TRANSCRIPTIONS:

(00:00):
There are three gifts that I want to reveal to you today. Number one, you have been endowed with all of the intelligence and wisdom of your entire intergenerational ancestor lineage. The second thing I want to reveal to you today is that you have also been gifted, which may seem like a burden, the blessing of being able to heal your entire lineage, that it is up to you to know that you are one as the one source and one family. You are your parents, you are your grandparents and you are the future generations. You have the ability to heal all of your intergenerational ancestor lineage right here. Right now, the third gift I'd like to reveal to you today is that you have the ability to emancipate yourself from all suffering. And remember that you are born of divine. You were born from source, the one creative source of all of life.
(00:56):
You can absolutely be that, which you wish you had received from your family. You have the ability to no longer look to the world or to your lineage for love. You can be love. You have the ability to be the mother and the father and love unconditionally the way you wish you had been loved and set yourself free. You definitely wanna listen to this podcast today. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron podcast. This is a top spiritual psychology coach podcast to inspire and teach you how to transform your trauma birth, your soul's purpose, and manifest your dreams. Hi, I'm Dr. Erin, Dr. Divinity. I'm committed to bringing you the best coaching tips, spiritual advice, trauma healing, and metaphysical recovery secrets. I'm here to help you monetize your spiritual gifts and love your life. I want you to know that I've been exactly where you are, and I believe in you together. We're awakening the world.
(01:54):
Hi, my community. I am very excited to spend this time with you in this podcast. One of my things in my life that makes my life the best is you guys is a community, of course, in society, being able to come together each week in all of our coaching calls and mentoring calls and training calls, but also this podcast. If you're on this podcast, I considered you, my family, I considered you my community. And I know there's a lot of people out there that are very lonely. And I want you to know that I consider you part of my family. So no matter where you are, my invitation is to come together each week and know the truth together and grow and learn and really embody the highest. And if you are somebody that's been listening for a while, or you're very inspired by this podcast, I invite you.
(02:37):
I invite to come on into one of my breakthrough calls and let's get to know each other more, be wonderful to meet you and learn more about you. The links are below for the breakthrough calls that I have. And, um, you can check out all the links. There's lots of freebees down there as well. So let's do this thing. Okay. So one, one of the, the kind of core things that happens with people that are coming into our community and inter coaching, accreditation, certifications and stuff, is the majority of them in the common denominator of them is they have done a lot of work. They have generally taken a lot of courses. They've taken a lot of seminars gone to retreats, maybe even read a lot of books, done. Some meditation done guided meditation, you know, done some different shifting works, um, all the different stuff.
(03:24):
But what we find is this, you can have the most amazing supernatural powers you can have out of body experiences. You can have all these things, but what we find is a lot of people can't even be in the same room with their own mother. They get triggered too much, right? Or in their relationship, they still have very dysfunctional relationships. They're still going around and around. How do I know this? Because I was that I was somebody who had taken every course under the sun. I had read all the books I'd been meditating for years. I had had incredible enlightenment moments and I was talk, talking to jargon and preaching to people and people would be rolling their eyes. <laugh> because energetically, I wasn't embodying it. So today I actually wanna break down and have the heart to heart conversation about healing, your intergenerational ancestor lineage trauma, because it wasn't until I really learned the deep, deep, deep work and came up with the E four trauma method and was able to transmute and transform and neutralize all the energetics at a soul level.
(04:36):
And so I think there's a big distinction to make here because we wanna first define, of course, what is intergenerational ancestor? Line's trauma, right? We wanna, we wanna talk about, you know, can we inherit this through our epigenetics, all these different things what's really going on? How can we heal our, our childhood trauma? How can we do all these things? But we also wanna get, really get clear of what's your intention out of this, because you can listen to this whole podcast. You can be like, oh my gosh, this is so amazing. This makes a lot of sense. What I want and invite you to do is to not just get more information, you have enough in information, it's good to get wisdom that's truth, because even in that, it seems to neutralize and, and really kind of help acknowledge you. And it makes it should make everything add up when you hear truth.
(05:25):
But if you don't actually do something with it, there's actually like a transgression around it. So I want to ask you right now, before we dive into this on a level of one to 10, where you, in your commitment to do your inner healing, to actually heal your intergenerational ancestor lineage trauma, right? Because if you're just gonna get more information and then preach about it to all your friends, but not actually embody it and not actually do the work, then, you know, you're just gonna end up suffering longer. And I just wanna put that out there that you have the decision you get to choose to actually implement the work and really, truly claim your birthright prosperity and have total enlightenment in this lifetime and help others as well. Right? All the above your health, your wealth, your relationships, your creative expression. Okay. So let's dive into this.
(06:18):
So yes, oftentimes whenever I am working with clients and they come in, they have done a lot of work, but once they start doing E four trauma method, they're like, holy cow. I thought I had done my trauma work, but clearly I had to, and this is way deeper than what I expected. And as we go further into E four trauma method, what we end up doing is past life regressions. And you don't need to learn believe in past life regressions. In fact, there is no past life from a spiritual perspective, which we teach spiritual psychology, right? So we're not a traditional psychology. We spirituality is the reality that everything comes from source from spirit, from your true consciousness, the consciousness that backs energy and psychology is the study of the soul. So we're not just looking at the cause of life and the effect of life because the cause is already what's inside.
(07:09):
So when we're taking a look at trauma from a spiritual psychology perspective, we're looking at different than traditional psychology. We're looking at what was created within, during that traumatic incident, right? So when I'm diving into work, whether it be with a one-on-one high end client, or whether I am training in a group for the accreditation certification, we wanna get into healing, our intergenerational ancestor, lineage trauma. So we wanna first say, what is that? Tell us, what is that? Right? So by the definition, epigenetic tags, because when you have trauma, so let's just walk through this, let's pretend something happened in your lifetime, or let's just pretend it was your ancestors. In fact, it wasn't anything you even remember nothing happened or nothing really huge happened. And that, you know, in this lifetime, but why is it that you have total anxiety all the time? Why is it that you absolutely cannot receive love?
(08:04):
Why is it you feel huge abandonment every time anyone comes into your life when they haven't even abandoned you, right? Why are you unable to actually have prosperity? And you actually push money away. Right? Why? I always say, why is a divine question? Because it is such a complex answer that if we could really understand the answer, we would absolutely have enlightenment. And I believe that this actually is not very complicated. It's actually very simple. So what happens in trauma, something occurred or didn't occur and say with your great, great, great grandmother. Okay. Let's just pretend, let's pretend that she cheated on your great, great, great grandfather. And she had shame. In fact, she had so much shame that her husband had to kill her because at that point in time, it was absolutely, you know, the worst thing to do ever to cheat on your husband.
(09:00):
And it was worthy of being killed. So he actually took her out to the, um, to the, the forest and murdered her. She had already had her children and then her children were raised by him and another woman that he married after that, because it was okay. If your wife cheated on you, you could kill her. And then you could get married again. And this came down your lineage because your great, great, great grandmother who was murdered, you know, left her children and her children were traumatized and felt abandoned and had trauma, right? So that trauma is living in you because you are your great, great, great grandmother. There's only one life and there's only one soul spiritually. So we wanna break this down from a spiritual and scientific perspective. Okay. So science says the epigenetics, and we wanna know what is epigenetics. So on your DNA, your DNA, of course, you know, has infinite intelligence and, and has all kinds of, you know, um, all the basics of the, the building blocks, if you will.
(10:06):
But on top of your DNA is what's called the epigenetics. And the epigenetics is kind of like playing the piano. Sometimes you push down on keys, sometimes they're flowing and some are stuck, right? An old piano could get stuck. Well, that's what happens with your DNA when you have trauma, because the moment that something happens or doesn't happen, and someone gets so emotional, their, their entire frequency and vibration rises and they decide something, no one will ever love every time, love equals abandonment, right? I'm not worthy of love. I don't wanna live something's wrong with me, whatever that is. And that tags the DNA, it actually Malates the DNA and it pushes it down like a key on the, on the piano. That's stuck, it's broken, right. But there's a way of fixing that and it's called trauma healing. So we wanna just define the epigenetic tags.
(11:02):
They actually get tagged. Okay. Whenever a trauma happens, they get tagged. Um, and they regulate the gene expression by acting as gatekeepers blocking or allowing access to a genes on or off switch. Right. So we know that these chemical tags, right. There's, there's methyl or acetyl groups, and they're added directly to the DNA or on our, his stones. Okay. The large spool like proteins, which the DNA is tightly around. So literally when we have trauma, it literally strangles, strangles, the DNA, it tags it and actually strangles it. Okay. And that's why we have less perception. That's why we're less able. That's why we get fragmented in mind. So your intergenerational ancestor, lineage, trauma healing, right? How, how do we, what do we do? What do we do about this? You guys, right. So one we wanna recognize this is about trauma inform first, the wisdom and the knowledge of being trauma informed is having everything add up like, oh my gosh, this makes so much sense.
(12:08):
Now I would say that if you understood how metaphysics, how the beyond the energy, how it's creating things really is, it should make everything in your life add up. Oh my gosh, that makes so much sense that I've been born this way with this feeling of feeling abandoned from just no matter what I do in this lifetime. Right? So it's important to heal our intergenerational answer lineage trauma. And it's important to have the, the trauma informed aspect of it, understanding the scientific stuff, understanding what happens from a metaphysical and from a universal law and from a lineage. But guess what, it's also important to actually heal it. I've seen a lot of coaches out there that do trauma informed work, and that's beautiful, but we wanna actually heal it and do something about it. And we have, uh, quite a few people in our community that have taken many other trauma informed courses.
(13:02):
And they say, they're amazing, but nothing compares Dr. Aaron, nothing compares Dr. E they call me right? They go, this is actually the real stuff that actually does something about it because you can be trauma informed and take responsibility for your ancestor lineage trauma. But it's one thing to just take responsibility about it. And it's another thing to actually heal it and release it. So can trauma be inherited through epigenetics? Yes, absolutely. Science is saying this and, uh, and spiritually we've been saying this forever, right? That there is one soul, one lineage. There's only now your great-great grandmother is living right now as you in the consciousness. That is all one. And you may have a different belief. You may believe that each individual soul goes on and that's fine. Some level we're all connected as one. Okay. So what is the intergenerational trauma work?
(13:53):
Well, it would be just the same. So in society, what we do is we do E four trauma method on past life regressions as well. In fact, I, we may be one of the only trauma healing processes that actually is able to go in and neutralize on past life regressions, which is really incredible. And I never wonder if I'm working with a client, actually don't promote past life regressions because it's really up to their consciousness. I let their consciousness guide. And if there's a trauma in this lifetime, then we deal with that trauma. And it's kind of like chains. Okay. If you, you know, clip a chain up here, I call it the track on the DNA track. If you click a click a chain up here in this lifetime and you heal it in this lifetime, oftentimes it will kind of take away the whole thing on your DNA track on your epigenetics on a spiritual level.
(14:40):
But sometimes, you know, you gotta go all the way down to the bottom of the weed, right? It's kind of like when you have weeds in your backyard, if you go out and just mow 'em down, it's actually gonna give the weeds more energy. <laugh>, it's gonna give more strength, the builds even more. So you gotta actually go down and get the weed out. And we've had quite a few therapists come through the accreditation also, or when we, before we were accredited and they all would say one thing, they're like, wow, it's actually very similar. The work that you're doing, you guys just go way, way deeper into the root and the core of the matter. So what do we do with the line trauma? Right? So we go in, we're gonna do the E four. We're gonna actually go into regression and we're gonna go in.
(15:19):
And re-experience the incident as if it's happened right now. And then we're going to go through it and begin to not putting any meaning on it, not evaluate it, simply be there with all the facts and be able to not have any resistance to the emotions and fully feel the emotions and scan over the mental pictures over and over again, through a very, it's a very specific process. You wanna get trained in it, for sure, for yourself and so that you can help the people around you, whether you wanna turn it into a career or not. It's such a blessing to be able to help the people in your life. Cuz if you're human, you have trauma. If you're human, you have trauma. Think about it. Okay. So then what we do from there is we're going through the E four, right in this lifetime.
(16:00):
Usually we'll start with something in this lifetime. Something that was a trauma, cuz most people have trauma, right? And then we will pop down further into a past life regression. And this actually is done. You can listen to some of my PO last, my other podcasts on past life regressions. But past life regressions are actually done through imagination. Einstein said and many, many great, incredible minds have said that imagination is our greatest faculty. And we have to use our faculty because this world is dreamed up. You guys were in a matrix. We have created all this through the elemental equations, mathematical equations of consciousness inform, condensed it into elements, condensed it into this thing that is actually not matter into experiences. And so imagination is the key E four trauma method is the key, right? It's the key to actually being able to manifest without, um, trying to manifest a bunch of things, but actually manifest the highest version of you.
(17:02):
And so is it, you know, how do we actually break the lineage? So something that happens a lot with clients that come in, they become empowered. They start to do their E four trauma. They start to feel very empowered. They began to, you know, become more able, they're able to show up in, in building their dreams and their businesses and their relationships. But I always say there's a final frontier. And I, I used to think it was codependency. I used to think codependency and, and dysfunctional relationship was the final frontier. But I'm here to say that there is something more, I believe the final frontier of our human beingness and our healing is actually with our parents and our children. So my invitation right now and the brutal honesty, I would say to you, if you're my client, right? Which is, if you do not have unconditional love and I'm not talking about, oh, it's fine.
(17:55):
I'm fine with my mom and dad. It's all God. Now I'm all good. But then you're like energetically, not okay with them. No, if you are not fully healed with your parents fully in a full acceptance and also in full love for your parents, it doesn't matter if your parents beat you. It doesn't matter if they molested you. There is a spiritual thing that happens when you dive deep enough and you emancipate yourself from how the culture had told you that parents are supposed to be. And you actually break the chains and emancipate yourself, knowing that you are born of divine, you are born of source. You are born of spirit and until you are there and until you're able to fully love your parents, absolutely unconditionally unwavering doesn't mean you don't have boundaries. If it's dangerous, right? You have not healed yourself fully don't kid yourself. You have not healed yourself fully. You are not righteous and better than your parents. Your parents have gone through their own trauma and their own traumas, deep, deep traumas. And they are the reflection for you to see where you are still not free. And that is such a huge, huge gift.
(19:19):
Another thing that one of our teachers in a presentation the other day spoke about a couple times, because it's so true. You guys, Adele, I wanna say thank you for saying that in class the other day, cuz it's so true. How blessed are we to be able to heal the trauma of our entire intergenerational ancestral lineage? We are so blessed. We're so blessed to finally know that trauma healing is the key that it's not just meditation, because meditation's gonna take you out of the track. It's gonna take you into the theory realm. We've got to deal with the actual DNA. We've got to deal with reprogram the subconscious mind. That is the key to be able to actually be in your body. You wanna be able to do both. You wanna have your daily Spiritu practice and you wanna do all your trauma work, all your trauma, work and birth your relative truth through the truth triangle.
(20:16):
Right? So next question is how does your parents' emotions and trauma impact your relationships, right? Like you can't, you cannot, you cannot kid yourself that if you still have not healed yourself with your mother or your father, that that's not gonna project out into your partner or your partner's parents, right. Or your children's partners or whatever it may be. It's going to project out in some fashion, right? So do you heal your childhood traumas, Emory program, your subconscious mind, you've got to get in and understand all the trauma informed work and you've got to get in and actually do the processes. Okay. Very important. And it is all about this. Are you ready to take 100% responsibility for your family lineage and trauma healing? Are you ready to really release the energetic bondage of your past generational trauma? And are you ready to emancipate yourself from the falsity that the cultures told us that our parents should be a certain way that they should know more than us, that they don't have any right to have their own stuff.
(21:29):
Right? That's a lie who says that we're not here to parent our parents who says that we're not here to have more wisdom than them and love them the way that we would want to be loved, right? Due unto others, as you would have done onto you, the golden rule. So if you are somebody that's like, wow, I really wanna heal. Or even further, if you're somebody who's like, wow, I really wanna make a difference and, and help others. Wow. I'm really somebody who wants to make an impact in the world. Wow. I'm really somebody that wants to help my friends and family. Then the only way to truly do that is to be the embodiment, to be that and to truly heal myself. And when you heal myself, every relationship around you will be healed. That is the dynamic and the profound work that we do in society.
(22:16):
And I just wanna say, thank you. This work has really, really, really been so amazing to watch how science has finally lined up to what we've been teaching for so long. And it's really incredible. And I wanna thank all the scientists, everybody that has been working so hard to have us be able to break down, to understand the epigenics and how it turns off and on, um, the different aspects of the communication of our DNA. You guys have to know that we are DNA fully expressed. We communicate with the entire universe cuz we are the universe. This is what and doing your intergenerational trauma work is everything. How can you be healed if you don't do your intergenerational ancestor work, right? There's no way you can heal this one little breakup from two years ago and get over your narcissistic little drama and all that stuff of your best friend hurting you.
(23:02):
And that's such small mini me stuff that is just projections of the deeper, deeper root of that, of that weed, which is your inner generational, excuse me, trauma, ancestor, trauma work. And so in this I just say yes, say yes, say yes, let's just take a deep breath in together and exhaling out. I say, yes, I say yes to you healing. I say yes to do my two grandmas that came to me in my deep, deep meditation and trauma work. I felt the pain of my mother's mother. She was in so much pain in this lifetime. She had so much anger. She was so mad that her mother gave her up for adoption. I felt my other grandmother who never got to fully be expressed who was in a marriage that she was not really even love with that. She was just doing what the, to what the culture told her to do, which gives her MRSS.

