(00:01):

Is live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

(00:22):

Florence Shehan said the game of life is a game of boomerangs. Our thoughts, deeds, and words, return to us with astounding accuracy. So if you're interested in understand how you're having the boomerang effect in your life, you definitely wanna listen to this podcast. I'm Dr. Aaron, I'm Dr. Divinity, founder of new thought global and society. And we come together on this podcast to know the truth, live on spiritual principle, and yes, align with our, the love of our life are the highest version of ourselves. We also come together in society and new thought global to be able to monetize our gifts, to really be able to bring truth out to the world and understanding that money is really an exchange of energy. And it's a beautiful exchange of love. And so today we're going to break down universal law of correlation. We're in a series.

(01:12):

This is number 23 of 52 of the universal law cards that are coming out, which I'm so excited about. Okay. And they may already be, if you're listening to this, so today we're gonna break on down the law of correlation. So what is this exactly right? The law correlation states that all of life is an exchange of energy, a flow of giving and receiving. This is the current of consciousness and an expanded rate multiplied abundantly. And through this dynamic exchange, the universe instantaneously responds to what you give to life, what you reap you sow. And that really is the truth of it, right? The truth is that everything is instantaneously an exchange like, so imagine that you look at a life and it is truly, it's truly from the source. If you go with in and taking a deep breath into the nose and exi out, it's all from sore.

(02:10):

So imagine like from the core of your core of your innermost beingness, imagine there's like a sun. It literally is like the sun. It is a creative force, literally going out and imagine that all life is this out picturing of consciousness. And we recognize that you are the individualized aspect of divine. You are the individualized God. And so you are experiencing this mini universe called you. You get to use the one, mind, the one divine mind to experience whatever you're experiencing. So around you is almost like a big mirror of a reflection of what's going on within your individual use of the one mind. So Florence shovel shin was a badass. She's actually one of my favorites. You know, we teach new thought movement. It's a, a genre that came about, you know, after the church really suppressed the, the, the truth of the world and made God outside of self and began to really kind of twist and Dement.

(03:07):

What, what this was teaching the truth of who you are, how you manifest and your, your godliness, if you will. So Florence shovel shim was a master, same with Thomas truer and em, Emma Curtis Hopkins and Ernest Holmes. So many great ones, but Florence shovel shin was amazing because I stumbled upon her books. Uh, and we weren't teaching them necessarily in our classes when we were getting, becoming a practitioner minister and Dr. Divinity. But she was of course, one of the very well known new thought movement, uh, authors. And she had written so many great books, just broke it on down. And it was back, you know, I don't know it was, you know, a hundred years ago, right? And you're like, how is this woman know all this stuff? When so many people were so suppressed. So she breaks on down. So many things, understanding, you know, that, that she was in, I have her birthday, x-ray hair, 1871.

(03:56):

She was born September 24th. And, um, she was an American artist and a book illustrator and became a new thought spiritual teacher and met a physical writer in her middle years. So imagine you're just this, you know, author and you're looking at life and you're looking at the reflection of your life. And all of a sudden, as you go down the, you know, any kind of profession, I believe you come to truth at some level, because as you inquire, as you research, as you dive into become an expert of your field, there's no way you couldn't come to truth. Even say a doctor that was that's, um, doing Western medicine, if they started inquiring and actually investigating, they would find the truth and, and you know, the medical field versus what is corrupt, anyone want it's natural. And so I want you to take a look at your life right now, invite you to take a look at your life and recognize, you know, where in, in your life are you looking out at the mirror?

(04:44):

Where are you diving into research? And you're here listening to this podcast, you're here, you know, inquiring into life into yourself. You keep as a, as the Bible says, seek, and you shall, you know, knock, can you show find, I mean, this is the whole thing. Truth is right in front of us. It's in us. You are truth. That's the truth. So Florence shovel, shin, breaking it back again. She a game's called the game of life and how to play it. So imagine right now you have this thing called the law of correlation. And it's kind of like, you go out and play tennis, right? So it's like, you hit the ball and it goes over the net, hopefully. And then it comes back. You know, it doesn't necessarily come exactly. But it does come in exact proportion to how it is, you know, how it's served or how it is, is laid back.

(05:29):

So most people consider life a battle, but it's not a battle. It's a game. And I invite you to take a look at the law of correlation to take a look at life is a game, every last drop of it. And in this, I recognize the truth of who you argue, the show, you have the choice, right. Whatsoever, man. So it, that shell, he also reap. This means that whatever a woman seeds out in word or deed will return to her what she gives, she will receive not necessarily from the same place, not exactly in the same exact fashion, but the universe is so brilliant at how it serves back. Right? It's like having a great player that you're playing against in tennis. Right? It's been a lot of years since I played tennis, but if you served it right, there's infinite ways it can come back, but it comes back, right?

(06:14):

So that's the same way as a universe, it's gonna come back. You just better be prepared. Cause it might not come back exactly how you think it's gonna come back. It can come back multiplied even better than you thought. And it can come back in a really harsh lesson, right? This means that what man, uh, images imagines, right? I'm gonna say woman, what? This means that what a woman imagines, what do you imagine in your soul sooner or later, externalize in her affairs. Right? So imagine that that serve begins in mind when you're playing tennis, you don't just get up there and just hit it, right? I mean, yes, you could do that as well, but you have to imagine, where do I want to hit this ball? Right? Am I gonna hit it in the left side, the right side? Where am I hitting it?

(06:52):

Am I go fast off? Whatever it, you have to begin. It begins before you ever do anything. Physical begins in mind and to play successfully the game of life, you must train the imaging faculty, a person who images. Faculty basically is good, brings good to his life, right? Every righteous desire has to be in your heart. Health, wealth, love friends, perfect expression, your highest, ideal, right? You have to begin in mind. If you want the mirror of life to be reflected back with beauty, you have to think and, and expand and beauty in the heart, right? There are three departments in the mind, the subconscious, the conscious and the super conscious. And we have to understand that these have to merge together. You can't want something in life, like have your dreams and then have your subconscious being like, oh, I'll never do this. I don't believe in myself.

(07:42):

It's not going to. It's like having a really crappy tennis team. You know, say there's a team. That's a terrible sport. Use an example. But you know, there are doubles, right? Say you were on the court with your partner and, and you weren't in alignment. You didn't have the same game plan to take, you know, on this game of life, it wouldn't work. You've got to align all those different aspects. So whatever you feel deeply you, I imagine clearly it's impressed upon the subconscious mind, which is universal law. Your subconscious mind is one with universal law. Universal law is not something out there in the world. It's who you are. It's the dynamics of how you manifest, how you work. Okay? So there's a place that you're going to fill and fill and fill something you're doing, which no one else can do. And that's your birthright.

(08:26):

Your birthright is to have the reflection of the perfect image of yourself. Your job as a, the law of correlation is to have your inside world match the outside world. Meaning, right? If you truly desire, opulence, if you truly desire a, um, uh, abundance and prosperity and love and deep connections with human beings, you have to know that within your heart. And that's going to transcend into your life through the law of correlation. And so, as it says again, ask, and it shall be given to you seek, and you shall find knock, and it shall be open to you. This is the truth. This is how this works. Nothing else stands between these, these facts of life. This is the truth of who you are. And so I recognize that in this law of correlation, there may be things you're desiring that are not coming to you.

(09:18):

There is only one reason and it's because you're not giving it to life. If you desire, love, think, give love. If you desire prosperity, then give value. If you desire, expression or whatever it may be, you have to give it. If you want health, give high energy, give energy to your body. Right? Life is exchange of energy, a flow on giving and receiving. This is a current of consciousness. And I know right now, by listening to this podcast or drawing this card, if you have the universal lock guard deck, um, your soul desires for you to be of service to every person you come in contact with today, give that what you seek, right? You may give a compliment or do a deed, but if you, you must expect that nothing's going to come back. It's just a reflection. The universe has a, a special surprise. And it's always exactly to teach you, give you a lesson or a blessing for sure. And so in this is taking a deep breath in, through the nose and excellent out. I recognize life is a grand mirror. This law of correlation, every last drop of it starts in your mind, in your heart, in your consciousness.

This is

(00:01):

First live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth? Live from Los Angeles. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principles, align with the universal law and break through all elemented beliefs within our subconscious mind, so that we can claim our birthright of prosperity vitality and love. We also come together in community in soul society and new thought global. And our vision is to be the number one spiritual community, committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and a message to bring to the world and together we are awakening the world. So today I wanna talk about how to meditate.

(00:54):

We're basically doing a club it's called the 22 minute club, hashtag 22 men club, which is, uh, basically going into a silent meditation for 22 minutes a day, and then hashtag tagging and, um, and being able to spread the kind of infectious, uh, idea for other people to meditate. So how this happened was, boy, let's just go there. Okay. So 23 years ago, I was, I was how old was I? I was 24 years old. I began my spiritual journey at 22 when I had my stillborn, uh, full born full term son. And a year later I had had my son who now is 25 years old. And I remember I was, I was sitting with my son and, um, he was actually had just gone down for a nap and I was sitting there next to next to him. I was just watching him.

(01:57):

I was literally just watching who he was, the miracle that he was as this little, little guy, you know, and I just felt so miserable inside. I just felt like I, I wasn't even in that room, I was sitting there as like a glimpse of actually seeing him. And I just realized that I never even, I never had even seen my son. I felt like I, I felt like I was a mom that wasn't really, even there. I wasn't even present for my own son. I was always, my mind was always somewhere else. I need to get something done or, you know, what, what hasn't happened today or has somebody text or neck text or just stressed out. And I just was not a present mom. I didn't have the tools to actually be in that beautiful space of, of this little baby. And I realized in that moment that I had to change, I had, I had to change, you know, and I had moments, of course, we had moments and moments of moments of recommitting to, to do our work.

(03:03):

And I was reading, of course I was really obsessed with spiritual work and I couldn't afford to get a spiritual coach. There was probably not, no such thing at that point in time, long time ago. And I, I didn't have any money. So what I could afford was a book and I was reading a deep proc TRR book. And, um, in the book, it said to meditate for 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening. And I began to do that. It was very hard. I would go into meditation and I had what they call monkey mind, like crazy. It was literally just awful. It was like taking fingernails and going down a chalkboard and I could not meditate, but I thought I, it was the only thing that I'd read that was consistent through the books that I'd read and through the great minds that I'd learned of, that they all meditate.

(03:50):

They all would refer to meditation. So I thought there, there has to be something here and I don't know what it is, but it's like going to, you know, it's like wizard of Oz and Dorothy going down the yellow brick road, she just knows that she has to get to this, this, this city and to, um, you know, the man behind the curtain, if you will, she didn't know what it was gonna bring, but she just knew and all signs were directing her towards that. And she had to go to that city. And that's what I felt about meditation. I didn't know what it was like to meditate. I didn't know what was on the other side of that curtain. I didn't know. Um, anything, I just knew that it all signs were pointing that if I just did that, there was gonna be something on the other side of the veil.

(04:38):

So I began to meditate and it was awful. I, I really couldn't even meditate for five minutes at first it was torture and I, everything my mind would trick me, you know, I would think, well, I don't have time to meditate or, you know, I, I gotta get up and do this to-do list or my son needs me or whatever, everything would get in my way of meditating. But it was like a knowing there was a knowing that if I just went past that wall, if I just stayed in meditation, I knew at a core of who I was, that there would be something miraculous on the other side. So I kept doing it. It was one thing I did consistently and not very well, five minutes here, three minutes there, 10 minutes there. But I, I just knew, I knew that if I just stuck with it and I began to break through the wall, and as I've said through another podcast, I kind of had my whole spiritual journey.

(05:33):

I, I disclosed everything that went through that. And the point is, is this, is that meditation was this, I call it the infinite journey, because what happened was, as I began to break through the monkey mind, I began to get into, you know, that, that gap, that observer and I began to watch my thought forms kind of drift by light clouds. And sometimes I'd entangle them. And it was like all of a sudden, I'm, you know, I'm with my girlfriends down, you know, hanging out at a cafe and I'd like, wait, wait, wait. I'm in meditation. Let me come back to this present moment. And I, you know, release that. And then all of a sudden I'm stressed doing my bills, trying to like, you know, think about all the things I need to get done. And I'm like, wait, wait, wait, breathe again, come back to the present moment.

(06:26):

And the point is is that if you just come back, it's like a muscle that I kept building. I kept building, I kept building and I come back to that present moment and I come back to the breath and I come back to that gap and release the thought forms and just be, and it was such a concept I had never, ever experienced anything like that to just be without thinking without the brain, without that entanglement of, of all the doingness the past, the future, the, this, the, that, all of that. And I'd come back and I'd come back. And then what would happen is I remember there was a point in time that I thought, oh my gosh, I have really advanced in meditating because I can actually go in there without entangling, with thought forms. I can actually just be, and I thought, oof, I have just, I am a great meditator.

(07:16):

Right. And it was, it was, uh, a big advancement for me. And then what would happen is I would go into meditation and I wouldn't even necessarily wanna come out with an answer, but I'd go in kind of not having clarity around a certain area of my life. And I'd go into meditation and with no expectations, because one of the things we practice in side of the meditation is not wanna get anything out of it, cuz it's not visioning work. It's not prayer work. It's not any of those things. The intention is to empty the mind and allow the truth of the universe to stream in. So, but I would go in, in some confusion in my life, in, you know, different areas, whether it be in my relationship, I'd be confused about how to deal with an argument or an upset or whatever. Or I would go in with business and think, you know, how am I going to get that next sale or whatever it is.

(08:12):

And each time I would go into meditation, I would naturally come out kind of knowing the answer to things. And as the universe is saying, yes, right now, cuz there's ambulance, that's going by that say yes, yes, yes. There's a sign here. Right. And we have to listen to the signs of the universe. So as I began to go more and more into meditation, I would have more of these kind of really cool things that would happen. Right. Like it was like, okay, cool. That was a little bonus to that meditation. Right. But then something happened and I began to break through this wall and I began to what I call Astra project. Or you could say whatever you go in consciousness and I'd have these profound experiences in meditation. I would go to people and places and circumstances and pass lives. And it began to be like that the lie in the witch, in the wardrobe, you know, that book, that famous book where they open this wardrobe, there's these, I think I forget what the book was about exactly.

(09:20):

But I think it was these little children and they'd go in and they'd play and they'd open up this wardrobe in one of the rooms in their home and they'd go down into this, they'd go on an adventure into different worlds. And so for me, that was what meditation was like, it was this place I'd go in there and I didn't have any expectations of where I was going. But all of a sudden I'd be in the Himalayas meditating with monks or I'd be with a mother that was holding her dead baby crying or I would go to, um, and be with different Dees or I'd go down to being a little girl in, in sadness and being able to hold her again, wherever I went, it was this infinite journey. I'd go to different galaxies. I'd be able to understand and go into the mind of, of that person.

(10:10):

That was mean to me or looked weird to me on driving next to me on the street, I'd be able to know what was going on with him. I'd be able to go visit my mom and I'd be able to understand and have compassion about what was going on for her. And I'd speak to her in consciousness and I'd heal something in consciousness. And so I began to, it was the most precious thing of my life. This thing called meditation, this, this place I could go on consciousness and, and it, it was just became the most beautiful I'd spent hours and hours and hours on meditation. I was literally, my eyes would pop open at four o'clock in the morning. Cause I was so excited to go back into that infinite journey into that wardrobe, into that place where I could go anywhere in consciousness, going through the veil and recognizing my oneness and, and knowing that I could go in a journey and I didn't know where it was gonna take me today.

