whatever that is.

(02:28):

But I'm very clear of who my inner circle is and who really belongs and, and who deserves my energy. Okay. Again, I might offend some people on this and I'm, and I'm okay with that because it's taken me a very, very long time to recognize that my time is so incredibly valuable. My life is so incredibly valuable, and it is my self love of giving myself the gift to never put myself around anything that doesn't serve the highest. Good. So let's break this on down. You might wanna get a pen and paper out, and if you do find value in this, please share this with somebody, because I know there's probably somebody in your life that is majorly. Maybe you are majorly dealing with this, but maybe, you know, somebody else that's even more dealing with insanity in their life, in the people that are in their life.

(03:21):

Okay. So let's break this one down. So there's probably a huge, long, long list of different things of way of spotting, negative people. And like first, you know, you have to think, how do you spot negative people? Sometimes it's like, you just feel so incredibly drained after a conversation. Maybe you go to lunch with a group of people and there's somebody that is, you know, taking up all the energy. In fact, I just went to an event for a little celebration and there was, I think there was probably about 12 people and there was one person there. Um, this woman that literally almost kind of, for me, almost ruined the entire event because she was so negative and she was so self-centered and she literally dominated all the conversations all day long. And actually by the end of the night, she got completely intoxicated and had to be sent home in a car.

(04:11):

And it was really fascinating because I, I was actually like a little bit of a flashback of an old life of, of all the stuff that would've gone on. And it was a big blessing for me because I had remembered what it's like to have negative people in your life. And I made me so clear, um, that that is something that I will not have in my life. And I'm all about getting that person help if they want help or whatever that is, but they don't belong in my inner circle. That's for sure. In fact, that event is actually what propelled me to do this podcast. So I'm sure there again is many, many distinctions of how to spot negative people, but I'm gonna tell you maybe about 10 that I, um, spot and I can spot negativity a mile away. Um, and so the first one is constantly complaining.

(05:02):

You know, having that limited story around how, you know, how life is hard, how their ex you know, is so awful, how the economy is a doms day, how the weather isn't right, how the service at the restaurant is terrible, how everything right. They constantly are complaining no matter what, they're only looking through that lens of something is wrong here. And let me tell you how it's wrong and how not instead of how it's right. Okay. They're constantly going from, if you were to take the opposite of what gratitude is, they're constantly focusing on complaining, constantly focusing on the negative. Okay. Number two is they're victims. They're victims of their acts. They're victims of their parents. They're victims of the society. They're victims of everything. They're victims of the day they're victims of everything. Everything they talk about is how somebody did something to them or how it's not just, or how it's, whatever.

(06:10):

And this is very different than taking, you know, action and, and, and, you know, bringing equality to the world. That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about true victimhood where everything is. They don't see their role that they're playing in all of it in life. Okay. Number three, is that they're constantly gossiping about others. Oh my gosh. I can't believe she did that. Oh my God, you can't believe like what he did. And he said this, and she said that and blah, blah, blah. And any, cuz anytime they look at life, they're looking at really being the effect. So they gossip, they gossip about their girlfriend that they, you know, their friend that they had to break up with. They no longer talk to because it was so negative and da, da, da, it's like, um, have you opened your eyes and see what you are?

(06:56):

You know what I mean? So it's a constant, constant, um, gossiping. If they, if they do about talk about others, they have an opinion and it's usually negative. Okay. They're not. When you ask about somebody who is, you know, and we'll go through that, what to spot in a positive person, right? So number four is they have chaotic lives. They have very chaotic lives, right? They have no schedule. You know, they go to sleep at 11 o'clock, one night and four o'clock the next night. Um, and there's not that doesn't mean everybody is negative that doesn't have, you know, sleep schedules. But in general, if somebody doesn't have a particular kind of schedule in their life, they generally are very chaotic people. You can also tell by how they treat their belongings, you know, are there purses a disaster? Is there, are there, are there cars full of crap everywhere?

(07:48):

Are there closets, jammed full of whatever. You can begin to spot how they treat themselves. Right? Do they get crap all over their clothes when they're having food? And they're like, whatever, like, do they lose things all the time? Do they break their phones all the time? You can actually spot this. Okay. You can spot negative people. Okay. It's not that these are bad spiritual beings. We have to get to the truth. These are divines. Everyone's a divine, spiritual being at the core of all of us. We're good. But we have to recognize that where they're at is they are spiraling in a way that they need to do their inner work and heal. Right. So we wanna make sure we're not taking on this baggage of our own. Okay. So that was number four is they have chaotic lives. Number five is they focus on problems and not solutions.

(08:40):

Okay. That means that they're always focusing on limitations instead of possibility, you'll find this. Right. So there's a lot of people I know that are extraordinary people, but they don't, they, they never start that business that they wanna do because they're always looking at why, why they can't do it instead of why they can do it. They're always looking at naing life. Instead of focusing on, you know, the possibility they constantly are, are looking at the problems instead of not the solutions. Okay. So I can sit with somebody like, you know, if I'm at a dinner party with people, I listen, I listen to their conversations and I know right away who somebody is that would even that I would even want my life at all because I can hear what they're saying. Are they talking about possibility or are they talking about limitations? Okay.