(00:01):

This is first live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

(00:19):

Do you ever wonder why diets rarely work? Do you wonder why some people have more energy than others or why some people come into this lifetime with chronic disease? So if you're somebody who truly desires to break through and master your energy physically, spiritually, emotionally, you want to listen to this podcast. This is a series on trauma and how it affects your health and vitality. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron podcast. We come together to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with the universal law. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world and together we're awakening the world. So let's do this thing. We are developing master world renowned spiritual leaders. That's truly how I hold you guys. I know that if you've had a spiritual calling and if you're committed to monetizing, it's important because monetization equals impact in the world.

(01:15):

So in this series, we're breaking on down trauma because after working with thousands of clients around the world, I've come to really believe that the key, the missing key to manifestation, to truly having a life that you love and being able to have prosperity vitality, all the above is doing your inner trauma because in your subconscious mind, in your DNA, in all of it is limited beliefs. And those limited beliefs basically are tagged on your DNA from emotional traumas. So what happens in trauma again, is that you are such a powerful, spiritual being at the moment that you make a positive or negative meaning on anything. You instantaneously have a positive or negative feeling which equals emotion because belief equals thought, thought equals feelings, feelings, equal emotions, emotions equals the out picturing and circumstances of your life, your perspective. So when we're breaking down, if we wanna truly have a life that we love, if we wanna have relationships that are thriving, if we wanna truly have health and vitality, if we wanna have all these things, we want prosperity, abundance, all these things, we have to remember the truth of who we are, which is spiritual beings.

(02:32):

You are not your beliefs. You are not your body, and you're not the circumstances of your life. You are the creator of them. We truly believe in oneness and that collectively we are dev divine. We are God, we are all that, that we're here to create our consciousness and form in a 3d realm. We're here to experience the depths of our soul and form. And we're not just individuals. We are individuals. We are the collective and we are the cosmic. We are one with everything. And so if we wanna master our lives, if we wanna really transform our lives, we have to transform our trauma. So today in the series today, we're gonna talking about health and vitality. And first of all, we have to break on down the myth of what it means, health and vitality we have in our culture program ourselves to believe that if you have a DISE, something's wrong with you.

(03:20):

If you have, you know, anything going on, other than quote, what the magazines show us that something's wrong with you, or something needs to be fixed. We do not look at that from a new thought perspective. We know perfect, perfect health, because it's perfection of what's going on in consciousness. We do not look like even cancer as being something wrong. It is actually the culmination of what we've created from what we've chosen to create in our environment, what we've chosen to choose of what we've eaten, what we've chose to have emotionally, what we've chose to have our genetic imprinting turned on and turned off. Right? So today we wanna break on down. What does it mean? How do we transform our health and vitality through transforming our trauma? I'm gonna bring some case studies in and break it on down. Okay. So first of all, I just wanna say that personally, I had a, a rollover car accident when my son was a year old after I'd had my full term stillborn son and then getting pregnant a month later.

(04:27):

And my son who now is 25, was one years old. And we are on a trip, um, to Southern Utah. And we were driving home in a truck and trailer going 60 miles per hour. And we flipped the truck and trailer and the entire luckily no one got killed. And I was the only one got really hurt. I herniated a disc in my back and was laid up for two weeks at a time where I could barely move. And through doing the inner trauma work, I was able to completely heal my back and have zero pain whatsoever. And the point is, is that anything? And everything's possible. We wanna acknowledge that none of this is a cure. Legally. We cannot say that. And legally, we can also know that we create miracles for this work. Doctors of divinity are doctors because we heal through revealing the truth.

(05:23):

Spiritual practitioners are practitioners because we heal through knowing the truth. Okay? So the metaphysics of health, we have to really truly break this down before we understand what's happening in trauma. There is only perfect health, because remember you are not your body. You have a body from a spiritual perspective. The only true disease is amnesia. Okay? Meaning that if we truly believe and know who we are, we wouldn't even identify with the body, but you know, we also probably wanna experience some vitality in the body. So we wanna break it on down. So there is only perfect health because the mental equivalent and direct reflection of consciousness, individual consciousness, collective consciousness, and cosmic consciousness, right? So we have to understand no matter what's going on, whether you are, you know, dealing with diabetes, whether you're dealing with low energy, whether you are getting on the rollercoaster of diets up and down, right?

(06:16):

We have to know that everything begins in mind. Everything begins in mind. When we get out of alignment with mother nature and universal laws, we experience ill health that's bottom line. And within you is born intelligence and innate healer capable of restoring harmony wellbeing and vibrant vitality. And from a spiritual perspective, DISE is spirit, your higher self, communicating that individually and collectively, we are out of harmony with life symptoms within the body, such as poor health and illness are the relative and inverted experience of our use of energy and the divine sign to wake up. We know that the body keeps score, right? You can't lie about what's going on from an energy perspective in the body. The body is going to give you feedback cuz the body is one with the soul. The body is that culmination of the most amazing computer program ever.

(07:16):

That's going to give you feedback, right? You are an immortal and eternal being free from all disease. This is the truth. And according to a properties, um, sorry, APO, I can't say his name. According to AOCC properties. Um, illness does not come up upon us, out of the blue. Okay. Our sins, which we call it right. Are, are, are not necessarily what the church has told us, right? It's not that you're a bad person. Sins are what we call missing the mark. Okay. Our illness, our signs, our DISE are, are developed out of daily, small sins against nature against our true harmony. If you will, when enough sins have been accumulated illness will suddenly appear all of a sudden, you know, we don't get illness overnight. We get, it's a, it's a very slow gradient. Usually we know the body gives us feedback. All of a sudden it's like, Hmm, I'm not feeling so good.

(08:13):

Cuz I keep eating like crap every day. And then, you know, it call, it starts to get a little bit worse. And it's like, oh I have low energy. My blood sugars are off. Oh my gosh. Now I'm having, you know, diabetic or low sugar episodes. Right. Or, and now, you know, it goes on and it's just a, it's a compounding factor, right? It doesn't happen overnight. Some people, well, yeah, you could be born with something and yes, but you are your ancestors. You are your lineage. So it didn't just happen in this lifetime. It's happened over a culmination of, of lineage, of doing sins against nature, doing sins against harmony and not aligning with our true divine divinity. The body has a built in system that sends off alarms when you're creating health or when you're creating illness. Right. You know, when you, you know, you're out there, you're moving your body, you're eating well, you feel good.

(09:06):

It's like, that's the divine side. And that's the biofeedback. That's the divine feedback of telling you when you are alignment. And when you are out of alignment, that's the divine sign to say, man, I feel like crap. I don't feel good. Right? I'm grumpy. I'm all these things. It's the divine feedback. Most illnesses caused, um, is it is really the created, it's the side effect of stressful lifestyles and toxic environments that we've created. So dis ease the effect of creating a life of unease. So the truth is that I believe something like 90% of all doctor visits are stress related. So we have to understand what's happening here. What's happening from a trauma related issues. Okay. So we have to know that trauma again, as you know, is it trauma happens? You know, not just like from a war zone or a car accident, emotional trauma happens.

(09:57):

The moment that that you're in something happens, something either happens or doesn't happen, right? You know, your boyfriend breaks up with you or you know, your parents get a divorce or you get that phone call that you didn't want or whatever it is, something happens or does not happen out in the world. You assign a negative meaning to it because remember if you sign a positive or negative, meaning to anything, you instantaneously have a positive or negative emotion that happens right. Feeling and emotion. So if something does not happen, a traumatic incident happens. Something terrible happens. Kids look at you and bully you on the jungle gym or whatever it may be. You have a negative meaning that you're attached to it with the high, high state of an emotional state that occurs outta that backed by a limited belief. Okay. So it happens as a command, which called an Ingram that impinges upon the neurological system and the command is like, I'm not enough.

(10:52):

I'll never trust again. I can't do this. I don't wanna live whatever it may be. Okay. Something's wrong with me? Whatever it is that command goes into the subconscious mind and begins to out picture. Okay. So how does this out picture into your health? Right. So case study, I had a client and just to, you know, keep my clients anonymous. Her name was Angie and she actually, she was in a relationship. She got engaged, um, with somebody who was emotionally unstable, if you will. So she began to realize that he was not emotionally stable. She realized that she probably didn't wanna marry this man. And she began to try and break up with him. And her fiance began to freak out and get really clingy, um, began to get really dysfunctional, very codependent and began to have anger episodes. And finally, one day a traumatic incident happened where he actually held her somewhat at hostage at knife point, uh, for part of a day.

(11:56):

And in this rage and in this, you know, episode, she, it was obviously a traumatic incident for her. And she in, in the high state of emotion decided men equal danger. She had a command that said, I will never get close to a man ever again. I will never get close to a man ever again. And so what happened in Angie's life is she began to gain a lot of weight in the self-fulfilling prophecy of, I will never get close to a man again. And it played out in her life. She tried every diet on her son. She did everything. She could, she went and got her hormones checked. She did all those traditional things, but it wasn't until she did her inner trauma and began to, first of all, realize that command had created the out picture in her life. And number two, she neutralized that command.

