(00:00):

Welcome to

(00:01):

Soul society. The shift your movement say you do full truth.

(00:08):

Live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron, Dr. Divinity. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community in soul society. We are committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. And our mission is to awaken a billion people and how we're doing that is creating spiritual leaders. I truly believe that the future spiritual leader is not just someone up on the podium, the greatest, you know, author, the greatest speaker. I believe that the future spiritual leader is our next door neighbor. The person who inspires you, the mother or the small business owner, or your friend that truly lives and embodies their truth and is unshakable by the world. That's where I believe spirituality is going.

(01:02):

So let's do this thing. We are on number 12 of 12 of 12 week series called live your truth in this podcast series. And the today, the topic is creating your life purpose statement. And I did this topic, um, I think some months back and the difference of today versus that is that I have walked people through creating a life purpose statement. For many years, I've worked with little children doing it. I've worked with, you know, celebrities I've worked with, you know, people that are just trying to figure out what they're doing with their business. And this is the deal in my opinion. Okay, you can create your life purpose statement. There's an actual formula from last week of creating it through both your, um, your, whatever triumphs you've had in life, plus your passions, plus your skill set. Okay? But your life purpose statement, um, will change as you go through doing the truth triangle.

(01:59):

So in society, our framework and what the last, you know, this 12 week series is all on, is birthing your truth. Through the framework I created called truth triangle. And what I've found is that people can create their life purpose statement and they can come up with their purpose in calling. But if they haven't done their core, core work of healing and done their trauma work and basically making amends and pulling back their, their true power and, and getting clear of what their core values are and getting everything, they will actually probably intuitive intuitively know what their purpose and calling is at some level. And they will be able to design their life purpose statement, which I'm gonna walk 'em through today. But usually they end up kind of oscillating back and forth. They'll they'll know this, but they still get confused. They get overwhelmed.

(02:47):

They question what they're doing because they haven't done their core work to get really embedded in their truth. Okay. So today I'm gonna walk you through this, and again, you will be able to do do this. You'll be able to create your life purpose statement, and what's different about creating your purpose in calling versus your life. Purpose statement is your purpose in calling is, is a true calling in this lifetime based on your entire lineage and all the suffering you've gone through in past lifetimes in this lifetime, your life purpose statement is really getting clear in the four areas of your life, kind of your, your north star in those four areas of your life. Okay? So today that's what we're gonna walk through. So just before we do that, just to kind of go over the truth triangle again, this four week series walks you through birthing your truth, and there is called the truth triangle.

(03:36):

And the three sides is what we birth your true power. You are a divine infinite, all-knowing immortal, eternal, spiritual being, and restoring that is done through dealing with limited beliefs, dealing with the commands that you set in your, in traumas, dealing with, where you handed your power over in life. And shifting back to the true identity that I am identity. The second side of the triangle is birthing your passion and birthing your passion is all about getting clear of what your core values are and getting clear of what you're truly committed to in this lifetime. And in that putting boundaries around people, places and things, no longer looking to be the victim of anything and remembering that you're the cause of creating and living in alignment with your truth and your passion next and final side of the, of the triangle is birthing your purpose.

(04:29):

And that is what is done through past lifetime regressions. And whether you believe in past life or not, it doesn't matter. Epigenetics now proves that you have memory that lives in you as your, through your DNA. So we birth your purpose and calling through going through your past lives, understanding the suffering and the theme of the suffering and what really you need to do to complete the cycle of your DNA and complete the cycle for you to leave your legacy here in this lifetime. And then in the center of the triangle is living your truth. You've birth your truth on the outside of the triangle, and now you've gotta live your truth. And how do you live your truth in the middle? You basically are living your truth by having your daily spiritual practice. And that's not just having, you know, your 20 minute session in the morning and 20 minute session that eating your daily spiritual practice should be every breath that you take all day long, the principles that you live by the words that you speak, the thoughts that you truly energize it's your life is a prayer, as they say, okay, so today we are still on the outer side of the triangle and we are on the final 12th section of birthing your truth.

(05:38):

And that is, this is creating your life's purpose statement. So this is super fun. I recommend pausing this podcast. If you're listening to it and getting out a pen and paper, this is very, very interactive. Okay? So creating your life purpose statement is one of the most powerful things you can do for your personal professional development. Your life purpose statement is a declaration of your commitments and goals in the four areas of your life, along with the commitments to your mission. Okay? So this is going to be your life purpose statement is actually something you're gonna create and print out and all this stuff. It is gonna be the north star of your life, keeping you focused every step of the way. You know, today's world. We have so much information coming at us that when you start your day intentionally and remember what you're truly committed to, it's easy to say no to certain things and say yes, with clarity, purpose, and intention.

(06:32):

So you'll read this north star, your life purpose statement each day to stay powerfully focused on what you're committed to in your life. Okay? So it's gonna help you stay in alignment with your intentions, stay in your integrity and stay in your unique truth, because everyone has a unique divine truth. There's ultimate truth in relative truth. It will assist you in embodying that, which you desire to be. Do you get that? It assists you embodying that, which your desire to be. It's not about getting things it's about being to believe is to be live. It's what you are. And that is what that's, why, what you believe come true is cause of what you are. Okay. Personally, I create my life purpose statement in a platform called Canva online, which is a design platform. You can do whatever you want. You can just write it out and you're gonna actually write it out.

(07:23):

You can write it out on a three by five card and, um, or you can print it out and get it laminated. I personally create mine in a, in a platform called can C a N V. And on one side I print, I, I actually type out what I'm gonna help you walk through your life purpose statement. On the other side, I put a picture, whatever really helps me visualize what I really am embodying. So then I have it printed and I have it laminated. I print out five copies so I can make one on, on, I put one on the side of my bed, put one in my car, put one in the bathroom, put one in my desk, in my wallet. Okay. So let's do this thing. Your life purpose statement should be written in the following manner. Okay? So you're gonna have four sentences, four sentences each representing the four areas of your life.

(08:11):

The first area is health and wellness. Second areas, relationships and love. Third area is money and career. And fourth area is creative expression. And then there will be a fifth sentence and the fifth sentence states, what you will give in exchange for the financial abundance you, you want in your life. Okay. This is your mission statement in one sentence. Okay. So again, you're gonna have four sentences in the, for the representing the four errors of your life. And the fifth sentence is going to basically be your mission statement. That is really in ex what you're doing in exchange for your financial abundance. Okay. So you wanna write all of the sentences in present tense. Okay. Remember that universe doesn't know the past or the future. It only knows the present tense. Okay. As if it's already been manifested and demonstrated. Now you're gonna write your life purpose statement with measurable and obtainable results oriented language.

(09:12):

And you're gonna write your live purpose statement with a positive manner, with adjectives that reflect how you desire to feel. Okay. So I'm gonna give you some examples. Um, these are just examples and you can take 'em for what you want and, and create your own. Okay. So you want to also at the very top say on or before, so that you let the universe know that this is, you know, that this is who you are and what you're being and the embodiment. Okay. So state what you will give an exchange for your financial abundance as well. Okay. So basically you're gonna go like this. Okay. So number one, this is an example. Number one area, first sentence. This is an example, someone health and wellness. I will have, I have radiant health, eat whole foods and love fitting into my clothes with comfort sentence, two relationships and love.

(10:06):

I celebrate my thriving family and peaceful friends. Okay. How this is measurable is a thrives. You know, if you're family's striving or not. Okay. You know, if people are in peace or not, okay. Money and career, I live the life of my dreams with $250,000 a year for my writing career. This is an, an example of a client. Okay. I, I live the light. I, I live the life of my dreams with 250,000 a year with my writing career. Okay. This is, has an adjective. So it may be something more like I joyfully live the life of my dreams and it's measurable because she's put down $250,000 a year. And it says what she does, which is her writing career. Okay. Creative expression. I am honored, honored as the adjective to deliver beautiful books the world every year. Okay. And then her fifth sentence went, what I will give an exchange for my financial abundance.

(11:03):

I provide phenomenal writing and editing services. Okay. So again, right at the four errors of your life and the fifth is kind of like your mission statement. So here's another example of another client. First air of life is health and wellness. I love daily exercise energizing, and vitalizing my body relationships and love. I love my extraordinary partner and spiritual community of friends. Okay. That's very measurable. I love that's the adjective, my extraordinary partner. So someone who's extraordinary, they can measure that for themselves. They know when someone's extraordinary and not extraordinary and spiritual community of friends, they know that they're basically, they're saying I'm committed to having a spiritual community. So if someone's not spiritual, which we know everyone's spiritual, everything comes from spirit, but in their eyes, what they consider is spiritual community. Someone who's probably focused on that world. That's measurable, right? Career and money is I live abundantly on $10,000 a month from my investments in real estate.