(11:09):

So then as, as all the truths streamed through the, the truths of the universe, everything from the universal laws to the wisdom of our oneness and all the metaphysics and all this stuff, understanding and learning out in the world through getting, you know, my, my spiritual practitioner and, and becoming a minister and, and understanding the metaphysics of life, he would also stream through consciousness. So it was a really great to have the balance of doing both. But then what happened was I came to Los Angeles. I came to Los Angeles some years back because I had a mission and spirit had spoken through my higher self that I really wanted to finish up my doctorate out here. And I wanted to also, um, it was called to get into media, knowing that the whole world looks to Los Angeles into media for, and is in, you know, they're touched they're, they're impacted, they're programmed through media and spirit was kind of ebbing me towards media because I can bring truth and do it in an entertaining way.

(12:13):

And so I came to Los Angeles and what happened was I, I was so fed. I was so fed by the years and years and years, I had spent for hours and hours of meditation and with divine and with DTS coming and all this infinite wisdom that came through that when I came to Los Angeles, my spiritual practice of meditation went down significantly. My spiritual practice of practicing with every breath of my life and getting in the right mind every day. And the discipline of my spiritual practice grew exponentially in the concrete jungle of Los Angeles. But my meditation and my touching on that divine went down and down and down. And I began to feel a little bit. It was like my, that bliss that nectar began to decrease, but my power and my stance of knowing who I am and the world got stronger because I was really practicing this chapter of, of the truth of who I am. And my only prayer, I only have one prayer. People pray for things. They pray for their soul made. They pray for, you know, to make a million dollars. They pray for, to get skinnier. They pray for whatever it is, right. I don't, I only have one prayer. And my prayer is to be connected with source with divine, because I know in that that everything is added,

(13:49):

But seek ye first, the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will be added onto you. Right. But seek you first the kingdom, right? The heaven within, because we recognize when we, when we seek that temple, when we seek that heaven, when we seek and go there

(14:15):

To the kingdom, to the heaven, to the realm that is divine and the righteousness, the right mind, our cutout runneth over our cut with runneth over, and all things are added, infinite, infinite, potential, infinite innovation, infinite, infinite, everything, relationships beyond our wildest dreams, vitality and health, and beyond the body and money of course, money because it all flows. It's a currency, right? And in that flow of being one with the vine things, just open up doors, open people are, you have charisma. They wanna do business with you. They wanna be friends with you. They want to, you know, be with you all the above.

(14:56):

And so my only prayer is to be connected to source. So I've been praying lately, cuz I just felt like as much as I know who I am, as much as I feel like it's all divine, it's not like this isn't connected and this is connected cuz it's all one thing going on, but I've been praying lately to really get deep, deep, deep back into that infinite field, into that adventure, into the infinite journey of meditation. Cuz I I've been meditating over the years, but just not to the extent that I used to. And so as a coach, you know, it is my, my joy to have accountability and um, and come together in community to, to inspire one another in what we're truly committed to. And one of the greatest things I've noticed, um, in, in training, you know, many women around the globe is that whatever it is that they really want to embody, the best thing to do is to give it away and hold yourself accountable for.

(16:00):

So hence, you know, we have these soul circle calls and things like that, where if they wanna embody, um, a different distinction, teach universal law or teach conscious relationship or teach spiritual business or whatever it is, if they keep teaching it, they will get to keep it. There's like a law in this universe where if you give it a, if you, you know, in order to have it, you gotta keep, you gotta give it away. You've gotta te if you want it, you wanna embody it. You've gotta give it away. So I'll have, um, the women do consistent challenges or soul circle calls to give away co consistently what they wanna really embody, um, fully. And this is what came to me. I was like, okay. So if I want to commit to deep, deep meditation, again, profound meditation, how am I going to give that away to have that?

(16:46):

Right. So it came up with a little fun challenge and the challenge is hashtag 22 men club, meaning 22 minute club. And the reason why, because number 1 22 is my favorite number. I don't know what it is, but I just love that number. I know that it's like, it resonates for me. Like I'm in synchronicity of my life. It's like my sign. So, and obviously I do more than a 22 minute meditation, but when I'm getting back in, it's like going to the gym, you know what I mean? When you first get back to the gym, it's kind of hard. It's like, it's hard. It's, it's not easy. And if you tell yourself you're gonna do some huge workout, you most likely won't do it. But if you just go, well, I'm just gonna start the walk. And then all of a sudden you're jogging and running, right?

(17:30):

If it just start a little bit, then if I just kind of walk to the gym, then maybe I'll feel like working out. Right? So that's kinda the way I feel about 22 minutes of silent meditation in that it's long enough because what happens when I first get back into the gym of meditating, my monkey mind is going crazy, right? And I generally, it takes some time to break through that. And I feel like if I went say 11 minutes, it's not enough time sometimes to break through that wall. But 22 minutes I've found is always, you're always through that wall, uh, for myself. Um, before 22 minutes, it might be 15 minutes. It might be at 11 minutes. And then as I keep doing it might go down to a few minutes, you know, until I break through that monkey mind. But 22 minutes feels like it's not too long to where it's undoable, but it's not small enough to where you don't really actually get in there and get connected.

(18:23):

So it's super fun because the challenge is this, the challenge is to go into silent meditation and what is silent meditation, right? I teach meditation and there's many different, there's infinite ways of meditating. And there is basically a gradient of meditating on one side is where we focus the mind we have centered meditation. We do mantra meditation. We, we do a very specific intention. Okay. And we direct, if you will, on the other spectrum of meditation, it's emptying the mind, really getting into that ness and opening our consciousness so much that the truce of the universe can stream in. Right? We become receptive. We, we, we become receptive. And on the other spectrum of the meditation, we, we, we direct energy upon universal mind. Okay? So in this silent meditation, my invitation for you is to go into a 22 minute silent meditation. That means this no mantras, no putting on music, no listening to a guided meditation and no going in with something, wanting to get something out of it.

(19:29):

I think one of the biggest pitfalls people do is they go in hoping for a sign, trying to get a mental picture, trying to manifest something, trying to get something that is not what silent meditation is. In fact, it's quite the opposite. You need to go in without any intention other than just connecting and listening and being there with your higher self, with the beloved within the divine. Not having any expectation, not judging if you have monkey mind or not, not, not having attachment to where it goes, but literally just being with what is, and in this I recommend, you know, obviously being in a place where you're not gonna be disturbed and I recommend turning your phone on airplane mode. So you don't have wifi going through, but turning also on your, an alarm, because what happens is as you go into a 22 minute meditation and say, you're just gonna, you know, open your eyes and get the clock.

(20:24):

It's gonna feel like forever going, you know, forever, because you're gonna constantly wanna look at the clock. And two minutes feels like 10 minutes, right? You're like, Ugh, why is it taking so long? So getting in there, setting your alarm for 22 minutes so that you can just fully be in there and, and your mind's gonna want, have you come out, it's gonna want you to do your to-do list. It's gonna tell you all the reasons, you know, your body might be uncomfortable. You think, you know, oh, I, I, you think you can think of everything. Your mind is gonna play tricks on you, of why to get out of that 22 minute silent meditation. But my invitation is for you to have the discipline, to just be with it and commit to those 22 minutes, setting the alarm and allowing the miracle to happen. Meaning that just being with what is, that's the miracle? So last night, uh, now I've been doing these 22 minutes and what happens is when I break through the wall and I start getting into that nectar of life that nectar within,

(21:21):

Sometimes I feel like I'm like drugged when the 22 minute, uh, alarm goes off and sometimes I'll reset it. Okay. Don't you don't have to do that. Okay. But for me, it's like, it is a beautiful, the 22 minute is a minimum commitment for me. And if I feel so inspired, I'll go another or another. Okay. And maybe multiple throughout the day or not, but I make sure to do one. And so in this last night I was, I was meditating. I was actually with a girlfriend, a dear friend, and, and we do meditation together. I love doing meditation with my friends that are very highly woke and we set the alarm for 22 minutes. And I went in of course, and it was only a few minutes in that my monkey mind began to stop. And my, the right and left hemisphere of my brain started connecting. And then there I went, I was up in this temple in the top of the Himalayas. And I actually was within this monk. He was young. He was probably in his twenties or something like that. And I was inside of him, literally in his consciousness

(22:32):

And his consciousness was speaking to me and he was saying, it's I understand, I understand that. It's hard to do your spiritual practice sometimes in the concrete jungle of Los Angeles. But all you need to do is just come here and be with me, be with me, be in my heart, be in my consciousness and connect with divine at such a profound level. And I just sat there in there. Just, just feeling the connection, feeling that divine connection, that total overflowing of the cup, the total bliss, a total nectar. And then I journeyed again. And I went to myself as a little, a little baby at six months old. And I was in a crib at my grandmother's house. My mother and father had left me for a month, at six months old as I went over to Europe and my grandmother was not so nice. And I was sitting in this crib, crying and crying, crying was a little baby. And I picked myself up and I held myself in my own arms. And I began to calm down as the baby and began to feel so whole and so held and so loved and so safe.

(23:46):

And then my conscious came back and I sat in this beautiful space of total bliss and total overflowing and tears of joy streamed down my face. And right then the alarm went off. I clicked off and then I sat back in the meditation

(24:04):

And I just said, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I'm back. This is the most beautiful thing I've ever experienced. And the most sacred thing of my life is my divine connection. It is the most sacred part of my life. It is so beautiful in that journey. And so I just think, oh my gosh, if we can touch one person's life with the 22 minute club, if we can hashtag just one thing, we're not promoting anything, we're not selling anything. Just the point. And the purpose is to inspire one person to go within and touch on their divinity.

(24:42):

And so I just know today is a beautiful day to open that wardrobe to step in and fly into consciousness into the realms of the oneness, into that dimension. That is dimensionless. And I just say yes, yes, yes. To this incredible infinite journey of meditation have a beautiful day. And may you live your truth? And again, I invite you. I really invite you to spread this hashtag hashtag two, two M I N C L U B 22 men club post a picture of yourself on your Instagram stories or wall or Facebook or anywhere on social media. Hashtag let people know about it. Go into a 22 minute silent meditation, set your alarm, no mantra, no guided meditation, no music.

(25:43):

And let's just allow the miracle to happen. I'm so I, I don't know if I've ever been so excited for somebody just because I just know this is the greatest gift that I ever gave myself is to discipline myself, to go into silent meditation. I love all kinds of meditation. I love Kini yoga. I love breathwork. I love, you know, all different types of meditation, but silent meditation for me is where the magic happens. So give it a try, have a beautiful day. And may you live your truth? Thank you for tuning in society and Dr. Aaron podcast. (00:00):

This is first live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth life from Los Angeles, we come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principles, align with universal law and break through all limited beliefs within our subconscious mind and claim our birthright of prosperity, financial freedom, money, wealth, vitality relationships, and a divine life. We also come together in community in soul society and new thought global. We truly believe that when somebody awakens a, a gift and message bring to the world and together we are awakening the world. So today we are going to be talking about the universal law of compensation. This is a series we're on number 21 of 52, the law of compensation, which brings me of course, to the famous, famous, um, talk by Ralph Waldo Emerson or rather a dissertation. He says the whole of what we know is a system of compensations ever defect in one manner is made up of another. Every suffering is rewarded. Every sacrifice is made up. Every debt is paid. So Ralph Waldo Emerson.

(01:30):

So he talks in this dissertation and he talks about, he was, he was living in a time to understand, okay, here he is in a time in a, a very prestigious world. And his father, I think his father was, he was a minister. Um, and he basically was in this Orthodox environment. And he basically talks about how he, he comes to this sermon. He's in church one day and he's listening to the preacher and the preacher basically is totally Orthodox. He, and he basically talks from a doctrine that's in the last judgment of the Bible. And he basically says that the wicked are successful, that the good are miserable. And then urged for reason that from the scripture, that compensation to be both parties in the next life, that, that basically we need to suffer. If you're a good person, you need to suffer in this life, serve and sacrifice.

(02:29):

And that you will be, you know, you will get yours. If you will, in heaven, on you know, afterlife. And he sat there in this church at this sermon thinking, what, what are we teaching here? He felt like there was a part of the culture that was beginning to wake up. They were beginning to realize that they didn't need to go into church to think there was a man in the sky that it was a relationship and that there was heaven on earth right here right now. And he realizes he was sitting in this congregation that no one seemed to be taking offense, that he realized that this was the, this was the doctrine of the times that if you, you know, that you basically, if you're sitting now, you get to reap in this world of whatever. And if you are a good person that you have to wait for afterlife, you sin.

(03:24):

Now we shall send by and buy. We would sin. Now, if we could not being successful, we expect our reverence to ma so, so this is the deal. Okay. So the law of compensation, what is the law of compensation is basically yes, we reap what we sew and what goes around, comes around in a way, but we're talking about compensation. Okay. So etymology breaks it down. It's the act of compensating. Basically, it's a balancing. So if you think about, it's like a scale, like, remember those scales, like on one side, you put one thing on and the other side to balance it out, to realize how much it weighs. And these scales came about in, you know, way, way back in time when they needed to do trade, right? So they would put, uh, a stone that weighed X amount. And then they would know whether they were, you know, weighing gold or whether they were weighing sand or whatever. They would understand how much it weighs. Okay. But they would balance it out. Those are scales, right? The universe balances out right now, right here, instantaneously, spiritually, there is no future, right? There is no past, there is no life after life. There is only now. And there is only life and everything in the 3d realm, everything here is an out picture of what's going on and a conscious perspective right now.

(04:49):

So how does this relate if you're somebody and you're listening to this podcast, you generally are, are listenership and our tribe and our community and everything. Our people who are love spirituality, they love spirituality. And they have generally had a spiritual calling to do something. Even in their business. They either bring their spiritual principles into the, the business. They already have their family that they have their sole entres they're soul based business owners. They are spiritual coaches, they're practitioners, ministers, doctors of divinity. Okay. And let me tell you that I am, I, one of the, one of my core commitments to this community is because I used to be in spiritual centers and I would watch my friends that were so wealthy and rich in their spiritual nature, be broke in their finances. And I was like, this, doesn't add up somebody doesn't add up here.

(05:44):

How can they know the riches of divinity, the riches of who they are and not claim it in all areas of their life, which brings me to, um, RO DHAs one of my favorite speakers all time. And he gives a great talk where he said he was in India and he was walking down the street. He had been, you know, again from a very prestigious, um, culture here, back in America. And, um, he was walking down the street and he was wa watching all the, all the people who were bakers. And he saw this woman on the street and she was baking and she was, you know, obviously homeless and, and she, and he kinda looked into her eyes and she kinda looked back at him and he realized in that moment he was, she was looking at him, um, kind of like having compassion towards him. He had, she had this look on her face like this poor American boy that is so spiritually bankrupt. How poor is he? And so he realized in that moment that our perception and ideals of what it means to be rich are relative. And that from a spiritual perspective, we know anyone who's touched on divine. Anybody that's touched in the, the sacred home of heaven of the kingdom within the godliness, the heaven on earth that is in the temple within understands that richness understands that nothing in this world, nothing of the material world can even begin to touch on that wealth on that compensation.