(09:30):

Number six is they have relationship problems. Whether it be with their partner, whether it be with their friend, their boss, their family, their whatever, they have relationship problems. Okay. And somehow it'll start coming out. Right. And you can ask 'em about their lives, you know? So tell me about your life. Tell me about your family. Tell me about whatever. And generally, if they have not done their inner healing, then for me, they really don't belong in my life and you can hear it in people, you know, they'll start bad talking their mom or bad talking, whatever, instead of having resolved already, like, you know, wherever they're, you know what, my family's amazing. We've gone through a lot and we've all done our healing, whatever that is. Like they have relationship problems. They will constantly find what's wrong and um, and always have some kind of something going on.

(10:22):

That's a problem in their life. Okay. Number seven is they're generally emotional roller coasters, right? And this sometimes takes a while to spot this with people. So if you start having a friend in your life and you see that, like, you know, they're high on life, everything's good. Da, da, da, da, my gosh. I'm so happy. Da, da, da. And then the next time, you know, hang out with them. It's like just feeling like really down. And, and it's hard, you know, this full moon really gets to me and like, you know, they're just, they're not able to regulate their emotions. They're emotional roller coasters and it's fine. There's nothing wrong with that. It's just literally that you have to understand that you're going to be having to manage that of just being around them and help walk 'em through it or help, you know, listen to the conversation of that problem.

(11:08):

So their emotional roller coasters and emotional rollercoaster are going to drain your energy. Right. So that's the next one? Number eight is they're energetically draining. You know, when you're around somebody you walk away more inspired or do you walk away feeling like you're slimed? <laugh>, you know, honestly, sometimes it's not that extreme, but you have to ask yourself, you know, is your energy getting better? Are you thriving a little bit more from somebody, you know, that is, is, is bringing more to your life or are they taking away from your life? Okay. And this is number nine, which is your life goes down. I remember a friend saying to me, years back back saying, you know, there's, there's only really one way to that. You know, there's only two distinctions of people in your life that your life's either getting, going up or going down with them in your life.

(12:01):

And so you have to look at the, at friends and negative people and say, you know, they might have an incredible, I had a friend years ago. She was amazing. I had so much fun with her. We laughed and laughed and laughed and we'd have these times we'd hang out. And it was incredible. But we also, there was a lot of dysfunction. And when I took a look at the whole picture of this human being in my life, my life did not go up because of this person. It generally would go down because there was, there was mood swings and there was ups and downs and she'd decide to like disown everybody in her life. And then she'd come back in and we'd have these magical moments. And then she'd disowned everybody. And it was like, she was just very chaotic and my life did not go up over the course of it.

(12:45):

It really did get worse. If you think about it. And number 10 is they're, self-centered, you know, they call you when it works for them. Instead of being a reliable friend and somebody for there for you, instead of only when it works for them. And they're always bringing the conversations back to themselves, they're self-centered, you know, and this doesn't make the distinction of their narcissist or anything like that. It just means they're self-centered, you know, and do you want somebody that's self-centered in your life? And the issue is you, is that either works for you or not. I do have friends that are, you know, friends that we may only talk once a year and it's amazing. And it's like, we never skipped a beat. So there's a time where people just are busy and there's nothing wrong with that. When you come back together, it's it's, it's okay.

(13:32):

Like you still get a lot out of it. You both love each other. Um, everyone's thriving. Everyone's doing good. That's different than being self-centered, you know, you call them, they don't call back. It's not like a, um, a equal kind of exchange going back and forth. So the other things you need to spot in people, and you need to ask yourself, you know, what works for you? What works for me is gonna be different for you in, in who belongs in my inner circle. Right? So number one again, is they constantly are complaining. Number two they're victims, number three, they gossip about others. They always find what's wrong instead of what's right with others. They're um, number four is that they have chaotic lives. There's no schedule. They don't treat their belongings. Well, they're just everything in their life's chaotic, right? Number five is they focus on problems instead of solutions, they focus on limitations instead of possibility.

(14:25):

Number six is they have relationship problems generally with somebody in their life. Um, it's that one boss it's like, oh my life's so great. Except for this one thing. Well, that one thing is, you know, is still affecting your time and your energy and everything. Right? Number seven is they they're emotionally rollercoaster. They're they're just up and down all the time. Number eight is they're energetically draining. And number nine is your, your life goes down because they're in your life. And number 10 is their self-centered. They don't call you back. There's no equal exchange. It's always about them. Okay. Always bringing the conversation back to themselves. This again, was this woman, the other day was like just constant. Anytime anybody at the table was talking about anything, she'd interject and be like, oh yeah, well, I, you know, it always comes back to her the entire time, right?

(15:09):

So we wanna know, you know, we wanna spot what, what it means to have somebody that is that. And then we wanna look at, so how do you spot a positive person? How do you, if you can spot a negative person, you should be able to spot a positive person, someone that probably is gonna bring your life up. Okay. So instead of constantly complaining, they're constantly like seeing the day and being so blessed and, and focusing on how miraculous the day is and how good things are. And they're constant complain constantly. Um, seeing the good, constantly bringing it back to gratitude. Number two, instead of their victims, they are always creating, they're creating their lives, they're creating and seeing how they can cause and create anything. And everything's possible, right? Number three is instead of gossiping about others, they're always, um, like talking about how wonderful people are.