(12:55):

And every time she was able to hear that command come up, I will never get close to a man again, cuz once you do your trauma work, you hear your commands. You can hear them internally. She, she made a new declaration for herself and she realized that she is love and that she can trust because she trusts herself and she trusts her higher self to always keep her safe. And so she began to lose weight naturally, not by dieting, but by loving herself enough to give herself healthy nutrients that fed her, her body and her gave her the vitality that she knew she deserved to love her life. And so the point is that we don't know how health out pictures, how cancer now is related to emotions and all these things. And the truth is that the trauma is what impinges the divided perspective.

(13:57):

And if we're divided in our perspective and who we are, then we become divided from mother earth. We become divided from, from the true birthright of vitality and truly experiencing beautiful energy through our choices every day with the water that we put in the Bon with, with the food that we put in our body with with our thoughts that we think that no longer cause the stress, but rather cause rejuvenation and regeneration, you know, within the subconscious mind, there is the parasympathetic nervous system, which is there's two divisions. There's the automatic nervous system along with the parasympathetic nervous system. Okay. So it's like fight or flight and um, restroom rejuvenation, right? So the entire nervous system is sometimes considered part of the automated nervous system. It's like, it's, it is the sub. It just happens. Like you don't have to do anything, turn it on or turn it off.

(14:53):

We can do things like resting. And the more we rest, the more we return on, um, aspects of it. But the automatic nervous system functions to regulate the body's unconscious actions. Okay. So everything that happens spiritually also happens physically. Right? So all these terms that science comes up with is, is, is really spiritual. It's all spiritual science is spiritual medical, spiritual. It's just that the systems out there have not realized that everything comes from spirit. Spirituality is real. Everything comes from spirit first cause your highest self, right? So all these systems have been put in place of the relative universe of, of, of yin and yang, if you will. And so the automated automatic nervous system is exactly the same. There's parts of it that are fight or flight. And there's some that are in totally homo stasis in harmony. It's the same thing we're teaching the same thing.

(15:45):

Universal law says that we get to create dis disease or we get to create vitality and health or we get to create, you know, just, um, not feeling high energy and feeling like crap. It's the same energy. It's just how we use it. So we wanna know that when we, you know, as I say, feed and breed or when we rest and digest, it's, it's the same systems, right? That in the body, we have to know that it's a blessing when somebody something's ha you know, dealing with disease, it's a blessing because it's the biofeedback system of spirit telling us where we're out of alignment with our health. And so trauma is imperative. I've witnessed people growing back, their hair, I've witnessed people completely turning off, um, their, you know, diabetes also. I mean, I can't say that, you know what I mean? Like I'll get in trouble, but I've witnessed miracles.

(16:36):

Okay. Is it normal? Is it not normal? Well, we now recognize that, you know, there's been spontaneous remissions there's studies on spontaneous remissions and the nine remissions, um, radical remission project. There's nine factors. So the nine factors of the radical remission project are number one, changing your diet. Number two, taking control of your health. Number three, following your intuition. Number four is using herbs and supplements. Number five is releasing suppressed emotions. Hello, trauma work. Okay. Six is increasing positive emotions. Number seven is embracing social support. Number eight is deepening your spiritual connection. Number nine is having strong reasons for living. And so the point is, is that the radical remission was a project where they went out and they surveyed, they interviewed people that had spontaneous remissions. And so we have to know that even number one, changing your diet, it can't happen until somebody makes a decision until somebody trends from the trauma.

(17:34):

They can't even have the willpower to be able to get in that harmony of changing their diet. Okay. So as a doctor of divinity, I truly believe with all my heart and all my wisdom that if you want to have a spontaneous remission, if you want to truly have a possible miracle and your health and vitality doing your trauma work is the first and foremost thing. Forget the diets, forget all that until you've done all of your work, where you release and know the truth of who you are and unify in your heart and body and mind. I simply know this as together we say. And so it is. And so on that note, you guys, if you're somebody who's had a spiritual calling and are you're committed to monetizing so that you can make an impact in the world, truly discovering your purpose in calling and, and bringing truth to the world.

(00:01):

This is first live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

(00:19):

Did you know that? According to New York times, only around 25% American adults site, they have a clear sense of purpose about what makes their lives meaningful. So if you're somebody that is desiring to truly know your purpose in calling this podcast is for you. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron podcast. We come together to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world and together we're awakening the world. We come together in new thought global and society truly coming to bring truth to the world. So we're in a series of trauma series podcast series. Today is all about how trauma relates to birthing your purpose and calling. So Victor Frankel was a man who wrote the book man's search for meaning. It was actually written about the concentration camps, um, with the Nazis and the Jews.

(01:15):

And what he found was he would witness people coming into the camps. And I believe the stats were something like only one outta 29, people survived going into the concentration camps and what he found, cuz obviously he survived. He found that it was the meaning that people placed on their lives that had them survive or not. He would watch them come in and they first would be, you know, completely in shock over, over being put in the camp. And then they would go to apathy really just really not even caring and slowly they would die. He truly believed that it wasn't actually lack of food or water or anything like that that had majority of people die. It was actually the lack of purpose. And so today I wanna break on down how trauma bur your purpose. It's actually probably one thing that really distinguishes the E four trauma method over other trauma processes is the birthing of someone's purpose and calling really birthing the legacy that someone wants to leave in this lifetime.

(02:17):

So personally, as you guys know, my story of the hardest thing I ever went through is, was having to stillborn, uh, son at the age of 22, a full term stillborn son. And the blessing that came out of that was that traumatic incident gave me my life. It gave me the, the breakdown for me to seek truth for me to truly seek and take decades of becoming the person I am to now, now the doctor divinity and, and somebody who's touched hundreds of thousands of lives and somebody who has brought for trauma method to the world and helping bring new thought movement, um, further along. So I truly give gratitude for that traumatic incident and if it weren't for that, and weren't for doing the trauma work and neutralizing that incident around having a stillborn, taking the trauma and minusing the motions and birthing the wisdom and the wisdom that came out of that for me was really my commitment, my core commitment to bringing spiritual awakening and truth to the world, recognizing that we are spiritual beings.

(03:26):

And you know, we've gotten so lost in the construct of the programming of the lies that we're told, um, through, through the breakdown of our culture collectively. So I wanna actually break down a couple of client cases and things to help you understand how you can birth your purpose and calling and legacy out of doing your trauma work, transform your trauma, transform your life. So one of the most amazing, beautiful things I get to witness is taking clients through E for trauma method and watching them not only release the energy that's in their body, the emotions, all that, but really come to a neutral stance of as Ising whatever occurred or did not occur in the traumatic incident, but also being able to have them spot their commands, being able to see what limited beliefs and limited identity they decided in that high state of a, of a traumatic incident of high high state of emotions that impinged upon their subconscious mind and really has been playing out like puppet strings in their life.

(04:30):

And when you see a client actually come to the epiphany that they created, that limited belief and that limited belief has been playing out in their life. Um, in so many ways that it actually restores their power in an instant because they recognize that right in that moment, understanding that they created their own limitations, they created their own bondage. They created their own suffering, um, that they actually did that in the decision that they made about themselves is actually the moment that they AC actually restore their power. And they actually have a light that kind of comes on that they realize that if they could create that relative experience, they also are that powerful to create something new in their life. And we know that we don't go through anything just to go through it. Everything is a divine appointment. Everything's a masterclass in life.

(05:20):

And trauma is one of those things that is a divine appointment for us to experience something so that we can be the change that we wanna see in the world. We are univer, your universal law, universal law is not outside of you. Universal law brings things back to order. It brings things back. So whatever's on your DNA track, whatever trauma is there that is yours to heal, to reveal the highest, the highest version of yourself. So let me, uh, bring in the first client, obviously again, I change the names of clients for their own confidentiality. So Steph Steph, um, Steph actually is somebody that came to me. She, um, she had a lot of trauma. We began to go into her E four trauma method. And, um, you know, you never know which one is the hardest, um, trauma of someone's life. Generally, you don't go to the most difficult trauma of someone's lives.

(06:13):

Usually you'll start with some smaller ones. And then when they're ready, their consciousness will let you know that they're ready for their deep, deep, big traumas, their big tees. Right? So one of our big tees, her big traumas was her mother actually abused her physically. And there was an actual incident where her mother was actually had her down, like in a ball in the corner and was actually hitting her. And in that moment, staff decided, um, that life isn't safe. And so what happened with staff is she began to overeat really to stay safe, to, to have an actual physical guard of her body, to stay safe from people, having them kind of like make sure she was always divided and alone at some level. And this command life isn't safe, played out in her life for a very long time. She began to realize and declare that she not only wanted to begin to heal from overeating.

(07:17):

And she kind of already had began to do some of it. You know, she had begun to educate herself on food and began to get, you know, lose a little of the weight, but it wasn't until she actually did this trauma work that she was actually able to really lose. Um, you know, the final weight that made her actually feel really healthy and that, um, but what was really the most important thing is that she birth the wisdom out of the traumatic incident. She birth that life is safe, that she can never be touched by anyone or anything because she is the untouchable she's divine. She is the present. She is the power. And that, even though her mother beat her physically, she knew that her mother still loved her and that she knew that she was doing it out of her own pain and suffering and abuse.

(08:05):

And so her purpose began to be Steph's purpose was what is the most difficult thing you've ever gone through, right? So she began to recognize that this was the most difficult thing she'd ever gone through. So she actually, her entire career came out of this. What, which her mission statement was. I help women who overeat claim their freedom by discovering their purpose. So what she began to do was develop a business that was helping women who overeat really do their own inner trauma work, claiming their freedom through different processes, by discovering their purpose. She really found that when people found their purpose, that it, their, their problems like overeating would go away, the obsessions, the addiction that this or that would go away because their energy was focused on a heart driven purpose and calling and legacy. So Steph today is doing extremely well. And the point is, is that through our hardest times, our hardest traumas there comes wisdom and there comes a calling and a purpose outta that.

(09:15):

So next case is that I like to bring in other cases that are not just, um, people that are struggling, how we think they're struggling. I think that our culture has quote, quote, what looks successful and what doesn't look successful. And oftentimes the people that you think are successful, have a lot of trauma and are having their success out of trying to be enough and out of a limited command as well. So the next case study, um, Natalie Natalie's father was an alcoholic. And what happened with Natalie is she had a lot of traumatic incidences with her father when she was young. Her mother was kind of very passive and her father would get very, um, drunk and abusive, um, mostly, um, verbally. So Natalie decided she decided that she would control all show you that was her command in the middle of a drunken stoop with her father.

(10:19):

He was screaming at her telling her how stupid and how worthless she was and under her breath. And she said aloud as well, I'll show you. And she decided out of a limited belief out of a division, I'll show you making him wrong, making her right. And this played out in Natalie's life for a very long time. She did show him and she did show the world. She actually built a multiple seven figure business and was having great quote, quote success. But what happened is she kept having legal battles over and over again to prove I'll show you. And in fact, she won every case of the legal battles, but it was always a battle because she had to keep that identity of I'll show you. And so, as she came in and began to work, um, with me doing the E four trauma method, she began to realize how much she had been, been driving and being driven and motivated by, you know, by that command and by proving herself.

(11:24):

And really it was out a feeling not, not, not worthy enough at a core core level. So what happened with Natalie is she didn't change her business much. She just pivoted it. And instead of, um, helping women create businesses that are just driven on getting money and material, she began to pivot her business, to helping women really find their authentic business and heart based businesses, bringing them to the world. She just became a lot softer. She became somebody that was available for love. She became somebody who was available to not have to control everybody and everything. So her marriage got better because she wasn't always trying to control everything EV all the time. So Natalie became somebody that was really open in the heart and recognize that, who she thought she needed to be, to show people that she was enough, that she was success was actually the one thing that was having her not feel enough.

(12:25):

And so the point is, is this is that through our traumas, we birth our purpose. We birth our true purpose, our true, authentic purpose in calling. And we be the change that we wanna see in this world and leave our legacy. And so just like, um, Victor Frankel said, you know, he said that, that he basically barely even made his book. He actually left the Nazi camps and had his book, or I think after he had it somewhere like hidden, because it barely made it through, he didn't have anything. Right. And he, he realized that this was the one thing that bringing meaning to the world was really his thing. He said, the meaning of life is to help others find the meaning of their life. That was, that became his meaning because he knew that finding his meaning was his greatest trauma and his greatest, you know, strength.

(13:17):

It was, you know, he really turned, as we say, turn your mess into your message, turn your suffering into your strength, turn your pain into your purpose. He said that he said that he who has a why to live for can bear almost anyhow. He describes poignantly those prisoners in those Nazi camps who gave up on life. He had lost all hope for future and were inevitably to first to die. So they died less from lack of food and medicine than from lack of hope, lack of something to live for. And so today, you know, that book is a very famous book and I recognize that you have a book to write your life is your greatest story. Your life is your greatest book that within you, whatever traumas you've been through in this lifetime or in your lineage, that it's not in vain, it's not for nothing that you've been through.