(07:33):

And so we recognize yes, that, that, that we have to first understand true wealth, true wealth, to even be able to measure on the scale of what wealth is. But we also recognize through the law of cause and effect and the correlation in what we're doing here right now, which is talking about the compensation, the balancing that if we are spiritual leaders, that we are decided to make money in our spiritual work, that we, that, that it is a, a giving of how we help others in their value will be reflected back and equaled out equally. It may not come from the same person. It may not come from the same place. It may not come in in the form of money, but what we have to recognize that there is a law of this universe that works with such precision. So in your heart and heart, you know, understanding and, and really getting clear. I want you to just take a deep breath in for a moment.

(08:34):

And I want you to think about what you truly desire in the realm of, of your compensation. Do you need to have, you know, more money for what, for more food, for more clothes, for healthcare, for what is it that you need money for? What is it that you truly desire in your prosperity and to be compensated for? Okay. And one of the greatest myths that I want to debunk in our industry, in our industry of people who have decided I am handing my life over, this is my calling my mission. And I desire to make this into my actual career and make this where I make money is doing my spiritual work. Knowing that you have spiritual gifts, that is time to monetize. Okay. And the myth is this, the myth is, or rather what I hear people say over and over again, I would do this for free.

(09:30):

I would do. I love this so much. What I do in my spiritual work, that I would do it for free. And that is awesome. Congratulations for finding something that you love so much, that you would do it for free. But what I want to break through in our industry is recognizing that I hear this over and over, like I'm in coaching groups, whether it be group coaching, one on one, whatever, and this is the, this is the gap. This is the, this is the limited belief. This is what is holding people back. It's not getting that. If they truly cared about making the impact that they want to make, they would also recognize that money equals power. Money equals is a significant inch of, of energy. Okay? Money equals choice. Money equals free money means that you, it is an exchange of energy. So imagine you have all the energy of the entire universe or, or all the, all, all the money, because money is, is worthless.

(10:29):

You guys, right? Money's worthless. It's a manmade concept of something that's backed by. Nothing is an illusion, a delusion. It is nothing, but it is an agreement. It is agreement to say, this money is worth X amount of effort. So we have to understand and recognize that if we truly wanna make an impact by delivering our spiritual gifts, by delivering truth and freeing people at whatever level, and helping them have prosperous lives in their relationships and their vitality and their money and all the above, we have to also recognize that money is God as well. Right? Money is, if you don't see God in all, you don't see God at all. Right? So today, as we recognize the universal law of compensation, I want you to realize that wherever you are putting on one side of the scale, it is always balanced out through the, this law.

(11:27):

It has to be equally, obviously, right? That's why so many of us are so rich with our ethereal wealth, with our connection, with divine, with our connection with source, it is so balanced out. We feel immensely, whatever, whatever I, when I go into meditation and prayer, I get back exponentially so much more than what I put into it. It is not even it, it is way beyond those scales, right? But here out in this world, and the reason why we're going through this 52 series of universal law is to understand this realm, right? To understand how we get in a, in alignment with universal law, so that we can, so that we can create harmony and create the abundance that we want in this real there's rules and regulations and things like gravity in this world. And there is the law of compensation. So the law of compensation states that life is an energy exchange.

(12:31):

Each person is compensated in a like manner to how they contribute. There is an identical correlation in the amount of value you give to the value that you receive. There is also an equal atonement to the expense of your action. This is natural amending mechanism. It's the process of redemption bringing balance to order. So you have to ask yourself, and I ask myself all the time. If we see somebody that is wealthy in the eyes of what the, maybe the Western world considers wealthy, they have a Ferrari, a fancy home on the beach. They have they're in the white house, right? The president may have the white house, but what has he given up his piece?

(13:15):

So you have to ask yourself, what are you willing to sacrifice to get those things right? And as we step into our spiritual alignment and working for the highest good, we have to recognize that it's going to be compensated exponentially exponentially. So if you are a someone beginning to hand your life over to your career in spiritual work, you have to live in faith. This is a universal law of faith that knows it wherever you are helping somebody out there in the world or your business, because what we do in society, when, when some of the girls and a few guys get trained as spiritual coaches, we do a lot of pro bonos. And the reason why we do that, because some, some coaches would be like, no, you should have, 'em get money right away. Well, that's fine. And, or also you can begin to do pro bono so that you are embodying the work.

(14:14):

And we have to understand that as you help others transform and be able to, you know, rise in their business, we, it has to come back. It has to be reflected back E exactly with such precision. So today I invite you to claim your birthright prosperity. If that's what you truly want. If you wanna be compensated in the realm of doing spiritual work and helping somebody awake it and getting more and more, transcend yourself, go for it. If you want to, to have more prosperity in cash, coming in, then give cash. If you want to help others in, in understanding and growing their prosperity in their business, it has to be reflected back in your business of being compensated in your business. This is the balancing act of the world. This is the balancing act of how universal law works. There is such precision, such precision, such precision. And so let's take a deep breath in.

(15:12):

And as in Ralph Waldo, Emerson said so eloquently that there is this, this thing, polarity we have to recognize or action and reaction. We meet in every part of nature in darkness and in light and in heat and cold in the ebb and flow of waters in mail and female in the inspiration and expiration of plants and animals in the equation of quantity and the quality of the fluids of the animal body in the syst and the diastal of the heart in the undulations of fluids and in the sound and in the center fr and the center, pet gravity and electricity galvanism and chemical affinity, super induced magnetism at the end of the needle, the opposite magnetism takes place. At the other end, if the south attracts the north rappels to empty here, you must condense there and unequitable, dualism, dissects nature. So that, that each thing is a half and suggests another thing to make it whole as spirit matter thing as a half, and suggests another thing that makes the whole as spirit matter, man, woman odd, even subjective objective in outer, upper, under notion rest.

(16:30):

Ye nay. I know this for certain. I know this with absolute certainty, that there is a law, this universe that works with such precision, that it is law. It is law. And as you claim your birthright today, as you say, I help others. I give money. That's why we say tithing, right? Tithing is reflected back exponentially. That is the law of compensation. Okay? Wherever you help others gain value in their life, learn how to make money. You also will have that reflected in your life. This is the law of compensated. What you give, you will reap what you, so, so shall you reap? I know for certain it is time. It is time to move back or past Orthodox of saying that we cannot, that we must suffer that we only get heaven in the next life. And I say, hell no. To that heaven on earth is right here.

(17:24):

Prosperity is now. And I claim this for this community. I claim this for all spiritual practitioners, light workers, healers, everybody that is working for the highest good to bring truth here right now. It is done in my mind as together we say. And so it is okay, you guys have a beautiful day. And knowing this law, you are worth more than all the goals on this planet. It is time to claim your birthright of prosperity. So have at it, may you live your truth, have a beautiful day.

This is first live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world.

(00:16):

May you live

(00:17):

Your truth?

(00:20):

Live from Los Angeles. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with the universal law. We also break through all limiting beliefs and identities in subconscious minds so that we can claim our birthright of prosperity, love and vitality. So today's podcast is titled the power of organization. So let's take a deep breath in through the nose and excellent out on the profound truth. The first principle of heaven is order. The first principle of heaven is order and as somebody who absolutely loves working with soul entrepreneurs, I love developing people in their companies, spiritually based soul-based companies, products and services, spiritual coaches, spiritual practitioners, ministers, and doctors of divinity. It is imperative that there is a reason why we call our business and organization because you gotta get organized. And, uh, it is in my commitment to help people become the CEO of their personal and professional life, their spiritual and business world.

(01:27):

It is all one thing. It is all one thing, which is you in expression, projecting and reflecting back in your life, the mirror of life. So let's break this on down the power of organization, and I'm going to give you some distinctions today. And I can't give you all of them, obviously, because we teach this in society, but it has been quite a journey of organization. Let me tell you, I have this image in my head. I'll never forget. I was in high school. I was 16 years old and I remember opening the door to my bedroom. And it was literally like a bomb had gone off. There was clothes and clothes and clothes and things and shoes and books and purses. And you name it everywhere across my room. And I remember cleaning my room and it took me, I think, four hours to clean my room.

(02:21):

I kid you not. And I remember being, it was so much work that I remember sitting down and committing to myself and saying, I'm never, ever, ever gonna let my room get that messy again. And I'm sure it happened again, but not to that level. And as I began to, you know, grow up and start adulting <laugh> um, of course my home would get, you know, messy, but not extremely messy, but I was not an organized person at all. I had different projects I'd begin and I wouldn't finish them. They were, everything was incomplete. You know, I never had any, any kind of schedule for doing my bills or taxes and everything was stressful. It was stressful to do mail. It was stressful to do my taxes. It was stressful to complete cycles of anything. And, but my life still worked. It didn't dis work.

(03:12):

You know, it didn't not work. It wasn't like dysfunctional or like I wasn't falling apart or I didn't not do my taxes or things like that, but it was always like just reacting, reacting to life or getting organized just when I had to or procrastinating and things like that. And as I began to get more and more into my own self development and into my spiritual work, I realized that I wanted to have more organization and I didn't wanna have stress in my life. So I began to get a little bit less disorganized. It wasn't like I was getting organized. I was just getting less disorganized. Right. And I remember I had a coach years and years ago, and he said that I want you to go through what's called cycles of action. So what he had me do is, um, we had to go through everything and we had to go through our entire life.

(04:00):

We had to go through our home and clean it out, basically, uh, basically look at everything in our life, every material thing and realize are we using it? Are we not using it? Does it align with what really matters our priorities and our core values in life? Does it align with our mission and our vision? And I remember I did this multiple times through different leadership programs, you know, and I remember the different levels of what it was first time. It was kind of just thinking that, oh, I'm cleaning out closets and everything's gonna look pretty. And, you know, and then the next level was, you know, years later with the next coach, it was like, oh, like I don't need a lot of this stuff. And I remember, uh, I had saved so much money and, and gotten things and had this nice little life.

(04:45):

And, and I had my spiritual realm on one side of my world and, and my normal world on the other side. And, and they weren't aligning together. I remember I had, you know, had a, a big home on a golf course on a signature golf hole. And I had bought golf clubs, cuz that was the thing to do. You know, I, I lived on a golf course, so why would you not buy golf clubs? And as I went through this next cycle of action, I realized and, and gotten more clear on my mission, vision, you know, golf. Didn't exactly. It just, wasn't my thing. You know what I mean? I was really deep into my spiritual work. I was deep into transformation work. I was deep into leadership work. I was even giving up, um, my old world of, of real estate investing, things like that.

(05:26):

I was literally handing my life over to my spiritual work and I realized that golf was not in that mission or vision. And so I remember there were brand new clubs. There were, I don't know, thousands of dollars or something like that. And I gave 'em away to my mom and it was just this cycle of, and it sounds so first world. And so, you know, uppity, it's kind of embarrassing to even tell that story. But I remember also things like in my closet, I had, you know, it was what, 40 pairs of jeans or something like that, you know, ridiculous. And I just remember being like, let it go. Like you don't need these, someone else is gonna really benefit from this. And the, and, and it was just, it began to be this process of really letting go of things. And then a coach asked me, you know, what are your must-haves?

(06:10):

And I recognized that my must-haves in my business and my, and my personal life and things like that, it meant I was actually decluttering my life from different communities and different people, maybe dysfunctional or people that just had a lot of drama or whatever. So it's like literally organizing my inner world. My outer world, everything began, began to be this, this order. And in society, you know, our tagline is live your truth. And what we really do is we help people from an internal role cause we know everything starts with them. And so getting organized is yes, it is in your external role. But getting organized is really begins in mind. It begins in the principle of understanding what are your core values, what really matters to you in your life. And that's how we bird people's purpose and their, and their legacy and their mission and their vision and everything is really aligning to that organization of what is within.

(07:09):

And so I'm not gonna get so into that today because we get into that in many other podcasts and stuff of getting order within this podcast. I wanna help you a few distinctions today to help you get organized in your, in your external world, in your business world and in your professional life. Things that have really transformed my ability to organize and schedule out and do things to help me align with my mission and vision. And so, um, each, each year, you know, at the end of the year or beginning of the year, a lot of people will have a new year and they'll set their goals and they get out their Daytimers or their, you know, calendars and they schedule out things like that. Well, in society, I train the women and a few men to become the CEOs of their life and we actually work on quarters.

(07:57):

So if you work with big CEOs, which I worked with for a long time, you'll notice that they do quarters Q1 two, three, and four. And so if you wanna get really organized in your life, I recommend getting organized in a quarterly basis. So at the end of each quarter, what, what we do is we celebrate all of our wins. We take a look at our goals and see what we hit and what we didn't hit. And we organize the entire next quarter. So the next three months, we have some type of a plan, everything from our social media scheduling to when we're going to do our, you know, um, marketing and sales, what we're doing on all different aspect. When we pay our bills, we pay our bills on first and 15, things like that. And we get super organized. And what this does from a, from a perspective of coming back to the spiritual aspect of the first principle of heaven is order, is that I always think of it like salsa, dancing, salsa, dancing.

(08:51):

I love salsa dancing. And there's a masculine and feminine energy right. In all of us and when you're dancing. So the man, if you will, um, is really the, he, he actually is kind of guiding. He is the staple. He's kind of like a pillar and the, and the female energy or the woman dances around that masculine energy. And the more, more confident and more firm the man is, is in leading and being a pillar, the more the feminine or the women aspect can dance around in elegance and letting go and, and not worrying about where it's going. Exactly. So I think about that in my organization, in that when I have a plan on my calendar and really plan out what is actually getting, you know, results in my business, and I begin to actually structure that out on my calendar, then I can actually have a calendar for everything from social media to when we're doing sales to everything.

(09:51):

But I also can also go, you know, I'm gonna go off track for my schedule a little bit today. Obviously I don't change meetings, but I will go off track sometime. Okay. So it's important to have a real discipline schedule, but also be open to that or something greater. Right? So I recommend for you to take a look at your life and take a look at where your priorities are. There's the 80 20 rule in business. And it means that out of all, the a hundred percent of the tasks that you do, 20% of the things are actually getting you results. They're actually having you, you know, make an impact in people's lives, helping you, you know, get income, things like that. And I want you to begin to take a look at your whole life and maybe begin to track it. So when I'm working in one, one with someone, I will actually begin to look at everything they're doing, and I want them to take notes on it for one full week and notice what is getting them results.

(10:42):

What is not getting them results? What can they delegate and what can they not? Okay. So I have a story of, um, of a, a gentleman I was in relationship with for some years. And he's an amazing man. I'm still in relationship with him in business and stuff. But anyway, he, um, ran, I think he had about 400 employees and had jets and was very successful, very unconscious in making a difference in the world. But anyway, I witnessed him and how he handled his schedule and what he did is any time he had anything come in his, um, through a tax, through an email, through somebody talking to him that he needed to handle something, he would do one of three things. And what he would do is he would either schedule it right then and there he'd get it on his calendar right then and there he would, or he would delegate it.

(11:29):

He would hand it off, um, to his assistant or to whoever or whatever. He'd send an email right then and there, or he would handle it. He was on his Blackberry a lot. It was back in the day. And the thing is he never, he never didn't handle it. So I think of it as a metaphor of when you, when you're going to bed at night and you walk in your room and you take off your clothes and you can either put them on that, you know, that chair, and then you gotta, next day, you gotta hang it up anyway. Or you can just hang it up. It might be a teeny, but 10%, 20% more effort at that point in time, but it actually saves you, um, about a hundred percent effort, right? So the point is, is that when you're doing your, when you're creating or order in your life, when you're creating organization, you need to kind of take a look back and, and begin to, I think, declutter from a top perspective, like really, you know, clear out your phone, clear out your computer, clear all the things that, that help you get organized.