(16:01):

You could ask 'em about, you know, their partner or about their parents or about, um, the community there. And they're gonna always tell you about how amazing they are, how great they're, how epic they are, how extraordinary their friends are. Right. They're gonna talk about all the great things. Number four, instead of, um, that they have chaotic lives. They're gonna have probably some structure. They're like, oh my gosh, I'm, you know, up to X, Y, and Z. I've been, you know, just, um, going about my day. And then I've been finding, uh, the balance by taking off and getting the vacations in my life. They're going to, um, probably, you know, have a timeline. They're gonna be like, okay, I'm a busy, I'm available from this time to this time, I'm gonna come to the event. But I'm, you know, I go home by 11 cuz I've got, I got a great day and I love my life and I'm gonna get up the next day.

(16:49):

Right. They have a schedule they're reliable, they're consistent. Right. They also respect their belongings. So they probably, you know, have very, you know, organized lives. Maybe it's not, you know, perfect. But it's organized, right? So number five is they focus instead of focusing on problems and not solutions. They're always looking at the solutions. They're innovators, they're constantly innovating and pivoting and creating and finding how they can do it. They're always asking how can I do it instead of how can't I do it. Okay. Number six in, instead of them having relationship problems, they're always seeking, they're seeking development. You know, they're, they're doing their inner work. They're doing their inner trauma work. They're, they're growing, they're reading the next book. They're discovering how they can make their relationships better. They're they're trying to accept the people in that. They accept the people in lives. They're trying to really break through everything and transform life.

(17:47):

As they know it. Number seven is instead of being emotional roller coasters, they're emotional regulators. You know, we all have emotional things that come up, but they're able to manage it. They're able, they've they've done their work. They know how to manage when they do have emotional stuff, come up. When, when the moon does come up, they have ways of dealing with it. They have a spiritual practice probably or some type of exercise routine or something to regulate their emotions. Right? So number eight, instead of being energetically draining, they're energetically inspiring when you have extraordinary people in your life and you go sit down with them for a dinner. By the end of the night, you are recharged, you're inspired. You've learned something new. You wanna hang out with people more. You know, this is the difference of spotting, negative people versus positive people. Okay?

(18:43):

Number nine is your life. Doesn't go down. It goes up, you know, every single time you're around your friends, you learn, you grow, you have new experiences. Your life gets better because you're friends, you're collaborating in business. You're helping each other, you know, how can I help you? Oh, you need something done. Oh, I have this friend that can help you do this. You're constantly collaborating, connecting and doing things. Right. And then number 10, they're not, self-centered when you sit down to a dinner with them, they're asking about you, they're asking questions about you. Instead of always bringing it back to them, they're inquiring. How are you? What what's going on with you? Tell me more, you know, they're not, self-centered they're, you know, when you call them, they call back they're it's, it's a, it's a, it's an equal exchange in your relationship. Right.

(19:33):

So I think it's so incredibly important to, to, to understand, you know, your deal breakers in your inner circle. How do you pick your people? You know, have you even thought, have you thought about that? It's actually something we do in society is, and that's really, I think that our, um, community inner circle, cause we do have a, a community called inner circle. And one of the goals, um, that, that we have for people that are coming in there for them to get clarity on becoming somebody that people would want as their inner circle, you know, some people need to make distinctions of other people. Some people need to do their own work. Some people are disasters, right. And you know, if it comes to addicts or narcissists or pathological liars, we really don't have a capacity to do that. Those are complete deal breakers.

(20:22):

As far as like, those people need to get professional help, they need to go do their inner work in society. We deal a lot with, with, you know, people, once they've come out of, you know, those, those really, really hard places that need professional help, but people that are really trying to strive to, to do their inner work, to no longer be victims, to no longer gossip to get their mind. Right. And, and practice living on principle. Okay. And believe me, I've been there. I have been that girl that complains I've been the victim. I've been the girl who gossips about others. I've been the one that has a chaotic life. I've been the one that looks at problems instead of solutions. I've been all of these things. Okay. The reason why I value all this is because I've been there. I know the difference of having extraordinary life versus a crappy life.

(21:07):

Okay. So how do I pick my inner circle? My, you know, everyone's gonna have deal breakers for their people in their life. There's, everyone's gonna have must haves and everyone's gonna have an ideal scene. Okay. I, we walk through this process in society, in leadership and in the, um, different, higher programs. But you know, how do I pick my inner circle? I'm very clear. I have a very clear definition. I only have extraordinary human beings in my life. My time is so precious that if you are not an extraordinary person, it's fine. But that means that you are a client. Okay. And all clients become extraordinary people. If they go fully through my programs, okay, you will walk away being, and knowing exactly living your truth and being extraordinary human being. Okay. But people that belong in my inner circle, like my people, like I have very, very small group of people that I talk to on the phone every day, not every day, but people that really belong as my true friends.

(22:18):

I only have people that are up to making a huge difference in the world. I only have innovative friends that are always looking at how to create extraordinary things in this world. I only have people that understand they're a hundred percent responsible for life. I only have people in my life that see the good and how it's all working for them in life. I only have people in my life that are energetically inspiring. I only have people in my life that are emotionally, totally being able to regulate themselves. And I only have people in my life that are, you know, not self-centered that are really about always asking what they can do for me. And I always ask what, how I can support them and everything. Okay. So you need to get clear of what your inner circle is. What does that look like for you?

