(00:01):

This is first live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

(00:19):

Live from Florida, not from Los Angeles. We come together to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We truly believe and know that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world and together we're awakening the world. So for the very first time, I'm actually recording video along with the podcast. So if you're on YouTube or you're watching this video somewhere, I apologize for the big microphone in front of my mouth, but for the podcast, it's really important that we actually put the pod, the microphone straight up to my mouth. Usually there's another, um, you know, thing on top of the microphone. So when it's far away, you can hear me if I'm just doing a video without the microphone in front of me, but for the podcast's sake, we wanna make sure that we have the best sound we can.

(01:06):

So I'm very excited, uh, to say that I am officially in Florida, I will be going back and forth to Los Angeles. Um, I actually will be in Los Angeles next week. I'll be back and forth by coastal, for sure. So I do still feel like Los Angeles is my home as well, along with Florida. And I am in west Palm beach right now, but it may be Miami. We're just feeling into it over here. But what I feel for sure is that our community will be global because it is global. We, I most likely will be, you know, in London, New York, Miami, and Los Angeles, because those are kind of the hubs of the world. So today, today I wanna break on down some spiritually based coaching. So in the group the other day, one of the gals, we have like little pods that I train and develop all the spiritual entrepreneurs in.

(01:51):

And whenever they have questions about business stuff, they will either bring it to, uh, the group coaching, which is, um, you know, weekly, uh, call or they put it in the pod. And one of the gals asked, she said, what should I do? One of her clients actually was moving as well. And she asked if she could put her, her coaching program on hold for a couple months while she got settled in to her new place and, and her entire life. And she asked, what should I do? Meanwhile, some of the other, you know, other coaches in there chime in and stuff. And, um, so we wanna give feedback all around from different perspectives and stuff. And one of the gals said, yeah, I mean, I would just be kind of like soft on her, no big deal. You know, it can be stressful moving, blah, blah, blah.

(02:33):

And my response was absolutely not. And there's a reason for this. There's a reason why when a client shows up and they sign up and they invest in themselves, they commit to their dreams. And the truth is that commitment is a commitment, commitment. Doesn't look like, and doesn't have contingencies upon it in life. In fact, life is going to life and we recognize that there's a reason why someone, we have our clients sign a contract and why we have to show up. Imagine as the coach that you said, you know what, I'm moving right now, you guys. And so I'm just gonna kind of put off all of our group coaching calls for a couple weeks, couple months while I get settled in, um, you know, I hope that's okay with everybody, right? It wouldn't work. You'd have lawsuits all over the place. People would want their money back, right?

(03:18):

It wouldn't work. So it's a simpatico relationship. This thing called a coach and a client. We are one in the same. And we're reflection of how we show up for one another, which brings me to, for sure, I think my favorite quote, all times, which is until one is committed, there is hesitancy the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness concerning all acts of initiative and creation. There is one elementary truth. The ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans. That the moment one definitely commits oneself. Then Providence moves two, all sorts of things occur to help. One that would never otherwise have occurred. This was GDA and I've heard different people say it came from William H. Murray and GDA. And so I actually believe it is from William H. Murray, but GDA is the one who would always use it. So for many years, people thought it was GDA, but regardless of who it is, there's one divine mind.

(04:15):

So it doesn't matter all creation, it's all of our creation. So it doesn't even matter. So back to this issue. So somebody, uh, you know, in the coaching industry, it depends, you may have a, a 5% rescind rate. Maybe people stop making their payments, or maybe they choose to, you know, not be happy with the program or whatever it is. We are very lucky. We only have about one out of a hundred people that we feel really, we just don't vibe with everyone else. We have a really great relationship with, but it does happen. People will make excuses because this is what they do. It's the ego, it's the mini me trying to stay small. And the truth is that when you're committed commitment, doesn't have contingencies. So for example, I watched a lot of my friends that are committed to health and working out over the pandemic, the gyms were closed.

(05:05):

There was all kinds of excuses to sit around and eat extra food and hang out and not move the body. And my friends that were committed to working out, found a way to work out. They'd work out in their house. They'd go out into the park. They'd do whatever it is that they needed to do. They would find a way because they are committed and commitment. Doesn't have contingencies, right? Commitment is commitment. You're either committed or you're not committed. So one of the biggest disservices you can do for your clients is say to, to let them off the hook, basically there's a commitment level on both sides from the, the client and the coach. And then it takes two, two minds to override the subconscious mind. We do this also in deep processes like trauma work. It's actually the intentions of two minds that come together that will override whatever is the programming.

(05:53):

Whatever is a limited belief as well. So it's important as a coach for us to, to get committed to our clients, being committed. And it's important to have contracts in place it's important when you're onboarding your clients to have them realize how important, how they show up to their coaching program is how they show up to life. Do they come up with excuses? Do they not see things through? Do they make people wrong? Do they make the program wrong? Because if they're doing it one area, they're probably doing it in all areas. So my advice for this client is for you to have a really heart to heart conversation with your client. That doesn't mean you don't have compassion or empathy for what they're going through, but you come back to why commitment, why being their coach is actually helping them by helping them get committed and seeing through things, even when it's hard.

(06:41):

Okay. I've been teaching even in say our community for three years solid. Okay. I, I taught for decades before that with one-on-ones and in different processes, but in new thought global and society in the actual coaching I have taught for almost three years consistently, I have had to reschedule one meeting over three years and I train and develop like three cor four courses, um, throughout the week, every week. Right? So yes. I mean, there's been times when it's been hard. Yes. There's been whatever, but that's called commitment and you just show up and you do it. And so part of the development with our clients is they want to monetize their spiritual gifts, or they wanna do whatever it is in their growth. Maybe it's being stable in their relationship, or maybe it's being stable in their health practices. Maybe it's being stable. And in being in doing a spiritual practice, the point is, is that life rewards and as a reflection, right?

(07:35):

So whatever we're showing up, it's going to show the mental equivalent. If you want clients that are willing to pay high ticket pricing, then you need to be willing to pay high ticket pricing. If you want clients that are very decisive, then you need to be decisive. If you want clients who are committed, no matter what, then you need to be committed no matter what, this is universal law, and this is the truth. So today I give advice for anybody. That's having clients that want to make excuses to not show up in commitment. Commitment is what life reflects the universe just says, yes. And if we're getting mixed messages, it's because we're giving out mixed messages. So commitment is a yes, that's what it is. And it's a yes with no contingencies and commitment is our greatest power because it is basically a decision in mind that directs energy and reflects back exponentially with total certainty, total clarity, total precision.

(08:27):

And so as we go through this today, I'm doing a short podcast today. As I like little chunks, you can take a little walk, get a little inspiration, a little motivation and move on with your day. So may you know the truth and may you find your deepest, deepest passions and be committed to that? If it's not a hell, yes, it's a hell. No. As we say, and at the same time saying yes to everything discovering what your true passions are. So on this note, I just say yes to this yes. To you. Yes. To this day. Also a reminder, we do have a five day challenge coming up. So if you're ready to say yes to monetizing, it's a five day challenge to monetize as a spiritual entrepreneur. So whether you are desiring to bring your spiritual gifts to the world, if you have no idea what you wanna do, it's a great way.