(12:27):

And then you go deeper and deeper and deeper. And then it's like, you get clear of what your core values are, right. Then you get clear of what your must-haves are, right? You start organizing and letting go of, of different events. You start letting go of tasks in your business that you don't care about. And another thing is completing cycles. So the projects, you know, I remember going through and, and I had, you know, three different books that I was working on. And, and I was like, well, why don't I just finish one book? You know what I mean? Like, let it go. Um, so you have to decide in all the projects, you either decide you're gonna do it, and you're gonna get it scheduled of when you're gonna complete that project, or you complete the project or you let it go to the universe.

(13:06):

Right. So my invitation for you today, you know, I can't get into the details of creating. Like we create our entire social media year calendar in, so in society and we work on, um, other quarters and scheduling out everything from when you do your lead gen to when you do your promotions and, and when you do your, um, accounting and things like that, I help the girls really organize on the back end. We create organization manuals for their businesses and things like that. So today I just wanna have, you have some takeaways, um, for yourself. So my invitation is for you today to actually physically clean out your house, your car, your computer, and your phone. That's my invitation. If you just did that and you'd have just the surge of energy, because it's so good, cleaning out your closets are one of the greatest things to like go, you know what?

(13:55):

There's a vacuum in this, in this universe. And when you give away something, something else the right thing has to fill up. When you say no to something, you're saying yes to something else. Okay. So follow your bliss and whatever you do for me, my time. And my schedule is so important. I remember putting things on my calendar years ago, I'd get, I'd pretend to be getting organized and I'd put things on my calendar. And then I wouldn't look at my calendar and I'd like, oh, whoops, I forgot that it was on my calendar. Right? So my relationship with my calendar, um, I use Gmail calendar and a business account. And it is like a sacred thing for me, because if something goes on my calendar and on my schedule, it's gone on there because it's important to me. And I have thought on this, I've meditated on it.

(14:42):

I've done a lot of core work on this. And so my calendar now is really important to me. And, and it is, uh, a place to know, when do I have my daily spiritual practice, you know, for my regular world, when am I doing my social work? I mean, social, you know, stuff, right? So this is another concept is if we talk about this a lot, right? So if you have a big, huge VA, a big, huge bowl or something like that, a big glass jar. And if you have a bunch of things you need to get done in your life, there's big boulders, there's little, you know, little stones and there's little pebbles, and there's sand, all the different things you gotta get done in your day, in your week, in your year. Okay? And so if you start putting in the little things first, then you won't be able to put in those big boulders, the only way you're gonna fit everything into your glass jars.

(15:33):

If you put the big boulders in first, and then you put the medium ones, and then you put the little pieces of sand. So I want you to think of your life like that. What really matters to you? What are those big things in your life scheduling? The, the times that you need vacations and to rejuvenate is just as important as getting the big task done in your company. Okay. We, we've gotta prioritize the things that really get us where we wanna be in life. Put those on your calendar, put the smaller things in, put your tasks in and begin to prioritize. What really matters to you in the organization of your core values and your heart's mission and vision. Okay. So I hope today that you got some, some great little takeaways and I invite you, I invite you to consider coming into society.

(16:20):

If you're somebody who's a sole based business owner, you do service or products, and you really want some incredible leadership skills in your personal professional life. We go through the eight pillars of business. We also go through all the spiritual work and getting organized and getting clear of, of what, what your mission is here, your legacy that you're leaving. So it's an incredible journey of really helping people become the CEO of their personal and professional life. And so on this note, I know that the first principle of heaven is order. And I know within you, there is specifically something for you to do in this life. You have a specific purpose in calling, and I recognize as you get so clear of what that is, as you release your limited beliefs, as you release your limited identity, as you go through your trauma and your past lives and all that profound spiritual work, I know there is something born in you, which is your purpose in calling.

(17:12):

And in that I recognize, then we know exactly what it is to do out in this outer world. Getting organized, so organized in your schedule, on your calendar and knowing exactly the specific things that are yours to handle and where to delegate and where to schedule it and what to do every single day, every single way that so you can be the most efficient and the most powerful, rising, and thriving in your life and saying, no more chaos. I say yes to order because my order is aligning to my truth. So may you live your truth? May you love your life? May you never work another day in your life? I know that this is the truth. And to the extent to which you really desire it, it is your destiny. So I have a wonderful day. You guys, you can check out society or DM me on social media at Dr. aaron.tv, D R E R I n.tv. (00:01):

First live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world.

(00:16):

(00:17):

Your truth

(00:20):

Line from Los Angeles? We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with the universal law. We also break through all limited beliefs within our subconscious mind, so that we can truly connect to divine, to know the truth of who we are and live the most incredible miraculous life ever. So today's podcast is titled spiritual badass master your millionaire mindset. So what does it mean to master your millionaire mindset? The truth is, is that all source of all innovation, all abundance, everything is within in the divine. And so as a spiritual coach, working with everything from celebrities to top CEOs, to soul based entrepreneurs, I've worked with so many incredible people. I've worked with single mothers, I've even worked with, you know, seven figure coaches, online, doing their mindset, getting their mindset, right, and really recognizing the truth of who they are.

(01:22):

And let me tell you, it comes down to very clear distinctions for all people. It doesn't matter if I'm working with a top CEO or somebody who is a single mom and wants to launch something online. The work to get clear is always the same, but let me preface that all the work we do, all the work I do with clients, all the transformational work, all the coaching work. It is all to support the actual merging of divine when you actually come into the true daily spiritual practice, but let's break on down this. So, okay. So today's podcast master your millionaire mindset. This is for you. If you're ready to learn the number one secret that stops you from making money online, most people keep trying to figure out how they keep looking out to the world. They keep taking the next course, you know, the skill set.

(02:19):

If I just learn the funnel, if I just learn social media, if I have enough followers, if I just do this, if I just do that, they keep thinking, how, how do I make money online? But the truth is that it's all a soul thing, right? It's all the limited beliefs within your subconscious mind that keep sabotaging you are an incredible prosperous, spiritual being. The truth is who you are, is the same source. And you created the entire universe. Your only job is to get out of the way. That's your only job is to release limitedly, clear your soul as much as possible to allow the truth of who you are to stream through in this abundance flow of currency and bringing value and expression and everything to the world. The second thing, if you really want to get clear and learn is the real reason you are unable to create financial freedom.

(03:20):

The truth is I work with tons of coaches and it's actually one of the common, most common things I face is they're like, I want, I, I just can't seem to break through. I'm making some money, but it's ups and down, or I, I can't get, you know, I can't even get my first client or maybe they've had a lot of clients, but they can't break through and they're, they can't figure it. It's like a mystery. And it comes into one thing of why people can't create financial freedom. And it's because it's the exact thing that's blocking them. It's desire to have financial freedom. So many coaches get into the coaching world because they want that laptop lifestyle. They want the financial freedom. They want all this, but they have forgot that that's the point is that they're living inauthentic. And the question I ask them over and over again is if you won the lottery today, if you won a hundred million dollars today, what would you do?

(04:15):

How would you spend your time? What do you love doing? What do you lose track of time? And the, the reason why they're not having financial freedom, because they don't like they, they don't, they haven't fall in love with the path. They have the concept of someday or what it's gonna be like to have financial freedom, but they're blocked because they don't get in the flow of loving, imagine your life. What would it be like if you love what you did so much, that you felt like you never worked another day in your life. And if you truly just want financial freedom, cuz you wanna go travel the world, you wanna do this or whatever, then let's figure out and design a business based on what you love to do. There's no point in doing one thing in order to do something that is really what you wanna do, right?

(04:59):

The third biggest mistake that I see people doing that has them not have their millionaire mindset to really break through is there's a big mistake that people make that doesn't allow them to 10 times their income. And the greatest mistake is that people try and do it on all on their own. They think that they, they feel all alone. It's usually a limited belief. They feel like they're not supported. And when they do begin to believe that they don't have the communication skills to actually begin to build good relationship, good team, good tribe, and all the above. So what do we do? How do we deal with this? Right? So if I'm working with clients, what, you know, working one on one with them, it's about $40,000. Now that I charge to work one on one. And the thing is we do the same work that there's core core work that we do it again.

(05:56):

It, it doesn't matter if it's a huge CEO. If it's a single mom, it doesn't matter. The work is always the same. The work is getting in at a soul level at a subconscious level, a spiritual level of releasing the limited beliefs, reprogram the subconscious mind, birthing someone's truth, their passion, their purpose, putting boundaries on people and places and things that haven't get out of their alignment and being able to let go of codependent relationships. It's funny cuz sometimes I'm working with, um, you know, CEOs or something and they think, well I just need to figure out money. But when we start taking their inventory and we start looking at what's really going on, it's actually their codependent dysfunctional relationships that are hurting them. That it's actually help not allowing them to be in spiritual ethics, if you will, and be able to really actually have true prosperity to actually truly believe they're worthy of it at some level, because it's keep they're in a roller coaster with their codependency.

(06:55):

This is very common. I mean so many, all of us, if you're human, you've dealt with codependency pretty much. Okay. So how do you walk through this? How do you really commit to this? And the thing is, there's a great story. There's a metaphor. If you will, for the warrior, that's going out to battle. And a great warrior knows that they spend most of their time sharpening their blade, preparing in mind, preparing before they go out to battle, they sharpen their blade. They sharpen their blade, they get prepared, they get prepared. And so this is the deal in society. Yes, we have leadership and that's all about business skill set going through the different aspects of your business. But the most important work that I do, whether with a CEO or whoever is their mindset, it's 99% of the success begins in mind because as you are scaling up, as you are in a gradient, cuz that's what we teach in society.

(08:02):

We teach you how to become the CEO of your personal professional life. As a spiritually based, you know, business owner as a spiritual coach or a spiritual practitioner or minister or doctorate divinity, we teach what it means to bring your truth and live your truth in your personal and professional life because you can't have one without the other. Right? And so in soul society membership, we, you know, it doesn't matter if you do it with us, if you do it, whatever my invitation is for you to commit for you to commit and realize that the most important thing, especially right now with everything going on in the world, the most important thing you do is to get your mind right, to master your true millionaire mindset. And we need to redefine what that means. What does it mean to have a millionaire mindset? There's so many people that have millions of dollars that are miserable.

(08:55):

There's tons of people, of millions of dollars that are so broke. Can you imagine having millions and millions of dollars and not loving what you do for work or having healthy relationships or having vital it's you're broke you're spiritually bankrupt. Okay. So we need to redefine as a culture, what it means to master a millionaire mindset, what it means to truly be wealthy. And so in membership in society, what we do is it's a monthly membership where we are committed. We're committed to always every week breaking through the limit, beliefs, speaking truth, doing our daily spiritual practice, breaking through the blocks so that we can live fully in alignment and love what we do and never work another day in our life and have an impact in the world. In society membership, we're committed to 10 timing, our, our income, our, we call it increase.

(09:53):

You increase your, the beauty and the relationship increase your abundance in your, in your business, increase every aspect of the greatness of who you are. We come together to learn the mindset that it takes to have great communication skills, to acknowledge people focusing on their strengths instead of their weaknesses. You know, there's so many incredible distinctions. I've learned over 25 years of seeking truth and being in leadership programs and, and paying for coaches myself. And so in society membership, this is what we do. And I'd like to invite you in, you know, if there's somebody out there and you're somebody who's bitched my podcast, there's lots of people that binge the podcast and you're really ready to take it to the next level. Or maybe you're already in soul society. Maybe you wanna refer a friend because you've gotten a lot of value out of the community.

(10:43):

I'm inviting you to take a look at soul society membership. We have a really special program going on right now, special price, if you will limited time special because that's what we do. And in, in society membership, you will be with me every week for a group coaching call to breakthrough all these things, to reclaim the power of who you are to no longer have any limited identity, limited beliefs and never place your power out in the world. That is the million our mindset. Do you know that you're backed and funded by a source divine? That is infinite. It's it is the greatest, greatest financial bank ever. It, it, it has all the innovation, all the invention, all the ways to know how to create and leverage and collaborate and infinite, infinite abundance at your, at the blink of consciousness. Do you get that? And you also in society have financial distinctions.

(11:45):

I actually put a program in the back end on prosperity around everything like assets and liabilities and leveraging your money and everything. All the distinctions that it took for me to become a self-made millionaire. By the time I was 30, because I was obsessed with figuring out how to overcome the strife and the struggle I was in. And so also in society membership, yes, you'll be with me for a group coaching call every week. You'll also have support calls with the ambassadors. There's multiple calls throughout the week. You get worksheets and you work these principles and you get tools to where you understand when you're upset, you have something in a way to handle it. When you have an argument with somebody, you know how exactly to handle it, what do you do when you know your parents are off or whatever it is because it all affects your business.

(12:31):

You've got to be able to have your mind, right? When you show up to, to become the best self in your expression and bring your voice and your message and your products and your services to the world. As a soul based business owner, you have spiritual gifts and guess what? The world needs a more now than ever. You guys look at this, look at the world out there. There's a third of people that are losing their jobs that are in total financial distress. They need leaders. They need you. They need you to bring truth to the world. I have a mission. My mission and our mission in society is to awaken a billion people across the globe and bring truth. I truly believe that this is what heals the world truth heals the world. Because when you know the truth, you have abundance at your finger.

(13:19):

(00:00):

This is first live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world.

(00:16):

May you live

(00:17):

Your truth?

(00:21):

Live from Los Angeles. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law and to breakthrough all limited beliefs within our subconscious mind, so that we can live the truth of who we are. So today we are on number 21 of 52 series universal law of abundance. Let's break this on down. You guys. So I have a great, it's been an incredible journey of my relationship with what it means to have abundance. And I remember as a little girl, I grew up with a mom who really had no money whatsoever. We went through the thrift store for our clothes, and it was a special occasion when we could get some ice cream and things like that. And I remember there was always a lot of distress around money. And then my father's side of the family had quite a bit of money and they had, you know, beach homes.

(01:12):

And when I was with my dad, there was a lot of opulent, you know, things pretty close and going out to fancy dinners and things like that. And as I grew up, you know, I kind of, you know, we don't realize we're having a relationship with money. You know, we don't have that conversation, that transformation deep dive into money. But as I began to get into self-development in my late high school and things like that, when I was bulimic, I began to reach out for self-development books. And of course there's a lot of conversation around abundance and prosperity. So I remember, um, I had no money after I had my stillborn son and I began to, I was waiting tables all the way. The time I was 16 until I was about 25. I waited tables at night to put myself through college. And, and even when I had my son, um, who now is 25 this month, actually.

(02:01):

And, um, I remember making a powerful decision that I decided I was going to have money. And I had made a few decisions through some, um, trauma traumatic times in my childhood declaring that I'd have money when I grew up. And therefore, of course, I began to grow my net worth. If you will. I began to actually kind of hoard money. I, I saved a million dollars in my twenties and I began to really think, you know, this is what prosperity or abundance looks like, eh, wrong answer. Right. So anyway, I began to have money from that sense of what people think abundance is. And, and yes, I guess it's, it's, it is one form of abundance in prosperity, but as I began to grow and, and understand, you know, it's not, it's a flow, that's what we call a currency. And so let's break on down what it means, what the law of abundance and what it really means to, to have supply if you will.