(12:06):

Okay. So that's, I live abundantly is adjective $10,000 a month is, is measurable. And we know exactly where it's coming from investments in real estate. And lastly, their creative expression is I joyfully give my art to the world without attachment. Oh, sorry. That's creative expression. And lastly, what I will give an exchange for my financial abundance. I deliver clean housing for people to live very clear. Okay. One more example, example, three health and wellness for this person. I love my balanced life of wellness, living vegan and toxin free. Okay. That's for that person, right? For the next person, they may not like being vegan. Okay. That's, what's beautiful about being a spiritual living, your spiritual truth. You get to declare what your truth is. Not because anyone else tells you to be okay, second area of this person's life was relationships in love and they have declared.

(12:58):

I am so grateful for my divine partner and my technical technological community. Okay. Well, clearly they're in technology, right? So they're grateful. That's adjective, they're divine partner. I, I would imagine that means that they're spiritual as well. And my technological community money and career, I live in full prosperity on a hundred thousand dollars a year, doing what I love to do in film. Okay. And then creative expression. Every day, I get to create epic films that positively impact the world. And then number five sentence for this person. What I give an exchange from my financial abundance, I awaken the world to enlightening movies. Great. Okay. So what you're gonna do is you're going to write down basically the four errors of your life, health and vitality, money, and career love and relationships and creative expression. You can do it in whatever order doesn't matter. Okay.

(13:54):

And I want you to really write down who it is that you declare to be. What's the feeling that you want around it, and what's the measurable result. Okay. And then find, and then write it in somewhat of a affirmative sentence. Like it's gonna become your mantra of that area. What I recommend is having to all be one sentence and be very short. Some people will write out the life purpose statement and it's miles long. That's great, but you're not gonna remember it. So the point is to remember these mantras so that you can say it throughout the day and really remember, am I living in alignment with this? Right? And then the fifth sentence you're gonna write out is basically what you'll give an exchange for your financial abundance. Okay. So an example of this is Andrew Carnegie's, um, statement. And he was one of the wealthiest men in America with steel and understood the power of a mastermind.

(14:41):

And his, his exchange statement was assembling and publicizing the principles by which great individuals achieve endurance success, which is really, really interesting because he, he had, he was in the manufacturing of steel, right. But his actual intention and mission was to build an empire, to understand that, how to organize it, basically how to publicize it and how to, how to principles like this was his actual mission behind all. This was actually to teach the principles of success, but he couldn't teach the principles if he didn't understand how to have success and what that took. So, I mean, the guy was a master Andrew Carnegie exchanged statements that assembling and publicizing the principles by which great individuals achieve endurance success. It's amazing. Just get it. So today, as you go into your life and you're completing the truth triangle in this 12 series of live your truth, I recognize right here.

(15:45):

And right now that you have something to do that you are born of divine, you're born of spirit. You're here to know the truth of yourself. And you're here to live in alignment with what your bliss is, what you're here to do to not only complete the cycle and, and really give back to be able to really restore the truth of who you are. You give back, knowing that everything is you instantaneously, we're forgiven, instantaneously re we restored because we always have been the power. We're always spirit. We've always been the divine self. We're always the, I am. But in knowing that and going back to the, I am identity shedding, all identity that's anything other than that, we then get to create our new identity and decide who we wanna be in this lifetime and decide what we wanna create here from free will and knowing the truth of who we are, which we've created the entire universe.

(16:48):

And so in that again, I declare you to fulfill every last drop of every dream you could ever imagine. And also know the perfection of the relative experience of feeling divided and feeling limited and no longer judging it, just knowing it's just an experience because without the sadness, we can't experience the joy without the lack, we cannot experience the abundance without the experience of transitioning and death, we can't experience and really enjoy how precious this thing called life is. And I just wanna say, thank you for taking the time for yourself and for being on the journey with me, it is such a joy to do this work. It is my service. It is my love. And I do believe that we're here for love and whether that's in a partner or whether that's in your career that you give back and serve, I do believe service brings the greatest joy ever.

(17:45):

So thank you. And again, if you found value out of this, please refer it to a friend, tell somebody about it that you feel like would it's ready to heal. That's ready to do their inner work. And please give this podcast a five star re review. If, if you feel so inclined, it means the difference to all of us. It makes a difference. Okay. Have a beautiful day and know that if you wanna dive deeper into this work, this is the skimming over of what we do in, uh, the primary work of society, the inner work, we also train, uh, the spiritual leaders in business so they can take it and take it out into the world and do what they love for work. (00:00):

Welcome

(00:01):

To society, the shift to the movement. So you did so truth

(00:08):

Live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron, Dr. Divinity. We come together each day. Another truth live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together in a community soul society, committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. And our mission is to awaken a billion people. And how we're doing that is we're developing spiritual leaders. I truly believe the future spiritual leader is you. It's the person next door. It's the mom. It's the friend. It's the person that is able to not only know their truth, but live their truth. And in that they touch and inspire our lives. Yes, we develop great spiritual leaders with great tools of reprogramming. The subconscious mind, birthing people's truth, getting clear of their power and their passion and their purpose and helping people develop their businesses online.

(01:05):

But I truly believe the most inspirational people I know are people who are living their truth, who know who they are and aren't shakeable, they don't put their worth out in the world. They don't look to validation from others. They know who they are, and they live from that deep, deep knowingness of faith of certainty, unshakeable unstoppable. Okay, so let's do this. We are in a 12 series called live your truth. This is number 11 of 12 and go back and binge all the other ones. And if I've already recorded, the one ahead, you can go binge that one as well. So what is this series live? Your truth is this series of a process I developed over 22 years. Everything based from Greek Oracle processes, Socrates method, and understanding human psyche to develop what I call the truth. Triangle. The truth triangle has three sides to it, and we birth your true power.

(02:02):

You are an infinite divine, all-knowing powerful, spiritual being and all spiritual work is really shifting back to the true identity of the I am. So we look at the trauma. We look at the limiting beliefs. We look at where you've handed your power over in life, and we restore the truth of who you are. Now, second side of the triangle is passion. We birth your passion. You have a specific truth, right? There's ultimate truths and relative truths. And what's true for you is true for you. The universe has to agree with you, regardless of anything is your perspective. So we wanna get clear of what your, what your core values are, what really matters to you, and how do you no longer look to the world as being the cause of anything. You look to the world as the beautiful reflection of your consciousness. So birthing your passion is really getting clear of what matters to you and being able to put boundaries on people, plate and things you can live in peace, live in joy, live in your own divine nature, which is being fulfilled, which is one with everything.

(03:09):

The third side of the triangle is birthing your purpose. And that's actually part of what we're gonna go over today. So birthing your purpose is really about looking at the trials and triumphs that you had in this lifetime and all lifetimes, all coming down through your DNA. And we basically look at it and, and understand that you're here to complete your DNA. You're here to complete whatever negative aspects are, are energetic. Charges are still on your DNA and neutralize those and be able to have free will. So a lot of the clients, basically they have had trials in different areas of their life. And this is what's birthed their purpose in a lifetime to not only heal themselves, to heal their lineage, but to heal people that also are going through the same things they went through. So in birthing your purpose, it really becomes the identity that you are.

(03:56):

Because if we go all the way back to the identity of the I am, and then we restore and come back and choose to have the identity that we want in this life. It's like being a character in the play of life. You get to produce it, you get to direct it and you are the character in it, right? And then inside of the truth, triangle is what's really important, which is living your truth. This comes down to your daily spiritual practice, and it comes down to the embodiment that you want to be. Who do you desire to be? How are you going to embody those things on a day to day basis? What are the words you're gonna say? What are the thoughts that you wanna choose to think? What are your, how are you gonna connect your true self, right? And how are you gonna align to your passion and purpose and calling?

(04:36):

Okay, so let's do this. So we are on week number 11 of 12, which is purpose and calling worksheet. Next week, we're gonna actually create your life purpose statement, but this week we're going to just birth your purpose and calling. And this is done. Of course, you can't do this worksheet. If you haven't already done your trauma and you haven't already done your past lives and you haven't already gotten clear of your core values and things like this. This is after all that, when it's all, when you, when you really feel like you've done some healing and you really feel like you've had triumph over all your tribulations, triumph over the suffering, we now wanna go into this worksheet. And this is one of the fundamental worksheets I love to do. Um, birthing people's purpose and calling and creating a life purpose statement. I've gone in with groups of children to do this.