(09:11):

I'm gonna walk you through exactly how to get clear of your mission and message, how to price your products, how to master sales, how to master social media and how to 10 extra soul based business, even if you don't even have anything yet, or whether you're already a seven figure, coach, it doesn't matter if you have a product or a service it's gonna teach you front to back, how to monetize. Okay. You guys have a beautiful day and may you live your truth. And if you're listening to this podcast, or if you're on YouTube or whatever you're doing, please share it like it. And comment. It's really important for us to support the people that we love. And I love you too. Okay. Have a beautiful day. And may you live your truth? Thank you for tuning

This is

(00:02):

First live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea, coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

(00:19):

Do you feel alone? Do you feel like no matter what you do, whether you're in a relationship, not in relationship, your career's going well, you have a community. You don't have a community. You live in a certain city. You don't live in a certain city that no matter what is going on, there's a common theme, which is loneliness. Well today's podcast. We're gonna break on down. Why a majority of human beings feel alone on this planet. So welcome to Dr. Aaron podcast. We come together to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with the universal law. We truly know and believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world and together we're awakening the world. So let's do this thing. I'm Dr. Aaron, Dr. Divinity trained, developing world, renowned spiritual leaders, teaching everything from subconscious reprogramming, the famous E four trauma method and helping people birth their truth.

(01:11):

We develop spiritual coaches, uh, spiritual practitioners and yes, ministers teachers and doctors of divinity. So let's break this one down. If you're new to this podcast. Welcome, we do have a lot of series on this podcast. You can go back and you can break on down money, breakthrough there's things on E four trauma method. You can find the entire truth triangle, all kinds of series on this podcast. I've chosen to do a solo podcast for quite some time now, and it's been an incredible journey shortly. I am going to begin to do coaching and interviews and all kinds of new dynamics. I've really enjoyed doing a solo podcast because after doing good morning LA land and interviewing 3,600 people, I wanted to just come on and bring my heart here. And it's time that we're gonna be going past the solo podcast. And so I wanna hear more about what you want to hear about who you want me to interview and what coaching you want me to break on down.

(02:07):

So let's do this today, though. The topic and title of today's podcast is you are not alone. So stats show that majority of human beings feel alone, three outta five, consider themselves to feel lonely majority of the time throughout their lives in America and across the board. I think this is a common collective consciousness. So we're gonna break this on down today in that I wanna talk about how being alone is part of the spiritual awakening process, how to use loneliness to launch you beyond your DNA and how to thrive alone. Even during the holidays. No matter when you're listening to this there's holidays across all the year. And it's important to know that loneliness is one of the greatest gifts, because it is a call for a deeper, deeper relationship with th myself. So I wanna talk about this because as you guys know, I just moved and I, I am over in west Palm beach, Florida, and it, it feels like I've moved to a completely different country from Los Angeles.

(03:05):

It is a very big move for me. And I found myself, um, having moments, like, I'd say 2% of the day where I'm like, oh my gosh, what have I done? Like I've left, you know, the thousands of relationships that I have the, uh, grounding in California, where I was born and raised. And it's been an interesting thing. And then 98% of the time I have been in total bliss and really loving this move. It's only been a week. So I wanna talk to you a little bit about loneliness because loneliness was an ongoing theme of my life. For many, many years. I would find myself being lonely, even at a party. I'd find myself being lonely when I was in a relationship, or even when I was married, I found myself feeling lonely and it is an epidemic. And in fact, now Harvard studies show that since the pandemic that 51% of even say, I, I believe it's young mothers feel extremely lonely, so there's different levels and gradients of feeling lonely, right?

(04:08):

You can feel lonely on occasion. You can feel lonely, whatever, and then you can feel alone and, and really have it be a major issue in your life. So no matter where you are on the spectrum, whether you kind of deal with it here and there, or whether it's an ongoing theme of your life or whether it is becoming an issue and, and really having you spiral down today's podcast is gonna break on down what is loneliness and what's really going on from a soul perspective and what we can do about it. Okay. So again, being lonely, I remember in high school, I remember it was a Friday night and I didn't have plans. And I remember thinking my life has ended. I have no social life. Something's wrong with me. And I felt completely alone because I hadn't figured out how to be my own best friend and how to be with my own essence.

(05:00):

Right. We also have loneliness. Uh, you know, I was out with some friends last night and we're talking about the holidays and they're like, are you gonna see your family for the holidays? I said, well, my family's a little bit different. I would say maybe once every three years we spend the holidays together. Once every three years, maybe I may even be completely alone for the holidays. And one outta three years, maybe I might be, you know, with friends for the holidays. So it kind of varies a lot over the course of my life. So I wanna break on down what to do during the holidays, whether it's July 4th, whether it's Christmas, where it's new, year's what do you do if you're alone, right? And then also wanna break down, um, how to go past your DNA, how to thrive pastor DNA. Because part of it is, is being alone is actually part of the process.

(05:46):

And we recognize this even from, uh, some of the great, the great, great Henry David Thoreau, who actually went into the, the woods for two years, two months and two days, and how the awakening that happened and the transcendence that happened out of that. So let's break this on down. So here I am, I'm in a new city, a new state in which feels like a completely different country. And so I've spent a bit of time alone this week. I've been at the beach early about sunrise. I get up and I go down to the ocean and it's very dynamic here. The weather is incredibly gorgeous. There's wind and there's rain. And then there's sun and there's clouds. And there's actually rainbows. There's incredible. It's so mystical here. And I've had a lot of time to reflect on the feeling of loneliness. What is that what's really going on?

(06:41):

And in new thought wisdom and in new thought global and, and society, we teach oneness. That's our primary principle, right? So it's the unification of self with all of life. And anytime we are feeling lonely, it's because we are not in that essence, that true essence of who we are, the divinity, the truth is that you are not alone. It's impossible to be alone. Yes, it can be physically. You can look to the world and we call that the sin. If you place the energy out into the world, then you will feel alone. You can feel alone. Even if you're in a crowded room of people. The truth is when we tap into that source within then we are in that oneness. We are we're with all relationship, cuz all of life is a relationship. Whether it be our relationship to, to our family that may not even be physically with us, whether it be a relationship with our higher self, with all of people, with the sand that's beneath our feet, that we're, we're constantly in a relationship with all of life.

(07:43):

And so that's the truth. So how is being alone part of the spiritual process? Well, I wanna refer to a, uh, really great documentary. I watched years ago, it, it was called deep water and it was a, a documentary about a true story. In 1968, they had, um, there was like a, uh, a race and what happened was pretty much wealthy. Men came together and decided they were going to sail across around the world in a yacht. Right? So each man, these wealthy men were basically gonna get media. If you will, to see who could actually complete the race and who could do it the fastest. And it's a true story about one of the gentlemen that entered the race with somebody who was not an avid sailor, he did not really know how to do it. And he really did it more from what the documentary shows is kind of out of his ego.

(08:36):

He wanted to prove that he could sail around the world. He also wanted to win the, the pot, which was a lot of money. And, um, it was a lot of ego going into it. And there was, they began to showcase these different men that were going in this race around the world. And it was profound because what happened was obviously back then, they didn't have all the documentation like they do today, but they had letters and things that the men wrote out at sea. And the gist of it is that when you're alone, you are faced, you're faced with your demons. You're faced with, with everything good and bad within you. And what happened is the men began to get stripped away of their identity, the stripped away of their material, you know, identity and their friends and their family and their status. And all they were left with was themselves, themselves with nature themselves, to face their own insecurities, their fears, their darkest of darkest within themselves.