(02:59):

So etymology abundance, it means copious quantity or supply. It is that word is based in 14th century, from old French abundance and from fullness and plenty. And also from past particle stem, which is overflowing full or to overflow, it's really about overflowing your cup, right? So AB means off away from under means a wave underarm means to rise in a wave and a bun means to overflow and abundance means fullness and plenty. So what does it mean from a spiritual perspective to really have abundance? Because you can have millions of dollars and not feel abundant. We know that quite clearly in our culture, you can have abundance of, of, of crap, you know, of things, of material things, and still feel completely unfulfilled. So I think like next level as I was going along and, you know, I began to get into manifesting and it was like, oh, what can I manifest?

(03:59):

You know, it's like everyone watched the secret. And it was even before the secret era came out, I was in the realm of, you know, the law of attraction and, and manifesting and all that. And I manifested a lot. I manifested a 7,400 square foot home and, you know, um, I was in a relationship where we had jets and, you know, it was very extravagant and I'm like, well, this is abundance. You know, like I have abundance, I'm powerful, you know, not so much. It was still like, something's kind of missing, even though I'd been meditating and touching on divine and everything, it was still like, it was not a full incorporation of what my soul knew as abundance. So as they began to Tre on through this seeking journey of, you know, trying to find true abundance, what is abundance? You know, I feel like Goldilocks going to try out the different beds, you know, and going, well, this doesn't totally feel right, and this one's too hard, this like all just material world.

(04:54):

And then I'm gonna go over to this one and this one's way too soft, like just living in, you know, just whatever. And, you know, you have to gotta find your groove, right? So as I began to go on, I remember I was in ministry school and we're studying all the great masters and great teachers and Thomas Stewart, who is a, a big teacher in the science of mind world in new thought, uh, movement. He was a beautiful teacher. He was a, I believe he was a lawyer actually. And he was a lawyer over in India. And he began to dive into mysticism and, and all the Eastern philosophies and, and what, what we would consider religions. But over there, they're just called a way of life. And he began to have so many great teachings. And one of them was in one of his book, you talk about abundance and how basically there's so many elements in this universe.

(05:40):

And, but there's infinite ways of putting them together. So hence things like the airplane or a ship, both those are, are metals and metals. Can't can't fly. Metal is heavy, right? And metal also will sink if you put it in water, but what, what he recognized and what his teaching around it was abundance that if you put metal together with and created like a, a Mach, a machine, a propeller, right, then you could put it up in the air by the infinite equations of putting elemental aspects together. And same with steel or metal, putting it in a big enough of a, a surface will actually have it float across the ocean. And it blew my mind, the concept that we can innovate and invent and put together, you know, infinite ways of elements going together and have such abundance. And that blew my mind. And I truly believe that, yes, that is how the universe works.

(06:41):

The law of abundance of supply of the universal law. Because when we're talking about laws, we're talking about how to align with the laws of the universe here, but to live in the ethereal realm. Okay. So the law of abundance or supply states that the spiritual truth is that the universe only knows abundance. It is only abundant, right? The entire cosmos is designed with infinite elemental equations with unlimited combinations. Thank you, John stern, this law is designed to have you align with absolute abundance. When you invert this law or live in a scarcity mentality, you will experience filling bound or fearful. So the reality is that you've been endowed with a mind that is immeasurable and its ability to innovate, create pivot, invent all this stuff, right? So even the material realm is lavish and energy becomes unbounded to the incalculable synthesis of material particles, your soul desires for you to awaken into the infinite potential and innovation. Let go of lack. The universe is ready to pour wealth onto you, open your arms and live abundantly. So for a long time, I, you know, would bounce through what it meant to be abundant and innovating this realm. And it's really fun to innovate and put things together and create business and, and create ways of making money and, and opulence and material and having abundant relationships and all that.

(08:10):

And that's cool. You know what I mean? That's cool. But why is it I ask myself, why is it that I still feel a little bit unfulfilled? I don't feel totally abundant. And one of the greatest quotes from the Bible is, but first you seek the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all things shall be added onto you. And I like to create that into, but first seek the kingdom of the goddess and her righteousness and all things shall be added onto you. So what does this mean in the realm of abundance? Because whether you don't like the word God or not, it doesn't matter. You can say source that part of yourself, divine within that aspect of yourself. That is the eternal immortal aspect. That is the source of all creation. So this is what this means to me. And this is really the core prayer that I always have for my life, because the truth is this is that manifesting the world out here is a trap.

(09:17):

I will never be fully fulfilled or have enough, or can never get enough to sustain the feeling of abundance. If I look to this world for what it means to have abundance, as I say, this bitch will never be happy, right? Like it's always not enough because we have this divine discontent of always needing and wanting to grow in this realm. And so it's fine. There's always abundance. And it's fun to play in this realm of abundance, for sure. But for me, and from the spiritual truth is that the only true source of abundance is within I was on a phone on the phone with a, a dear friend. Um, I have some really amazing, really woke friends around the globe. I have a dear friend, he's, he's a walking guru on this planet. You know, he goes into like 11 day meditations and, and he's very jovial, almost like a rom dashes.

(10:14):

Like when he tells stories, he has just cracks me up so bad. And then also has deep heartfelt, um, takeaways that touch my life and my heart always. And he went into a meditation the other day. I think it was like a day meditation or a few day meditation or something. I go, well, did divine have any, you know, downloads for us? You know? And he goes, yeah, I go, cool. He goes, he said, you know, God said, I hold 98% of all the stock of love, money and vitality. I've only given you, you people, you guys only 2% because you guys misuse it all the time in every relationship in the human realm, you guys always end up screwing each other <laugh> and we're cracking up. You know, he is like, he's like a standup comedian telling, you know, awakening stories and, and we're laughing and laughing. He goes, yeah, that it's like, it's like, there's abundance out here. Obviously just like Thomas, George said, there's infinite abundance. There's only abundance in this realm. So there's infinite, infinite, infinite abundance in the, in the, you know, human realm in this universe, if you will. But in the ethereal realm, in that divine realm, in that God, in that sacred space, in that temple, there is a zillion times more abundance. There is a zillion times more love, and there's a zillion times more vitality.

(11:47):

And so for me, true abundance is going within and seeking that kingdom that God, that kingdom, that, that temple, that sacred space, that heaven, that bliss, that nectar in there and seeking that righteousness and righteousness is a word that we misuse, but righteousness is really being in right mind. And then all things I could ever ask for in this realm are added to my life always. And, and so much more even beyond what I can even imagine. In fact, my cup runeth over, as they say, and etymology, it's really about this wave. I go in there, I go in there to that source and I, and I'm in there. And, and all of a sudden my right and left hemisphere of my brain connect and, and the surge of, of almost like electricity goes through my body. And I sit there in the temple of divine of my beloved and my entire heart cracks open.

(12:52):

And my all innovation, all answers to all problems come forth. Everything's solved in that place. And tears of joy stream down my eyes in total gratitude and releasing all attachment to all things and people and places and everything in this realm. And I'm so full that I'm overflowing with joy and I'm toy totally filled with total abundance as abundance. And as I come out of that meditation and that prayer and that union of myself, the yoga, I come back into my life and into my day and I am here to serve. I have so much love and so much abundance. I'm ready to give it all. And I'm able to pivot and innovate and create and flow and serve and serve and serve and bring people's in value in all areas without attachment, without needing it to show up a certain way and having plenty, everything I need, not too much, not too little, just right.

(14:04):

And then, yeah, I can go on a fancy trip or jump on a plane or do whatever I wanna do, or put my mind to having a range Rover, which I love and creating whatever I want and, and all that too, or not whatever I choose, not what the culture has told me what abundance is. And so in this today, as you go into your day, I hope that this helped you ease back into the truth of what abundance is into the truth of who you are. So taking a deep breath in, through the nose and Exxon out, may you see miracles in your life. May you have abundance in a new way that you never even recognize abundance. May you go to the source and go to that sacred temple within and know the truth that you are worth more than all the gold on this planet.

(14:57):

You are abundance. It is who you are. You are the miracle. And so as you go into your day, may you know the truth, may you live the truth? May you speak the truth? May you write the truth? May you, every essence of your pores of yourselves, of everything that you touch, be inspired by the true abundance source, divine God have a beautiful day. You guys, and may live your truth. This is first live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth? Live from Los Angeles. We come together to know the truth, live on spiritual principles, align with the universal lot and break through all limited beliefs within our subconscious mind so that we can claim our birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So we are all about teaching new thought, ancient principles, metaphysics science of mind, unity, you name it. We are a spiritual community and we come together in society and new thought global. Our vision is to be the number one spiritual community, committed to enlightenment and empowerment and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens a gift and message to bring to the world and together we're awakening the world.

(00:58):

So today's podcast is all about daily spiritual practice. I absolutely love this topic and in particular, because I think it's one of the most misunderstood concepts that we have in the Western world. Okay. So I will never forget a time. It was probably over 10 years ago, and I remember feeling really spiritually entitled if you would. Anytime I was in a class, anytime I was in a spiritual conversation, anything, it was like I was in this kind of place. Like almost, I think there's a phase in spirituality where you think you're kind of better than because you've done your spiritual work. And I remember thinking, well, I've been meditating for 15 years. I've been doing this work forever. I mean, I've gone, you know, and studied with X, Y, and Z. And I've gone to this course and that course, and you know, I've got my nine rights in shamanism.

(02:03):

I've done years of subconscious processing and I've studied and studied and said all this stuff. And I remember one day I was still in a dysfunctional relationship. And I was like, how could I be, how could I be dealing with this when I've done all the spiritual work? How could I still be dealing with all this? How could I be acting the way I'm acting or texting when I'm texting, when I've done all the spiritual work. And it hit me like a ton of bricks, because I could see it was so frustrating, cuz I could see, like I had done so much work that I could see the insanity of it. I could see the human vicious cycle. I could see how I was. It was everything going on within my own consciousness that was projecting out into every relationship. And it was like, oh my gosh.

(02:57):

It was like torturer. I was, was like, I can see how I'm creating all of this at a subconscious level. And yet I didn't know how to actually change it all the way I had done enough of my work and my subconscious trauma that I, it was like, I wasn't even, it was like a re was reacting, but I could even see how I was reacting. So I was like the observer of my own reaction and it hit me like a ton of bricks. And I realized, I remember one day going to the mirror and looking at myself in the mirror and thinking, okay, it's time to not just talk the talk. It's time to walk the walk. It's time to put our big girl pants on and do what we have been training to do for years and years and years.

(03:49):

And I'll never forget that. I recognize that my daily spiritual practice could no longer be the hour in the morning or the, you know, 20 minutes at night or the multiple hours, you know, meditating at times, whatever it had to be with every thought I was energizing, every word I was speaking and every aspect of my life, my life needed to be a prayer, a walking prayer, my life needed to be a daily spiritual practice, meaning all day spiritual practice. Okay. So this is the deal. As we know, life is the ultimate mirror. It's amazing. I know so many of you guys that are listening to this, uh, probably are experiencing this right now and have experienced it. And when you start doing your processes and you start seeing the commands and the limited beliefs and the identity, the false identities, you begin to see how everything is coming from this area in your life and other people's life.

(04:58):

And you can't, you can't, you can no longer walk into any situation or hear people talk about their problems in life and not see it from their own that they're projecting this into their life. And it becomes amazing because you can see the entire dynamic of life. You see it from all aspects, but at the same time, it becomes frustrating because you're like I'm seeing it, but I don't know exactly what to do about it. So the daily spiritual practice of your communication skills, um, using and aligning with universal law and aligning with your own truth is imperative. If you wanna actually begin to direct energy and be able to be the change that you wanna see in your own life and in the world. So today let's break on down, what is a daily spiritual practice and what is it that you particularly want to embody your life to be able to experience what you want to experience in life?

(05:59):

Okay. So oftentimes in our world, people think of a daily spiritual practice as you know, a 20 minute meditation in the morning, or they do their, you know, spiritual work and they, they like the S or they go to church or they do whatever. And then this is very common in the religious world. You know, people will go to church on Sunday and then come Monday, they're driving their car and flipping off the person next to them on, on the highway. And they think that they are better then because they go to church or there's the spiritual, you know, person who is, you know, has Sage and crystals in their homes. They're all spiritual. And then they point the finger at other people because they're not doing what they're doing, you know, and they're judging and they're judging and they're keeping themselves separate and divided.

(07:02):

So what is a daily spiritual practice? And I think that the point is, is that you get to design what your spiritual practice is. A spiritual practice is really what are the principles and values and ways of being that you want to be to experience what you want to experience in life. Okay. So I'm gonna tell you a little bit about mine and then you can decide for yourself and maybe take something from it. And so I'll never forget, again, it was years ago, I was in spiritual practitioner, uh, program, and it was a three year program. At that point in time, it was through centers, research to living and through global truth center. And as a spiritual practitioner, what you do is you understand, and you begin to understand the creative process and understanding universal law and doing things like, you know, focusing on what you do wanna create instead of what you don't wanna create and getting your mind right, and tapped into source and staying in source and, and doing a front of prayer when your mind starts to spiral or calling a prayer partner.

(08:04):

And, and it was really about embodying truth and living on your spiritual principle. And I remember one morning I woke up and I rolled over in bed. I threw in my robe. I, I immediately went out to my computer, kind of opened it. I had some emails or something. I just remember being kind of grumpy. And it was, if there was, you know, this, the voice, the voice spoke to me and it was like, what are you doing? And I was like, what? You know, it was kinda like my inner voice. It was like, what are you doing? And I went, yeah, what am I doing? Like, I know this stuff. I know if I wanna have a great day, I need to get into my invitation, get into gratitude, do my work, get in alignment, you know, get my vision straight for the day, get clear of what the clarity is that I'm going to, you know, master today and have efficiency.

(08:54):

And, and I, so I closed my laptop. I immediately went into my meditation space, got my mind. Right. And came back just completely in flow, completely in bliss and had a powerful day. And from that day on, I said, you know, I'm just not, I, I just, if I'm going, I'm in this course, I've signed up for it. I'm spending money on it. I've done this for, you know, uh, at that point in time, it had been, you know, whatever, 15 plus years of work. And I think even over that and what Aaron, what are you doing? Like, you're either gonna do this or not, as they say, and excuse my French, but you know, shit or get off the pot. You know what I mean? Like, like do this or don't, you're just like torturing yourself. If you're not gonna actually live the stuff, you know, you know, it all, it's, it's worse to know it and not actually do something with it.

(09:43):

So for me, from then on, I recognize that there's just certain principles that I live by, which are things like never making anyone wrong, never trying to control or fix anyone, not trying to coach somebody before they ask to be coached, right. Being my word, recognizing that every word that I speak has power to it. And that I am creating my world into existence 24 7. And in society as I train and certified spiritual coaches. And now as spiritual practitioners, we have, what's called the code of ethics. And I actually wanna get into this because this is part of my daily spiritual practice. So part of code of ethics is things like non-judgment and not making anyone wrong. It's also the commitment to doing your own subconscious work so that you can hold pure consciousness in, in a session. And I look at life like a session.