(05:23):

I've gone in with different groups around the world, online and offline. And it brings me to a, a, a relevant store that actually happened. Last night, I went over, I was invited over to this beautiful event over in Brentwood, Los Angeles with some dear girlfriends of mine and others. And, um, it was really a showcase of a mini documentary that they created. Um, they didn't create this, uh, this other group did, which is called hustle 2.0. That is a group that goes into high security prisons. And does transformational work with the inmates? And the girlfriends invited me over there are called the sister society girlfriends that are big influencers and lines that have hundreds of thousands of followers and do transformational and spiritual work over there. And, um, so at this event it was beautiful. First of all, one of my girlfriends has a gorgeous home, really intentional, conscious human beings.

(06:21):

And what I love about these human beings is that they are, they're not just taking their, their prosperity for granted. They earned it, they've done their core, core, deep, deep work. And in that you birth your prosperity as well. You claim your birthright of prosperity and they know that they have to give back. And so they do give back. And so, um, four of my girlfriends went into, um, in, to serve for three days in one of the prisons doing transformational work with hustle 2.0. And so they go into the prison. And for three days they do deep work of healing, understanding the traumas that they've gone through, understanding and revealing all their, their, his story, their, his story, and they birth a new possibility for them. And they took a look at things like, how can they create, what can they create from here on, out in their life and their, in their families and in their potential careers, if they ever leave prison, things like that.

(07:17):

And it was super, super touching to witness, um, the mini trailer of the documentary and meet the director. And, uh, one of the inmates that was kind of the primary role in it. So the primary role, um, this gentleman, uh, I actually forgot his name off the top of my head. I'm so sorry. But, so I wanna talk about his story because it's a, an perfect example of someone's purpose and calling. So the triumph that he's had, right? So he was a young man that went to prison. I think he was molested at seven years old and at 11 years old, he was basically gotten a fight with a guy at a young boy and grabbed a pistol I believe, and shot him. And, um, I don't think he killed him, but he went to prison. And so obviously through his work, within the prison, he began to find hustle 2.0 and began to find his faith and find the truth of who he is and realizing that he was just a, a really product of a circumstances.

(08:20):

He didn't know any better. And he did the best that he could out of the trauma and the decisions that were made from the rape, from all the stuff that happened in his life, the molestation. And he came, he's now a leader within hustle 2.0, and quite frankly, he's, he's a minister at heart. You can tell, cause he, uh, he's just a highly, highly hu conscious human being. So now he's got this triumph, right? It's not over, he's still dealing with that triumph. He's still has to have retribution and all the things that he was so clear about, but truly he's had major triumph over where he's come and where he is now. And his passion is really to help others, other children, and other inmates, other people like him that have come from a really tough background and help them know the truth of who they are and become empowered.

(09:17):

And his talent is really his preaching. I mean, that's really his talent. So this is what his birth, his purpose in calling. Okay. So the formula, if you wanna get out your pen and paper for your purpose and calling is three things, and this may not be the ultimate truth. There can be somebody else's formula, but after working with thousands of people on this, this formula seems to work. So your purpose in calling formula is your triumphs plus your passions. Plus your talents equals your purpose in calling, I'll say it again, your triumphs plus your passions. Plus your talents equals your purpose in calling. This is the deal that man that stand before me and about 150 other people in this beautiful home last night touched our lives. He's a divine, spiritual, powerful all-knowing spirit. And he embodied this, this lifetime here and a certain lineage that came from tough upbringings from a crime background, from dysfunction, from everything.

(10:26):

And he, he chose things that he only knew at that point in time to choose. And I believe that any one of us, we can't judge it. And I know that all of us have done things that we could have got locked up for. I know I did as a teenager, but guess what? I wasn't black and I didn't get caught. Okay. We've all done things we're ashamed of. We've all done things that we're illegal at some point in time, maybe not, but majority of human beings have. And the point is that this man now rises like the Phoenix rising, right? He now knows who he is. And quite frankly, all of that heartache becomes the biggest blessing of his life because it becomes the greatest calling and the most fulfillment you could ever imagine. And so none of those guys really wanna learn from somebody that in, in the, in the prison doesn't, they don't wanna learn from somebody who's never gone through hardship.

(11:21):

Okay. When my girlfriends went in, all four of them have gone through major things. Alexy Panos has gone through rape at gunpoint. You know, they've gone through heartbreak, they've gone through financial ups and downs. They've gone through, you know, uh, beatings, all kinds of things. And this is the common denomin they find with working with so many people, a wide spectrum of clients, celebrities to, you know, single moms to whatever. Right. That everybody has a story. I know I personally went through date rape. I know I went through, you know, divorce in my family. I know I went through, you know, I've gone through dysfunctional relationships. I've gone through physical abuse in relationship, mental abuse. I've gone through and I've done crazy shit too, right? Like we're human. And that's our human touch is that we are not the product. We're not, that's not makes us up who we are.

(12:16):

Okay. So again, the formula is your talents are your triumphs, plus your passion plus your talents. And if you haven't had triumph, people say, you know, I don't know what my triumph is. I don't know what that is. Well, then that the truth is that you're not ready to birth your purpose in calling. You still have inner work to do to know what the true triumph is, right? You, you can't have that insight. You can't have that, knowing that this is your calling. If you're still haven't done your inner work. So to birth your purpose in calling demands, you to have triumph. And in order to have triumph, you've gotta do your trauma work. You've gotta do your inner work. You've gotta do your inner healing. And that isn't happen in three sessions, right? This is lifetimes and lifetimes and lifetimes coming down your DNA track.

(12:59):

People want instant gratification. It takes years. Sometimes I know that man has been with hustle 2.0 for years. Right? So my invitation for you today is to make a list, make a list of, of the hardest thing you've ever had to go through. What is the hardest thing you've ever had to go through? And, and maybe you're still going through it. Have you had triumph over it? So what is that right for me, it was it, of course it was having my stillborn at 22. I was really hard. You know, being alone in that cold, dark morticians room in the basement, that was a living hell. I was broken in a thousand million zillion pieces. But guess what? That same thing became the biggest blessing of my life because now I help other people awaken to the truth of who they are. We're not our bodies, we're not our bodies. We're not this lifetime. We are infinite, immortal spiritual beings right now.

(14:05):

And so the next thing is to make a list of what are your passions? You know, what do you love doing? I love teaching. I love speaking. I love presenting. I love creating content. That's based on truth. That's based on helping people in their suffering and, and find their freedom. And what's your, what are your talents? You know, what are your talents? I'd say my greatest talent that people have told me is that I I've, I'm li I listen. Well, I'm able to listen. And that's from doing all the work, being able to hear the limiting beliefs, being able to hear what the soul's saying. And so for you, you know, I think that what is that, you know, we, we wanna, we wanna learn from people that have gone through stuff you don't wanna learn about, you know, health issues from somebody that's always had perfect health.

(14:57):

You wanna learn from somebody that had a disease or has been obese or whatever that is. We wanna learn about wealth and building wealth from somebody who's struggled or been homeless. We wanna learn about anything in life from people somebody's gone through hard thing. That's, what's inspirational going and going from really hardship to having triumph over something. Okay. So right out your skills, right at your talents, right out your knowledge, what, what, what do you have, like what have you gone through? What could somebody learn from you? And I think that somehow we think that we have to be an almighty master up on the Hilltop to become a teacher. And that's just not the truth. You've overcome something that someone hasn't, maybe it's, you know, learning how to organize your bills. Maybe it's learning how to invest. Maybe it's learning how to, uh, do design on CAMBA online.

(15:48):

I don't know what that is for you, but I know that if you have some skill set and you can help others, then guess what? You're a teacher, don't wait. You know, I think the, the biggest thing that came outta last night for me was that it's so profound to watch so many people that have such great wisdom in healing, the subconscious and trauma, cuz that's kind of the feel I'm in. So those are the people I hang out with. Right? And we have so many gifts and, and, and don't wait, get it out there. People need this. You guys, there's millions and millions and millions of people. I believe it's the number one thing on this planet to help people heal their trauma, awaken transform, understand the truth of who they are. Don't wait another day. You too can become a spiritual leader. And whether you touch one life or whether you touch a trillion lives, right?

(16:37):

Oh, a billion, right? There's only trillion people on the planet, no matter what you do do it now don't wait. This is powerful work. We're at a, we're at a, it's like a tidal wave coming in with this work. People understand. They finally understand you guys. They finally get that. It's the subconscious that they've gotta deal with. They finally get that. It's their trauma. They've gotta deal with. It's finally this thing. So I'm gonna invite you to come into society. I'm gonna invite you to apply. I'm gonna invite you to say yes. And whether it's society or not say yes to your growth, to your self development, get a coach. You know, we certify girls in this, in society and men too. We're opening up the men's division right now. Okay. So make a list of your passions. The potential ways you could turn your passions into valuable services.