(14:19):

The suffering that you've been through because you've been, there's a divine appointment that you called in for yourself to wake up and, and neutralize it and complete those cycles in your DNA to free up the highest expression of your DNA, the highest expression of your soul through form spirit through your individualized soul. And so I just say yes to you, yes. To you healing your trauma yes. To you transforming and transmuting that energy for the inspired action for that purpose, for that, that calling for that wisdom, for that takeaway for the breakthrough, for everything that came outta that awful traumatic moment that we transform it to recognize that's the greatest blessing of our life, whether you've been raped, whether you have been molested, whether you have been beaten, whether you were just bullied on the playground, whether you have had racism or discrimination or a moment of a breakup or whatever, whatever your deepest hardest trauma is, take the time to first heal other trauma and go to that place, know that if you have pain in your heart, it will hurt your body.

(15:31):

You will have symptoms. You have to do your inner work to transform, to break through. And knowing that there's a purpose in it. Some of the greatest leaders, I would say all of the greatest leaders, they turned their trauma into their triumph. Look at Nelson Mandela, look at all the great, all of look at Oprah Winfrey went from being, you know, a woman that was African American that was discriminated against. That was, you know, overweight. There was all these things and she handed it over to her purpose, recognizing that all of her pain and suffering was not gonna be used for nothing. She has more conviction and love and strength and leadership for the world because of her traumas because of the mental molestation, because of the rape, because of all that. And I just say, thank you for the suffering. Thank you for the trauma.

(16:22):

Thank you for all of that. Because without that, I would never be the woman that I am today. (00:01):

This is first live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

(00:19):

Are you somebody that's ready to have a money breakthrough by transforming your trauma? Are you ready to claim your birthright of prosperity? Well, then this podcast is for you. We are on a trauma series, understanding how, when we transform our trauma, we transform our lives to the E four trauma method. Welcome to the doctor Aaron podcast. We come together to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with the universal law. We also come together in community, in new thought global and society. We recognize that when people awaken, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. When they transform the trauma, they become super powerful. So let's break this on down. You guys, we're in a series of trauma on the E four trauma method. Breaking it on down today is all about money, breakthrough and how trauma really delivers someone to claim their birthright of prosperity.

(01:13):

So we have to recognize that money is energy. That's all it is. So when I'm working with clients, uh, it always comes down to trauma work. When it comes down to them, claiming their birthright prosperity. So we wanna recognize the metaphysics of money. First money represents energy. Money is created in mind, right? Money itself is completely a worthless, uh, money is a symbol of value. It's an exchange. It's something that we've agreed upon as a culture, right? Money is a collective agreement of an exchange of value. Money itself is worthless and backed by nothing. You guys, money is an illusion. The paper makes up the money is real, but the, the actual, you know, worth of the money, the dollar is worth nothing. Each person has a relationship money. And how one relates to money is a reflection of their own belief system. Money is a symbol of self-worth money is a symbol of self-worth.

(02:07):

You guys, there are infinite ways to make money. Innovation is the key to creating money. Okay. The spirit within is the source of all innovation and abundance. That's why we say we cannot place our power over and money or else we become disempowered in the realm of money. So scarcity or abundance is created in mind. Okay. So we have to understand how is trauma, how does trauma stop people from truly having a good relationship with money? It either stops them from being able to make money all, or sometimes it does the opposite and has people become obsessed with money, but still not be fully empowered in their consciousness. So the journey with understanding how trauma impacts our, our journey with money is, uh, hits home for me. So in my, in my twenties, I, I actually saved a million dollars. I actually actually saved physically a million dollars.

(03:03):

Okay. Um, and what happened was early in life. I talk about the trauma that happened to me. It was when, uh, my sister was having a birthday party. I think I was around the age of eight years old, and I wanted so badly to go to her birthday party because she was gonna go ice skating. My mom was gonna take us ice skating for her birthday. And the day of her birthday, uh, my sister had called over two friends. We were gonna all go ice skating. She, my mom came to me and she said, I'm so sorry. You can't come today. I can't afford to take you and your sisters, two friends for her birthday party. So you're gonna have to stay home. And I was hysterical again because, you know, I wanted to go ice skating. It, it was like I had been so excited about it.

(03:52):

And as they were driving off again, I remember being like almost hyperventilating. And, uh, I think she left me with one of her friends that day. And I decided in that moment that I would have money when I grew up and sure enough, it became a command and a limited identity in that it was not creating from, from being the cause, but rather from being the effect of life and sure enough, I grew up, I began to wait tables through high school, began to, I bought myself my car. I began to save money. I began to be able to do things I put myself through, um, through summer college. And then I dropped out to become entrepreneur. And I ended up, um, buying, fixing up starter homes as I was doing my spiritual work on one side of my life, I was, uh, saving money and I ended up saving over a million dollars, but there was a day, there was a day that I actually realized on paper that I actually was worth a million dollars through different investments.

(05:03):

And I remember in that moment being shocked because I realized that what I thought my life would look like when I was technically a million, a millionaire was very different than it was. I was not even 30 yet. And I was still miserable inside. Sure. I had some, you know, decent things on the outside. I owned a home. I was technically a millionaire. I looked gorgeous because I just was this young thing that didn't, I was just a hot mess. I was so sad inside still. I was still completely like lost inside. I was still trying to find my way. And I realized in that moment that becoming a millionaire didn't mean anything. It wasn't gonna solve the problems, the real problems. And so as you guys probably know my journey, then of course I was already handing it over to all my spiritual work and I did double life.

(06:02):

And I decided that I was gonna hand my life over to my spiritual work because I realized finally that money was not the path to true fulfillment. And that if I didn't hand myself over to my true passions and what really mattered to me that I would be broke for the rest of my life spiritually. So hence decades later, I obviously now train and develop, um, people across the globe and help them also in having a money breakthrough through doing the trauma work. So what does this mean? Exactly? We recognize that money comes down to one thing and one thing only, which is self worth. And, um, so I wanna actually talk about three different case studies of clients that I worked with around money, because they're different and, and also very similar. Okay. So the first client and I've changed their names for, um, for just, you know, client confidentiality.

(07:07):

So Alexa, Alexa was somebody who, uh, came, she had a spiritual calling and, but could not figure out how to make money doing what she loved. She was frustrated. She was overwhelmed a young mother and, um, just stressed out to the max. She had a father who actually, she, she had some trauma with her father with big upsets when she was a little girl, in fact, her father left. And she was very upset in an incident where she decided that her father valued money more than her. And she actually realized that the command that she had in the moment of having an actual argument with her father on the phone, uh, realizing that he had left her mom cheated on her mom and basically was a workaholic. She had the command of I'm not enough. And in recognizing that she began to neutralize the trauma and traumas with her father and restore the truth, that she was more than enough, that she was worthy of having a career that she loved, that she was worthy of being a mom that was able to provide for her daughter, that she was somebody who no longer declared that money was evil, that she decided that she, that money is love.

(08:32):

And that money is something that she absolutely can give and receive with ease and grace. And so Alexa today is thriving in her career having consistent months. And, um, also has a decent relationship with her father holding loving boundaries, but unconditionally loving her father and her daughter is thriving as well. And super happy that her mommy is doing what she loves. Oh, I'm gonna cry right now. Um, okay. Next case study was Brian and Brian again, different name than true client. Brian was a baller. He had, um, jet a jet and, um, had a huge company, literally diamonds, dripping all over him. And, um, I worked with Brian and, um, what was fascinating as we began to get into his traumas, which he, it was fascinating cuz usually someone like that, that thriving so much of what the culture, you know, wants them, considers that to be success.

(09:35):

They're actually really rarely do their inner work. But Brian began to recognize, he began to almost have like midlife crisis, if you will. He had everything. He had the women, he had the jets, he had the diamonds, he had all that and he began to feel like something was missing. And I think that his mortality was kind of catching up with him. He began to realize that, you know, that like this isn't gonna last forever. Right. So we began to go into sessions. And um, and what was interesting is there was a few, uh, traumas in his childhood. One of which was an elementary elementary school teacher. And what happened was she was yelling at him one day in class and she said, you will never amount to anything. And he decided in that traumatic incident, he was super upset in that high frequency commanded into his subconscious mind.

(10:34):

I will win. Right. That was his command. I will win. He didn't say it aloud. He said it within the command went in and sure enough, he won right. Coming from a divided perspective coming from, you know, um, lack of belief of actually loving your life from a consistent of, you know, no one wins when someone wins over somebody else. Right? So he, his command played out in his life with total per precision, cuz that's what life that's what the subconscious mind does. That's what commands from trauma does. So he began to win. He began to win by making a lot of money. He began to win by having the jet. He began to win by, you know, uh, having women, which was another big trauma. He had was a breakup early on in ninth grade. And he was heartbroken by the breakup, his, uh, young girlfriend, um, you know, basically just dated somebody else like cheated in front of him basically.

(11:33):

And he decided in that moment also that he would win that he would, you know, become somebody that a woman wouldn't break up with. So this kind of winning formula for himself, the commands through the trauma, um, got him what he thought he wanted, which was a big life, lots of money, jets, big cars, lots of women, all the glam, but had him bankrupt inside. And so Brian began to, um, to seek deeper relationships. He began to give back in philanthropy. He began to kind of shift. Um, and you wouldn't recognize it from the outside. His life is actually very, very much the same, but inside he has a lot more of a connection to who he is and giving him, giving money back philanthropy wise and having deeper, um, relationships he's in a longer relationship now. And, um, you know, the point is, is that money represents energy.

(12:37):

Money is an exchange of our currency. And just because we exchange it in some ways of materialism does not mean that we are exchanging our heart energy, you know, objectifying the world versus coming from a place of giving and serving and loving and expressing the depths of our soul. So Brian has come so far amazing human being does great things on this planet, giving back in so many different ways. And so the point is, is that you may think, well, hi, you know, have money. Therefore I don't need a money breakthrough. Well, money, breakthroughs come in all different levels. Sometimes it's because we can't get the money. We can't figure out how to even generate the currency and get in flow with it. Other times we have such currency with it and such flow, but it's not authentic. So we really need to take a look at what your relationship with money and where it's the traumas that are playing out in the relationship with money.

(13:33):

So the third case study you wanna talk to about, um, we call her Ang and Ang had another spiritual calling. She was somebody who was really ready to step into monetizing what she loved to do and bringing her spiritual gifts to the world. And, um, what happened in a traumatic incident when she was a little girl is because the thing is money. The traumas that relate to money don't necessarily relate to money. So it's not like you go, oh, you know, let's figure out a money breakthrough. When did you have a traumatic incident with money? Usually has nothing to do with money. It has to do with self-worth. Okay. So Ang had a traumatic incident. And what happened was her sister, um, actually got in a major bike accident right in front of her, um, which was very traumatizing for her. And she was bike riding with her mom, her sister and her and her mom was like kind of behind them.

(14:30):

And um, and her sister like will began to get totally outta it, started going swaying all back and forth. Right. She was like biking right next to her sister and her mom, her sister kind of looked at her like with total like shock, like, oh my God, this is not gonna end well kind of thing. And her mom behind her screamed at her and she said, she said, catch her. And Ang couldn't stop her bike in time and help her sister or grab her sister at the same time as, as you know, steering her own bike. And she watched her sister tumbled down and, you know, into a terrible accident right in front of her. And in that moment, Ang decided it's my fault. Something's wrong with me? And this played out like puppet strings for the rest of her, you know, for whatever 10 years later or 20 years later, whatever it was.

(15:32):

And um, and she began, it played out in all errors of her life. It played out of, it's not it's my fault. So she thought if I have money, then I will do harm with it. Right. Or I'll, it'll be my fault. I'll hurt somebody or do something. It was a subconscious like command that was playing out in bizarre, twisted ways. We recognize the universe and the subconscious is precise. So if it's, if the command is it's my fault, then it will sabotage not even one to be the fault. Right. It will just make sure you don't even have the power so that you don't cause somebody to, you know, get hurt, right. Something's wrong with me. So every time she would try and, and create her spiritual calling and, and monetize it, she would have the command something's wrong with me. So she'd make sure that she'd sabotage her success.

(16:24):

And so the point is this is that money, breakthrough and money and trauma has nothing to do with money. It has everything to do with the self belief and the self-worth because the truth is money is just an exchange of your heart. Money's exchange is the value that you bring to the world. Money is exchange of, of, of helping others with their life as well. Right? And so I recognize right now, the truth of who you are, that the moment you place a negative or positive, meaning on anything, you instantaneously have a positive or negative experience. The moment you decide that you're not enough that the universe just says. And so it is the moment that you place your power out there and you go, I'm not good enough, cause I don't have enough money or you place the value that you need to get money instead of generating an innovating and serving the world you'll experience being disempowered.

(17:22):

And so I invite you right now to take a look at what limited beliefs you have about yourself. If you would, would you rank yourself on a zero to 10 and your self worth and your belief in yourself, or would you say you're not enough? And that you, you know, think something's wrong with you or whatever it may be. Right? I just know that whatever it is that the truth is you are prosperity. You are abundance. This is the true nature of who you are. There's infinite, infinite ways of creating and innovating and inventing and putting the elements of the universe into new formulas to create new value that whatever you have in your mindset or skillset, you always can help somebody wherever it is. If you want to get money, you've got to give value, whatever you want, that you, wherever you feel like you can't afford, it is a lie because it means that you're not using your mind for innovation money.