(10:46):

I look at life as my daily spiritual practice. Yeah. I'm in a classroom 24 7. So my daily spiritual practice is 24 7. So I recognize that the most important thing I do is to always deal with anything in my subconscious, if I'm feeling sad or outta sorts, my number one job is to get my mind right. Every single day, I don't have really trauma work to do anymore cause I've done all that. So, but if I did, then I would for sure know that that would be part of my spiritual practice that I would need to get into session as much as, as I could to release anything that's projecting out into the world. So another thing is connecting with source and part of my daily spiritual practice is to maintain connection with source. So if I'm feeling divided or something's wrong with me, or, um, a pity party or the effect of life, then I know instantaneously that I'm not really connected to source.

(11:46):

So that means instantaneously. I need to do affirmative prayer or get into meditation or get into something where get into mother nature or whatever it is that helps me get into source. Getting into my true higher self. Next is maintaining equanimity. So all day long, I'm noticing my thinking. I am aware and conscious of what I'm thinking, being mindful. Am I judging people? Am I, uh, you know, making someone wrong? So my job is to stay neutral. And one way I do that is I had a mentor years ago that said just become fascinated, become fascinated with people and what they do with their energy. So as I go throughout my day and through my daily spiritual practice, cuz the entire day is my daily spiritual practice. I maintain my equanimity. I maintain non-attachment to the outcome. I maintain no assumptions and no projection and importantly, no evaluation.

(12:50):

So this is a very advanced spiritual practice that I learned years ago. And the concept was no evaluation. And so, you know, when you're all like you're sitting around with your girlfriends or I, I, I fall out of this one, you guys, I'm guilty of this and you evaluate people places. And the way it is, and what's good and bad and why people are doing what they're doing and all that that's valuation. And it's not like it's bad. Like, oh, I just went completely outta my, you know, ethics and I need to, you know, make amends. No, it's just that we have to recognize that we are, we're mastering energy here in this life. So if I spend an evening with a girlfriend and we spent a couple hours and all we do is evaluate life and evaluate people and evaluate what's going on in the world and evaluate whatever we have not, we could have taken two hours to actually create what we want in the world.

(13:47):

Okay. So this is like a game changer. This is a game changer. If you wanna be a really ad, have a very, very, very advanced daily spiritual practice, try on no evaluation, try on being committed to being a co-creator with life. This is one of the daily spiritual practices I have on social media. I don't sit there and try and evaluate things. Okay, what's right. What's wrong? What is, you know, the next, um, you know, conspiracy, I might do research. Okay. I might go. And that means I need to get decent sources and do research and then take it and make an actual, you know, plan with it. If I'm doing research just to do nothing with the research, what's the point, right? Or I'm just gonna sit there and evaluate and get in fear. What's the point? The only point in my opinion for my spiritual practice is to do research, to be able to make educated wise decisions, to take action in my life.

(14:51):

If there's an area of life where I'm not able to make a difference or do something about it, then quite frankly, my spiritual practice is to not even look at it, not even look at politics or whatever it else is. If I'm not gonna go into politics and I'm not gonna be able to do anything about it, my way is choosing to every day help and develop, you know, spiritual leaders and spiritual coaches and, and spiritual practitioners. That's my way. So I don't need to evaluate it. Okay. If I, if I don't need to, that's my own practice. Okay. So sitting around with a girlfriend at dinner and evaluating for two hours, trust me, I've done it. In fact, I've done it recently, as I think about it right here. And I look and I go, oh my gosh, I did it again as Britney Spears would say, right?

(15:36):

So I get to clean it up and I get to have an enrolling, inspiring conversation with that girlfriend and make a game and say, Hey, you know, what's fascinating is that we sat on an evaluate all those things. Next time, let's play a game of creating what we do wanna create. Let's focus on how we can create it and innovating and inventing and holding that in consciousness from a spiritual perspective. And that's the difference of when I hang out with girlfriends that are highly, highly, highly spiritual and understand law versus not. And I'm telling you your girlfriends or friends that live on spiritual principle are the most valuable assets in my life, for sure. Because imagine what it does to your life. When you hang out with girlfriends that don't sit around and evaluate, don't sit around and complain. Don't sit around and focus on what's wrong with the world.

(16:32):

They're committed to manifesting embodying co-creating and knowing the truth of, of creation right here, right now with every word they speak. Okay. So another thing in our spiritual ethics, um, as spiritual practitioners and spiritual coaches is to not reschedule appointments, to be who do what we say. Okay. So part of my spiritual practice is also to do what I say I'm gonna do to be my word, to be my integrity. That doesn't mean that I can't say, you know what, this no longer works for me. And I'm going to stop doing this thing that I'm doing in my life. Okay. I've done that. I've done that with some hard things. Like the show I gave up the show, we have another show and things that we're working on, but I had to listen to that. Okay. So that doesn't mean I was out of integrity with my word, but when you're consistent, when you say you're gonna do what you're gonna do, you show up when you're going to show up you're consistent and stuff that is being, that's my daily spiritual practice.

(17:33):

Okay. Doing what I say I'm gonna do. Okay. Next in the code of, of ethics is to allow your clients, their awakening. This means allowing people to have their own breakthroughs, insights, and epiphanies, no evaluation for them or no telling them or evaluating them or telling them what they, what they should do. Okay. So in my spiritual practice, what I do is I allow people to have their own truth. I allow people to have their own heaviness. I don't necessarily need to be trying to transform. And there's nothing worse than somebody who tries to coach you. When you didn't ask to be coached, there's nothing worse than someone that's preaching all the time. It's annoying. And, and, and it is not in my practice to try and change or have people see insights unless they ask and let is called forth. Okay. So also, you know, in code of ethics, we say that you need to complete each subconscious process.

(18:34):

You need to keep and complete the cycles. Okay. So in my daily spiritual practice, that is part, I can't stop in the middle of a project. I used to do that. I start and stop things. I wouldn't see things through. And so part of my spiritual practice is completing cycles. And I do that even actually, when I'm leaving rooms, okay. In the morning, I make sure to make my bed and have my room completely clean and organized before I leave it each morning after I get ready. And it is a spiritual practice for me because I like to come back to my room and have it completely put together when I come back. And it also sets the tone for my entire day to complete projects and to become completely efficient. And life's just better when we have efficiency. Okay. So that is also part of my daily spiritual practice.

(19:22):

And then next is, um, is our spiritual ethics is be discern of who you work with and also reporting if you, you know, have somebody who's, for example, you know, has the means to take their life or things like that. And it's the same with work, be discerning of who you put in your life, be discern of who you spend and allow your energy to entangle with. And also when there's danger, when there's things that are happening, you need to report 'em. And so in my Dayday spiritual practice, I choose who's gonna be in my inner circle very specifically, I would rather be alone or with girlfriends or being with only a few people than a bunch of people that are not in alignment with truth for me. And also if something is going wrong, I need to basically like, cut it out. You know what I mean?

(20:15):

Like say someone has alcoholic behavior or something like that. I'm not gonna pretend like it doesn't exist. I'm going to literally like remove myself from the situation or, you know, get real in a conversation with somebody. Okay. So, and then lastly is client confidential and nativity and on nont is part of our ethics. Okay. And so that means that if somebody confides in me, it is my spiritual practice to honor. I'm not gonna go around gossiping about other people. I'm not gonna go around telling other people what's going on for other people. So it is part of, of my world is for me to hold sacred space for other people. Okay. So there's a lot there and there's a lot more in my, in my spiritual practice. My spiritual practice is to be connected, to source as much as I possibly can deeply being called to mother nature right now.

(21:10):

Cause I feel like I'm not as deeply connected in LA right now. I'm no longer making anyone wrong. Uh, the art of allowing non-attachment, um, non evaluation. These are some of my core, core spiritual practices to enjoy and have bliss every day to get into my, my right mind and stay there and know, see nothing but opportunity in life. See nothing but seeing how it's all a blessing, every last drop of life. That is my spiritual practice for everyone. I don't look at a homeless person or somebody on drugs walking down the street as something wrong. I see it as their perfect, perfect experience in this life for their relative experience. Okay. That doesn't mean I'm not called for, to make a difference in the world at whatever area that I see, see right. For myself to make a difference. Okay. So today I would, I'd recommend for you to write down what your daily spiritual practice is.

(22:06):

Not just the 20 minutes in the morning, 20 minutes in the evening, but what is the spiritual practice and principles that you wanna live by? Who do you wanna be? What do you want to embody? And I highly recommend because probably nine outta 10 of people in society deal with codependency. I highly recommend going to Coda. I highly recommend doing 12 steps so that you can get the, if you do have vicious cycles in your life, seeing some of those distinctions for sure, and getting clearer so that you can break the cycles and live in principle for yourself, live and practice. And that's what the spiritual practitioner program is, is really to embody truth, living it, speaking it, writing it and being somebody who lives in alignment with truth. Okay. So on that note, I say, yes, yes, yes. I say yes to you having the greatest spiritual practice that empowers you, that allows you to claim your birthright, prosperity, vitality and love in all areas of your life. Knowing you are free, you are free, you are free to be you. And in these principles, building that muscle of your daily spiritual practice, um, embodying these truths has been the greatest, greatest blessing of my life. I am so grateful to have a daily spiritual practice with every thought that I think with every word that I speak, speak with everything. I can't speak though. Have a great day. You guys, and may you live your truth.

(00:00):

This is first live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May

(00:17):

You live

(00:17):

Your truth?

(00:20):

Live from Los Angeles. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle, align with universal law and break through all limiting beliefs within our subconscious mind so that we can claim our birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So let's do this thing today. We are on number 20 of 52 of a series of universal law. So today's law is universal law of allowing so universal law of allowing states. Life is a flow of energy. It's an exchange. What you resist persists, and the moment you put a negative meaning on something that has, or has not occurred, you instantaneously experience a negative feeling. This is the Universal's way of ebbing you towards the things that bring you joy. This law is designed for you to get into the current of life and align with your truth, floating down a river of ecstasy.

(01:14):

So any of the areas of life where you're experiencing compulsion, dysfunction or resisting something is really designed for your awakening. Okay? So I remember having the metaphor of imagine that you are going down a river and it's going pretty fast and you don't know, and you begin to resist and you wanna go slower and you wanna do all the stuff and you start clinging onto and trying to swim towards the banks, the, the shore of the river. And it's hard, and you're getting slammed against the side rocks, and you're trying to cling onto the rocks. And then anyway, the, the water ends up kind of making you go downstream anyway, and you end up, you know, getting bruised and cuts and bloody and all kinds of stuff. The next person goes down the river and, and it's going pretty fast. And they're like, look, I'm just gonna go with it.

(02:10):

And they just flow. And somehow the river keeps 'em in the center of the river and they go faster and faster and faster, and they get down to the bottom of the river and they're like, oh my gosh, that was the most amazing ride. It was like going to Disneyland, right? So what's the difference. The difference is one person really allowed the process and the other person resisted the process. So universal love of allowing is really, I think another way of putting it is accepting and flowing with your bliss. Okay. So Carl Young, I think he was one of the first people to contend to say what you resist, um, what you resist, not only persists, but will grow in size is his statement. What, today we just say what you resist persist, right? So the point is, and what he was really saying in the paradoxal aspect of this is what, what you resist persists, but you always get what you resist, right?

(03:12):

So, you know, the lessons that we have is when we're not in allowing, we usually get, we get some heartache, we get some hard times, we get a lot of hustle and we get exhausted. So today, as we dive into universal love of allowing the goal for me anyway, is to enjoy life, is to enjoy life, to see the lessons, the blessings, and know that people, places and things stay in our life for, you know, reasons, seasons and lifetimes, right. And that we need to really accept life on life's terms and also be able to accept it and thrive in it. Pivot, pivot, pivot. Okay. So Byron Katie says, when you argue with reality, you lose, but only a hundred percent of the time. Okay. So look, we live in a world where we gotta get it done. We live in a world where it's all about hustle, boss, girl, and all that stuff.

(04:10):

We're in a very intense, energetic time in history right now. And some people are also just staying home and doing nothing and watching Netflix and chilling and being in fear, you know, of everything going on the world and that's resisting it as well. So we need to kind of come to a Zen medium in it. What is flow for you? What is the art of allowing for you? What does that mean for you? Okay. So just like money is a currency. It is an exchange. And if you hoard your money or if you don't allow yourself to receive money or you only like, just give and you're stuck in that flow, then it's not a flow of exchange. Okay. So we wanna really think of it in a way of allowing pivoting and flowing, right. When you're flowing down that river, it doesn't mean you're not gonna have fear, even though you're flowing with it, you can have fear, but you don't necessarily have to act on the fear.

(05:12):

You can go, okay. I feel the fear, I acknowledge it. And one of my choices, if I resist this, I might even get, you know, bruised up more. If I reach for that rock on the side or swim against the current. So I acknowledge the fear. I'm gonna deal with the fear and I'm going to, you know, allow the process. Okay. So we have to really get into that. Be like water. It's a, a very I'm into this Zen thing today in this talk. So be like water. It's like, we acknowledge that water. What does water do? Water goes downstream. It kind of, it, it kind of reforms according to what environment it's in, but it always keeps flowing. And it also is the solvent right. Water is the solvent it allows. And it also solves it doesn't look at the problems. It looks at the solutions.

(06:07):

You know, I don't know if you guys have ever seen salmon, but salmon. Um, they spawn, and I remember being in lake lake Tahoe years ago and being on a hike and we we'd all go on hikes because it was the salmon spawning time. And you could watch the salmon and they literally swim upstream. Right. They'd literally like jump outta the water. They swim up all the way up. It's this really, you know, energetically challenging thing. Obviously something that is, um, is so in their subconscious, they don't, obviously they don't know logically why they do it. I doubt it it's just like in their entire DNA. So the, the salmon spawn, they go up to as far as they can get up. Um, hopefully they get up to fresh water and they lay their eggs. And then what happens is the salmon. There's different. I think types of salmon and some salmon die.

(06:59):

Once they get to the top and they lay their eggs and then their, their babies are able to be born if you will. And they are able to go downstream when they're big enough and other salmon, I believe either they go back downstream and then they do the whole cycle again every seven years. And so the point is, this is that there is a time to hustle and there is a time to allow. And the distinction for me is this, is that when I'm feeling like something is going against how I want it to go, life happens. A pandemic happens, a lockdown happens, you know, bombs go off in the world, whatever it is right there. Um, people, you know, do crappy things. Someone could break up with you, a client, something could go weird, you know, whatever it is that you, it is happening, what you don't want to happen.

(07:56):

That's when I practice allowing when I practice, like, I'm like, Ooh, I don't wanna be going this fast down the river or being slammed into, you know, the rock over here, but it is what it is. And now I'm going to follow my bus. I'm gonna do what it takes to handle, whatever it is. I'm going to be the solution instead of focusing on the problem and I'm gonna keep in my flow, I'm not gonna cling onto that rock. And, you know, just get, keep, get banged and banged and banged against the rock. Right? So, and then there's a time to, you know, be that salmon that is, that is sacrificing, that is really hustling and doing and using strength and, and, and hustling if you will. And that is when I'm in that flow is when I'm actually, I know that I'm in my truth and I've decided I'm, I'm doing something.

(08:54):

And part of that is I've gotta develop my skill set and I've gotta make things happen because I know in my gut that it's the right thing to do. Just like that salmon knows at a gut level, at a subconscious level, that it's time, it's time to take that marathon. Okay. And there's a time for that. And there's a time for allowing and letting go and accepting and pivoting and being the solution. So really the art of allowing is like being water. You know, where in life are you not being water? Where are you trying to clinging onto certain things and not allowing yourself to just keep flowing in your bliss and, and in sacrificing for, for what you know is your truth and where are you resisting? The universe is always working for us, right? We know that, but if we, we stay in the gap of suffering, the gap of suffering is wishing people, places, and things, and circumstances we're different than they are when you're flowing down a scary river.