(23:10):

And sometimes, you know, we're really just about getting the chaos out of our life, getting that out so we can have peace in our life. That should be our primary goal in life. To our minimum part in life should be able to have peace. If you're having upsets, you gotta handle it. If you're having upsets in your life, you need to not, of course you need to do your own inner work and everything, but you also need to get out the people of your life that are upsetting you. Okay? That doesn't mean that you cut all ties. You never talk to them again. That actually is very dysfunctional, but you put boundaries on them. They don't belong in your inner circle. That doesn't mean that you can't have them in your life at some distance. Okay. That doesn't mean that you have to make them wrong.

(23:54):

That means that they don't belong in your inner circle. Okay. And one thing I recommend is you can actually put in your phone, you can actually put what's in called your favorites. And I'd recommend beginning to put the favorites in your life of people that are extraordinary human beings. So you can start spending time and developing those relationships and nurturing those relationships and investing time and energy into those relationships. So more and more of your inner circle becomes to be the extraordinary people. Okay. So how to handle negative people and then how to really spot, um, you know, and create your inner circle, how to spot positive people, you know, how to, how to really spot extraordinary people. So this is probably one of the most important podcasts you'll probably ever learn in your life because I promise this is imperative. If you wanna have an amazing life, if you wanna thrive, if you wanna claim your birthright prosperity and have good health and, and live a legacy on this planet, you're gonna have to handle negative people.

(24:58):

And you're gonna have to pick an extraordinary inner circle. This podcast. I highly recommend that you listen to this over and over and over again, until you have cleared out your entire life. I recommend that you share this with all of your friends, because what's gonna happen is they're gonna start spotting their own shit. And they're gonna also spot and see how they need to get developed or how they need to start putting standards on their life. Okay. Please share this for your own. Good for their good for everyone's good. This is a, a game changer and a life changer. When I changed my friends fully, like I got out all of the dysfunction. My life is amazing. I do not have upsets. I do not have any upsets. Imagine a life where you don't have to get upset. Imagine a life where you don't have to get frustrated or pissed off at your friends or whatever it is, imperative that you do your own inner work and that you pick all people around you that are either doing their inner work or have done their inner work and are living extraordinary lives.

(26:04):

Making a difference in the world. I simply know this in mind. You guys, please like share comment. I would love, um, uh, testimonial on the podcast. It would be amazing if you have my book as well.

We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together in community in new thought global and society. We truly believe that when somebody awakens save a gift and message to bring to the world, we're all about enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. So let's do this thing today. We're gonna talk about the universal law of emergent evolution. I think this is such a fascinating, such a fascinating law. Robert COER wrote the book secret of the ages. And in the second chapter, it talks about the purpose of existence. The entire purpose of life is growth. Life is not static. The only sin is to be stagnant and wait. There is a law of supply, a law of infinite energy.

(01:16):

He talks about how there is this law, this law that is the same law that created the fifth finger. There is this aspect that if you go to the gym and you start lifting weights and you start doing repetitions, your hands will build callouses on them to thrive. Right? There is this aspect in us. There is this part of us that is like the sleeping giant inside that has the ability to emerge in accordance for you to thrive. And so today we're gonna talk about that. The law of emergent evolution, what is it? So during evolution upon demand for life to prevail there emerges new properties. Again, like the fifth finger emerged out of the necessity for survival form transforms upon insistence of consciousness when we need something and we demand it, the law has to, it has to, it has to provide it right. We demand it. Life demands it. And the law, the force, the source, the infinite infinite, well, that is the truth of life and who we are, has to emerge. This is the emergent evolution. When the individual demands and commands the subconscious and the subjective mind of the universal law is set into motion.

(02:53):

The universal law, the, the one kind of secret the secret to this. If there's a secret, which Robert COER really, I love this, this book, it's like a series of books, the secret of the ages, volume one. This is a deal. There is a source. There is a source that has infinite, infinite. It can help you build those callouses. It can help you create the fifth finger. If it needs, it helps you figure out a way to prevail through anything. But this is the deal you have to demand it. You have to demand it. Life has to demand it. You have to demand it so you can either have life demand it, or you can consciously demand it, right? So this is, you know, if you do enough manual labor or, you know, then you'll, you'll build the muscles and the callouses, right? Do an intense physical workout and your body will build the muscles and strength.

(03:48):

It needs to adjust and soon become the equivalent of what you're demanding of it, right as life seems to be running smoothly. This principal seems to be in slumber, but if you push yourself life, this life principle's demanded. And the Providence moves too, right? This is called what we call like the second wind of the runner, where the runner has been running so long. And all of a sudden it feels like it's gone out of its glucose and it gets, the runner starts getting a little bit tired and then it hits almost like a wall. And then all of a sudden, if it keeps running, it breaks through that wall. And all of a sudden it goes into a second system in their body, cuz it calls upon the reserves, which is called the second wind of the runner. This is the sleeping giant within I find this law to be extremely powerful.

(04:42):

When I first read this book, I was like, what? Like, oh yeah, I forgot. You know, like it's like, it's almost like we already know it inside of us cuz truth. We already know that thing called amnesia that sets in, if we don't wake up and do our work and, and keep doing our work and every day have a spiritual principle practice and, and remember the truth and keep learning universal law, keep learning universal law. Remember it until it is so, so clear. This is a profound law emergent evolution. So the, the tricky thing is that, you know, there's some religious people that don't, that don't believe in evolution. You know, they believe that God put us here and that there's no such thing as evolution. There's other people that believe that, you know, maybe we were, um, you know, some type of an ape.