(18:19):

Doesn't have to come and just having cash from Sony. There's infinite, infinite abundance. You may give in somebody who may give you a gift and exchange or there's ways of, you know, calculating. I invite you right now to just look at your life, look at the abundance in your life. Just even if you're able to listen to this podcast, you literally are. You have some kind of technology you're in the top percentage of the world anywhere. I know that I came from a rich dad, poor mom. And I remember thinking both families were messed up, right? One family was rich and they were still bankrupt in their, you know, spirituality. They still were had healing and traumas and discord in the family. And my mom's family was, was more poor and indigenous and background. They still, again, didn't matter if they had money or not money, the real wealth is our truth.

(19:13):

Real wealth is our ability to know who we are and our oneness and making a difference on this planet. That's our real cash flow. And as we given the flow of our love and our, um, buying, you know, assets that, that grow, that that's the universal law also, that what we give energy to expands and replicates and duplicates and compounds and leverages. So where are you putting your time and effort? Where are you putting that? And so I recognize in trauma, we have to do our trauma work to be able to first even believe that we're worthy of having money worthy of investments, worthy of abundance, worthy of all this. And so I just say, may you know the truth of who you are, may, you know, the truth of who you are. May you clear your traumas and know your worth. You are worth more than all the gold on this planet.

(19:58):

You are worth everything because you are a source. You are divine, you are first cause. And just so I say, thank you. Thank you. Thank you for knowing this truth. If you're ready to do your trauma work and begin your journey, you're welcome to reach out social media, Dr. aaron.tv. So today I wanna talk about the trauma healing journey, the trauma healing journey.

(01:43):

So I grew up in the Hills of Santa Barbara in somewhat of a pseudo hippie commun. My parents got divorced at when I was the age of two, and my mother really had no core principles or any guidance in her life. She was quite lost. My father went off to go find himself and ended up finding another family going off. And we weren't invited to go to the wedding. We grew up, it was a beautiful place. It was up in the Hills of Santa Barbara. And in one aspect, it was lovely. I had amazing friends. We'd go out and play barefoot in the street and go off, run off into mother nature. There was no computers or cell phones in the house at that point in time, but there was a lot of emotions in the house. My mother was a bit of a roller coaster.

(02:33):

She was very codependent. She'd be in and outta relationship up and down high, like as if she was on a drug, when she'd first get into a relationship and then soon enough it would spiral down again and she'd be, you know, sad, they'd break up and then there'd be a depression. And then she'd begin to get normalized again. And then the next relationship would come in. It was in and out, up and down all around the parents in the community were quite dysfunctional. A lot of them were alcoholic. A lot of them did drugs. A lot of them slept with one another. In fact, there was, it was an interesting childhood because we lived next to Jane Fonda's ranch. Majority of the people over in the community that I lived in did not have much money at all. It was a community called painted cave because there was an actual cave down the street where the Indians, the Chumash Indians resided at one, one point in time.

(03:29):

And then next to the other, you know, street down was Jane Fondas rant where, you know, Michael Jackson and, um, all kinds of famous celebrities, Joe COER actually lived on the property. And so we had this very paradoxical, um, living my childhood was really a fascinating childhood. And I had so many big traumas and little traumas over the course of my life. I remember my father came to visit us after he had left for some time. And I remember when he left, I was so upset. I would began to get hysterical watching as whose car drove off. And I remember in that moment telling myself that love abandons, something's wrong with me? I'm not good enough. And so, as I began to go into school and life, I began to question everything. They say that the veil comes over the child's eyes and over the consciousness, the moment that the child believes that they are divided, that they're not in their oneness with the universe and with the mother and father and everything that they believe a limited belief, a limited identity.

(04:44):

So as I began to enter life, none of it ever made sense. My mother said the first day I came home from school, I asked how old do you need to be quit to quit school? She rolled her eyes. I never understood why we would wanna learn the things that were teaching us in school. She said the first day I went into taking ice skating lessons that I came home and I said, I don't wanna do it because I can't just skate. They tell me what to do when to do it. And I never understood the control and trying to fit into the box of other people. And so I began to go into traditional elementary school, which never made sense to me at all. My mom said she went to the parent teacher conference and the teacher said, Erin's really smart. She just doesn't apply herself.

(05:38):

When we do math, she wants to do English. When we're doing English, she wants to do something else. And so the point is, is that I never understood life in itself. As I grew up, things got more dysfunctional as we began to go, even into junior high, my mom was at the bar and I began to go hang out on the street, trying drugs, having sex with boys and trying to find myself at the age of 15, I was, uh, date raped. And it sent me into a spiral of, of, uh, being bulimic from the time I was 17 to 20. And I remember that moment, the moment that I was in that bed with that boy pushing him off screaming. No. And then there was a moment where I went numb, completely checked outta my body and decided that life is cruel.

(06:34):

I don't wanna live and nothing matters. And so in understanding how traumas work, big traumas and little traumas, it's in that moment, that moment of a high, high, high state of a negative state and that high frequency, that high vibration, that high state, where we decide something, a limited belief, a limited identity, a command that impinges upon the neurological system that tells the soldiers of the subconscious mind to act out a lie, a limited belief. And in that moment, I decided I was unlovable. Something's wrong with me and I'm not enough. And so in these big traumas, as it went on, I began to get bulimic. And then I thought I could solve all my problems if I just got married. So I married somebody that I didn't even know. And quite frankly, was not in love with and vice versa at the age of 21.

(07:47):

And as most of you guys know I was pregnant and I ended up having a full term stillborn at the age of 22, I had held it all together enough to get into nursing school. And I was pregnant in a marriage that I was miserable. And I was almost, I think I was three weeks out from giving birth to being full term. And, um, I, my baby stopped moving inside of my belly. And I'd read in the book what to expect when you're expecting that if your baby stops moving inside of you, you should go get it shut down. So I went down to the doctor's hos, uh, office at like 5:00 PM and he was already gone and the nurse let me in and I told her what was going on. So she went in right away and uh, said, come on back. We'll do a little ultrasound.

(08:39):

And when she put the lube on my belly to do the ultrasound, cuz you kind of put the lube on and then you looked the monitor right away. We saw that there was no heartbeat. And she looked at me and I looked at her and she said, let me call the doctor. And so I met the doctor over at the regular hospital, along with my husband and he did a real ultrasound. He looked at me, he said, sweetheart, I'm so sorry that your babies died inside of you. You can go home and you can go into natural labor or we can induce you and you can, um, go into the hospital and give birth to your baby now. And I thought what my baby has died inside of me. And now I've gotta go into full term labor. I was blown away. I think I was so numb.

(09:26):

I had no idea what was going on six hours later. I held my dead baby in my arms. And I just remember that moment. I remember looking up at my husband that I had no idea who he was looking down at my baby and realizing he was gone, but his body was still here. And I remember in that moment deciding, deciding that something's gotta change. I went home that evening without my baby, completely numb. And I woke up in the next, the next morning and I said, I I've gotta go to the mortician's house to we. I had to pick out the urn and do some paperwork. And my husband said, I'm not going. So I got my car. That was probably like a $2,000 beat up car. And I drove down to the mortician's house and I brought this bag of clothes because I'd had a bag of clothes that I was going to take to the hospital.

(10:37):

You know, thinking that I'd have a normal birth and be able to, you know, take pictures. And there was a bunch of cute little clothes. And I said, I just didn't get the right pictures because they want, they had us bur um, take pictures of the dead baby of my dead baby, bathe their dead baby and go home without the dead baby the day before. And the mortician said, sweetheart, I'm so sorry. Let me get you a room ready. And you can take as much time. You need to grieve your Bon. Your baby's been in formal to hide for 24 hours. So I don't know if you're gonna wanna take pictures. So I got the room all settled up and I went down to this cold, dark mortician room with red drapes on the wall. And he closed the door behind me and said, take as much time as you need.

(11:21):

And in that moment, time stopped. I dropped the bag of clothes on the ground and I walked towards this hospital bed that was in the middle of this big room with a body on it. And I walked up to the hospital bed with my baby's body on it. And I realized that he was gone, but his, his body was here. I sat in that room and I cried and I cried. I felt that huge lump in my throat. And I felt as alone as anyone could ever feel in their life. And in that moment, I decided that I'm gonna figure out what we're doing and our spiritual nature. I realized in that moment that I'm a spiritual being.

(12:16):

And so in our life, we have big traumas and little traumas. I know that being date raped or going through, you know, divorce with your parents, getting divorced or having a stillborn or being bulimic or being in all dis different dysfunctional things, brought me to this work, to this trauma work. And what's fascinating about all of it is as I began to discover the E four trauma method and began to do all my trauma work and neutralize all those big T traumas, what was burned out of that was my purpose. And calling, having a stillborn son was the greatest blessing of my life because it actually is what birth, my entire mission and purpose on this planet. It's the reason why I've touched hundred of thousands of lives being in dysfunctional relationships and codependent relationships is what birth me to the greatest self love ever.

(13:26):

And so I recognize that through this, that whether you have little T traumas or big T traumas, it's a fascinating thing. So as I began to work with clients and began to train people in the E four trauma method, there's some big revelations I've had around trauma. One is that children actually, the veil of life comes on the moment that they decide that they are separate, that they are not one with the cosmos. They're not one with their parents. They become somebody that identity is individualized through a traumatic incident, through an upset, even as young as generally, between two and four years old, they have something that begins. It slowly takes off the veil, even before them.

(14:16):

I've also noticed that what happens is, as I'm working with soul-based entrepreneurs, that their purpose, they come to me kind of with some kind of a purpose, a spiritual calling, but it isn't until they go in and do their big traumas, that they begin to birth their purpose, their deep, deep, deep purpose of what they're here to do. Another big takeaway that I've had is actually it is in the little traumas, the little traumas where things begin to also become really interesting where their past life regressions actually begin to have greater meaning to why they have their certain core values, why they care about certain things. And so I know that the trauma healing journey is a magnificent one. The trauma healing journey can be very fast. If people throw themselves into doing their trauma work, it can be drawn out in a lifelong process.

(15:23):

What I found for myself and for others is that we want instant results. We wanna go into three sessions and be done, call it a day and be all good. Trust me. I have plenty of friends and family that think they've done their inner work with a few sessions. The trauma healing journey is one that we have to understand that our entire spiritual track, our entire DNA has been traumatized and all the limited identities, all the reactions, everything is that a trauma. For example, I remember being very, very scared of snakes. And one time going in a traumatic incident, I began to realize that I was afraid of snakes because you know, there had been traumatic incidences in past lives around snakes, cuz I'd asked myself, why was I afraid of snakes? I had never been bit by a snake. Sure. They seem scary, but why would I have such fear over something that I didn't even ever have a true relationship with?

(16:27):

And I realized it came down to traumas in my past life. And so I began to heal what happened was miraculous. I began to go into sessions in E four and began to, um, become somebody that was unrecognizable before the trauma work. What would happen is I was very reactive. I was reactive in all my relationships. I too, just from, you know, witnessing my mom and her codependency was very codependent. I would react. I would send mean texts. I would make people wrong. I would feel like the victim. And as I began to do my trauma work, I began to be more calm. I began to be the co the cause of my life and see other people's issues and trauma separate from mine. And I began to have more compassion towards everyone. Before my trauma work, I would get very overwhelmed. I would, you know, have like anxiety and really feel like something was wrong with me.

(17:28):

I'd beat myself up all the time, self criticize and everything else. And as I began to do my trauma work, I began to have more calm. I was just more calm. I wasn't fearing the unknown. It wasn't something that was bubbling up in my body. You know, as the body keeps the score, right. I began to have more calmness and clarity before trauma work, I would start and stop projects. I was very inconsistent. I would have a hard time showing up to something. I would go off my feelings thinking, do I feel like doing this? Instead of realizing that I was the creator of my feelings, I began to be somebody obviously that would show up so much. So for so long now that I am considered a world renowned spiritual leader with a 20, 20 Walden wisdom award next to okra Winfrey, Greg Braden and Michael Bernard Beckwith before trauma work, I was completely dysfunctional.

(18:27):

I was totally codependent. I really was a hot mess. That's the truth. And since I've done my trauma work now for some time, I really truly am able to unconditionally love everything. And everyone on this planet, knowing that my oneness and being able to set healthy boundaries. And so the point is that we all have little traumas and big traumas. We have things that are, are heart wrenching. That truly upset us. The moment that we even think about it could bring us to tears. And we have little traumas times that we were upset times that, that we decided that we're never gonna trust somebody again, all those things. And what recognize is that every last trauma is designed for our greatness as we transform trauma and neutralize it, taking the charge off of it, trauma minus emotions equals wisdom. And in this also we have the revelation of our oneness with the revelation of that.

(19:35):

We were the cause of our actual trauma. I may have been date raped, but the actual residual impact was from the meaning that I put around it, the decisions of how I was not lovable, all those things that happened. And I recognize that we get to take back off the veil. We get to awaken, have a spiritual awaken and become the people that we truly desire to be the highest version of ourself. And so today, as you go into today, I invite you. I invite you to commit, commit to your own journey of trauma healing, commit to recognizing that anywhere that you feel like you're the effect of life or a victim, or that someone did you wrong or wherever it is that that is the indicator that, that there's work to be done. If you don't see life as you being the cause of the entire cosmos, then there's more spiritual work to be done.