(09:57):

You know, it, it it's it's, you know, or you get whatever. Um, someone could have a lawsuit, someone could have their car broken down, their family, isn't acting how they want, their friends are doing something they don't want. They are in a bad relationship, whatever that is, and they're resisting it. And they're trying to fix change and control. Other people that is not allowing, allowing is literally getting into the process of living your truth, living your truth, living your truth, and recognizing that life is working for you and not against you. So I remember years ago in the, um, there was a, the documentary called the secret, and I remember watching the secret and there was parts of the secret that were amazing. It was about getting into the vibration and understanding the power of the mind and understanding how we manifest, even through things like love, transmutation of holding pictures in our mind, and allowing for it to show up, regardless of us actually doing or hustling.

(10:59):

And then there was some, there was some cons, if you will, there was some pitfalls of that movie, meaning that, you know, it was like waiting for the red Corvette to show up in your driveway, like manifesting. We don't necessarily get what we want, we get what we need. Right. So some of my friends, it was interesting cuz I had a mixed bag of friends and some of my friends were like, oh my gosh, this is the most amazing documentary I love the secret. And then some of my friends were like, that is total BS. That is not how you work. You gotta hustle for things. You can't sit around and just meditate on it and stuff like that. And the truth is that I agree with both. I agree with both in that, I truly believe that yes, if we have a strong enough consciousness, we could sit on, uh, and meditate in the Himalayas and have things show up in our life.

(11:46):

Absolutely. The thing is that for most of us, our consciousness is not that clear and powerful yet. We haven't done all of our inner work and all of our spiritual work. So the art of allowing is really, I think it's like, there's a time when you get into meditation and hold in your mind what you are doing and, and getting into that art of allowing in that space, that's the primary place to get really clear of what is your truth and aligning to that. And then there's also a time in life to accept people, places and things always, always, always, and there's a time to hustle. There's a time to get it done. And so today, as you go into your day, I invite you to begin to look and just become aware, right? The first step in awakening is waking up and becoming conscious, becoming aware and deciding, deciding that you're gonna allow and you're no longer gonna resist and you're no longer gonna be codependent in your relationships.

(12:40):

And you're no longer going to, you know, wish things were different than they are. Step two, we know is doing your inner work. So if you're resisting things, then we need to get in and do the trauma work, get in and do the releasing of all the attachment around it. All the reprogram, the subconscious mind, step three is aligning to universal law, which is of course, aligning to these laws and aligning to your specific truth. Step two is birthing your truth really. And then step three is really about living and, and alignment with your truth. And then step four is affirming every single day in every single way, doing that daily spiritual practice and acting every day with every breath like your water, be like water, literally be the solution, any problems just like water off your back. And then you go and follow your bliss, which is really flowing and always finding that ground, seeking your level, seeking your level of truth.

(13:44):

Okay. So have a beautiful day. You guys, and may you live in alignment with the universal law of allowing may you allow yourself to receive, may yourself, allow yourself to be the highest version of yourself. May you allow yourself to see the blessings of all of life? May you allow yourself to be the woman or man that you've always desired to be? May you allow yourself to have a life beyond your wildest dreams? I know it is the truth and all of life is, is allowing you and, and guiding you and with you at all points in time for you to allow just so you have to receive, receive, receive the greatness that you are, okay. Have a beautiful day. And may you live your truth.

This is

(00:01):

First live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

(00:21):

Live from Los Angeles. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principles, align with universal law and break through all limited beliefs. So we can claim our birthright of prosperity, vitality and love this podcast. We teach spirituality. We teach universal law, metaphysics, unity, science of mind, really step by step. How to make your dreams reality, how to use your consciousness in this realm. We also come together as a community in society and new thought global. Our vision is to be the number one spiritual community. We're committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and a message to bring to the world and together we're awakening the world. So today's podcast is titled birth your purpose and design your life. So I'll never forget. There was, um, a moment. It was years and years back, I was in a jet.

(01:22):

I was up, you know, however many, um, feet, miles above the earth. Couldn't tell you, um, and I'm flying over these, this beautiful part of America. And I'm looking down at, at this green re it's all beautiful. And it's incredible when you fly up in a jet or in a plane and you look down to earth and you recognize so many things, there's these beautiful, you know, different greenery. And you see, you see cities and towns from a different perspective. You see this beautiful thing called mother earth. And yet you see the boxes of the different, you know, streets and things that we've put ourselves into. And I was looking down at this, you know, beautiful scenery. And I recognized that I felt really empty inside here. I was flying on a private jet at this point in time, I was living in a 7,400 square foot home on a signature golf course. I was a millionaire. I had tons of passive income and I was feeling a total void inside.

(02:32):

And yet I was so proud of myself. I had come from nothing. I grew up fairly poor. We would go to the thrift store. I had to wait tables. Um, as I was going through college, I dropped out to have my son after having a stillborn son. I had worked my ass off. So I wasn't there miserable because I was just like, had been given everything, you know, and it wasn't my jet, but it was the whole lifestyle that I was living. And I found myself living a double life. I had this incredible life where I had mastered the material world in a sense, I had really risen in who I was in my abilities and business and in a lot of areas of my life. And I had this other life. That was my spiritual life. I had been on a spiritual journey since I had had my stillborn at 22.

(03:23):

And I would spend lots of time in my closet at home, literally meditating, and I'd have these double lives. I'd go back to my home alone. I lived with my son and I was single and I would do all my spiritual work. I would dive into it. I was obsessed with consciousness. I would study it in all my free time. I would pray and meditate and do all my work and work with gurus and all this kind of stuff take every course on the sun. And my other life was very material. I was mastering money learning how to invest, learning how to save, learning, how to, you know, build, um, all this stuff. And I was the gap between the two lives were becoming, it was becoming greater and greater. It was a literally divide in my heart and my mind.

(04:11):

And so I'll never forget that there was a moment where I handed my life over to my spiritual world and I recognized that at some level I needed to give up everything in my material world, mostly just in my consciousness. I didn't have to give it all up, but in a sense, I had to be willing to give it all up. There was a part of me that had to die in order to really be reborn in my full new life, because I knew I recognized, I knew there was this part of me that knew my entire life. I think it really started like when I was a junior or senior in high school, there was this part of me that knew that I had a purpose. I didn't know what it was, but I knew I needed to figure it out. I knew I needed to discover it.

(04:54):

And it was like this journey seeking truth was for me, it wasn't just about having spiritual enlightenment. Cause I didn't even know what that was. I didn't know that there was a joy and bliss in that. I just, for me, it was more about finding my purpose and I knew there was a part of me that knew. I knew that if I found that purpose, I would have a life beyond my wildest dreams and I was right. So let's break on down today. How to birth your purpose and how to design your life. Because today I can honestly say that I love my life. That I'm completely fulfilled. That doesn't mean that I don't have human moments and have, you know, that void of attachment as we do as human beingness. Right. And that puppets that we are, but I love my life. It's so incredible.

(05:42):

My life is so incredible. You know, we have an incredible community I have in my friends are all the most extraordinary, incredible badass, spiritually based business, you know, women and men. And we get to create, we get to make a difference in the world. I have, you know, people in the community and clients and things send me messages, send me flowers, send things and you know, just saying, thank you, thank you. Thank you for giving me a life and helping me trans transform everything in my life. And thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I would never have anything if it weren't for the work we've done, that is what is fulfilling the serving and the serving and the serving and the community. That is the most fulfilling part. So let's break on down how to birth your purpose because you don't need to be somebody, whatever that is someone who's standing in front of a thousand people's giving Ted talks or your purpose is not necessarily to be, you know, a, a whatever, uh, influencer or anything.

(06:43):

But what I want to birth is you, the authentic, you, I don't want you to keep up the Jones or keep up with, you know, whoever it is that you see on social media, I want you to birth you, your true purpose. And so there is a formula after working with thousands of clients now, um, birthing their truth, birthing their purpose. There is an actual formula to it. Okay. So let's break this on down. I'm not gonna be able to tell you everything here because I do it through a workshop and I also do it through our community. We dive deep, deep, deep into, um, the subconscious reprogramming and into the E four trauma method and into the truth triangle to birth someone's truth and birth their purpose. But today I'm gonna give you the formula so that you can make sense out of it and how to design your life.

(07:33):

Okay. So get out of pen and paper, if you want, or you can, I have a workshop you can watch after this. Okay. You can get involved with, okay, so let's break this on down. There's an actual formula. And so what happened was, as I was birthing my truth and seeking truth, I kept looking out to the world. I kept looking out to the world thinking maybe I'll find it over in this course, or maybe I'll find it out here, or maybe I'll find it in this book, or maybe I'll find it if I watch somebody or whatever it is. And it was a funny thing, cuz the universe has a great sense of humor. And as I began to do more and more of my subconscious work and as I began to get into Greek Oracle processes and getting into, um, my suffering, my, my, my trauma work, what happened was this is as I began to do more and more of a trauma work and I began to neutralize the emotions around my trauma, what we call it is trauma minus emotions equals wisdom.

(08:33):

And what I recognized in the big epiphany was for me is that I, I began to go down my track in this lifetime and past lifetimes, I began to see a theme for myself and all the suffering that I had experienced was birthing the wisdom and the teacher that I am. And I'll always be a student as well. But what I found for myself was the triumph, the triumph that I had over really healing, all my suffering, had a message in it. There was wisdom in that. And as I birth my purpose of helping other people awaken and to their divinity and to the power that they are and help them manifest lives that they wanted and really end their suffering. That is what became my purpose. So the formula is a three part formula for birthing your purpose. You ready? It's triumphs plus passion plus skillset.

(09:35):

I'll say it again. There's three things that equal your purpose, triumph plus passion plus skillset equals your purpose. Okay. So when I work with clients, what happens is they wanna figure it out. They wanna design their business, they wanna do all this, but they haven't done all their trauma work. So oftentimes they'll start their business, they'll start all this. And then something that still doesn't feel completely authentic. It doesn't feel like as authentic. And one of the things I've noticed for people is one of the reasons why they're not having success in their business is because it's not authentic. It's not authentic. So we have to get fully through your suffering and through your trauma work, which if you guys know, I have a, a kind of a famous trauma work called E four trauma method, trademark, which is it blow. It just is credible to watch what happens on people, um, with this, and obviously seek your medical advice and get, you know, make sure you are, um, totally under your doctor's care if you're doing trauma work.

(10:33):

Okay. So birthing your purpose. So doing your trauma work it burs. Right? So for example, I had a, a client that had a lot of trauma around money and past lifetimes around, you know, being basically murdered if you will, around, uh, over money and doing things. And what happened is she really declared for herself that she wanted to master and help people get peace around money. And to, in that struggle and to basically help people awaken to the truth that they are, you know, powerful spiritual beings and that they get to direct and, and use money as a beautiful exchange of, of energy and love within each other. Right? So that triumph of her understanding this plus her passion and her passion was really, um, she loved to be outdoors. She loved to travel. And so she was creating, uh, a business that basically took people on retreat and had 'em do all the inner work and deal with their money mindset.

(11:38):

Okay. And her skillset was connecting people. So she'd also have other people with her and collaborate on this, obviously since lockdown, all that, I don't know how that's going exactly. But you know, there's always a will away. She's probably doing stuff online now. Right? So triumph plus passion plus skillset. That's how you birth your purpose. That's how you birth your purpose. Okay. So we want to understand that you need to understand all these things, right? So in society, what we do is we do all the inner trauma work and we birth your triumph. We birth your power. We birth that, that conviction that is so that need, it's almost like whatever we've gone through, that becomes the divine calling. It becomes the divine calling to help other people and bring that wisdom to this world. And then passion, passion is really getting clear of what you really love.

(12:36):

And in society, we get clear of what your core values are. So understanding, what are you passionate about? There's a few ways of getting clear of what you're passionate about. One is understanding your core values. What really matters to you. A great question to inquire and to meditate on is what would you do if you won lottery? What would you do if money was of no issue, what would you do? How would you spend your time and who would you spend your time with? And this gets begins to get you kind of in the inquiry of what you're passionate about. What, what do you, what makes your heart sing? Where do you lose track of time? What is that for you? Right. And then skill set. The third one is, um, a fascinating conversation. So skillset, there's a few ways of discovering your skillset. One is you can literally survey the people in your life and ask 'em, what am I good at?

(13:25):

And what am I not so good at? And you'll under start to see what your skillset is. You can also do personality task and understand, you know, are you somebody that's a visionary? Are you somebody that's, um, an implementer? Are you somebody that's detail oriented? Or do you like to research things like that? What's your skillset? Are you a connector? You know, where are you on that? Okay. So birthing your purpose, your triumph, plus your passion, plus your skillset equals your purpose. Okay? So you can begin to inquire into this. And what I recommend is making a list of all the things you still haven't healed in yourself. What are the traumas that you still need to handle? And whether you find a professional one on one, or whether you join society and begin to do it in the community or whatever that is dealing with your trauma is for me, the most powerful spiritual work you can do because you release yourself, the limiting beliefs and all that limited identity that comes in the moment of trauma.

(14:22):

And we don't get into that right here. You can listen to one of the past podcasts on trauma or E four trauma method. I break it on down very specifically in those. Okay. So birth your purpose and design your life. So how do you design your life? Let's just pretend you've done all of your trauma work. You've gotten clear of what your passion is, and you've gotten clear of what your skillset is. Okay. So in society, what we do is we create our life purpose statements. So my invitation is we call it the four areas of life. So imagine that your life, there's a table of your life and underneath the table, there's four legs. And if you don't have those four legs, um, you know, strong, then you're gonna be a little off balance. The four areas of your life are money and career relationships and love health and vitality and creative expression.

(15:09):

Right? Okay. So we wanna begin to create your life purpose statement around these things. And what we do is creating a life purpose statement. What you do is you, you have four sentences for your life purpose statement, and each sentence is going to be in the present. Tense is going to have an adjective or feeling backing of it. And it's also going to have a tangible result. Okay? So for example, um, money and career may be, you know, I, I live abundantly off X, Y, and Z amount of money, helping people awaken to their divinity and helping them manifest their dreams. Okay. So that way it is I abundantly, or I joyfully, right. I joyfully live off and I'm able to say the exact amount. So it's very tangible. And it's also stating the intention and it's stating it in the now. Okay. And so you're gonna do that in the four areas of your life.

(16:10):

And this becomes your life purpose statement. This becomes the mantra. It's important when I'm walking the girls through this process, a lot of them will make a long, you know, paragraph for each four errors of your life. I don't recommend that. And the reason why is because this becomes your mantra. If your mind starts spiraling off into what you don't wanna life, you wanna come back to your life, purpose statement and state. So you can embody that when you're doing your meditation in the morning in prayer, you can do your life purpose statement. So it makes it very clear when you ask your higher self, what is my one thing today that I can do in to, to embody my purpose? My, my, my purpose in life, my mission, my legacy. And that's the point of this is who do you wanna be if this life is this school of life, and we have this incredible, you know, master it's this masterclass to develop our consciousness, to develop who we are.