(05:36):

And we, you know, we morphed into this thing that we are now. And, um, you know, the truth is that, um, we are a spiritual truth is that we're all from one source. Everything is from one source and everything is the out picture of that in fractals of all different types of species and all different types of forms in, um, in earth and everything were all connected. And they found of course, that you know, that there's meteors that have the same, you know, properties that live within this world and us and this universe and this and earth and everything else. Right. So we're all connected. And so the evolution, the emergent evolution is that it's all, it's all from that one source from that one. Cause, but once it is demanded upon whether through consciousness or through life, it evolves, it evolves according, right? Like if you wear a bunch of clothes, you don't need as much hair on your body.

(06:38):

Right. And obviously it doesn't change in maybe one lifetime, but it changes over time, right? So this is the emergent evolution. Same with, if you demand the body to have more muscle, it will, it will rise because it's from the same source. It's from this infinite. Well that is if you demand it, it prevails. The truth is that we've never, you know, died as a species we've, we've, you know, gone into, you know, even through the ice age, even all these things we have, we have prevailed. And so it's important to recognize that there is a life force that can't die. It can't die. It prevails. It will always rise to the occasion. That's just the reality. Um, and so today, as we know the truth around the truth of who we are, which is divine, infinite, spiritual being, I recognize that we've created these laws at the same source that created the entire universe and created gravity and created universal law.

(07:32):

The physics, if you will, of how we manifest that this is your birthright. Cause it's who you are, it's who you are. And so Robert Collier said, the first principle of success is desire. Knowing what you want, desire is a plant of the seed. So the point is, this is that there is this law, but you have to supply the demand. You have to, you have to supply the demand for emergent evolution to happen consciously. Or you can just let life demand things. And emergent evolution will happen regardless. Universal laws work, whether you believe them or not, you get that they're law. They're who you are, that the essence of life, it's how it works. These are the universal laws. And so on that note, let take a deep breath in together through the nose and out the mouth. And I just recognize the power that be, I recognize that it's time to evolve that your soul desires, creative expression, that you are an artist, a cosmic designer in the canvas of life and each paintbrush, each stroke is your masterpiece and represents the hidden beliefs of your identity, whatever it is that you desire to be, whatever it is that you truly desire in, you demand it.

(08:55):

And the law of evolution, emergent evolution has to prevail. You were born to expand in the greatest version of yourself. And I simply know right now that you have that sleeping giant within you have the second wind of the runner. You have the infinite infinite source. That's created this entire universe. It's sitting at your backend call of your consciousness. And so wherever it is that you feel like you are not getting what you want to experience at a life, there is only one thing that is waiting to happen. And it's for you to demand and declare onto your subconscious mind, the subjective mind and onto all the laws, universal law of emergent evolution, that this is your birthright. So today, as you go into today, I recognize that whatever it is that you truly desire is your destiny. So I have a beautiful day. You guys, I know the truth as together we say. And so it is, may you demand the life force of emergent evolution? Yes, yes, yes. I say. And so it is okay. You guys have a beautiful day and may you live your truth?

This is first live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

(00:21):

Live from Los Angeles. We come together each day to know truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community in new thought global and society. We truly believe that when somebody wakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. We're all about empowerment, enlightenment and yes, entrepreneurship. So this is Dr. Aaron. I'm a doctor at divinity, a new thought minister and science of mind, unity, you name it, all those things called universal law or teaching universal law. That's we're about here. Okay. So we're gonna break on down the difference today of a coach versus a spiritual practitioner versus a minister versus a doctorate divinity. What the hell are all those different ones? Okay. So I have to say that years ago, I remember, I remember really having a spiritual colon, of course, um, when I was in my twenties, deeply, deeply seeking, seeking truth.

(01:17):

And it was not until in my thirties that I began to realize that you could actually even do this as a career. Of course, you know, you see people out there with their books, you see, you know, people leading conferences and seminars and, and doing things. But I hate to date myself, but there wasn't a lot of coaches out there, like there are in today's world. So I didn't even know it was possible. I didn't even know it was a possibility. So this podcast is really for anybody who has had a deep spiritual calling, and that actually really wants to do it as their career. Right. There's, there's a time when it is a hobby. And there's a time when you're like, wow, this could actually be something that could be a career because I love this field so much. So the intention of this podcast is to really break on down and, and explain these different titles if you will, in the industry.

(02:07):

And, um, and I know that you don't need a title at all. You know, there's many people in the spiritual world that literally just tap into source and they really become teachers through revealing the truth and they can do it without any title. However, in our culture, it does help to have a recognition and it helps to be part of community and communities demand that we have different kind of things that we go through to prove ourselves, to make sure that we're in alignment with different languages, different cultures, different communities, and things like that. And so I honor, whatever people choose for themselves, I just am going to break on down my particular industry, which is the new thought and science and mind unity and all that, and also the coaching world. Okay. So we're gonna break this on down. So what is the difference between a coach versus a spiritual practitioner versus a minister versus a doctorate divinity?

(03:06):

Okay. So first of all, I wanna make the category. That coach is a, is an industry of its own, and there is no licensing around a coach from, from a government perspective or from whatever other than, you know, it's a business. So you would have to have a, probably a business entity. Again, I'm not a lawyer and I am not that advisor. So seek your own professional help when it comes to that, as far as getting advice. Okay. But in my world, we actually certify society, spiritual coaches there becomes spiritual and business coaches. Okay. So in what does it mean to be a coach? It means there's all different types of coaches. There's coaches that go out and do, you know, mindset work. There's coaches that are physical coaches. There's all kinds of things. But in my world, in society, we are primarily spiritual and subconscious coaches.