(20:34):

And so in this I recognize, and I'm so grateful for the E four trauma method. I'm so grateful to have an actual process and a method for having people restore their ties on their DNA, restore the truth of who they are and become the version of themselves that they've always desired to be. And so I just say, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. May you take with total love and total certainty, your own trauma healing journey with love and grace and commitment for yourself. It is the greatest work I've ever done on this planet. And I'm so incredibly honored. May you live your truth? You guys have a beautiful divine day.

(00:01):

This is live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

(00:23):

One is a spiritual coach. Let's break this on down. You may be asking yourself what is a traditional life coach versus a spiritual coach versus all the different types of coaches in the industry. First of all, I just wanna say that I'm super honored to take this journey with you, because I believe that there is a very big misunderstanding of how important a spiritual coach truly is. We have all different types of people that come to us for coaching. I have dealt with high end celebrities, top CEOs. I have trained single women, people with, uh, different, you know, business issues to people dealing with addiction issues to people really just being stopped in life. People being overwhelmed, confused, all different things. But the reality is is that every last one of them needs spiritual coaching. And so we're gonna break on down. What is a spiritual coach?

(01:21):

The reality is that spirituality is the reality that everything comes from spirit. Everything comes from mind. Everything comes from consciousness. Everything comes from the one source. And so spiritual coaches really clear out the soul release, limited beliefs, reprogram the subconscious mind, transform trauma and help people restore the truth of who they are birthing their truth, birthing their purpose, birthing their legacy of life. Being able to put boundaries on people, places, and things, and accept people in places and things. So they can truly live in their bliss and live in their power, live in their passion and live in their purpose. So spirituality spirituality is the reality that everything is created by spirit. You are higher self. So anywhere in life, where you are struggling anywhere in life, where you're not feeling empowered anywhere in life, where you are feeling confused or overwhelmed or sad or lonely or upset or any of those emotions, they're all being created by you.

(02:23):

You are an almighty, powerful, spiritual being, and the moment that you even consider yourself to be anything other than the, I am, you are setting universal law into motion. And in this, I recognize the truth of who you are. And so as a spiritual coach, what we are truly doing is we're revealing the truth of who you are. Transformation actually happens. The moment that someone actually recognizes that they created their perspective and the circumstances of their life, because everything comes from identity, which identity creates beliefs, beliefs, create thoughts and thoughts, create feelings and feelings, create the circumstances of your life.

(03:08):

So in this, let's just recognize that really, what are we doing when we're spiritually coaching somebody when somebody's come to us, whether that be through a program, whether it be through one oh ones, whether it be through a retreat, whether it be through whatever the reality is, what we're really doing is we're having people come from being the fact, being the victim, feeling like they're not caused over their life to becoming the cause, becoming the creator of their life, becoming somebody who realizes that they can create manifest and demonstrate what they desire. And that's the confusing part of life, because why do we know what we're supposed to do? But we don't do it. So we have to break on down. How do you become somebody? Who's the cause of your life instead of the effect and the victim? So we have two primary things that we're doing in our spiritual awakening and dealing with clients as spiritual coaches.

(04:02):

Number one, we are pulling back all the limited beliefs, all the traumas, everything at a soul level and the soul consists of all the energetic ties of your DNA and all of all the, all of your lineage, all of your ancestors, everything, all the considerations of anything other than the I am. So all spiritual awakening is restoring the true identity. So the first thing we're doing is doing this by things like the E four trauma method by things like releasing all the emotions, neutralizing it at a DNL DNA level because epigenic now teaches us that what happens in trauma over many lifetimes, it's actually showing that we have the memory, the good memory and the bad memory is stored in our DNA. And whenever there is a trauma, they call it a tag and it actually bounds the DNA. And you actually are not able to perceive as much.

(05:03):

You're not as able, you're not as, as capable of doing things and you actually condense, condense yourself. So I always like to think of it, like if there's a sun up above, which is your true consciousness, which is a part of you, that's really all powerful, almighty and has all innovation. It has all capability to handle anything. If there's clouds in between you and the sun, those are what be called limited beliefs. And in the limited beliefs, that is what restricts your ability to actually be more able to be able to perceive, to be able to innovate, to be able to do anything, handle things like upsets in your relationships, like the economy changing, like, you know, different health issues. You're not able to cope with it, right? So everything we're doing in our spiritual awakening with our clients is we are releasing those limited beliefs, transforming the trauma, reprogram the subconscious mind.

(05:57):

And we're first getting our clients to restore the truth of who they are taking the veil off of their consciousness. So they can really realize the truth of who they are, which is one with everything. And also really, truly the source. They created all of life. The source that created the entire universe, coming back to that truth that you always have choice, no matter what, the hand you were dealt, you always have choice. There is a great coach. His name is Nick, and he has no arms and no legs. And he is one of the biggest motivational coaches there is. And, and I mean, he, he obviously has a deck of cars. He is been dealt that someone would say, well, that's not fair or there's limitation to that. But the truth is just like Thomas truer teaches us. There's there's infinite equations and ways of dealing with the deck that you're dealt.

(06:49):

So when you know that I am, you have all choice and possibility. The second thing that we're doing with our clients is we are birthing their unique divine expression and their unique truth. We're birthing our client's truth and how we do this is really by getting outta the way when we do that trauma work. And we transmute the energy, naturally trauma minus emotion equals wisdom. And someone's truth is naturally born. When they transmute and have triumph over their trauma, they're birthing their truth by actually all the negative things in their life like where they're upset, where they're confused, all those things, when that energy and emotions are transmuted, actually the clients' truth is born. And so your unique divine expression is born of really two primary things, which is all the suffering that's happened on your DNA for you to actually be the neutralization. You are universal law.

(07:57):

So you actually have a divine calling it's already written on your DNA. And also there's a part of you that has a unique expression. It's the gift of you. It's that place where you lose track of time. It's that part of you? That is that artist, that creative factor, that place within you, that no one else can do what you do. And so, again, as spiritual coaches, helping our clients do spiritual awakening, we are helping them birth. The truth of who they are, which is the I am. And then we have them birth their truth, which is their unique divine expression. There's only one of you, there's only one of your client. And that is what we're here to do. You are the fractal of the divine. You are, there's only one of you in the entire universe. And the greatest gift you can give to yourself and to the world is the most authentic expressed you.

(08:52):

And so these are really the two primary things that we're doing with our client. So as a spiritual coach in, in society and new thought global, we teach universal law. We teach the creative process. We are in the new thought movement, which is ancient thought. And it really is the metaphysics of how we create. And so we're constantly educating our clients and helping them understand how they have created all their limitations, all their scarcity, all their lack, and that that same energy can create abundance and love and vitality. So if you take a look at universal law or the creative process in general, we have kind of like, it looks like a big circle with a V that goes down, and this is the universal chart of how we create. And at the top of the, you know, what we call open at the top, at the top of this kind of circle, uh, when it's open, it really is the creative conscious mind that part of you that can create, decide, choose that's the conscious mind.

(09:59):

And that goes down into kind of the middle, which is what we consider the subconscious mind, which is conscious as well. But it's subconscious. It has an great intelligence in it. It beats the heart. It doesn't the mathematical chemical equations in your body that no mathematician on this planet could do. It is so intelligent. It's what would consider the soul. It also has all the great wisdom, but it also has all the trauma. It also has all the limitations. It has that yin and yang. It has that good and bad. It has universal law in it, right? And out of that at the bottom, we consider the fact, the form, the body of life. So there's always spirit at the top, the soul in the middle and the body at the bottom. And this is just a demonstration. We recognize all one thing going on, but the truth is that universal law, we have the choice.

(10:53):

We're in a relative, it's a relative creation. We can create heaven, or we can create hell. We can create dev vision, or we can create our divine union. We can create all the above. And this one thing, it's the out picture of every last drop of life. And this is who creative process. So as we're coaching our clients, we're helping them understand that when they were in that traumatic incident and decided I'll never love again, I'm not enough. Something's wrong with me. That is a creation, just like creating, you know, a billion dollars or love, or the greatest trip of your life or the greatest expression. It's all creation. Universal law doesn't know the difference between a penny and a billion dollars. It doesn't know the difference between love or hate. It doesn't know the difference to anything. It just creates. It just says, yes, that's all universal law.

(11:42):

That's all the creative process. That's all it does. And the choice is you, as they say, if you think you can, or you think you can't. So it is the point is that whatever it is that you put your mind to, if you focus on what you don't want, you'll get more of what you don't want. If you focus on what you do want and how to create that, that will be created. So we have choice the point of what we're doing for our clients and in spiritual coaching is we are restoring choice where store restoring the choice to know that you can create harmony or chaos. The choice is you, yours, you can create success or you can create struggle. It's the same amount of energy. It's just a creation. It's really what you're believing and what you're focusing on.

(12:30):

So what is the secret to success for our clients, right? What is it truly, if we really want success for our clients, we want them to be able to, you know, create the life that they love. We want them to help. 'em have become the CEO of their personal professional life. We want them to have thriving relationships. We want them to have, you know, vitality. We want them to have joy and we want them to have whatever it is that they choose for themselves. What is the secret? Well, the spiritual coach, what we know for sure is that the primary work is to reprogram the subconscious mind because the primary work is getting out of the way the primary work is, is, is releasing the resistance within the soul. It's kind of like a voltage in, you know, electricity, if there's a lot of resistance, right?

(13:16):

It's not gonna work very well. So we want the flow. We want to have the conduit. We want to flow so that we can light up the greatest light bulb. And it's the same with you in order to light up your life. We need to get outta the way when you get that resistance outta the way. So you can fully create and flow. Life is a flow currency. Money is a currency. Love is a currency of giving and taking all of it. But when we scare, you know, are scared when we resist it. When we hold onto things, when we cling onto things, when we're driven off of resistance, it doesn't work. So the primary work we do as spiritual coaches is reprogram the subconscious mind because we recognize that probably less than 3% of what we're able to do is from the conscious mind, everything else is in the subconscious mind, we don't have to beat the heart.

(14:01):

We don't have to think when we walk, we don't have to do these things because we have this great intelligence within the subconscious, but at the same time in the subconscious, we also have all that trauma, all those limited beliefs, all of that stuff. That's holding us back at the exact same time. So we like to think of what we're doing with our clients, like a computer analogy, right? So when we're, when I have a client come to me and they have issues, right? Either they're dealing with, you know, codependency, dysfunctional relationships they're dealing with, um, not being able to break through and their money and prosperity and their business, their, you know, having health issues or just sadness upsets just, just are feeling stuck in their life. It's kind of like a computer. You know, computer has all kinds of issues, right? We're just exactly the same.

(14:48):

We're we, you know, have all kinds of issues. When it comes to our computer, you can have that spinning ball. You can have, you know, not have good connection to wifi. You can have too many tabs open. You can have a virus on your computer. We're identical to computers. We live in a binary universe, it's all energy and it's all code. So if you take a look at the computer, you can, you know, touch it and that's considered the hardware. So just like you, you can touch your body and that's the hardware. Okay? Then if you go inside, obviously you go into the software of your computer. It's just like you're and you it's your beliefs. Okay? Whatever beliefs is running the program, right? It's like, you can only do what you can do with a computer based off of its software. You can only do what you can do as a person based off your beliefs, and then there's memory.

(15:38):

So your computer have good memory, bad memory in us. We have cell epigenetics, right? We have memory in every, every aspect of it in all the DNA, the good, the bad, all of it. And we have a cautious records and we have memory of everything, right? So you can have the greatest computer. You can have great software. You can have great memory, but guess what? You won't do anything without the operator. You, my friend are not your body. You're not your beliefs. You're not your program. And you're not your epigenics or memory. You are the operator you get to create through this and infinite, infinite ways. And so we want to help you restore and have the best computer, basically. So just like computer problems, the spin spinning ball slows down, get viruses, glitches, need software updates, poor internet connection, just like that human problems.

(16:30):

We get overwhelmed. We have confusion. We're not efficient. We have upset sadness, maybe even depression, limited beliefs, you know, all of our BS and poor internet connection. We're not, you know, getting to source tapping in right. Same exact problems. So what are we doing with our clients? We are clearing out all the cache. We're shutting down all those tabs that are still open, that are trauma incidences and things that are still playing in the background like public strings in our life. We are getting them connected into source, through daily spiritual practices and spiritual mind treatment. And we're doing all kinds of work on their limited belief systems. And we're giving them tools and, and things and doing worksheets with them and processes for them to handle upsets and sadness. And yes, if they're depressed and sometimes we have to get, have people go get medical help as well.

(17:22):

Or if they're dealing with addiction sounds, we refer them to, you know, intake programs if we're not able to handle it as a coach. Okay. So we have to recognize that how do we reprogram the subconscious mind as a coach for our clients? There's really only three ways that we program the subconscious mind, just like a computer, just like a binary system. There is a negative, a neutral, which is zero and a positive. That's the only way that we reprogram or program the subconscious mind through negative. Uh, all the negative programming is what we consider limited beliefs. And what we're talking about is the, the negative charge comes in via the meaning that we put on things. So the subconscious mind is, is programed via frequency and vibration, right? So if we're in a really high state of a negative emotion in a traumatic incident, or really, really upset, and we decide something, we decide to lie a limited belief.