(17:04):

It's not about getting a bunch of material things. That's fine as well, but it's really about experiencing the depths of your soul and form. And who do you wanna be? What do you wanna be a stand for? Our entire work in spirituality is to release the limited beliefs, the limited identity, and come back to the, I am that pure, pure identity. That's all powerful in all, knowing, and then choose to create what identity and what you wanna be a stand for in this life. And that's really what your purpose is. So designing your life looks like embodying that purpose in the most beautiful way in the four areas of your life, in your money and career and your relationships and love and your health and vitality and your creative expression. So today, as you, you go into this day, I invite you to know that you have a purpose.

(17:52):

Your highest purpose is to be the highest version of yourself. I know that whatever suffering you've gone through is you chose it at a spiritual level so that you can have triumph over it so that you can help teach and help other people that are going through that exact same thing. Maybe it's through addiction. Maybe it's through codependency, maybe it's through heartache, maybe it's through, you know, scarcity mindset, maybe it's through losing, you know, people through, um, through death and, and trying to accept that. And, and maybe it's about people being able to be courageous enough to go after their dreams. I don't know what it is for you, but I recognize that you have a purpose. Everything you've ever gone through your entire lineage lives in you. We know this through epigenics. We know this through everything that you've, you've come all this way, everything you've, your grandparents suffered for.

(18:41):

You get to have triumph over. You get to be the voice for you. Get to create, you know, your career. If you want out of it, you get to have triumph over it. You get to live with passion and, and take your skillset and master your gen. You have a genius. We want your genius. We want your heart. We want all of you. We want the highest version, the most expressed right here and right now. So my invitation for you is I actually have a workshop on this. And if you go to my social media under Dr. aaron.tv, which is D R E R I n.tv on my Instagram, if you go in my bio, you know, there's all the links down there, and you'll see a workshop most likely, unless you're listening to this long time down the road, maybe it won't be there, but it will be called bird, your purpose and design your life or purpose, you know, workshop.

(19:32):

Okay? So I invite you, it'll be free and it will be all about diving deeper and deeper into exactly what we've said today. And really, really depth so that you can begin to the, do the process and really begin to birth your purpose and live a life that you love. Isn't if you don't love your life, if you don't love what you do, you miss the entire point of life. Why we have so many people that are living in jobs that hate in relationships that don't work in in cities that they're just there, because it's safe. Live your life. There's this entire planet out there. There's so much to experience. But the greatest experience is to experience all of yourself, your heart, your mind, your soul, all of you. So I just say, yes, I am so grateful to have birthed. My purpose. Of course, having my son is, has been the most amazing journey ever.

(20:31):

But I have to say that birthing, my purpose has been the greatest gift of my life. It's given me so much in all dynamics of my life. It's been incredible. So I say, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I'm so glad I listened to that intuition. I'm so glad I said, I kept seeking and knowing that if I just kept going, I would find the answers. Okay. So have a wonderful day. You guys, I invite you to come into the workshop. It's called birth, your purpose and design your life. We're gonna bird your purpose, understand your triumphs, your passion, or skill set, and design your life in the four years of your life. Creating your life purpose statement, have a beautiful day. (00:00):

This is first live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

(00:20):

Live from Los Angeles. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principles, align with universal law and break through all limiting beliefs. So we can claim our birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So this show is all about spiritual principles, universal law, metaphysics, unity, science, and mind, and step by step, how to make your dreams reality. We also come together as community in society and new thought global. Our vision is to be the number one spiritual community. We're committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world and together we're awakening the world. So today is a series of universal law. It's uh, we're on number 19 of 52. We're gonna break on down the law of non-attachment. So last night I laid in my bed, watching the documentary, becoming nothing about rom dos and I had tears of joy, literally streaming down my face.

(01:29):

As I listened to the voice of this beautiful man, that's had such a profound impact on my life. And in my awakening, rom dos was born in Boston in 1931 and passed away 2019, December 22nd. Of course, cuz 22 is my lucky number. His name was rom dos, but that was his spirituals name. His, his name was Richard Alper. He was called Dick, right? So in the beginning of the documentary becoming nothing, he, he has this profound kind of beautiful display of pictures of his life. And he said, he's had 25 years of huffing and puffing trying to get lined. Obviously this wasn't when he passed away, this was 25 years into his journey. He says I've had 25 years huffing and puffing trying to get enlightened. He said, he's tried everything. He tried, you know, psychedelics. He tried, uh, pilgrims. He tried meditation for, you know, years on end.

(02:33):

He tried every possible modality, everything. He went to India, he, you know, hung out in the sixties that he did everything he possibly could do. And he said a couple things really stood out for him. One was which when he went to kind of a reunion with his Harvard colleagues, one of his dear friends said, Dick, you haven't changed one bit. And he giggled in the whole audience giggled as he was giving a talk. And the point is, is this is that Ron dos was one of the greatest teachers because he understood enlightenment. He understood how to make fun of himself and yet have profound, profound. There's the universe saying? Yes, yes, yes. The alarm went off. Yes, yes, yes. There's a sign. Right? So the point is, is that we gotta take ourselves a little less, you know, serious, right. He had this great.

(03:28):

He took it so serious. And yet he was able to come from this humor, this profound humor. And I used to lay in bed years back like 15 plus years ago after I'd been meditating for many, many hours. Cause I was, you know, seeking, seeking, seeking enlightenment and had had true enlightenment moments. And I would listen to his talks. I think they were still up on YouTube. And since then they've pulled them down because I think they now charged with them because they're so profound. And I would listen to them for hours, the same talks over and over again because it was like music, truth, truth, truth, and my whole soul would sing. And the thing that he really taught me was non-attachment, that's what he taught me. So today, as we go into the series of 19 of 52, the universal law of non-attachment no better way to speak about it than through the stories of Rome dos.

(04:24):

So the law of non-attachment states, this universal law is set into motion. The moment you attach a positive or negative meaning to something that occurs or doesn't occur, which is the belief that the physical realm is more powerful than the creative power, powerful inner world to have anything in life, you must free yourself mentally from attachment to it. Nothing in the physical realm is permanent and it is only the mentally equivalent of what's going on within consciousness becoming neutral. Andous is the key to directing this law. Okay. So, oh, I know what I'd done. I'd put on a timer that <laugh>, that's hilarious. So usually when I'm doing podcasts, I like to know how many minutes I'm at, because generally when I'm giving a talk, I wanna go somewhere between 1122 minutes, because that's my kind of spiritual intuition for the whole thing. And instead I put on my, my three minute, um, timer, because I've been doing breath of fire.

(05:28):

I do it for three to 11 minutes as well. So you guys know that's what's really going on. So, so hilarious. Right? Okay. So rondos, would've had some hilarious joke right in the middle of that. Right? Okay. So back to the documentary. So I'm laying in bed last night and I am having tears of joy in every clip. I'm like doing a screen share for Instagram because I am just, Ugh, just my heart sings. Whenever I think about Ramdas. So Ramdas story goes like this. He came from a, I think a fairly prominent family back east in Boston, they were at least they were what he calls. They were a culture of putting on suits, meaning that our entire lives, you felt like you were trying to become something. You were becoming someone you were working towards a title you were working towards having a house you were working for having a family.

(06:23):

You were working for the, the social status of moving up and trying to look like somebody. And you remembered feeling like that. He just never felt comfortable in a suit. He never felt comfortable in, in somebody that he was becoming. And so he, one day I believe he went to a psychologist and to try and figure out why he just was not feeling well, why he just didn't feel, you know, happy. And then the psychologist kind of stirred at something up in him to have him become somebody like him. So hence he became, uh, a prominent Harvard psychologist. And, um, he, he began to obviously, you know, write things and become somebody in the world of Harvard, which was a good somebody in the culture's eyes. He was somebody, right? So then he realized that he began to become less and less happy in that, that suit, that somebody, that Harvard psychologist, uh, professor, and he just realized he just was not, he was just miserable inside at some level.

(07:30):

So then he went down this other path and he actually became a psychedelic pioneer with Timothy Dr. Timothy leery. And he said he literally took probably hundreds of hundreds. If not thousands of had different trips on acid, I would imagine on mushrooms also, I don't know. And he began to have these enlightenment moments and he said it really freedom at some level because he was able to see past his social programming. He began to break down and have, have his own values in this world instead of what his family and the culture and, and all the social dynamics had told him. And he began to really love this whole process. But what he realized, I think he said something after like 350 trips, he couldn't sustain his enlightenment. He would have these high high moments, but then kind of slam back down into his reality after.

(08:27):

So it wasn't until he went over to a fateful trip to India in 1967 and he traveled to India and he met his guru who was known as, um, Mar Mar Raja Maharaji and RO dos. He gave him the name RO dos. So he was Baba. He was a famous guru over in India. Some people would call him Baba or other people would call him Maharaji and he gave, uh, Richard APER the name RO dos, which means servant of God. So everything changed for Dick at this point in time, everything changed for rom dos and he has so many profound, incredible talks, um, in front of people about his journey of awakening. And so he wrote this really famous book called be here. Now it's this great book I highly to recommend getting it. It's this great book. It's, it's this sick kind of picture book.

(09:31):

And it has these incredible kind of poetry and, and sayings and, and different, um, uh, mantras and different things all about be here. Now. It was way before, um, the power of now with Eckert Toley, you know, Eckard, Toley, I love you. And you're profound teacher as well, but it was a little bit of rip off. <laugh> just saying no. Um, I get to a joke with all the gurus out there. Okay. So the point of today is universal law of non-attachment. And as, as rom dos teaches so profoundly non-attachment and he kind of goes into the concept of when he would still have attachment around things. He would always end up in kind of the polarity of life. He recognized that everything comes from the mind and he doesn't teach us. This was actually another profound teacher. I was an actual mentor in my life for three years before he passed away a very, uh, dear, dear, dear mentor of mine, John Rello, he was a nobody in far as far as the public figure, as far as somebody out in the world, but he is everything in my eyes.

(10:40):

And he taught me, uh, metaphysics and quantum, um, mechanics so profoundly. And he said, the moment that you put a positive or negative meaning on anything if attachment to it, right, you instantaneously have a positive or negative experience because you set the entire universal law and polarity into motion by, you know, the power of your mind. And I think one of the greatest things in this documentary that, that rondos teaches over and over and that I experienced, uh, is about death. It's about dying. And rondos says that our entire lives we're preparing ourselves for the moment of death. That in that moment, the goal is to not have attachment, to trying to get to the other side or trying to stay here. That, to truly experience that moment, you've got to be so present. You've got to be here now, and you've got to have non-attachment non-attachment to this lifetime and non-attachment to wherever you're gonna go.

(11:49):

And as I know that he recognized that that's never the goal to be anywhere, but be here right now. It was getting prepared for that moment of transition. But in the moment, be here right now, if we wanna be fully in our power fully in our presence and releasing all the suffering we would have. Non-attachment another profound thing that is, um, something that I, I think is the most, one of the most advanced and most liberating epiphanies you can have in your awakening is understanding that suffering is grace. Meaning rondos says, you know, that he realized that at some point in time, that if we have attachment to getting something, we have attachment to manifesting our dreams. We have attachment to getting that relationship or getting that thing or getting that, whatever it is that we'll have suffering, if we don't get it right. But it wasn't until he realized that in the suffering was a blessing and a gift, maybe even more than getting the thing.

(12:59):

And so once he realized that he had non-attachment around whether he got something or didn't get something, or his dreams came reality or not, or whatever it is, right? So non-attachment imagine a life. What would a life be like if you had no attachment to things? What if you, you know, didn't have attachment to whether you had good emotions or bad emotions. Sometimes we just have crappy days and have moods, biologically, you know, they come along. What if we no longer had attachment of trying to feel good? He talked about pain. You know, Ramdas had a stroke later in his life and he lived in a wheelchair and he had, you know, I think no mobility of part of his body. And he still had this big smile on his face. Every time he was interviewed. And I don't think it was a fake smile.

(13:50):

He had this fricking glow to him. His teeth were showing and he, his eyes were so clear and he was such a great teacher for me, cuz I thought, how could somebody like RO dos not be able to master his mind and master his body to not have a stroke. He was one of my greatest teachers in the realm of non-attachment of health, recognizing that you're not your body and that you can't have attachment of whether your body is in perfect, you know, quote, quote of what the world says good health is or not. There is only perfect health. And when we don't attach to the body, we recognize we are untouchable and we can still have joy. We can still have an incredible life, whether we're in a wheelchair or not or whatever. And so today, as you go into your day, I invite you.

(14:46):

I invite you to live in non-attachment to breathe right here and do not have attachment of how your day, you know, goes, yes, you can create, because we understand like the law of transfusion of holding the mental pictures in our mind, but at the same time to have non-attachment because remember that what you, you know, resist persists. So if you have attachment to something happening, which means you're resisting, what is not, what would not happen if you didn't get that, then that is, that is gonna actually hurt you. It's gonna re it's gonna harm you. It's gonna get in the way of you actually manifesting. So the art of manifesting is putting that mental picture in your mind and taking inspired action towards that embodiment of the mental equivalent of that mental picture, but also not having attachment to it. That is the mastery. The mastery is to get the highest vibration, feel it as if it's already happened, but not have attachment to it.

(15:41):

Okay. So, oh my gosh. I love you. Roam dos. I love you so much. You have no idea. There was a, there was a talk he gave and it was on relationships and it was one of the most profound talks I ever heard. And I would listen to it over and over again. This was 15 years ago cause I still had not mastered my codependency. And I was, you know, in and out of the ups and downs of relationship and he had this talk of understanding how it's all one thing, how we there's only one mind and there's only one life. And so anytime you're in a struggle in relationship and having attachment to it, of having expectations of how it should go, it is always gonna slam you down. And so the goal is not renunciation. In fact, he went, Ron dos went so into renunciation and when he went to India and he renounced all identity and this thing, and he said that one of the most profound things, he said one of his gurus, which he said was like an alien.

(16:49):

He spoke to him all the time. He said, rom DAS, you're in this classroom, the school of life. Why aren't you taking the curriculum? You've taken this birth. And yet you are walking all in your holiness. You're already holy, why don't you try being a human for once? And this is when he decided to come back to America and he was going to fully embrace being human and practice non-attachment. And in this he said, what is his kind of mantra? If you will, is witnessing his life. He can, you know, be in this lifetime and fully being this humanness, but also just witness it, witness it with humor and love. The goal is equanimity, but also compassion to be with the, with suffering, to be with the pain. Everything in this curriculum of life is growth. The goal is to balance between the head and the heart and listen to our intuition and to witness with humor and love.

(18:00):

So enlightenment is, can be the ego's ultimate disappointment. People often think that they're gonna get to this enlightenment state and it's gonna be just bliss and just, you know, just enlightenment and just good and all that. And it, you know, you arrive and you have these incredible moments at a body. And then you realize you are still human. You're living in this beautiful body, in this beautiful polarity. And there's always gonna be heaven and hell on this planet. Your spiritual path may be totally different than you ever thought it was. So today again, as you go through this day, as you go through this, this next phase, I invite you to just enjoy, enjoy your human beingness, enjoy the polarity, enjoy your being able to, you know, put a positive or negative meaning on something and also to enjoy having attachment and being able to just experience what it feels like to attach things and to slam into polarity and slam into being human it's okay. It's okay. It's such a beautiful thing to love life is to love all of life. May you know, you are not any of it. May you live in the love of non-attachment, but may you also experience attaching to all of it, have a beautiful day and may you live your truth?