(17:21):

And if you don't know what that is, then there's platforms you can learn from, make a list of your, the hardest experience you've ever gone through and list the victories you've had over these challenges, make a list of how you feel. You could help others who are going through a similar situation. You've gone through. Maybe you've gone through rape. Maybe you've gone through an eating disorder. Maybe you've gone through, you know, heartbreak or codependency or whatever that is. The truth is you can help somebody. You are the future spiritual leader. I truly believe that, you know what? I get most excited. Someone asked me last night, what do you get? What are you most excited about right now? You know what I'm most excited about? I'm most excited about creating content. That isn't is that lives on beyond me. Things like a program like society that trains people to be able to take the work and take it out in their own expression.

(18:13):

Things like the book that's coming out, that we'll be able to have something that someone can take that learn some content and take it into their life and their own expression. That's what I'm most excited about. It's not about becoming a celebrity. It's not about becoming an influencer of having so many likes. It's about making the difference in the world. That's what I live for and die for. I've handed my life over to this work. Look, I I'm just because I'm a leader. Doesn't mean I have hard days to, I get lonely to, I get all those things, but guess what? That's my driving force that keeps me doing my work because I can't have true fulfillment and all this, unless we all do. We're one consciousness. Do you get that? We're one consciousness together. And we can't just live in total freedom without everybody living in total freedom.

(19:01):

It's impossible. We're one mind. And so I just know the truth of who we are, which is divine. We're oneness, where there's only one spirit. There's only one life. You are my reflection. I am your reflection. And so today, as you birth your purpose in calling, I know that you have a specific gift and message to bring to the world. And it's the greatest gift you can give, which is you, the highest version of you, the greatest gift you can ever give anybody in your life is for you to be a healed whole human being. And in that I know that we're here giving back. We're restoring you. Don't just forgive and forget. You gotta actually make amends and you gotta, and you gotta actually equalize it. You gotta give back I'm in service because it's the only way that I truly restore my soul.

(19:59):

(00:00):

Welcome to society, the shift to the tribe, the movement. So you did truth.

(00:08):

Live for Los Angeles is Dr. Aaron, Dr. Divinity. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together in a community society to know the truth also to, uh, live from empowerment, enlightenment, and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. And we are awakening a billion people by developing spiritual leaders and spiritual leaders are not just the typical spiritual leaders that are writing or speaking or doing, you know, events, the spiritual leader. In my opinion, the future spiritual leader is you. It's the person who impacts every single person. They come in contact with. It can be, yes, it can be a small business owner. It can be a mom. It can be anybody, the people who touch our lives. And I think that's where spirituality is going.

(00:57):

It has to live in our heart and it has to touch and impact and inspire people everywhere we go. So we are doing a series it's called live your truth. It's a 12 week series and we are on week 10 of 12. This is, um, all based off of, uh, a framework and technology. I've built over 22 years, which is called the truth triangle, which is based in processes from Greek Oracle processes, science of mind, metaphysics. It's really understanding how the subconscious mind is connected with the universal law and how we birth our truth. So it's based on Medix and Maddix is a word it's a, a Greek word that is considered to birth your truth. Just like midwifery is birthing. Your baby may UIX is birthing your truth. So we birth the truth and on the truth triangle, there's three sides and we are birthing your true power, the true power that you are, that divine all knowing all spiritual, infinite resources, powerful spiritual beam.

(02:01):

On the second side of the triangle, we birth your, your passion, your specific truth. There's ultimate truths. Like energy will never be destroyed and there's relative truths, and we're really birthing your truth. What's true for you. What's true for you in the realm of your relationships, in how you like to spend your days, how you sleep, what sleep patterns work for you, what food works for you, all these areas, what is good for you in the realm of money and career and your expression? That's what we're birthing here. Okay. And the third side is birthing your purpose. And your purpose is from all the suffering of all lifetimes to come to your why, why is it so important to you? Cuz I truly believe that you're here to complete your DNA. You've got memory of all lifetimes that come down your DNA and there's good memory and those bad memory.

(02:47):

And you get to complete those cycles for all your lineage. And then you get to create your legacy that you're leaving in this lifetime. Okay? So today we are dealing with, um, past life regressions and this is the third side of the triangle, which is really birthing your purpose and what I've found after years and years of working with, you know, all different types of clients, CEOs, celebrities, single moms, future spiritual leaders, all kinds of people. The past life progressions are profound. And what's interesting is I always think, oh, you know what? It might not work. You know? And sure enough, some huge epiphany that I never saw coming comes sliding on and smacks us all in the face to go, holy cow, this stuff is powerful. So I am going to, I'm going to attempt to walk you through a past life regression. I don't know how well this is gonna be able to be done within your, you know, your own home and whatever.

(03:44):

I don't think there's anything to fear here. This is more of an imagination process. As Einstein said, our imagination, our fantasy is the greatest faculty we have. And that's really what we're tapping in through past life regression. Okay. So let's do this thing. So past life regression. So past life regression is the process of pulling mental pictures from the ACA records. You could also say from just that's living in your DNA, right? So past life regression is the process of pulling up mental pictures from the ACA records that you have energetic emotions attached to neutralizing them. Okay? The truth is that all past lives are your lineage. All past lives. Are your lineage. The truth is that when you go into past life regressions, if you really started going deeper and deeper, deeper, you would break through the wall and realize all past lives are your past lives.

(04:32):

Okay? Many, many lives, many masters, right? You are one with everything and everyone. However, you have a particular DNA and a carmic lineage that your soul associates with. So we're first gonna deal with your particular soul and your particular lineage. If somebody's out there and they're like, you know what? I wanna go all the way down the rabbit hole. I wanna know everything. I want the entire veil to come off, then keep doing past life regressions. Okay. In my opinion, there are two primary reasons to do past life regressions. Okay? Obviously the ultimate goal is to have enlightenment, but the true primary reasons to do past life regression is to one. When doing your trauma work past life, regressions can assist in neutralizing the emotions associated with mental pictures from past lives that are projecting into this lifetime because we at, you know, my practice and our practice in society is to not be way out there as spiritualists.

(05:26):

The reality is everything is created from spirit and we wanna be able to have it applicable. How does this affect your immediate circumstances, your life? How does this affect the way that you are able to create money, your relationships, having deeper connections, your health, right? We don't wanna get too. Woo, woo. We wanna bring down to tactics and how you actually apply this stuff and how it makes a difference in your world today. So number one reason to do your past life regression is to heal the trauma in your DNA. Epigenics proves now that memory of all lifetimes is, is living your DNA. So the fears that you feel, those, you know, reactions that you feel, the sadness that you don't know where it comes from, that is all living in your, from your DNA. So we wanna complete and neutralize those mental pictures associated with that so that you can get freed up for more free will and enjoy your life more.

(06:18):

The second primary reason to do past life regressions beyond really woo woo stuff is getting when getting clarity on your purpose and calling helps to spot the patterns of suffering from past life, mental pictures, triumph over your trials so that you can have a gateway to burden your purpose and calling. Okay. So there's two primary reasons to do past life regressions. One is to get freed up from the trauma that's living on your track. And number two is to birth your purpose in calling. So more than anything, purpose in calling is really something that everyone wants to figure out. People are like, I wanna know what it is. And oftentimes they find that people need to stop trying to figure out what their purpose in colon is. And when they do their inner healing, it will be revealed. It's revealed it's spoken through within. Okay.

(07:05):

So past life regression is accessed via imagination and fantasy. Okay. So I don't want you to get to too caught up in, is this real? Is this not real? Do I believe in past lives or not get over it? Okay. The reality is this is that it doesn't matter if you believe in past lives or not. The reality is that you have memory stored in your DNA and in the collective consciousness, the mental pictures may be fantasy or reality, but it doesn't matter. What matters is the emotions that are attached to the mental pictures that are impinging upon your subconscious, right? So if you're able to pull up a fantasy picture, but you have a lot of emotion around it, then it's the emotion that matters. It doesn't matter if the it's like having a dream, okay. Dreams are the same way. Dreams are obviously not real, but the emotion attached to your dream is what we do in dream analysis so that we can see what's really going on.

(08:05):

Why do you have that emotion to you and what needs to be completed in your life and your track around that emotion? Right? So it's the same thing. So going into past life regression is really about fantasy and imagination. Okay? So once you have taken inventory of the suffering of this lifetime, you can pretend you're writing a film script with a story jumps from this life to the past lifetime. So this is what I tell my clients, okay. When we're going into a past life regression, first of all, you don't have to have attachment and believe those past lives. But what I want you to do is I want you to pretend like you're like a director, okay. Or rather a, you know, you're writing the script of a movie and you know how those, those great movies that they go from one lifetime and they jump to past lifetimes or future lifetimes.