(09:36):

And what was profound about it was one, the gentleman, Donald a Crowhurst I believe was his name. Um, I believe that he either, I mean, you could say he died at sea. You could also say he committed suicide because it really is a choice of, you know, to go out there and subconsciously know that you're not prepared for something. Right. And I believe that he, um, I believe that he transitioned at sea and what happened for the other men was profound because there was one gentleman and I'm not sure if this is a hundred percent correct. It's been some years since I watched this, but the gentleman that actually won the race, he won the race, he had made it the fastest. And he, he actually, what he did was he actually gave away the pot, the winning the winning amount to the second guy, because I think that he, something like he was struggling financial or something like that.

(10:33):

And or he gave it away to the family. I think he gave it away. The family that suffered from the gentleman that, that had transitioned at sea and the gentleman that won didn't come back. He actually, I got chills right now. He actually chose to keep sailing around the world again. And I think that for me, the reason why was because he realized none of this matters, we're up to a lot of stuff in this world that really doesn't matter this status, this class, these material things. And it's one of the hardest lessons to learn. And it's the common thing that I'm, I'm having come through in the community right now. What's the meaning, what's the meaning of this. And isn't that the point of why we feel lonely because it we're, why are we doing this right? Why are we here? Who really cares about us?

(11:26):

What do we really care about? That's really the feeling of loneliness, the feeling of, of not knowing what we're here to do. There's no mission there's. And even the mission is kind of like, why do we even have this mission? Right? It begins to, we begin to be like a boat that goes out to sea that no longer has, um, uh, a grounding thing. We're no longer attached. We don't see land in front of us. We don't see land behind us. We're just floating out there and it can be very disturbing. It can be extremely disturbing. But what happens is something happens profound in a spiritual realm. We no longer are of this world. We're no longer of these SP of these material belongings. We no longer care about our status. We no longer care about how many followers we have. We no longer care about any of that.

(12:23):

What matters is the true essence of life? This thing that is no longer identified of this body, we're no longer identified of any of these things. We're free. And it is, uh, paradox, right? The moment you realize you're free, you're actually not attached to anything. And that's the beauty and the blessing of going past this concept of being alone. And so my heart goes out right now for anybody listening to this, that's feeling lonely. Trust me, I know it very well. And I also want you to know that this is a divine masterclass that you're in. And that feeling lonely is one of the greatest blessings you can ever have because it demands you to fall in love with myself. It demands you to look at the beauty right in front of you. It demands you to know that you don't, you're not tied to anything, even our, even if you're in, you know, a, a deep relationship at some point in time in this lifetime, when somebody transitions, you have to say goodbye, we, we are born alone and we die alone. And yet we're never alone. We're one with everything, right?

(13:45):

So I just wanted to just talk about a few more things, right? So last night I was at this beautiful, um, dinner with seven people. And what's interesting about the area that I've come to. That spirit has called me here. Right? And it was interesting because being in Los Angeles and being around so many people, I mean, I interviewed 3,600 people over the last, you know, years and good morning LA land. I had just tons of influencers all around me. And a lot of my friends moved to Austin. Um, they moved around all over the place, some to Florida as well, all over. And I, I did, I want, I don't wanna say I felt lonely in Los Angeles because I don't feel lonely, but I found myself isolating more and more because my friends were either not in town anymore, or people began to get really used to being in their homes and alone.

(14:36):

So I found myself spending a lot more time alone. I used to spend a lot of time, years ago alone before I moved to Los Angeles, which was one of the reasons why I had a huge spiritual awakening because of my loneliness. I'm so grateful for him. But the conversation last night was interesting because people were asking me, you know, why did you choose here? And, and you know, what brought you here and all this stuff. And it was interesting because one thing that happened in Los Angeles is being around a lot of influencers. I began to watch people. And what I noticed was people would make friends with people, primarily let's face the fact because they had more followers than them. I witnessed this over and over again. Uh, a lot of, uh, groups I was in, I would watch people just go outta their way to make friends with people, particularly that had really big followings.

(15:26):

And sure, I'm sure that, you know, we all, you know, have a lot in common and we're spiritual entrepreneurs or influencers and things. And so of course you're gonna wanna hang out people that have common interests and things like that. And I can get that. But what I also found is that they only had friends that had more followers. If in fact, if you had less followers than you, they than them, they would not, um, you know, even look at you and if you had more followers in them, then they would make sure to go outta their way to be, you know, friendly and ni. And it was really kind of fascinating. And I don't wanna say it, uh, you know, it was negative because it just was what it was. But for me, I really enjoy. And one of my core values is loneliness.

(16:11):

It's that, that new adventure of being alone and, and allowing divine to spark, whatever is new. And, you know, in lifetimes, there's different lifetimes. You have there's and there's different chapters in your life. I've had chapters when I've had so many people and so much social, uh, you know, socialization and community around me. Obviously I'm around a lot of people because I have a big community online, but it's different in person. I'm a very, I'm, I'm very, um, one on one, I prefer to be one on one with friends and family than being in groups. I don't care for reunions. I go to family reunions and I don't feel as fed in my soul as I do when I just go meet, you know, Sam just with my father or just with, um, my sister or just whatever I enjoy one-on-one time. And you'll know that for my friends, I'll spend a lot of one-on-one time with friends.

(17:03):

I don't, I don't care for parties. I don't care for gatherings. It's just the way I am. And so the point is last night, I'm sitting here with these people and they they're asking me why I came here and why I came here was because spirit called spirit called for me to be alone again, spirit called for me to find that and be with mother nature more. And that's why I'm going every single morning, um, to the beach. So the point is, is here is how to use loneliness to launch you beyond your DNA. And here I was at a table with, um, a couple of gentlemen were from India and, um, they had Hindu upbringings. And one of the things about the culture that I found in the east in particular is there's a lot of, a lot of DNA ties, right? You have a lot, lot of positioning around where you are in your family.

(17:52):

And it's beautiful. A lot of bonding, a lot of close, uh, fam familial ties, which are beautiful. And I also find that like, my family's very different. We're very independent and everyone has their own lives. And, and sometimes we get together for holidays and lots of times we don't and there's freedom in that as well. And so the point is, is that how you can use your loneliness to go beyond your DNA is that it's imperative to know that in order to have a spiritual awakening and go beyond your lineage, you need to spend time without your family. You need to spend time all of that to just be with your true spirit, to be with yourself. And this is, I think what, um, uh, Henry David Thau taught us when he went to, into the woods for two years, two months, and two days there was an awakening.

(18:47):

And there was something that was said in, in our lineage and spirituality to recognize the beauty of the breakdown of being alone. You know, there's another movie it's called into the wild, and it's a gentleman that goes a young gentleman, goes into the wild, and it is this spiritual awakening, but there's also this kind of insanity that happens. It goes because we go beyond what we've known and we have to die to be reborn truly and truly. And so just like Henry David through road, just like Emerson, just like into the wild, just like into the deep water, this documentary, there is something that happens in that loneliness. And so my invitation for you is to embrace the loneliness, to embrace that part of yourself. That's gonna go beyond the DNA. So I wanna read this little, um, thing off of, uh, that was on Instagram the other day by Dr.

(19:42):

Steven li. And he says, your DNA is designed to listen to the world around you. The human DNA helix is covered with switches that tell the DNA how to express itself. It's an incredibly intelligent machine that is influenced more by environment than by the cards you're dealt. And this is the truth is that we choose to put ourselves in the environment we're in your DNA is this intelligent thing to respond to. What's going on. He says, if you suffer health issues, don't blame your genes, examine your environment very carefully. And so the reason why I actually choose to not be lonely, but to be alone at times with just mother nature. And my soul is to reset the pure potential of my DNA. What I find is when I'm around a lot of people, we have mirroring cells and we are influenced by who we hang out with.