(18:18):

I'm not enough. I'll never love again. I'll never trust again, I don't wanna live whatever it is. And that actually goes into the subconscious mind and into the neurological system as an Ingram. And so that is the negative way of programming subconscious mind. So in order to release that negativity, we need to release the limited beliefs through E four trauma method and neutralizing those energetic charges. And we go to the zero factor. And that again is going to the, I am remember at the very beginning, what are we doing with our clients? We're taking them and bringing them to a spiritual awakening to the I a, to the all potential. And that's where the zero factor is. That's where we get them through E four trauma method through a daily spiritual practice, getting them to the I am. And then we wanna take them to the positive meaning that it's great to get blist out and go meditate in the Himalayas or getting to that God factor.

(19:10):

But we wanna actually be expressed and, and be able to be a human and have two ground, two feet on this mother earth and live an expression, a unique divine fractal expression. And so we wanna go to the positive, we wanna birth someone's unique, divine truth, their unique expression. We do this through a friend of mine, treatment and declarations and all kinds of way of birthing our client's truth so that they can live their unique truth. So as, um, with a client in general, um, I've worked with clients for the year for a hundred thousand dollars. I've worked when I first started working years and years ago, you know, I think I began charging something like $1,500 for, uh, 12 sessions. And then it went up from there and then it went up from there and so on and so forth. But regardless, uh, I use, and we train in society and we work with clients through a 12, uh, step process of truth triangle.

(20:08):

It's a step by step system to help our clients restore their power, to birth their passion and birth their purpose, and to live their truth through their daily spiritual practice. So we are restoring the true identity and the divine power. We're getting clarity on the core values and birthing the passion and birthing the purpose and leaving the legacy. That's what we're doing with our clients. So, you know, 12 weeks is generally the minimum I would recommend working as, as being coach or being, um, being a coach one or the other, whether, whether you are getting coaching or becoming a coach, um, it's important to have a process it's important to have a formula. And this is based there's, there's 12 processes in this there's 12 kind of there's nine processes, but there's 12 kind of sessions if you will. And this was something that was born over decades of work of, you know, really distilling down all the great foundations.

(21:04):

And after, you know, going through so many different developments, I was like, what are we really doing here? What are we really doing when we are doing spiritual awakening and birthing someone's truth, and really restoring and dealing with all the aspects of life, because guess what if you're human, you need to deal with trauma. If you're human, you need to deal with learn how to place boundaries and getting clear of your core values. If you're human, you have a purpose. And so all of these things, this was the formula that I came up with that really works. And it works really well. And it's called the truth triangle. It's a step by step system, 12 week process with nine processes and 12 weeks of different, um, different things with the, so the first of the truth triangle is restoring the power as a spiritual coach.

(21:51):

What are we doing again? We're releasing the limit of beliefs. We're transforming the trauma, and we're, we're claiming the infinite power that I am always, always, this is the most important. The most profound results I've had for clients is doing the E four trauma method. And having them really, really rarely understand that in that traumatic incident, what's so profound about it is they all of a sudden realize that they decided the limited belief and that limited belief is in playing out their life, maybe even for decades. And in that moment, they restore their power. And it's the most profound thing to witness. It's so beautiful. We do this with the E four trauma method, which is a process I came up with and why I got the Wal and wisdom award next to Oprah Winfrey, Greg Braden, and Michael Bernard Beckwith. And there's four steps of the E four trauma method.

(22:40):

Please don't try this at home on yourself, unless you are trained to facilitate it or wi, or if you're with a trained facilitator, because there's four steps, but how you go through those over and over again is very, um, very much, um, uh, something to be, to be practiced and to hone down and make sure people aren't left, um, in the middle of traumatic parts. Okay. So the four step process comes down to the first process is really re-experiencing it, um, as if it's happening right now from a spiritual perspective, there's no such thing as time every traumatic instance ever happened is, is living in you right now and playing out in your life right now. So we go and re-experience it because the mental pictures track at a certain time that are related to that step. Number two is what we call for E the second E is evaluation, but it's actually non evaluation.

(23:30):

So state the traumatic incident without any evaluation or judgment, because what happens is actually why trauma stays on the track is actually the meaning that you place around it, right? You're such a creative, spiritual being the moment that you even put a meaning, a positive or a negative meaning something that you instantaneously created into existence. So it has to stay on the track based off of the re-energizing of it at some level, step number three is emotions E for emotions, which means allow yourself to fully feel the emotions without, without like any, any resistance to the emotion. Remember. So it allow yourself to fully feel it as is in the emotion fully expressing it. And one thing we're not taught in our culture is to feel emotion without putting meaning around it. And it's actually really can be very challenging as the coach. You have to really step your clients through this, or if you're wanting to get coached, you have to really be walked through this because, uh, the trauma, the trauma won't release, and you won't have the big epiphany.

(24:36):

You won't have that neutrality. If you're not able to hold yourself in the emotion without putting meaning on it. And it's very challenging. It's something that the coaches are developed in to learn how to do. And then step four, the fourth E is enlightenment. So what limited beliefs did you command into your subconscious mind during this traumatic incident? And what new declarations do you want to make for your life? So what happens is we wanna spot commands. Generally people have three big commands that really play out in their life. For example, when my parents were divorced, when I was little, my dad came back and visited. And when he was leaving, I was so hysterical. I was so upset and I was watching him drive away. And I just declared to myself. I was like, I something's wrong with me. I'm not lovable and love abandons, you know, love leaves.

(25:28):

And it just played out like puppet strings in my life forever. And it wasn't until I went back and just as, is it and realized that my dad absolutely loved me then. And he loves me now. And he was never abandoning me. He was just trying to find his own way, cuz he didn't have a lot of guidance himself. So in that the new declaration right, is I am love, I am love and I don't have to abandon because what would happen is I would just abandon before I was abandoned, right? So we wanna go over this process over and over again. And the difference between E four trauma method and other trauma methods is that other trauma methods, um, are amazing. There's some great process out there. They generally help the triggers and they help kind of, um, you know, get people to where they're not reacting in life.

(26:15):

But the E four trauma method has a very specific intention of birthing the actual like lesson out of it, the wisdom out of it, the purpose out of it, we say again, that trauma minus emotions equals wisdom. So out of the E four trauma method, you birth a new wisdom. You transmute the energy of the emotions and you birth something, you birth something inspired action or your purpose or your calling or whatever it is, the enlightenment. And so you make a new declaration for yourself and your life. So trauma minus emotions equals wisdom. And generally, if I'm working with a client for 12 sessions, generally I will do E four trauma method for all 12, the sessions for the first part. And then we'll go on to other the other eight other processes and homework and things like that. So the second part of the truth triangle, the second side, remember the first is power burdening the power through E four trauma method and restoring all that.

(27:13):

The second is getting clear clarity on passions. And this is really important. This is why, you know, dysfunctional relationships. We wanna figure out what it is that works for you versus somebody else. This is why you're gonna have a certain purpose and legacy to birth out of the passions. And so and so forth. So getting clarity on your core values and commitments, creating boundaries on people, places and things, and accepting people and places and things. In fact, the only source of true suffering is wanting people and places and things to be different. So we're also birthing the unique divine individual. You have a specific life. What you like in relationship, what you like and where you wanna live, what you like and what you wanna do. And you, what you like is so unique to you. And most people don't know themselves. Most people just get upset, overwhelmed, all that, but we actually take you through processes to birth your, your true passion.

(28:07):

We take you through things like when you're getting upset, it's actually because it's telling you, your emotions are telling you what you like. And don't like, right. When you're, when you're confused, it's actually cuz you know, there's a commitment in there, but you're committed to something else as well. So you actually have to get clarity on what you're truly committed to. And it actually untangles that quandary and that confusion, things like that. We, we go through processes to birth your specific truth, your passions. And then the third side of the truth. Triangle is birthing your purpose. And this is such an honor, cuz I know for me for so many years I was searching for what is my purpose. And I knew inside of me, I knew there was something that I was supposed to do in this lifetime. So we take the triumphs of your past life trauma.

(28:53):

And whether you believe in past lives or not, doesn't matter because the truth is that all lives live in your DNA. So it's your, it's your epigenetics, right? So you're triumph for your past life trauma via regressions. And we do that through E four trauma methods. It's another section of it to do past life, um, traumas and then creating your life purpose statement and then decide to create your legacy. And this is like the icing on the cake. It is where people just and simply fall in love with their lives and really become really powerful. Even if I'm working with the top CEO or top celebrity, when they get really, really clear of the purpose and why they're doing what they're doing, even more, they end up, you know, falling back in love with their careers, falling back in love with their life. And it's such a pleasure and we teach, um, and take our clients through um, coaching and spiritual coaches, the life purpose formula, which is triumphs plus passion plus skillset equals purpose.

(29:49):

So your triumphs really come out of your trauma work. You can't, uh, I've worked with thousands of people of helping them discover their purpose formula. And if they're confused, there's only one purpose. And at the purpose is to do the inner work because once you do your inner work, your triumph and your purpose will be born. So your triumphs plus your passion, plus your skill set equals your purpose. So your triumph again is what's the hardest thing you've ever been through. And what's the takeaway. And if you still have any emotion around what happened to you or feel like the victim of anything, it means you have not done all of your trauma work. Once you completely feel a cause and recognize that you created your own trauma by the meaning you put on it. And it doesn't mean someone wasn't a victim and there someone wasn't a perpetrator.

(30:30):

But that means that the meaning that you put on it was really what actually caused the tr the, the trauma, right? But the triumph. So birthing that to the E four trauma method and understanding passion, what would you do if you want a hundred million dollars? Not what would you buy? What would you do? We wanna discover an inquiry into that through some processes and then what's your skill set, right? Where do you lose track of time? What do you really good at? Do you love working? You know, in groups, do you love working one on one? Do you love art? Do you love, you know, travel? Do you love, you know, simplicity? What do you love? What's your skillset? Where do you, where, where is it that you really good? Maybe you're a connector. Maybe you're a visionary. Maybe you are a research junkie.

(31:10):

Maybe you're whatever these passions and skillset are. This is what burs the purpose. And this is such an honor. And so through this, so I'll go back a little bit. Sorry about that. Through this, um, in our spiritual mastery, we have a 12 step system. So whether you're getting coach or whether you are learning to become a coach, we have a process. Okay. And so this is the process you'd go through whether you're getting coach or whether you're becoming a coach, you are reprogramming the subconscious mind, getting educated around it and doing processes around, okay, you're discovering your truth. Really? What is the ultimate truth that versus your relative truth, going through your life inventory, recognizing where do you need to make amends? Where do you need to forgive yourself? All that stuff. And then healing. Your traumas of course, is something we do the entire way through E four trauma method, shifting your identity, huge, releasing that old limited story, recreating your new story for yourself.

(32:08):

People are like in dramas of their life. They're like in a play, but they forgot that they created the play themselves, right? Unleashing yourself, empowerment anywhere you are feeling disempowered it's cause you've handed your power over to something outside of yourself. And then where you confuse or having problems or having quandaries. We deal with that specifically through processes, teaching you these tools week. Number eight is all about upsets and sadness and depression. And obviously again, if someone's dealing with depression, they need to seek medical help. Okay? But these are all the, the things that you'll go over, um, you'll go over E for trauma through the entire time, but you're gonna learn all the processes and be taken through the processes and then values in week nine, values, commitments and alignment, understanding and burdening your core values. What do you truly committed to and what do you really wanna align with?

(32:55):

And then path, life regressions. Again, whether you believe in past lives or not, doesn't matter, you deal with what's on your track. And it's one of the most fascinating processes of going in through really the imagination and pulling up mental pictures of, of things that you're really emotional around. And it's really fascinating cuz some people actually I've seen clients get some of the biggest aha moments of their entire life through past life progressions. And they didn't even believe in past lives. It was like amazing many lives mini masters, right week number 11 is birthing your purpose and calling. And then week 12 is your life purpose statement. So you'd be taken through all of this, whether you are getting coach or becoming to coach. And so we really wanna discover and unveil, what are your limited beliefs as a spiritual coach? That is our primary work to discover because the extent to which you have limited beliefs is the extent to which you're gonna experience limitations in your life.

(33:49):

The truth is you're an, I am all knowing all powerful, infinite, infinite creator. And we're here to restore that for you, with you. You do that as a, as a coach, we're really just asking the questions and being the conduit as a coach. The most important thing we do is bring our pure consciousness. If you're a coach and you're coaching with society, the most important thing is that you do all of your inner work so that you can step into, you know, coaching with your clients to have a totally powerful, clear soul. And so we also, of course, it really starts with what are your limited identities getting clear of that? Releasing those through all the processes, all the E four trauma method, repro, subconscious mind and all the above. And then what are your traumas, right? Diving into those, releasing those neutralizing, those transmuting, those so that you can birth your wisdom, birth, your truth, birth, your purpose, and calling.