(08:50):

Right? That's what I want you to do. I want you to look at the suffering and kind of the theme of your life in this lifetime. And I want you to pretend that you jump back to a past life and it all makes sense of why you're playing out this theme in this lifetime. Okay. So we're gonna do this. So example, imagine you're writing a movie script when the movie script starts in this lifetime and portrays the suffering and theme of your life. Then the movie jumps to a past lifetime and portrays a suffering that you went through, which is carried through in a bizarre and yet succinct manner. Okay. So

(09:30):

An example of this is taking on the theme of this lifetime. So what is the theme of the suffering of this lifetime? For example, my theme, when I started doing this was I'm constantly experiencing feeling abandoned and alone. It's like a romantic drama where the woman isn't able to accept people, loving her because she's afraid they will abandon her. Okay. So what was fascinating was when I started doing my past life regressions, I had thought my abandonment issue was from this lifetime. Sure. My dad, you know, and my mom got divorced. My dad went off and had another family and other kids and da, da, da. So I had this whole like, oh, it's, you know, it's from this lifetime. It wasn't until I started doing my past life regressions that I started realizing holy cow, there was some major, major, major trauma and major feelings of abandonment people having to go away.

(10:20):

Right? So I want you to close your eyes and feel the suffering within this lifetime. I want you to really get the impact and the theme of your life is the theme that you're always at battle is the theme that you're always having. Heartbreak is a theme that you just can't ever figure it out. What is a theme? If you're to put a character, you know, in your life, and you're the main character, what's the theme of that movie of your life? You know, you might wanna pause this podcast and kind of think about the, for a minute. What's the theme of your life? Is it a hopeless, romantic? Is it an action movie? Is it a thriller? You know, what's the theme of your life and what's the suffering that you've gone through in this lifetime. Have people died around you? I have clients that everyone around them commit suicide. I have clients around them that, you know, they can nothing but success, but in the success, there's a lot of betrayal. You know, what is the theme of your life next? I want you to close your eyes and feel the suffering and really, really feel that. Okay. And I want you to imagine a movie where you, you cut to the past life and there's a mental picture that pulls up with the same suffering feeling.

(11:47):

I want you to really imagine what that is

(11:51):

Going there for me. I was standing in a dirt road of my farm when the authorities came up on horses to tell me that my husband and love of my life had been killed at war. And I remember sitting there and it was like, it really felt like a, it was when I first started going into the process, it felt like a fantasy. Like I was just kind of imagining. It was like almost like I saw a movie and as they started describing the situation and standing there on the dirt road and having these authorities come up on their horses and telling me that my husband, who literally was the love of my life had been murdered at war basically. And I just started describing the feeling of feeling so, so distraught and so hopeless and like everything I'd ever cared about was taken away from me.

(12:46):

And as I was in that session, I remember just bawling my eyes out. And it was the weirdest thing ever because I thought, how could this feel more real than the abandonment in this lifetime? And that's what began me on the path of realizing, wow, there's something here. These emotions are deep, deep, deep, deep in our track, deep in the DNA. And as I began to work with, you know, hundreds of different clients and pulling up past lives and having them describe it, I didn't never describe it for 'em or never tell 'em what their past life is. They do it through fantasy, they do it through imagination and I'm telling you, every single client I've worked with has been blown away by how real it feels when they go back there. And oftentimes when I'm working with, you know, the women's spiritual leaders in particular, they, a lot of them have been, you know, gone through a lot of different trauma on their track in, in multiple lifetimes, around being, you know, scrutinized as a woman being burned on the stake as a witch, um, you know, being raped multiple times, all kinds of things.

(13:52):

And that's why I feel like so many of them really desire to have women's empowerment and, and that voice in this lifetime. So, you know, I'm not here to say this is real or not real. I'm just here to say what I've experienced. And, um, if it works for you, use it, if it doesn't work for you, don't use it. I think that all spirituality, the reality is that whatever processes work for you to have you get freedom for you to understand your track, then, then that's great. If not, it's no problem, but as we go further down this track and keeping with this process next, I want you to close your eyes again. And I want you to get in touch with the suffering you've experienced again in this lifetime and the past lifetimes. Now take me to another mental picture from a past life and it's okay if it feels like you're imagining it again.

(14:43):

This is the vortex of the Akasha records. The Akasha records is a name that, you know, comes from our lineage, but really the ACO records lives in you. It lives in your DNA. It lives in this process. It's not measurable. It's not anything science has been able to get, but epigenetics now is proving there's memory. So there is truth at some level to this. Okay. So close your eyes again and get in, try and really get in touch with the suffering, that pain point of a mental picture you can get in this lifetime, maybe another pain point or another pain point and another lifetime imagination of a mental picture of something that occurred that has that same pain in it. And begin to describe the image or spiritual memory. Just begin to write it out. If you have a journal, you could write it out.

(15:30):

If you're in, uh, meditation being to speak it out. So an example is I see myself watching my family being taken away from me, I'm crying and screaming. It's so painful because I know that I'll never see them again. One of my clients, um, described being, you know, in the, as a Nazi, you know, taking them away, um, being a Jew and having the Nazis take away their family and just the morbid and horrific feeling of knowing that your whole family is dying and whether that's real or not, that client was able to tap into that collective consciousness that I truly believe that a lot of the emotions that we have in us is not just our track as we're. We are one, right? We know scientifically we're we're energy and we're connected to everything and everyone, and we have a collective consciousness. And so sometimes when we're sad, sometimes when we're tapping into our trauma, we're tapping into the collective consciousness, trauma and sadness.

(16:29):

And so I think that this is really a process of, of revealing that true deep, deep emotion that lives in you and as does a deep, deep, deep joy. So you can tap into whichever you want. It's like being a great actor, you know, the actors channel different personas and they can switch accordingly. So this is the process of really getting in there and realizing you are that, and you are that I am, that I am, as the saying goes now. So do you feel the same about your suffering within this life and past lifetimes? And I think that's the point of it is, do you have a new perspective? Do you have a new cognition? Have you expanded your consciousness? Have you experienced more depths of who you are? And if this, you have, then, then that's really what we're looking for. It may be a shift in consciousness, subtle or profound.

(17:30):

So for me, you know, my mission was born out of this. My mission was born out of having a stillborn in this lifetime, but was also born out of the suffering and realizing that that heartbreak and that abandonment is really the loneliness. And as we get deeper, deeper into our spirituality, we can never feel alone because we really are the one, but we can have human moments still and feel alone. So when I feel lonely or abandoned, I know that is my, my trigger to go and go deeper into my spirituality and remember the truth of who I am and everyone is. And so out of this process, so many of my clients have burned their purpose. They know they're here to help empower women. They're here to make a difference in the lineage. They're here to no longer abandon people because they don't need to be abandoned anymore.

(18:17):

They get to be there for others. They get to be the stable one in their family and in their relationship. So whatever that mission is, I know that your purpose in calling is already in you. You already have your purpose in calling your purpose in calling is to know the depths of who you are and complete that lineage complete that suffering and trauma of all lifetimes. And so on that note, if you have gotten benefits and enjoyed this podcast, please give a five star re review. It's very important. (00:00):

Welcome

(00:01):

To society, the shift to the movement. So you did full truth.

(00:08):

Live from Los Angeles is Dr. Aaron, Dr. Divinity. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community in soul society. We're committed to being the number one spiritual leaders community. And that doesn't mean traditional spiritual leaders that are writing books and on stage necessary. We truly believe that spiritual leaders can be the mom, the person that is, you know, being the best version of themselves. It can be someone who is in a traditional corporate job. It can be whatever. Yes. We also train spiritual leaders in a certification program who truly desire to embody this particular work and take this out to the world in their unique expression, but would truly also believe that spiritual leaders at every single one of us is the future spiritual leader, because when you're have done your work, when you live and breathe, your truth, every single person you come in contact, you will impact.

(01:04):

You'll be impressed. Trust me. Okay, so let's do this thing. So we are on, um, the truth, triangle living your truth. This is a series of 12. Um, we are on the second side of a triangle dealing with passion. So the truth triangle, just to give you a little back, uh, work on this, because if you haven't listened to the other podcast through other podcast, we've gone through the truth triangle. And this is really about birthing your true power. The truth of who you are really, this is you are an all-knowing powerful spiritual beam. And the second side of the triangle is birthing your specific truth, which is really your passion. What works for you? What doesn't work for you, where are you in alignment with life and where do you need to put the boundaries on people, places, and things to live that truth.