(20:41):

It's impossible to not be what environment we're in. We get into a stuck state. It's important to pattern, interrupt, and go into being lonely and being alone at times for even your DNA. That's my personal spiritual perspective. It's important to reset so that when we go back into our environment, we can start from fresh. We're not just in social construct, that is holding us energetically in ties. And so my invitation and the truth is you are not alone. You are one with everything and everyone, you're one with every person you've ever been in contact with. You're one with your entire family. You're one with the stars. You're one with the ocean. You're one with mother nature. You're one with technology. You're one with all of it, because all of it is, is a relationship you're constantly communicating all the time with all of it. And so being alone is imperative for your spiritual awakening.

(21:38):

Being alone is imperative for you to know by self and to be demanded, to go within to that heart. That space that is filled with joy within stop, resisting being alone. Loneliness is a perspective of what you're seeing in the senses. Being alone is a blessing to go within and to dive deep into your spiritual nature, close your eyes, be in nature. Find that oneness experience that oneness. And when you fill your cup is filled over with the knowing of the oneness of you being one with all of life right here, right now, not physically need to be with anything that is when you are untouchable, you are unstoppable. You are the one divine, and you can go back into any situation with anybody and be able to bring so much to the, to life. And so how to thrive alone, definitely during the holidays. I think it is a blessing take this time. If you're alone during the holidays, to know myself, to fall in love with yourself, to date yourself, to do those creative factors that you've not been able to do, become your own best friend, light, that candle, take yourself to a dinner, do whatever it is to love myself and know myself, spend time in nature and know that you are not alone. You are so loved.

(23:08):

And so the reason why I chose west Palm beach, instead of going and plopping into, you know, an influential community and say Austin or something like that is because I just really feel that the mother nature speaks to us. And wherever it is that speaks to you on this planet, that is so important. Mother nature, your subconscious mind, the divine mind has the intelligence to know that you can, you, this whole world is your world. Every place is home. Home is where the heart is. And if you don't find your, and based in truth, based in unity, based in that, you'll never feel home anywhere. And so I simply know, may you go into the deep, may you go into that deep well within and know yourself so greatly that there's no such thing as loneliness. There is a alone in the beauty of being alone in that presence, that power, that passion, that purpose.

(24:08):

And so I just say, yes, yes, yes. To that. May you know the truth. May you feel at home within your own skin, your own heart, and may you be set free, have a beautiful day. (00:56):

So I am a doctor of divinity. Why we consider ourselves doctors is because we truly heal to revealing truth. And I absolutely know what it is like to be in the suffering and in the dysfunction and in the addiction of love. So today I wanna just answer that one question. Am I addicted to love? I'll never forget the day. I asked myself that question. I was in a tumultuous relationship and I remember focusing on him over and over and over again, thinking if he changed, if he healed, if he did all of his work, then everything would be good and I'll never forget it. I was, um, I was in a codependency meeting. It was a 12 step meeting and I was talking to a friend in there and I think he asked me something like, how are you? What's going on? And I began to rattle off all the things that was happening with, uh, with the man. I was in a relationship. He did this. He said that, oh my gosh, can you believe it? And I'll never forget. He looked at me and he said, what are you gonna start focusing on him? What are you gonna stop focusing on him? And why don't you start focusing on yourself?

(02:19):

Bam, shut the whole entire stop me in my tracks. It was like a, it was like a screeching halt in a race car, making skid marks across the racetrack. What? Me? No, even though I was even in codependency meeting, I still was there to try and think that I would change myself to fix him. You know, that's how sick I was. So today you may be asking yourself, am I addicted to love? And as you guys know, I work with soul-based entrepreneurs, spiritual coaches. And so you may be asking why are talking about love addiction, right? The point is this, is that what I have found with working and developing thousands of people across the globe is that until they deal with their relationship issues, they do not have true, um, true success in, in their personal professional life. And, um, I'm also here, as you guys know, to say that the concept of relationship in our culture is something that is very limited.

(03:32):

And I have met people that are not in relationship that can be the most healthy, thriving human beings. Um, and I've met people who are in marriages that could also be the most miserable people I've ever met and vice versa. I've met people in loving relationships, completely thriving, and I've met single people, completely miserable. So I do not believe in a title or a relationship status to be somebody that is healthy in relationship. I truly believe that the ultimate relationship is with your higher self it's with divine it's with that aspect of yourself. And I was actually on a conversation in a meeting the other day with someone who said, they'd actually had a, a marriage with themselves. They actually had a ceremony marrying themselves as their partner in this life. And being able to fully be expressed and be in relationship, but being fully complete as themselves.

(04:28):

And I'm not here to say that's good or bad, or, you know, we should be, you know, let go of gender and become X, whatever. I don't, I don't have an opinion. I think that each person has a freedom of choice to decide what works for them in relationship and whatever it is for them to fully, um, be in self love and fully at peace and fully in expression and connection at the same time. So why do we care about answering the question? Am I addicted to my relationship? Am I addicted to love? Am I codependent? What's going on? How do I figure this out? So one, some of the signs, I'll just say that after I'll work with a CEO or a single mother or whatever it may be. And what I find is that, um, the people who are addicted to love generally are it's impacting their life.

(05:22):

It's impacting their life in whether they are being a roller coaster with their emotions. So they're not being able to focus on the present moment, wherever they are. So addiction tends to have people basically, um, be thinking about the past or be thinking about the future. Is it gonna happen? Is it not gonna happen? Right? Or they're not present right here. And I remember specifically, so some of the signs that I went through were this, I remember, um, like looking at my phone a lot. Has he texted, has he not texted? What did he say in that text? What is he doing? And I'd be like, almost compulsively wondering where is he at? What's he doing? You know, is he lying? Is he telling me the truth, all the stuff. And, um, some of the signs, I just remember being, um, I would, I would, we'd get to, as we call it the vicious cycle or the merry-go-round.

(06:16):

And there was times when I would basically get so, uh, entangled with him and enmeshed with him that I would lose track of all my other friends and family. I literally would like almost morph into a different universe, almost like a heroin addict. When they take drugs, they become euphoric. They kind of let go of everything. Oh, food, money, family, friends, none of that matters only this, this, um, you know, substance over here, this love addiction over here. And then the merry-go-round would complete it cycle. And then we would break up or have some dysfunctional thing. And then I would slam back into reality, just like the heroin addict that just can't get the next hit. Right. It's like withdrawals and feel like crap. And all of a sudden you're like, oh my gosh, I, you know, I need friends and family and I need to make money and I need all these things.

(07:10):

Right? So some of the ways you can tell if you are addicted to love is because you're having a negative, negative impacting your life, you know, straight up. Okay. It also can be where, um, to go further with it, because I've gone to the opposite side where, what we call it is being an anorexic and love addiction. Okay. So you'll see this, um, even with, you know, entrepreneurs and impacts people I work with, um, and it's impacted myself where, when you deny yourself of love and connection and you just go, well, I'm just gonna not have any dysfunction whatsoever. I'm not gonna even date at all. And therefore, what happens is your soul slowly dies. It's like literally the anorexic that stops eating and you, you know, the life starts getting sucked outta them. They start turning pale and they have no nutrition and they're alive, but barely.