(03:55):

The coaches also get certified in business coaching. It's a 300 hour certification program. And so what is a spiritual and business coach? It's someone who's trained to facilitate the teachings of society, assisting their clients in reprogramming the subconscious mind and birthing their purpose and living their truth. They coach people basically to become the CEOs of their personal and professional lives. So what does this mean? Exactly? This means from a spiritual perspective, they are trained to facilitate new thought principles, truth triangle, and E four trauma method. And they're also trained to be a coach of business. They get trained in the eight pillars of business and a 12 week mastermind. And again, this is a 300 hour certification program. They actually do a lot of work on, on doing the subconscious and coaching processes on other people in the certification program. And so one of the greatest benefits of the soul society, spiritual coaching program is that they come out, obviously having done a lot of their own work, because what you'll find out there in the coaching world is there's a lot of people that are kind of great, amazing, extraordinary people.

(05:07):

And there's also a lot of people that are really a mess. Not I'm not gonna lie. There's a lot of people that are truly like, have not dealt with their drama, their trauma, and have not dealt with their own life. They just want to teach. And they haven't really actually embodied what they're teaching. Okay. So be weary. And that is saying that I know the potential of every human being and the divinity that they are, but the reality is that they need to take accountability for their lives. Okay. So in society, spiritual coaching, it really is a benefit because they do their inner work. They have to, because they're doing work and facilitating, doing pro bono work back and forth on one another. And they also get testimonials because when they're doing and working with other people in the certification program, they get to get testimonials, which is one of the hardest things to get is those first clients coming out and for the world to see that you're actually getting results for your clients.

(06:00):

So it's an incredible program. I have witnessed people taking complete 180 S I've seen hot messes turn into extraordinarily powerful, efficient human beings. So I know this that anybody can do the work. Obviously we do not, we will not work with somebody who's a full blown addict or, you know, extreme mental illness or suicidal thoughts. We ask that they go get professional help before they're able to come into our program. We still know the divinity of them. We still still know the perfection of them, but we have to make sure that we keep our community safe and that they don't take all the energy, um, from the group. Okay. So next let's break them down what it means to be a spiritual practitioner. Okay. So years ago I had been doing all kinds of work. I had been seeking spiritual work. I had become a landmark in their leadership program.

(06:54):

I had done my nine rights in shamanism. I had gone to pretty much every conference under the sun. I was just, I began to actually coach people. I had began to work with addicts and taking them through different cleansing programs and all kinds of things, but, and it wasn't until I found what is called science of mind or the new thought movement that I, I remember, I'll never forget. The day I actually meant met my one of my greatest mentors. And he brought me to a science of mind, uh, church called global truth center over in the valley in Los Angeles. And I just knew it was like, I walked into the center and, um, James Millon the Reverend, uh, great, a human being incredible teacher. And I just knew, I was like, oh my gosh, I didn't even know that this existed. I didn't know that there was even this genre.

(07:43):

I had been reading books that were in that genre for years and years. Like, you know, the se the movie, the secret, and, um, you know, uh, seven principles of success by deep rock Chopra and Louis hay and all these people that were in that lineage. But it wasn't until I found a spiritual center that it changed my entire life because I was like, oh, there's an entire community there's classes and I can actually get license and I can, and I can move up in and being recognized in the work that I'm always doing. Cause I always thought I should have a PhD with all the work I did. Right. And so lo and behold, what I found out was you could become, what's called a spiritual practitioner. Then you could become a minister, a new thought minister, and then you could become, what's called a doctor of divinity.

(08:29):

And I was like, I don't know how many years, but I'm gonna become a doctorate of divinity. I just knew it was like, I'm done. And even though it was, it's considered an 11 year program, I did it fast in that. Cause I did double years on some of the years, but I knew I was destined to do this because it wasn't like a 40 hour week thing. It was, it was full-time school, but it was, you know, it was very light in the amount of hours it took to do it. So in that I knew that, um, I knew I was gonna do it. Okay. So let's break on down what it means to be a spiritual practitioner, what it means to be a minister and what it means to be a doctor of divinity, cuz they are different and all the same at the same time.

(09:11):

Okay. So a spiritual practitioner is recognized in the, um, in the, in the spiritual and religious world. It's actually considered in new thought movement. As many of you guys know, you can take a look back at my podcast if you're new on here. But to understand that genre, it's basically Christian mysticism, but we refer to all religions and we refer to all philosophy and we refer to science and we refer to everything. We take it down, down to truth. We teach universal law. Okay. So a spiritual practitioner, which we are, guess what you guys, we have partnered with Emerson theological. And we were actually going to be able to certify practitioners and ministers and doctorate divinities cuz we've, I've been invited to create a doctorate program in the work I do. So it's very exciting. Okay. So what is a spiritual practitioner? A spiritual practitioner is someone who practices living on spiritual principles and who helps others uncover their hidden limited beliefs, assisting them in knowing the truth of who they are so they can choose to create a life that they love.