(01:49):

The third side of the triangle is birthing your purpose, which is about understanding that all your trials, all your tribulations, all the suffering that you've gone through has served you. You've chosen that at a soul level to be, to birth your purpose and calling in this lifetime. And so living your truth, this series is really about giving you the tools to understand what it means to know th self, what it means to birth your truth, and most importantly, what it means to live your truth. And so that's what we are up to in this. We are on number nine of 12, we are doing what is called values, commitments, and alignment. It's super important. If you wanna live your truth, you have gotta know what your core values are and what you're really committed to and how to align with those, right? So in today's podcast, I'm gonna take you through this.

(02:39):

So what I highly highly highly recommend is for you to get a pen and paper out, turn off the distractions, you know, just really take a couple deep breaths in and just begin to know and get clear right here that your mind is powerful. That as you direct your mind, you inform energy and inform energy goes onto the universal law, which is your subconscious, the subjective mind, which basically reflects back life is the ultimate mirror of what's going on in your consciousness. So if you don't even know what you want to direct, you, haven't got clear of what your core values are, what you're truly committed to or aligning to that. Energy's gonna just go all over the place and you're gonna feel the chaos. You're gonna feel the overwhelm because you have not directed it with clarity, with certainty, with passion. So let's do this stuff.

(03:34):

You guys, we truly believe as a community and society that every single person has a gift and message to bring to the world when they awaken. And our mission is to awaken a billion people globally, and how we're doing that is again by developing world class spiritual leaders. So let's dive into this. Okay. So, you know, I've worked with, um, celebrities, CEOs, single moms, and then most importantly, spiritual coaches and spiritual leaders, developing spiritual leaders for years and years now. And there's very common things that I come upon within each session. And that's why I decided to create society, to put all the work into group sessions and into automated systems, because, you know, I just found that I'm doing the same work over and over again. So people might as well just have this. And then if they wanna work in a group or one on one with me, they can, okay.

(04:25):

So getting clear of your values is one of the core things that has had my clients break through and live extraordinary lives and live lives that they love in power with certainty, with passion, with purpose. Okay. So the number one thing that holds most people back from success is in their personal life and their professional life is of course their limiting beliefs. This has to do with the trauma work and getting into their core, core decisions that they made in traumatic incidences in this lifetime and past lifetimes. Okay. So before you do this process, you've gotta go back to, um, I think it's day four of the 12 series, and really understand the trauma and understand how you've got to neutralize your trauma, spot, those limiting beliefs and bring them up from a subconscious. Okay. So, but today we're gonna talk about the next thing that hinders most people from success is being at alignment with their core values.

(05:23):

And this is like, duh. Okay. One of the questions I always ask people is if you want, if you won the lottery tomorrow, let's just pretend you won 20 million in the lottery. Would you be doing what you're doing? Would you be doing the line of work you're doing? Would, how would you be spending your days? Are they, is it different than how spend your days today? And of course, you'd be able to buy more material things, but how would you be spending your day, right. And if it's not what you're doing today, you know, obviously some things would change a little bit, but if it's not really what you're doing today in your, in your, your career, and it's not how you're spending your free time, then you got it all wrong. Okay. And for example, people are like, well, what do you mean? I mean, if I had won the lottery, I could, you know, be on a jet and I'd be doing this and that, whatever.

(06:09):

Well, if you'd be adventuring the world, then go adventure. The world, you know, you can meet friends that have a lot of money and hang out with them and do that life. Do whatever it is that you would do if you won the lottery. Well, I might, you know, live in a huge house and I wouldn't be able to afford that now. Well, great. But what would you be doing? Who would you be? Who would you be being, right. We're not talking about, you know, the, the amount of, you know, dollars that you'd be spending that might change, or you can, and you can pull in big material things without actually having to make that money. What would you be doing? I want you to actually take the time after this podcast and write down what would you be doing, because that's gonna determine a lot of your core values, right?

(06:49):

So getting clarity on your core values and commitments is imperative to becoming empowered, aligning with your core values, and commitments is a key to becoming unstoppable in your termism and success. Okay. So oftentimes a lot of times when I get into a one-on-one session with a coach, for example, like teaching many different, um, high level coaching programs, and one of the core things is a common complaint I've had from big coaches is they say, I, you know, I wanted to do this. I left my, you know, traditional job, or I launched this coaching, uh, company. And I thought I would have this laptop lifestyle. I want financial freedom. That's why I did this entire thing. But instead I'm working 24 7 and hustling, and I see no end insight. So again, I asked them, if you won the lottery, you know, would you be doing what you're doing?

(07:44):

And they're like, no, I would, I'd be off like adventuring and taking people on adventures through, um, you know, the Amazon. And I would, you know, do smaller, you know, groups of people and, and experience different things. And dah, dah, da go, well, then do that. You know what I mean? Like, you don't have to do social media. You don't have to do all these things you're doing. You don't have to get, you know, these one-on-ones teaching them about money. If that's not your passion, it's like, oh, I could actually go make a coaching career, going to the Amazon and, and have it be word of mouth and have it be, you know, doing all. So this is the point you guys is it stop living for someday, right? We go over that in my other book awakening. But in this session, we're gonna go of how to get clarity on your core values and commitments, how to align with your core values and commitments.

(08:35):

These are the true questions. You should be asking yourself, what are my core values and what are my core commitments? What am I committed to? And how do I align with my core values? And how do I align with my commitments? It's like amazing that so few people actually ask themselves this. Most people be asking 'em what their core values that they don't even know what their core value is like, what are you talking about? And, you know, there's different types. A lot of this comes back to mythology. You know, I'm a total warrior. So my core value is growth and expansion, right? A lot of the coaches out there that's, they are warriors at heart. There's. Other people are literally, their core value is just love and connection. And they are the supporters a lot. They, they just wanna love and connect, you know, and yes, some of the great leaders are also, um, core values, love, but generally they love, you know, growing in evolution as much, otherwise they wouldn't be as you know, motivated to get out there.

(09:29):

Right? So there are two primary subconscious processes to bur someone's core values and commitments, number one, break down the quandaries and problems in one's life. And so why, why does this help building, you know, discovering your core values, because when you look at the problems in your life and the struggles and the quandaries mean youve you've goals that are going against each other, you can take a look at what those different goals are. Why do you, why are you even doing those things? And then you can get clear of which one is really the core goal. And that is where you discover your core value. Okay. So for example, remember years ago, um, I had a coach that I was coaching and again, one of her, her quandary was I want to, you know, have a laptop life. So I want financial freedom and the other was, but I wanna make a lot of money and pay my bills right now.

(10:26):

Right. So we need to get clear of what is the core value. Yes, the core value. She has a core value of, of becoming financial independent, but her primary core value was to be able to have low stress. And, and, and part of that was, you know, getting clear of taking care and sustaining her life and her family. That was one of the core, core values that she had. Right. So it made it clear that as much as she wants to have freedom and all that she's got to have stability is more of a core value and having the freedom and, and lifestyle, right? Because she could, you know, uproot everything and start traveling around the world and going through a shift in and aligning to that core value. She wasn't willing to do that. So she had to get back to her core value of, of really having her own, you know, taking care of her family.

(11:15):

Another core value is I had a client who wanted to, they, they were in LA because of their purpose and calling, but they felt like it's really expensive in LA. I know for a lot of us, that was since been a quandary for a lot of us. Right. But when he started going into his session, he started realizing that the core value really was to get his mission to the world. And that being in Los Angeles was an alignment with that commitment because of the relationships and the different aspects of Los Angeles that were, that were helping in that process of bringing that mission to the world. And so the problem of overcoming how expensive Los Angeles was went away, basically, cuz he, he was like, get over it, right. It's expensive to fulfill your dreams. Fine. It's a commitment. Right? So getting clear of what you're really committed to oftentimes will take care of problems.

(12:10):

Okay. So even if you have like a girlfriend that's going through quandaries and problems with their relationship, getting clear of what their core values will help them in their decision of whether they should stay, go, how to align, how to communicate and really how to get committed to what their core values are. And it usually takes care of problems. Okay. So again, the two primary subconscious processes that birth someone's core values and commitments are number one, break down the quandaries and problems in one lives. What your life number two is getting clarity on the ideal scene must haves and ideal breakers. Okay. So it's really important for you to get clear of because when you're manifesting, right, when you're, you're directing mind every day in every way, you're directing mind. If you don't know what you want, how the hell you gonna direct universal law and direct it, right?

(12:59):

So you need to get clarity on what is your ideal scene. If you have the magic wand, what is it that you truly desire? Right? So we break this down in the four heirs of life. What is it that you truly desire in the realm of career and money? What is it that you truly desire? If you have a magic wand in relationships and love, what is it? You truly desire in health and wellness and what is it that you truly desire in CR in your creative expression? Now the next one is, must haves. And that means what do you have to, what do you, what do you, what is like, you have to have this. So for example, in my career, I remember years back a coach asking me this, what is your must have in your career? And mine was conscious conversation. I have to have a conscious conversation.