(08:09):

So it's the same with that going to that spectrum. And are you addicted to your relationship or addicted to not having a relationship, right? Is it negatively impacting your life? And what happens is, uh, what happens with working, say with someone who's trying to sustain a multiple six figure company or something, and they're denying themselves of love and connection and expression, they put into box. It has to be a certain way. They're not good enough. And they just keep pushing people away, keep pushing away. They're basically, you know, total anorexic in it. And, um, what happens is the soul begins to die. I know it, well, I I've done it, you know? And, um, and you begin to basically just your, your whole mojo, if you will, your whole thing begins to go down, right? Your, your entire zest for life begins to go down.

(09:04):

If you don't have some love and expression, it doesn't have to be in the construct of say a relationship. It doesn't have to be, but you need to be around relationship. Whether it be friends, whether it be, um, you know, loved ones, whether it be whatever you begin to just die a little bit. So how do you know, you know, and answer the question, am I addicted to my relationship? Well, addiction is really easy to define, and it is, is it negatively impacting your life? You know, there's a spectrum of addiction. You can be an addiction where things are beginning to become negatively impacted. And there, then there's a little bit further, right? Where it's like, um, yeah, this isn't working like truly, and truly, you're either getting so upset in your relationships that you can't focus or get anything complete, you know, or it's just beginning to you're dying just because you're denying yourself of everything. Right? So roomy has a quote, the famous roomy. He says your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.

(10:13):

I think that so often in our lives, we seek somebody to fulfill us, to complete us as Jerry McGuire. You know, the famous saying in, um, Jerry McGuire, you complete me. And in meta, in mind, science and mind, we teach that if you place your power outside of yourself, you will be disempowered. It's that simple. It's 1 0 1 of metaphysics. The moment that you place your power outside yourself, or put your relationship as your higher power, or put a substance or put your career, or put your status or put your age, or put your body or put anything outside of yourself, you actually will become disempowered. That is the power of consciousness. So the goal in all of life and in love and in relationship, whether it be with your friends or your family, or your peers, or, um, a intimate relationship or a sexual relationship or a dating relationship or a marriage or whatever, because all of life is a relationship.

(11:20):

The goal is to have love, connection, and expression. Everyone. I don't care who you are, everybody. Every soul that is, that is the glue of unity. That is the glue of oneness. That is what we teach. That is our primary principle in new thought global and in the new thought movement. So are you addicted to love? Addicted to love is basically a tug of war. I want it. I don't want it. I gotta have it. I can't have it. I love you. I wanna break up. Oh my gosh. I wanna seek my per person and then finding everything wrong with them. A girlfriend, me sent a really funny meme the other day. It was like two pictures next to each other. And on one side, the woman's like, I really wanna find my person. And then on the other, uh, side, the picture she's sitting across from this guy and he is eating food.

(12:16):

And she's like, this MF is, you know, look at how he is chewing. Like she's like disgusted and out of there, right? And the point is, this is that addiction is a tug of war. You can't have it. You can't not have it. You want it. You don't want it. It's back and forth. It's in and out. It doesn't work in and it doesn't work out. Right? It's like the heroin addict. It doesn't, it's not gonna work for them to be on heroin. And then the minute they aren't on heroin, it doesn't work for them to not have heroin, right. It's back and forth. It's all that. It's all or nothing, everything. So are you addicted to love how you really, the way to define being addicted to love is defining not being addicted to your relationship. Sorry, how we figure out if you are addicted to your relationship is looking at what it looks like to not be addicted to a relationship, to not be addicted to a relationship means that you don't make them your source, that you're able to be happy, fulfilled, and peaceful, regardless of what someone else is doing.

(13:21):

And you might think, well, that's impossible. How could I be okay if somebody is cheating line or you know, doing drugs or whatever it may be. That's not what we're saying. We're not saying a healthy relationship would also have you put yourself in an environment where you don't thrive. Okay. So it means that you don't put them as your higher power. You don't put them as your source. You take full responsibility for your fulfillment, for your peace and for your joy. What does it look like to be in a healthy relationship? It looks like to accept them exactly as they are. I saw a little, uh, post on Instagram. I think it was yesterday. And it said something like, here's a relationship hack for your ladies out there. It said, imagine your man, you know, or woman or partner, doesn't matter if you're gay, straight, whatever. It doesn't matter. It's all gonna be the same. Um, imagine they have a, a tattoo on their forehead that says as is right. So what it looks like to be in a healthy relationship is to love somebody exactly. As they are unconditionally with healthy boundaries. That's what it looks like to be in a healthy relationship. What does it look like to be in a healthy relationship?

(14:39):

It looks like you being somebody that's not resisting. What is right. We try and fix change, you know, transform heal. Oh my gosh. If you just went to therapy. Oh my gosh. If you just didn't watch too much TV. Oh my gosh. If you just didn't do that, whatever, then it'll all work out. Let me fix him. Let me change him. Let me heal him. Let me transform home. And we recognize in metaphysics at what we persist. So as long as you're resisting anything and not accepting people exactly as they are, you're gonna suffer. And guess what? They're not gonna wanna change even more because you're resisting it. So what does it look like to be in a healthy relationship? It looks like to accept somebody exactly as they are and not try and change. 'em that's what it looks like. What does it look like to be in a healthy relationship?

(15:38):

Well, you know, I think so. Oftentimes we find what's wrong with people and we, you know, and this is the commonality after interviewing, working with people and helping so many people find peace, whether it be single, whether it be in a relationship, whether it be in marriage, whether it be with multiple partners, everyone has their own level of peace and expression. Okay. So, so what it, what it means is, is to find your truth, to truly find your truth and to be clear of what that is a healthy relationship looks like. You're not looking for someone to complete you, right? Like, because people are gonna be stupid sometimes, right? Like what does it look like to be in a healthy relationship? Right? So if you're asking yourself, am I addicted to love? Am I addicted to my relationship? If you are trying to fix somebody, if you're trying to change somebody, if you are, um, if your relationship is impacting your personal or professional life, if it's impacting your health, if it's impacting and, and holding your energy, if it's holding your energy.

(16:48):

I remember, um, in my addiction being so obsessed with thinking about him, like, if even if I broke up, I would be thinking about, you know, how he did X, Y, and Z, how he cheated, how he said this and how he lied and how did it was running like a tape machine going through my head. And so we understand and know through all the other podcasts and things, that trauma is the most important thing, because trauma is what's projecting into your relationships and it goes something like this, I'm not enough. I'm not worthy of love. I can't do this. I'll never find somebody that is, you know, that works for me. I'll never find a soulmate. It looks like it's commands. We all have commands. We all have identity. And it plays out like a broken record in our relationships. Right? So for me, my command and my identity and relationship for majority of my life was I'm not lovable.

(17:52):

And what would happen is no matter what they did, even in, you know, some of the healthier relationships I was in, where they truly did love me. I couldn't believe it. I wouldn't believe it no matter what, no matter what they said, no matter if they did anything, um, I would never believe it because I, I didn't believe that they truly love me. So I was always looking, I was looking through the veil. I was looking through that lens of you don't love me. So no matter what they did, I would find proof. It's like being in a lawyer in court, right. You're either, you're, you're, you're making a case for one side or the other. Right. You can make a case to say, somebody loves me, or you can make a case to say they don't love me. And you'll find proof regardless. So in relationship, people are always, they have their kind of set thing.