(10:12):

Okay. A spiritual practitioner, for sure, for me is the most important title and work out of all these four things because my life completely changed when I became a spiritual practitioner, all the drama, all the suffering, everything went away because I lived on spiritual principle. And when you truly live on spiritual principle, your entire world changes. And whether you do it as a career or whether it's just for your own, giving yourself a life beyond your wildest dreams, it is the greatest work you'll ever do. So spiritual practitioner is a one to two year program. Um, in, in most of the centers, it is a two to three year program, but it's very, part-time in my opinion. And I think people can do it a lot faster. And so you can do it slow. You can do it fast, you can do whatever. Okay. But it's a 360 hour program, 360 hour program.

(11:08):

And what does this include? This includes, um, through our program, it includes of course, a lot of group coaching calls on everything from spiritual mastery, understanding universal laws, understanding the truth, triangle, understanding the metaphysics. It's also in the foundations of new thought science and mind unity, the history of all of it. There's um, books and book reports and presentations and things like that. And um, there's also just a lot of the foundations of living spiritual principles. So you've got to really embody the spiritual practices and be able to fully understand the practices, everything from meditation to visioning, to, you know, breath work to all the different modalities of daily spiritual practices. And we begin to break down what it means to practice the principles in helping others overcome their limited beliefs in things such as their relationships, such as addiction, such as, as, um, you know, finding their career and path, um, health and vitality, all the different aspects of life.

(12:14):

So as a spiritual practitioner, when you are finished with the program, you really should be living your truth. You should have done your healing, majority of all your healing on your track and be able to sit down with a client and be able to reveal the truth of who they are that's really is what you are doing as a spiritual practitioner. Okay. So next let's talk about what it means to be a minister, a new thought minister. And by the way, let's just talk about the titles of these for one second. So a spiritual practitioner, the title that you would have is what is, would be an NTCP NTCP, which will be a new thought certified practitioner. Okay. And so that's from, so from society, um, you'll be a, um, religious scientist, spiritual certified practitioner through Emerson, theological. Okay. Um, and you can keep whichever tile you want.

(13:11):

I like new thought certified practitioner the best. Okay. Religious scientists. I don't really identify with that, but it's a long history of how that came to about, but we can talk more about that. Okay. So new thought minister, the title on this is reverent R EV right? And it is 670 hour program. It's um, you know, a two to three year program, depending on how you do it, how fast you do it and what is a minister? So what is a minister, someone it's someone who reveres the truth and brings the teachings of new thought science and mind unity and divine science to the world, through such things as Sunday service, you don't have to, you can classes, talks, books, working with individuals doing spiritual counseling, right? So, you know, there's all different types of ministers and reverence, if you will. And it's really someone who's teaching truth and helping bring truth to the world, you're teaching it.

(14:04):

So this program really is all about teaching it. It is. You've learned how to facilitate it, but now you're gonna teach it. Can you give a power talk? Can you write a book? Can you, um, you know, create blogs? Can you create social media? Can you, uh, do all these things to teach it? And how do you teach it? And how do you make sure that your students are, are embodying it? How do they, how do you understand that they are actually learning it and applying it to their life? So you're gonna become somebody who's teaching it. That is what a real minister is. They're rev reviewing it. They're living it, they're teaching it, they're breathing. It, they're writing it. They're speaking it they're loving it. That is a minister. Being a minister for me is the greatest love of my life because I, every day I get, get up and create content.

(14:52):

And so every day I'm teaching truth. And, and one of the greatest benefits of being a minister and teaching truth and creating content is that you can't my mind doesn't spiral ever because I'm teaching it. And when you're teaching all day long in all aspects of your life, you just, you build the muscle of truth and you don't ever get off principle. You don't ever spiral into darkness. You know, maybe for like a few minutes and then you get back on track, you do your prayer work. You teach, you get online. You're on group coaching calls, things like that. So a minister, do you need to be a pulpit minister? Do you need to have a church? Do you need to have a center? No, but you can. And it's really up to you to choose where you want to be expressed as a minister and what that looks like.

(15:38):

And in today's world with the internet, man, you can do anything you want. You can go global online, you can do anything. I do think that you need to look into the laws of what it means to have a church, because if you're gonna have a church, I believe they ask, um, that you actually have a place to come together on Sundays. And maybe that will change after, um, after everything the world's gone through with quarantine and pandemics, I'm not sure, but you need to find out legally what you are able to do or not able to do so again, I would seek professional help on your taxes. Okay. So next is like the greatest thing ever, which is becoming a doctorate divinity and a doctorate divinity is generally a four year program. Okay. Can be more than that can be less than that. If you've had other work involved in your life, but a doctorate divinity, the title of a doctorate divinity is D dot D doctorate divinity.

(16:31):

Okay. So technically when I write my title, I would generally say rev doctor Aaron FA Haskel DD. Okay. You could do it however you want. It doesn't matter. So what is a doctorate program? A doctorate program is really specializing in your field. It's becoming someone who is a doctor of something in particular. We're considered doctors because we heal through revealing the truth. That's what we do. And a divinity of course, is really understanding the oneness of somebody and the divine nature that they are and the power that they are and the power to choose a life and create whatever they want. So for me, I did my doctor, my doctorate, um, in, in developing the E four trauma method. And so really that was taking in epigenetics and biology and neuroscience and quantum physics and Greek Oracle processes and all the work I had done for, you know, 22 years and developed, um, the truth triangle and the E four trauma method that I now teach in society.