(13:44):

Number one. Right? So what is your must have in relationship maybe your must have in relationship is that they, they don't lie. You know, that they're, that they communicate their they're committed to communicating or that they're committed to, um, getting married. You know, I don't know. That's not everyone's must haves. Right? What are your must haves in the areas of, of money? Money might be, I need to must have is I gotta make, you know, a hundred thousand dollars. That's my must have for another person I must have is 30,000 for the next person. It's seven figures. Right? So what are your must haves in the areas of your life? And then the third is what are your deal breakers, right? So what are the things you're like not willing to put up with in the four years of your life? So for example, in relationship, a lot of deal breakers might be someone who cheats, someone who does drugs, someone, whatever that is, right?

(14:33):

What are those deal breakers. Okay. And we're not gonna, I don't want everyone to think that they're gonna run away from every relationship or run away from every career. Right? But these are things that we're gonna get further into this, of what a deal breakers and how you deal with a deal breaker. Okay? So again, the two primary subconscious processes and birth, your core values is getting clear and working through the problems and quantities that you have. Cause that's gonna tell you a lot about what you're committed to and what you need to get over. Basically pick your problems. Right? Second is getting clarity on your ideal scene, your must haves and your jail breakers. Okay. So quandaries and problems. So again, I want you to write down what is a problem you're dealing with, what is a quandary you're dealing with, maybe it's that you have a job that pays you some money, but you don't want to be in that job anymore.

(15:16):

Okay. Write down what it is. What's the number one goal. What's your goal with keeping that job? And what's your goal and that you have, that is not in alignment with that. What is basically working against that goal? Um, for example, another one might be yes, someone who's in a corporate job and they, they like their job. They have income, but their real goal is to, um, to evolve and they feel stagnant in their job, right? So they need to get clear on what is their primary goal? What is the what's more important? Is it to pay the bills and keep in that corporate job? Well then they need to get real and they need to begin to do their work of, of making the transition and building their other coaching business or whatever it is on the side side. So one day they can take that quantum leap without being delusional.

(16:03):

You know, we're not delusional in this practice. We believe in total miracles. We believe in quantum leaps, but we also want to get okay with best and worst case scenario because we wanna be able to be neutral to either of those. It doesn't matter if it happens. It doesn't matter if it doesn't happen. I'm committed regardless. Okay. Second is what are the goals are antagonizing that one goal, right? So say you have financial freedom. What are antagon those goals? Well, you know, I have the goal of enjoying every day. So I eat out, you know, three times a day. Well, you know, you might not become financial independent, right? So you need to decide what is, you know, more important. And if that's the case, then you need to start thinking, okay, I'm gonna eat out three times a day, but I'm also gonna do bigger deals in becoming financial independent because I, both things are important to me.

(16:50):

But right now becoming financially independent is the most important thing for me to create over the next five years of my life or whatever it is. Okay. So what are your primary goals and what goals are antagonizing? That one goal, you start understanding how to break down the problems in your life. How do you break them down and understand what's really creating the problem. Most people have no idea. They're like, I'm just pissed off. Why you need to start thinking better. You need to start becoming more conscious about who you are and how your mind works and why you're having contradiction in your mind because you have two goals and they're contradicting each other. So break down those goals and figure out what's more important. Or if you're gonna, you know, overcome both of them with innovation, okay, get, grow up, stop. Just having problems.

(17:33):

Start looking at your problems and start understanding them and start doing something about it. If you wanna be a spiritual leader, you wanna be somebody that impacts every single person that you come in contact with. You gotta be powerful. That means you gotta master your own mind, master your own problems, master your own innovation and fulfill upon your dreams. This is a true spiritual leader. Okay. There's my round. So next is what goals are conflicting your primary goal. Okay. Get clear of that. So example of a goal that has a conflicting goal. So for example, again, someone's my core goal is freedom. And I believe I can get this by having money. This means, which means I need to work hard to get money. This has both limitation, beliefs attached to the goal and quandary. Okay. So you gotta look at what quandaries you're have in your life.

(18:20):

I, you know, I want, I wanna love, but I can't love until I have a partner that's baloney. That is not true. You can start loving today. I want to be, you know, a world class spiritual leader, but I don't have the platform yet. Baloney become, just be a world class spiritual leader, teach everywhere. You go embody the wisdom everywhere you go. You can do it for free and get testimonials, right? There's always a way it's a limiting belief. Any problem you have, I want you to write down any of your problems. So I want you to pause this podcast or do it after and write down every problem that you have in your life. And I want you to start innovating and seeing what it is, the limiting belief that you have, that's creating that problem. And what goals are counteracting that, okay, you need to get a little bit more conscious in your life and overcome these things.

(19:11):

Okay? So the next part of this is really getting clear on your, your ideal scene, your must haves and your deal breakers. Okay. So I want you to do this again as homework. I want you to write out the four errors of your life, money and career. The first one second is relationships in love. Third is health and vitality and number four is creative expression. And I want you to write out three things in these four areas. Number one is what is your ideal scene? Meaning if you have a magic wand, what would be the, the scene of that number two is what are your must haves in that area of, of your life? What do you have to have? What's really important to you. And number three is what are your deal breakers? Okay. So again, remember that deal. Breakers are basically things that you're not willing to put up with, or that really bother you.

(20:00):

They're not your truth, right? They're things that you just really, it doesn't work for you. If you're in a relationship and you have deal breakers, you, it doesn't mean that you get a divorce necessary. It means that you've gotta take responsibility to put boundaries around that so that you can live in peace and create, you know, being your highest version of yourself. Okay? So that's your homework is to take the four errors of your life, career and money, relationships and love, health and wellness and creative expression and write out it may be five pages you write in all of them, maybe a few sentences. I don't know what that is, but you need to write out what is your ideal scene? What are your must-haves and what are your deal breakers? And so the point of this is getting clear of what your values are, what you're committed to and how are you gonna align to that?

(20:41):

And so the aligning is really getting clear of how do you need to align with this? If there's an area of your life and say, you do do one of those four errors of your life and you go, you know what, I'm not living in alignment with, with even my must haves, I'm way, way down there in all my deal breakers, I'm living a life that is not in alignment with my truth. What are you gonna do about it? You know, you're gonna have to ask yourself some pretty, you know, hard questions and start having to plan around it. And that's what we do in society. We plan out, you know, how someone makes a transition from the job they don't like anymore into creating, you know, a business that they they've always wanted to create. How do you, you know, maybe, you know, deal with the dysfunctional relationship you're in.

(21:27):

And quite frankly, a lot of, a lot of us in society have dealt with codependency. I've been surprised at the amount I'd say, I would say 80 to 90% at least have dealt with dysfunctional relationships in codependency, in society. And a lot of this is getting clear of those deal breakers. And for some people they've had to get divorces. I've witnessed women that have completely freed themselves from being in alcohol, you know, married to alcoholics or whatever. I've seen people, you know, leave jobs that they don't want to and start six figure, uh, different coaching programs. I've seen miracles. And the thing is when you look at your deal breakers and you start actually getting real with them, sometimes it's hard. And sometimes you actually are able to become the person that you always want and things shift around you instantaneously. Sometimes you've got to put yourself in new environments, but this is your life.

(22:21):

It's not dress rehearsal, right? You deserve to live in alignment with your core values and really what you're truly committed to in line to what really matters to you, align to your purpose and calling and align to living a life that you freaking love. That's what's important, right? So if you got value out of this podcast, I asked you to please give a review of five star review on iTunes or whichever you're on, um, FM, wherever you are. We're on iHeartRadio. We're on every major platform or podcast stream. Okay. And please refer a friend. You know, it's super important for us to, you know, help others go higher. We're collective consciousness. You're not, you can't just heal yourself without healing the world. You are part of the oneness, right? You're one of the collective consciousness. So it's imperative. If you want to live the most empowered life, you've got to help others.

(23:15):

Um, in my opinion, right? So that can be just being the best version of yourself, walking into a room and holding the highest consciousness for every single person. Or you can refer them to something like this, right? So I wanted to say, thank you again. You can binge all the other truth. Live your true series. We are on number nine of 12, the next one we coming out next week, or it may already have, and you can go ahead and binge that one. You guys have a great day and may you live your truth? Live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron, Dr. Divinity. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community in society. We are committed to being the number one spiritual leaders community in the world. And that doesn't mean just spiritual leaders that are writing books or on stage or teaching, but spiritual leaders who are the people that literally impact every single person that come in contact with it might be a mom. It might be a real estate agent. It might be whatever the new spiritual leader is. You. It is not just the spiritual leader that is on stage. It's someone who truly desires to embody truth, to live it, to speak it, and to really impact and be inspiring everywhere they go. We also develop spiritual leaders, people who are on stage having podcasts, writing books and all the above, but we live on spiritual principle and we are committed to awakening a billion people globally.