(18:41):

It's subconscious always. Right. And it may look like, um, you know, I'm not worthy of love. It may look like everyone cheats. It may look like whatever it may be, and they will find whatever proof they need to make sure that that is a self-fulfilling prophecy. So again, you know, are you addicted to love? I would say that if you even have to ask this good question, then yes. At whatever level, I'm not sure. But what I know for sure is that if you are in our culture whatsoever, you most likely have addictive behavior at some level, very few people don't, it's probably nine outta 10 people do. And so if you're asking the question, most likely it's yes, because until someone truly finds source within, until they seek the kingdom and the kingdom within and her or his righteousness, all things will be added, right?

(19:45):

So until then, no things will be added. You cannot have love until you cannot have love until you truly love myself. Let me say that for the third time, you cannot have love until you truly love yourself. And when you love yourself, it's okay. Whether you date or not, whether you are married or single, whether you are gay or straight, whether you are alone or around the most amazing person, until you find that love within you will always be alone. You can be married and be alone. You can be in the relationship with the greatest person. And you will find your way of thinking that you are divided, that something's wrong with you, that you are not lovable. That you'll never be enough. Trust me. I know it so well. Are you addicted to love? Are you addicted to your relationship? If you even ask that question, the question itself answers just like we say, in prayer, prayer in prayer is the answer because in prayer and even asking and inquiring into the possibility of what, what it is that you're seeking, you become that, which you seek in the consciousness. The prayer is the answer. The prayer is the answer. If you have to ask the question, am I addicted to my relationship? It already a answers it because it is in the mental equivalent of asking that question. That means that you absolutely have not found the truth of asking the truth of who you are.

(21:30):

You are love. That is who you are. You are the source. You are all of that. As Rumi said, you were born with wings. Why prefer to crawl through life? So what does it look like? What does it look like? What would your life look like? And this is the answer. What would your life look like? If you were fully free in love? What if you didn't need to put it into a box? What if you never had to make anyone wrong? Again? What if you were able to have sacred union only when it really was authentic?

(22:22):

What if, what if you were able to live your truth, whether that be getting married or saying single or dating many, whatever that truth is for you. What if you no longer tried to fit into what the culture had to tell you what it meant to love? What if you loved every single person that you came in contact with just truly from your heart to their heart, just truly, and truly loving them unconditionally, giving them your heart and soul fully. So the question is, why should I be unhappy? His Rumi said, why should I be unhappy? Every parcel of my bean is a full bloom. What if you were love everywhere you went, no matter what the other person was doing, no matter if they were anything, no matter what they did, what does it look like? What if you're fully expressed in love?

(23:22):

Well, that don't work. You know, I need somebody who's gonna show up and do X, Y, and Z. I need somebody who makes some money. I need somebody who's gonna, you know, marry me. I need somebody who, um, you know, doesn't, um, make their house too dirty. I need somebody that's blah, blah, blah. We do not teach. We do not teach. We do not teach conditional love. We do not teach outlining. The universe is bringing you exactly what you need. The person who's in front of you is exactly who you need. It may not be the person that you're gonna spend the rest of your life with, but I promise you, this is your masterclass. This person right in front of you is the masterclass. How can you love this person right in front of you unconditionally and honor yourself and hold healthy boundaries. And maybe that means saying, no, I'm not gonna date you. I'm not gonna be with you, but I'm gonna still love you. I'm still gonna treat you how I would want to be treated.

(24:31):

That's the golden rule, isn't it. Right. I promise you. Whoever is in front of you is the exact correct person for you to learn how to love with grace, with respect, with unbounded love. And so in this moment, I just say, yes, I say yes to love. I say yes to releasing the identity of am I addicted to my relationship? I am the questions I ask, speak into existence. My reality, who am I, if I'm fully expressed in love, who am I? If I unconditionally love who am I being as free as I am in love, who am I? If I tear down the walls that, that I, you know, the task is not to seek for love, but to merely, to seek and find the barriers within myself that I've built against it. Who am I? If I built break down those walls, who am I? Who am I? If I stop acting small, who am I? Who am I? If I ecstatically go through life, loving exponentially, who am I? If I seek knowing that whatever I'm seeking is seeking me with total utter faith, who am I? Who am I without grief? Who am I without suffering? Who am I without? I am not enough. Who am I?

(25:57):

Who am I? If I'm actually happy? Who am I? And in this question, and in this inquiry, the mind, the divine mind has to answer, knock and seek and know all answers will be given. I know right here, as you seek the kingdom and kingdom within and seek her or his righteousness, all things shall be added. May you never hand your power over in a relationship again, ever? That does not mean you don't love exponential. It doesn't mean you don't commit to somebody. That doesn't mean anything. That means that you release the, the need for someone else to make you happy. You release the need for expectations. You release the need to put people into a box. They are divinely perfect. Exactly. As they are, no matter where they are in their track, no matter if they're authentic or lying or on drugs or perfect or healthy or not healthy, they're perfect.

(26:55):

Their divine, their divine track in this lifetime is perfect. Who are you to judge them? You don't, they don't, you don't deserve to have them in your life. If you judge them, it's spiritually unethical. So rise up. Sister rise up today from this day forward. I say, hear me right here. I am love. I don't need anything for my love. I'm here to give an express love, knowing it reflects back with total perfection. And so in this divine moment, I just say, yes, I say, yes. I say yes. As drew said, set your life on fire, seek those who fan your flames. Don't try and, you know, have somebody love you that it's not their bliss? Why would you do that? Focus on people's strengths, build on things that are bind you together. You know, people that always look for what's different and wrong with people will always be single. The people that look for commonality and build upon those commonalities will have exponential beauty and love and relationships everywhere they go. And so on that note, I just wanna say, thank you. Thank you. Thank you, roomy. And for all the greats that taught so many great things about love and life and laughter and true connection within the heart, the one divine that is the ultimate beloved. And in this I say, yes, I say, yes. I say yes, finishing with one last quote from roomy. You have to keep breaking your heart until it opens.

(28:32):

I want you to just go into meditation on that one. You have to keep breaking your heart until it opens, have a beautiful day. (00:01):

This is first live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

(00:19):

Hi there today. I wanna get a little bit intimate with you. I wanna open up my heart and share a little bit of what's going on in my life. So the beginning of this podcast, I usually say live from Los Angeles. We come together each day to another truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. And today, maybe one of the last podcasts that I say, those exact words, because I'm moving. I am officially moving to west Palm beach in Florida, and I am in the middle of a move. So today I'm gonna break on down some of the parts of life where it's time to have a new chapter. It's time to let go of a new environment or something. It could be your career. It could be your relationship. It could be energetic ties to something there's always a rebirth. And today I wanna talk to you about the move, which really is a rebirth and putting yourself in an environment where you truly thrive.

(01:16):

So let's break this sun down, live from Los Angeles. We come together to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with the universal law. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gifted message to bring to the world and together we're awakening the world. So this is Dr. Aaron, Dr. Divinity teaching metaphysic of mind and, uh, reprogram the subconscious mind E four trauma method and all the great things to develop world renowned spiritual leaders. So, yep. I am moving it's official. And I wanna share my journey with you because, um, it's so it's so clear that the decision of mind is what the universe really is just responding to. It just is saying yes, all the universe does is say yes. And I have to just share that the last year has been, it's been, you know, interesting. Let's just put it that way.

(02:08):

That's one way of the spiritual people saying that's FD up instead. We just say that's interesting. Right? So when the pandemic happened, began to get locked down and everything, whatever that was a year and a half, two years ago, I actually pivoted in within three rests because I had been through 2008 and 2008 was a really intense time for, for my generation. Anyway, I had a lot of friends that lost everything to their name. A lot of them came in, lived on my sofa in the interim of, uh, of trying to figure out their lives. And I remember waiting, I remember waiting, I remember watching TV in the news and getting a lot of fear based, um, parts of my body and, and mind and spirit and all the above. And so when the lockdown came about, the pandemic came about, I had learned that lesson and the greatest lesson I think I learned out of of 2008, was to not wait that to pivot and create and always know that in that there's all innovation.