(34:46):

And then what are you passionate about, right? What are your passions? Where do you lose track of time? Where if you won a hundred million, what would you do? How would you spend your time? And so that you can live a life that you love with passion and with, with all the we're supposed to live with total, you know, just diving into what we really care about in this life. And then how committed are you to doing your inner work? That's really the question because whether you're wanna get coached or whether you are wanting to become a coach, what we found is the greatest coaches that we are our primary client, that we have to do our own inner work. And, and we only work with highly committed people. And so if you not, if you don't get the level of commitment of doing your inner work, then you, for me, you're wasting your time because you're gonna be suffering for a long time.

(35:30):

It really comes down to our own consciousness, every last drop of it. And what is the legacy you want to leave in this lifetime? You have a legacy and we are infinite, immoral being. But the truth is that we only have one lifetime in this body per se. And so what do you hear? What's the difference you wanna see on this planet? And that is true spiritual mastery. So what is a spiritual coach? A spiritual coach for me is the most important career you can have on this planet. It is such an honor to train and develop spiritual coaches and recognize that our spiritual nature, our subconscious mind, our consciousness is we live in a mental universe and everything is out picturing and reflecting from consciousness. There is only one mind and you are get to use the fractal of it based upon how, you know, condensed you use it through all the limitations you have in your soul.

(36:23):

So the primary work is to clear out the soul to the I am and bird the unique divine expression. And so this, I just say, thank you, thank you so much for all this. You can click the link below to discover more and it would be an honor, whether you wanna get coached or whether you wanna become a coach, the choice is yours. But what I know for sure is that this is the most profound, most important work you will ever do in your life. And so I just say, I am so honored. I am so grateful in this divine moment. I know perfection. I know you're healed. I know you're revealed. I the know the most expressed you is born. And I just say all your suffering, you've been through all the strife, all that is not in vain, that all of that you needed to go through.

(37:06):

So that one day right now, right here, you are born to yourself. You are liberated and you are free. And now you get to play this magical game called life and love every drop of it because it's always gonna have the light, the dark, the good, the bad, the suffering, the joy, and all of it. And to love yourself unconditionally is to love all of life. May you know yourself, and may you love yourself unconditionally so that you can fully love all of life and be express fully. And on that note, I just say, yes, yes, yes. As together we say. And so it is have a beautiful day. And may you live your truth?

(00:01):

This is live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron show. We're all about manifestation transformation and breakthroughs. It's time to claim your birthright of prosperity, vitality and love. So grab your tea coffee, because together we're awakening the world. May you live your truth?

(00:23):

Live from Los Angeles. We come together to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and yes, align with universal law. I'm Dr. Aaron, I'm Dr. Divinity, and we come together on this podcast to teach the metaphysics of mine, universal law, and really understanding how we're manifesting 24 7. How does this entire dynamic called you the universe work and break it all down so that you can be the most empowered in your personal professional life? Yes, yes. Yes. So today we wanna talk about trauma versus prayer, which is a really interesting concept. How do those two even relate what's going on? And the point is, why do we even care about this, this conversation? The point is that if you are somebody who is still kind of reacting in life still, you don't feel totally healed. Yes, you may consider you need trauma work. Maybe you don't even understand what trauma work is.

(01:11):

And then maybe you're somebody who has heard of this thing called prayer. Maybe you hate prayer. Maybe you do need to believe in prayer. But the point is is that we all want to have powerful lives. We all wanna be empowered. We all wanna live our greatest version of ourselves. We wanna be fully expressed, have prosperity, love, abundance, all the above. Well, if you want that, this podcast is for you because I'm gonna break on down. Why doing your trauma work and doing what we call a affirm mind treatment? AKA prayer is imperative. Those two things we use primarily in new thought global and society. And why, why do you need both or why? You know, one might work more for you than the other, right? Okay. So let's break this on down as a community. We recognize that we're here to really restore the truth of who we are.

(02:00):

Really. We just remember the truth of who we are and unveiling this via truth. We heal by revealing truth in new thought global. We, we teach metaphysic of mind and understand how your subconscious is, is the universal law and breaking this all down. So someone asked me the other day, you know, why do we need E four trauma method? If we do spiritual mind treatment. And first I wanna break on down, what is trauma work and what is, you know, prayer from a metaphysical standpoint. Okay. I'm sure if you've been in my tribe or community, you're like, okay, we already know this, right. But it's always good to remember what these are. Okay. Trauma is a state that is basically, uh, place on the track where you had a really high state of negative emotion. And we recognize that the subconscious mind is, is programmed and received by frequency and vibration.

(02:53):

And you're such a powerful, spiritual being the moment you place a positive or negative, meaning on something you instantaneously are, are informing your subconscious mind, which is one with a divine mind, universal law. Okay. So a state of a trauma experience is when you're in a high, high state of a negative emotion, you've placed a major negative thing onto it. Maybe, you know, you're dealing with a big breakup. Maybe you heard really bad news. Maybe you, you know, had an incident where you were sexually abused, whatever that may be. It's a state of a high state of a negative emotion backed by a limiting belief. Something's wrong with me? I'm not enough. I will never love again. It's called a command. And it, it places into the subconscious mind, um, and Ingram into the neurological system and it also tags the DNA. Okay. So there's trauma.

(03:42):

Okay. That basically is a very brief summary of trauma. So we recognize trauma work is imperative because it's really neutralizing the mental pictures, which actually ends up neutralizing that negative charge on your DNA, releasing that, and being able to have you be more able for you read the dynamics of who you are. One with the universe exponentially not have huge upsets and reactions, and just be the effect of what you've created at a subconscious level, but begin to be someone who can restore freedom of choice and free will, and be able to be able, um, to not be, you know, uh, used by your emotions, but to use your emotions instead. So trauma that's breaking it down. Okay. Just a real gist of it versus prayer. And a lot of people out there may be like, I don't believe in prayer, that's delusional. We don't teach prayer to some man in the sky we teach what's called affirmative prayer or spiritual mind treatment.

(04:33):

And spiritual mind treatment is basically not praying for something it's praying to become something it's actually expanding one's consciousness. And when we expand the consciousness, just like we expand the DNA, we basically begin to have all answers already. A prayer is answered instantaneously. It's not about going out and doing something it's revealing that there's always, there's already that choice. It's already in front of your face, right? It's literally like the answer is already there. And so we know in spiritual mind treatment that this is, um, is in consciousness. And when we do spiritual mind treatment, we are going through five steps, which is about acknowledging the one power that is the second is identifying, recognizing that you are that divine power. You are, that that essence that's created the entire universe and you have all the wisdom right now and all the resources right now.

(05:26):

Third is, um, declaration of declaring what it is that you choose to direct energy upon mind to experience in this, in this life. And right now, and next is releasing, releasing, or sorry, gratitude, gratitude, energizing from the mind, doesn't know the difference between something that's not happened, or it has happened in mind. It's called like biofeedback. It's literally like you're energizing the mental pictures and it has to out picture into the world. Okay. And then the last is releasing, recognizing there's nothing to do that you've informed universal law in your subconscious mind and therefore it's done in the divine mind. Okay. So what spiritual mind treatment should work period, right? But the issue is this spiritual mind treatment is, is not contingent upon anything, but it is contingent upon the person that you're either praying for, or that you pray for yourself how receptive you are to receive the truth of who you are, how receptive you are to, to actually, you know, being able to receive the goodness and the abundance.

(06:25):

And some people can't receive it, right. They literally can't receive the abundance and love and everything. And so we wanna break this on down because it's imperative. We recognize that there's really only, you know, there's, the subconscious mind is very specific. You know, it's so specific. It's one with universal law. It's basically negatively charged, neutral or positive, a negative zero or positive, that's it, we're a binary system. We are literally like a computer system. So we wanna break on down if this is the case, if we're in a new thought movement and we're having, this is our practice is to live the highest, expand the consciousness and reap the rewards of this entire universe. Right. Then we've gotta get our mind, right. And we either need to neutralize that, um, the trauma or we need to do prayer or both. Right. And so someone asked me a brilliant, it's a really brilliant question.

(07:14):

Why if prayer works right, if prayer really works spiritual mind treatment, why do we need E four trauma method? Why don't we just go straight to truth? And it's a great question. And so what happened was years ago, I was in a spiritual center for years, training developing, and, and I was around, you know, all the people in that center. And I would witness people and I was like, huh, these people keep praying, but it doesn't seem like things are shifting in their life. And then other people would pray, do S mind treatment and things would shift dramatically. And so I began to inquire into what what's going on. Like, why is this working for one person versus not another person? And, and all of a sudden I realized what was really going on and the best, um, analogy would be, imagine you're a farmer and you have this plot of land.

(08:05):

You have, you know, you're ready to, it's a new, you know, year, whatever, and you're, you're planting the seeds for your crops, but the issue is there are weeds all through your entire land. And so if you plant these new seeds, it's, it's not really gonna work. You know, the seeds are gonna actually take over and destroy your seeds. So what are you gonna do? You know what I mean? So the point is, is that E four trauma method and trauma work is kind of like going in and getting out and getting to the root of all those weeds before you see the plant of truth, which is through spiritual mind treatment. So as practitioners, which I love developing spiritual practitioners and you thought, um, global so amazing is we're really teaching to no truth. That's all we're doing. Spiritual practitioners are masters of, of being able to spot the limited belief, those weeds in your garden.

(09:03):

And they're also masters of doing spiritual mind treatment, right. This, and they're also coaches, those coaches are, are developed in all the actual, um, E for trauma method and all of the different, uh, processes to clear out the weeds and to bur someone's truth. Okay. So now imagine here you are the farmer, you you're ready to plant your seed. You're like, I know I want these crops. I'm gonna plant these, um, you know, avocado, whatever avocado trees or whatever we're gonna plant, we're going to harvest, but I've got all these weeds. And if I plant these avocado trees, it it's just not gonna work. Like I literally it's like asking for problems and you may even lose all the investment that you made in all the seeds that you're ready to plant. So E for trauma method and dealing with your trauma is really about getting the soil, right?

(09:52):

Because what I noticed when I was in that spiritual center is that people there, they weren't able to receive. They had so much trauma that they were, there were, they had so much limited beliefs cuz limited beliefs come from trauma. That's what it comes from. It comes from your epigenetics, from your DNA. It comes from everything in your lineage. But all of that comes from the experiences and putting limited beliefs, which can only be done to itself. Right? So I began to work with people and recognize that I had been doing a lot of subconscious work developing processes to really help neutralize all the trauma and stuff and taking it to ours, helping people birth their truth, the E four trauma method versus other trauma is we don't just, you know, get someone that they're not reactive in life. The point is to transmute the energy to birth someone's truth to birth, who they're, what they're really here to do in this lifetime.

(10:42):

So I was doing that work and it was almost like a little bit separate from the, from the prayer work. But I, what I recognized is as I began to work with somebody and I began to do both, I began to do that trauma work neutralized. They were much more receptive. Remember spiritual mind treatment is, has a contingency for somebody to receive the prayer, if you will. And it's how receptive they are. So it's kind of like clearing out that plot of land, getting the roots of all those weeds through the E four trauma method, through trauma work and getting that all cleaned up. And now here you are as the farmer. And you're like, I have choice here. I get to actually plant these seeds that I really want for my life. And I get to actually harvest them and nurture them with a daily spiritual practice, water them every day and reap the rewards.

(11:27):

Okay. So why do we need trauma work when we, and when we have spiritual mind treatment and somebody could maybe do spiritual mind treatment, maybe they don't have a lot of weeds. You know, maybe they're able and more powerful and they're like, I'm a farmer. I'm planting these things. I will deal with every single wheated as they come up because I'm so committed. I'm knowing the truth it's done in my mind. It's over and that's fine. It's not like you have to do trauma work before you can do spiritual mind treatment. Okay. It depends on each individual. It depends on how powerful their consciousness is. And we're all, all powerful all the time, but we have inverted use of our power. And if you don't know the power and you don't fully know it, embody it, then you gotta do some trauma work. Okay. And I'm not saying you, you have to do trauma work.

(12:08):

But what I found is the best kind of, uh, formula for most clients is to do both so that they fully fully are able and have all tools of themselves to have the highest, um, healing and revealing of them. So on that note, I just say, yes, yes, yes. Taken a deep breath in through the nos and excellent out. I recognize the power of, of this work, the power. I'm so grateful for all the masters that have come before. I'm so grateful for new thought movement and all the great dynamics of restoring the truth of who we are, this ancient wisdom, the wisdom that understands that with each new thought we can create entire new universals. I recognize you are the same source that is creating the entire universe, everything as above. So below everything happening in the cosmos happening in you right now, every last drop of it, the inversion of the south, you get to create heaven or hell right here right now.

(12:59):

And in this, I know the choice of neutralizing through trauma work and also directing energy upon a subconscious and universal law for a specific manifestation, the highest version of you. And so I say yes, to all these dynamic tools we have yes. To the community, yes. To all this wisdom, it sets you free. Cuz I know it has for me, I simply know this, our releases ask together. We say, and so it is amazing you guys. So I would recommend doing both your trauma work and uh, doing spiritual mind treatment. If you're interested in getting developed in these things and being able to teach them, facilitate them, uh, you can check out soul society.com or, and you can also DM me directly on social media.