(17:37):

And then new thought movement's really cool because we call it open at the top, meaning that you should be able to have your own expression. It's not dogmatic. It's not like here's the Bible. And only the Bible. And even though we refer to the Bible and, and all the different, great divine texts, um, it's not dogmatic. You get to have your own expression and you get to move the movement forward, which is why I love the movement so much. I was always one of those people that could not stay inside of a box. And so I, there's no way I would've ever worked to be in a dogmatic, um, philosophy or wouldn't be a philosophy, but a religion. Right? So, so what is a doctorate divinity? It is generally for your program. And if you come into the doctorate program that I will be, um, facilitating, which will be not right this year, but we will begin to create it.

(18:23):

And it's gonna be based all on the E four trauma method and the true triangle. And it is going to be a lot of, um, of lab work. It's, you're basically gonna be developing and doing research on the different epigenetics, biology and neuroscience, quantum physics and lab work. And you're going to be doing the lab work with, you're gonna be basically facilitating the processes on your clients or pro bono clients and, and measuring the results. So we're gonna be measuring their heart, you know, their, how get, how they get better in their, in all aspects of a life, from physical being able to actually measure it, their brainwaves to their, their heart. Uh, there's an actual measurement between heart beats. It can, can tell a lot of stress and different things for someone's life and then measuring on the before and after effects of their relationships of their career and money of their health and vitality and so on and so forth.

(19:19):

So it's gonna be such an amazing process. And I think that we'll be able to deliver something to even the scientific world that will put us really on the map, um, and, and create a book out of it and all kinds of things. So yes, yes, yes. So exciting. So a doctor of divinity. So you have to remember that you need to have, you have to become a spiritual practitioner to become a minister and to become a doctor of divinity. You have to become a new thought minister. Okay. So that is basically the, the, the gist of it. What's the difference. The difference is really whatever you make it, you know, there are, can be ministers that can be corrupt, right? There can be doctor divinities that can turn into addicts, right? It, it doesn't matter the title do they do matter to the world, but what matters is, and they are really to show the world that you did put in your time and efforts.

(20:08):

Okay. And you are trained in a specific modality, a specific lineage, but the truth is that it really comes down to who you are as a human being and what you do and how you impact and how you give back to life for the highest good. That is, that is the most important thing out of all of it. You know, and as, um, Dr. Roger teal said, we don't tell people what to think. We aspire to help people to, to learn how to think. And I believe that all this is not becoming some, some title and then preaching to people it's really about helping them think for themselves, helping them bring these teachings and, and apply them into their life so that life becomes better for themselves. And so in this, this work has been my greatest, my greatest love. It's what I love doing.

(20:56):

It's what I love teaching. It's what I love living. And so if you're somebody out there that truly has had a divine calling and wants to step into having this be their career, I highly recommend, um, you know, reaching out and me or one of my team members can answer more questions. And I truly believe that anyone can make a living now in the spiritual realm or in the minister realm or in the doctor divinity realm, our world has changed significantly. And it used to be that it was looked down upon to make money in these fields. And it's no longer the case. We don't, we don't, we, we say that we don't charge for the spiritual work we charge for our time and efforts. And, you know, the world exchanges through money and money is God as well. You deserve to have a career that you love.

(21:44):

And if you're somebody that absolutely loves spiritual work, that loves a new thought world that loves helping make an impact in people's lives, helping them transform and heal their suffering, and truly helping them claim their birthright prosperity and ending, and, and having emancipation from suffering. This is a great alternative. One thing I think that stands out in society in particular also versus other trainings through such things as, um, centers for spiritual living or, um, different programs. And they're all amazing. And I love all their programs, um, different things like Santa Monica college and things. I, I really want to respect all of my peers and all the different programs. I think that one thing that really, um, sets us apart in society is that we do teach business as well. We teach technology, we teach social media, we teach things like funnels and, and it's a whole different online world these days.

(22:41):

Um, we also teach the E four trauma method, which is unique to society. And for me, out of all the work E four trauma method has been the thing that has given me the most awakening men in my life, and really helped me track past life, uh, regressions, and being able to go anywhere in consciousness and turned on my supernatural powers, which are really our natural powers. And so in that I say yes to you, I say yes, to whatever divine calling you have for your spiritual work. And I simply know the truth of who you are, which is a divine, all powerful, spiritual being. And as you claim that birthright, and as you truly do your inner work and not just, you know, do kind of, um, uh, ethereal work as a spiritualist, but bring it back down to the ground, put two feet on the, on this earth and actually help people facilitate.

(23:34):

There's so many people out there teaching truth. And, you know, I, I listen to many, many teachers and there's incredible profound teachers out there, but a lot of people will say, oh, this is the, the truth. This is your astrological, whatever, this is the truth of universal law, but they don't actually give them tangible things to actually implement into their life, to actually do the healing and actually implement it and, and make them more able in their lives. So I believe that this work is some of the most profound work, and I'm a bit biased to my own work because I have tested and tested and tested like the scientists in the lab, and I've done it on myself and I've done it on so many clients and I see what works and doesn't work. And so, you know, do your research do whatever's out there, um, and follow your heart. That's what I always say. There's all kinds of paths and all pass, lead to one place, which is to you to the truth of who you are. Okay. Have a beautiful day. You guys, and may you live your truth. And if you got something outta this, please like share a comment, share it with somebody who you think would benefit from this. Okay. Have a blessed day. And may you live your truth.