(03:06):

And so when the lockdown began this time around, I innovated super quick, our, our community and our company and everything, we pivoted fast and we served and we served and we thrived like we did really well. Um, through the entire time we have been thriving, we have been growing, we have been scaling. We're doing really well as a company. And I really felt honored to be there as a pillar of strength for my community and for all the people out there during this, you know, during the lockdown. So the first year of the lockdown, you know, kind of, uh, went by in certain areas of the world were not locked down a lot. And others like Australia were really locked down in Los Angeles. We were pretty locked down. And what happens is just like, you know, there's that visual and that metaphor of the elephant that has a big chain on it when it's little and it can't get away.

(03:57):

So it learns to stay within a few feet of, of the steak, if you will. And then as there's this other picture of this elephant that now is this ginormous elephant. And it has like a teeny, teeny little chain on it to a little chair in the middle and it could actually just walk off. But the elephant doesn't know because we are habitual beans. We are energetic beans. We create and we create, and then we experience being the effect of what we create. It's not the truth we can always recreate and we can always create from nothing that's the truth, but we have to have a consciousness that's strong enough if you will, to remember that and to, to do something about it, if you will. So the second year of, of the lockdown, um, I started noticing myself that I began to isolate a little bit more and more still being, you know, we have an amazing community online and I have some really dear friends in Los Angeles that I would go and walks with and hang out with.

(04:52):

But I began to notice that my environment, uh, my, my body, my soul was speaking to me really saying, it's time to leave here. You know? And, and I was listening and I knew it was time. And spirit also was saying, get prepared. So I was focusing a lot on the mission and business and everything else. And, but I knew, I knew it was a matter of time. And so the last year I've been searching and searching and searching really inside and without to, you know, what is the next chapter? What does it look like? You know, does it look like me moving to diff different home in Los Angeles? Does it look like me moving to orange county? Does it look like me going up to Santa Barbara? Does it look like me leaving the country? Does it look like me going to Florida?

(05:36):

Does it look like me going to Texas? Does it look like Dallas? Does it look like everything? And I began to inquire and, and feel into it within my soul. And the reason why I'm telling you is because we all have to make decisions. Some decisions are easier than others, and some take a lot of strength and courage and, and have, you know, big cause and effect on 'em. So I would, would pray and meditate on it. And what would happen was I began to feel and know that maybe it wasn't one location, because I was, when I would go into prayer and meditation, I would have the feeling of tropics. I would also feel the love still for Beverly Hills in that lifestyle of a Beverly Hills of, you know, just beautiful things and material world and, and abundance of wealth, and then the material world.

(06:23):

And I would also feel like a Santa Barbara, a grounded in part of Santa Barbara, where I grew up very, um, you know, there's a, there's parts of Santa Barbara that are very yuppy. Of course, there's parts of Santa Barbara that are very grounded in with mother, um, the Oak trees and the, the, the ground there is very grounded in. So I kept searching. I kept searching. And one day I stumbled upon west Palm beach, Florida. I had known about Miami. I'd known about a couple things, but I had never, I never heard of it. Honestly, I had never knew about it. And the moment I saw online, I kind of gased like, whoa, like, wow, I kind of had a, I had a knowing straight away. I saw the pictures and that's how it works. You know, intuitively it's like, there's an alignment. Okay.

(07:09):

And it kind of sparks. And I began to research a little bit more and, and I started really having this love for west Palm beach, Florida. So what did I do? I booked a flight. It was only whatever, a couple year, couple years, a couple weeks ago or something. It feels like a couple years ago. Um, and I went out with the intention of one thing and one thing only, and I went out to, to no, cuz my soul speaks to me clearly it's either a hell yes or a hell. No. So I jumped on the plane and I, my flight arrived in, I think it was like seven 30 or something like that. And I got a good hotel and stuff, but I wanna kind of cruise around. I thought, well, I could at least cruise around for a little bit at night and just see the area first.

(07:49):

And then I'll explore more in the middle and in the morning. So I drove it. First thing, I just drove out to Palm beach and naturally it led me to this incredible vision of this big building out there, which is called the breakers hotel. And it's like a mini castle. It's like huge. And so I drove up and I thought, well, there's this gate here. And they probably only let people in that are staying there. And they said, no, come on in. You know, so I drove up, I walked in and immediately was like, wow, this is really beautiful. And I just wanted to see the ocean. So I walked through the halls down the hall and all of a sudden I walked through the door to go out to the ocean. And when I opened the door, it was like this warm tropical breeze hit me at a soul level.

(08:33):

And it was the day after the full moon. So it was essentially a full moon and it was one of the most beautiful, full moons I'd ever seen in my entire life. There was these clouds going by it and it was the most mystical looking thing I'd ever seen in my entire life. And I knew in that moment I was home. I'm gonna cry right now because I knew it was the next chapter for me to have. And no, I didn't know one person in, in west Palm beach, Florida and my son is, you know, in Scottsdale and my family's all over on the west coast and I have thousands and thousands of friends along the west coast, but I knew I, it, something like, oh, okay, here we go. You know, it's like a divine assignment. And, and so I'm telling you this for you because for me, the divine assignment is this, my number one priority in my life is my mission.

(09:30):

I, this is why I'm here. I'm here to bring truth and you know, really bring universal law and understanding the energetic ties that we create to our and ourselves here in this lifetime. And every time I pray, every time I ask for one thing and one thing only, and it is to be used for the highest good. And so I always ask, what is the, you know, the one thing for me to do for the mission and every time I've been going into prayer for the last year, my true self, my higher self says, you know, is rejuvenation. You need to get tapped into mother nature and you need to be really in that flow of that bliss of that high frequency, where your body feels good. Your mind feels good. You're warm with nature. You have a balance through this whole thing. And, and so for me, it was a divine calling.

(10:24):

It's a divine calling for me to go out there because there's a real, it's really beautiful. And there is I, so one of the days I was out there, I went on a friend's boat with some people and I went in the ocean and the ocean was 85 degrees and it was as blue as blue. And I literally swam in the ocean for an hour and I didn't wanna get out. I felt it was just so beautiful because here I live in California and you'd think you'd spend a lot of time at the beach. Well, I don't. And not only do I don't, but when I do, I rarely go in the ocean because it's really cold and I will on occasion, but rarely. And so I just knew, I knew that my soul was calling from my body to be able to get back in the water and be healed from the electronics, be healed from, um, a lot of the isolation during the pandemic and just get one in the flow of the beauty and the divine and the goddess and the God within.

(11:19):

And so this is a divine calling and the reason why I'm having this podcast, the reason why I wanted to do this podcast, I actually recorded a different podcast for this day. But I was so inspired to do one for you guys, because I want you guys to listen. I want you to listen to your soul. I want you to listen and, and really take a deep breath in right now and ask yourself, what do you need? You know, what do you need to really thrive going beyond, you know, FOMO going beyond what you think keeping up with the Jones looks like, what do you need to really thrive to take care of yourself and rejuvenate and become the highest frequency and bring your stress levels down, whatever that is, because this is what I know for sure. Teaching metaphysics, teaching the subconscious mind, reprograming understanding universal law and how it works.

(12:14):

It works one way. It works by what energetic, you're holding at a soul level. And so the most important thing, if we want miracles, if we want magical lives, if we want to really truly turn on our powers, if we wanna experience the fullest expression ourselves, we have to be in bliss like, and it's okay. It means also we don't resist non bliss, but we really follow our bliss. As Joseph Campbell said, sacrifice and follow your bliss, but most people forgot the sacrifice part. They just said, follow your bliss. Well, sacrifice means that you have to have discipline. There is a daily spiritual practice. There are, um, you know, disciplines of living on spiritual principle and only energizing what you do want instead of what you don't want. There's all kinds of things in that sacrifice of and bliss. And so I'm asking and requesting and calling as someone who loves you, what do you need today to do in bold action for you to live your greatest life? Because what I know for sure is that the world needs to redefine what we think success is. Success is not making, you know, hundreds of millions of dollars and being, you know, burnt out and, you know, getting so stressed out that you start getting to disease and your relationships fall apart, but you're driving a Ferrari. That's not success in my eyes. And we each need to define what we define success. As you know, we all have different levels of what we think it is.

(13:55):

And so after I went down there to west Palm beach, I, you know, I knew, and then you get, you know, everyone wants their little 2 cents. Oh my gosh, that's great. But you should really be down in Miami. Oh, you should be in book of Raton. Oh, you know, are you sure you wanna do that? Everyone has a 2 cents. And so, you know, it was been a big, a big discipline the last couple weeks to stay true to that. Knowing I even started like booking a flight thinking, maybe I should go back and go to Miami for a minute. And I was like, wait a second, Aaron, what are you doing? You know, you know, when you know, it's already spoken through, so don't, don't question. You're knowing that's what giving our power out to the external world does is we give our power over.

(14:37):

And then we question that knowingness within. And so my invitation is to not look without, to go within and ask yourself that, that profound question of what do you really need? What bold action can you take to live your highest vibration? And so I, I, again, I searched around, I searched around for real estate, which area, blah, blah. And I knew when I knew. So I found, uh, I found a building downtown west Palm beach, and I knew, I just knew it was a perfect place for me to land maybe not long term, but a place that would be extraordinary that I'd meet lots of incredible people and that I could walk to everything. So I wouldn't be isolated out in the home. And I found a place and it took back and forth, back and forth with many, many contracts because it's a very popular building.

(15:28):

Many of them fell through and I was like, okay, I'm trusting. I know I'm gonna be in that building. I, so I came back, I didn't have a contract. And, uh, this last week in practitioner, uh, one of the topics was faith. And the definition of faith from a metaphysical standpoint is that we don't need to see proof in the world. Right. We hold whatever holding consciousness and we energize and consciousness and we commit to with inspired action is our destiny. So I thought, okay, we gotta practice faith let's practice. So what did I do? I didn't have a contract. And I began to have my movers come over and pack up my house. I was like, I have no idea. Don't know where I'm moving. Exactly. Don't know how it's gonna look. I'm gonna say, it's that building. And I don't know how and sure enough, I signed the contract.

(16:15):

Um, I think just a few days back and my house is already almost packed. I've got the movers, uh, scheduled, they're coming to transport my car. And, um, the storage S is over there. Cause I rented something that is furnished. I will live in that for, until I find a home that I wanna buy or one of the condos in the unit and it's done, it's done. Meanwhile, you know, someone could say, man, I'm stressed out. I've gotta run this whole company. Do all stuff, teach and move and figure this out. And yeah, you could, it could be a really stressful thing. But I know that with ease and grace, I'm supported at such levels. Wow. I have so many friends and amazing humans to pray for me and to know the truth. And I am so incredibly excited about this next chapter. And so if you are not excited about your future, my invitation is for you to take some really radical action.

(17:09):

Because if you are not excited about your future, you're actually hurting people around you. Because look, if I'm not in my highest state, I am not going to be able to lift people up. Right. Me and my highest vibration I can, I can, I can do a lot. I can lift a lot of spiritual muscle. I can get a lot stuff done. I can have a blast. I can be in flow. I can create miracles and help and pray for people and, and move some serious, serious stuff on this planet. Me not thriving. It's fine. I still probably do way more than the average person. I still will be. Okay. It's not like I'm like depressed, like it's right. But me, the Erin, when she's really in that flow, you want her, you want her to be in that flow because it impacts a lot of people when I'm in that flow.

(18:03):

And so I invite you again to really look and take bold inspired action. Another distinction of this weekend practitioner, which I think is one of the most profound distinctions, because it's part of relationship breakthrough, it's part of prosperity mindset. It's part of everything. That's this, you can't have the good if you're not willing to receive the bad. So put it this way. Okay. <affirmative> anyone that comes in your life or a move over to a new, you know, new country, essentially a different side of America, right? Anything that you want in your life, anything that you're ready to have, if you're not willing to take on the hard stuff that comes with it, if you only want only the good part of people and you're not willing to also have the quirks and the hard times with somebody, then you can't have them right. In relationship.

(18:53):

If you only want someone's perfect, then you're never gonna be in a relationship. If you only want the perfect situation to move. Exactly. And have it all perfect, then you're never gonna move. The point is this is the universe gives us everything. It wants to give us everything. It's our perception that something's not good. And a part of it. It's the meaning and perception that we put around it. And so my invitation for you to step into this next part of your life in bliss, in sacrifice and in, in a total prosperity of your highest frequency and vibration, I invite you to say yes, without consideration, without thinking it's hard. Oh my gosh, I shouldn't do that without evaluating it without contemplating it without any of that. Because once you know, you know, that's my invitation for you to say yes, step into the unknown.

(19:44):

This is where the magic happens. I could sit here all day and think, oh my gosh, my son's on the other side of the country. This is hard. I'm leaving all the context that I have in Los Angeles. Oh my gosh. Um, my show, all this stuff. No, I am so incredibly excited. I'm so excited for the new flow and the new I can come back if I want, if I don't like it a year from now, or something's not flowing, it's easy. I can also, maybe I've moved to a different country who knows? I think we need to stay open and say yes and say yes, and then pivot some more and then say yes some more and then receive only the good, because you've already, you receive all of, there's no resistance to the bad. We don't resist. That's not our job because when we resist, we block it, we block the good as well.

(20:31):

So we we're here to have non-resistance and follow our bliss. And so in this, I am so incredib excited. And thank you. So many of you guys have reached out and I've had so many actually have multiple friends now, already in west Palm. I have a few girlfriends. I have tons of people in Miami. I actually feel like business wise. And I feel like it's a really incredible move for me and for our community and for the movement, because we can jump over to Europe. Easy. We can have events it's a little bit more free in, in Florida. I say, hell yes, that's what I say. And I'm so excited. And I'm so excited for you to say, hell yes, to something in your life. It's about time that you say hell yes to yourself. It's about time that you say yes to allowing people to come into your life without pushing them away.

(21:19):

It's about time for you to say yes to living in the unknown. It's time to say yes to new chapters. It's time to say yes to all those things that you would've should have could have it's time. Cuz there's only now. And it's only this life and yes, you're eternally immortal, but in this body it's only one life. So enjoy it. Make the best of it. I sure the hell I'm going to, I with no regrets with only opportunities on a horizon. I just say, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. As together we say. And so it is so a beautiful day, you guys may live your truth and I'm super excited. Also. Um, we will be doing a challenge, a five day challenge. We haven't done one in a while and we'll be doing a five day challenge. Um, in December, I believe it's the, um, the 13th of the 17th.