(01:08):

And how we're doing that is creating world class spiritual leaders. So let's do this and you guys, it is we're on the truth triangle. We're teaching live your truth. This is a series we are in number eight of 12 of a 12 week series. Unlive your truth. This is for me work that took me 22 years to get together. This is based off of Greek Oracle processes, Socrates method, um, deep spiritual coaching, and came to a process, a framework to walk you through step by step for you, birthing your truth and living your truth. Okay, so let's do this thing. So again, the truth triangle has three sides to it. The first side is birthing the truth of who you are, you are, which is a divine, spiritual, powerful, amazing, infinite all-knowing spiritual being, right? So the first side of the triangle is power. You birth your power, restoring who you are.

(02:04):

And we walk through trauma. We walk through shifting back to the true identity, releasing all limiting beliefs, releasing those limiting, uh, false identities. And coming back to the truth of who you are taking back, our power, cutting the cords, whatever you wanna call it. Right. Second side of the triangle is birthing your passion. And that is really coming down to your core values. What do you really care about? What matters to you? Who do you wanna be and how do you live your truth in that area? Right? So we talk about placing boundaries on things, getting clear of what really works for you, and doesn't work for you letting go of all expectations and basically accepting people, places and things as they are so that you can live passionately and always be in peace and, and love your life. Right? So the third part of the triangle is your purpose.

(02:51):

And this comes down to understanding what you're here to do in this life. I truly believe that all the suffering you've experienced in this lifetime and past lifetimes are some of the greatest blessings ever for you, because it's really what burs your purpose in calling. It's really that part of you that is here to complete within your DNA and leave the legacy that you wanna leave. So today we are on the second side of the triangle, which is passion birthing your relative truth. There's ultimate truths and there's relative truths, right? So we're getting into birthing your truth. And part of that is getting true of what makes you thrive. So today we're talking about dealing with upsets sadness and depression. And so we first wanna define, you know, these things. And I want to disclose that if you are someone who is experiencing depression or someone that, you know, please seek medical help, we cannot ever be a cure here.

(03:47):

This is a spiritual community and spiritual practices dealing with the subconscious and the soul. And so it is really, we have to disclose that if you're having, you know, mental illness or suicidal thoughts, please seek a professional. Okay. There, there's amazing resources. And I know there's a lot of people going through it. Okay. Please reach out to somebody also, if you feel like they're going through it. So first of all, upset sadness and depression. What is it? And how does it happen? Right. So when a person has been upset over a long period of time, or has repetitively experienced intense times of getting upset, it often turns into a condition of sadness. And then when someone has been sad over a long period of time, or has experienced intense times of sadness, it often turns into a condition of depression. So again, it's like a gradient on one side, imagine like on the right side, there is somebody who's blissful and happy and their life they're, they're fulfilled, it's working right.

(04:45):

And way on the other side of the gradient, the line is really depression and mental illness and all the above. And how do you go on that spectrum? Cuz we're on that spectrum. It's not like you're only one or the other. You can go up and down that scale throughout your life, depending on what you do with your consciousness. Right? So upsets happen generally when we basically feel like we're the effect of life they happen. When we feel that we, you know, aren't having things work the way we want them to work, right? Upsets are they can be failed expectations. They can be disappointments, they can be all kinds of things. Right? And as those compound, they begin to turn into someone begins to get more and more sad, which basically means they feel hopeless. They don't feel like they're the cause of their life.

(05:29):

And then as sadness goes on, then someone can become depressed. And that is where they, they go past apathy. They go into, you know, a state of, of even below apathy. So we wanna look at this and, and start to be able to break down, how do we deal with this? Right? How do we deal with this individually? How do we deal with this as spiritual leaders? And so we wanna first acknowledge the most important thing is really to acknowledge. I think in our culture, we often, um, shame any kind of negative emotion. You gotta be happy and you gotta be positive all the time via social media. Right? So the first thing we wanna do is really release the suppressed emotion, like acknowledge them and accept, um, things as they are and then create a new possibility. Okay. So trauma work, of course, on the other, the first side, the truth triangle dealing with the previous, um, series in this, we deal with going into, going into the trauma and the trauma work is imperative.

(06:28):

Before you do this kind of work because a lot of depression actually comes from traumatic incidences and deep, deep wounds happening basically really advance limiting beliefs and limited identity going into the subconscious mind being commanded in. So we wanna deal with that first always. Okay. But if you're just dealing with a little bit of upset status and depression, you know, um, there's a little depression, right? If you're dealing with some upsets, this is a really good kind of process to go through. Okay. So let's do this. So remember that trauma work has done separately from this process. Trauma work must be done in conjunction with these processes and preferably before in order to reprogram the subconscious mind from upset sadness and oppression. So it depends upon the client whether to do trauma work or go to prior processes. Right? So, you know, I think for anyone out there, if you have a lot of trauma, you definitely need to seek a professional or you can seek, you know, one of the ambassadors or, um, work with society in doing your spiritual trauma work.

(07:33):

Um, if you, if you don't feel like you have huge, huge traumas, like they are something you could handle going into it, you can do some processes. You can go to that one. Okay. But this is really about getting upset. You're upset. Say your boyfriend upsets you. You're upset with your boss. You're upset with whatever you're upset with life. You're upset with something that happened today. This is a great process to go through. Okay. So let's do it. So what I want you to do is again, I want you to get out of piano paper and I want you to begin to take notes, turn off, um, you know, whatever distractions you have, you know, pauses for a minute, go to the bathroom, get set up, get a tea, do whatever it is. I want you to stay focused. This isn't a long podcast. Okay.

(08:11):

But you deserve it. If you truly, truly wanna have your best life, you gotta commit to investing in your consciousness and doing your inner work. This is a free podcast. I mean, it's like seriously set down everything, take the next 10 minutes to do this. Okay. So you're gonna write down these questions. And what I want you to do is after you're done with this podcast, I want you to go in and either go into meditation, begin to think about these questions and really contemplate them in your mind. Or if it helps journaling them out and beginning to really ask yourself these questions and really repetitively answer them. Okay? So all the questions you can repeat until all emotions and statements get fully expressed. So this could, I mean, you could do it five times. You could do it a hundred times, right? So asking these things repetitively until there's an epiphany or breakthrough in perspective.

(09:05):

So if you're upset first, we wanna just acknowledge all the upsets. So the question is, what are you upset about? What are you upset about? What are you upset about? I don't want a lot of backstory. Don't get backstory. Just say I'm upset about the event today. That happened at my work. I'm upset with my boyfriend. I'm upset instead of going into a hour long conversation about why you're upset, not the why, what are you upset about? Okay. Regarding this upset with X, with your, you know, friend, your mom, your sister, your, the world, your car, whatever it is regarding the upset with X, what are you upset about? So that means something like I'm upset that the fact that, you know, my boss, um, didn't, you know, pay me on time or whatever. Right? So what is it about you need to acknowledge, acknowledge it.

(10:02):

Not you need to first get out. What are you really upset about? Because sometimes people think they're upset about one thing. They start doing this work. And they're like, actually, that's not really what I'm upset about. I'm upset that I really miss, you know, um, my son and, you know, X, Y, Z, or I'm really upset because I don't feel connected to my husband right now. And it's affecting the rest of my life. You know? So you need to start looking at what's really going on. What are you really upset about? What's really going on. Right? So now we wanna get into deeper into this. So we wanna basically acknowledge all the times that you're upset to really just get it out on paper. Then we want to express the emotions. Okay? So regarding this upset, what was not communicating, and I want you to begin to think about what have you not said, what is being suppressed in you?

(10:50):

Cuz really upset is being, it's being suppressed to yourself. You're suppressing yourself and you are wanting things to be different than they are. So regarding this upset, let's just pretend it's your boss. Didn't pay on time, right? Regarding the upset with your boss, what was not communicated, you know, just begin to rattle off what wasn't communicated is I think you're a jerk. What was not communicated is this isn't fair. What wasn't communicated. Um, why I don't even like my job, right? It goes on and on. So begin to really write out what hasn't been communicated. What do you need to express? Right. And it's better to do this with yourself, journaling, then go to your boss and just start spewing a bunch of stuff around. That's why we do these processes, right? So the next question, after you get everything off your chest, what you're upset about and what was not communicated, then next is, imagine that person is here right in front of you.

(11:44):

What would you like to say to them? And just, I would actually just close your eyes, imagine they're in front of you and just really start communicating cuz the truth is this spiritually. There's no distance. There's no distance between, you know, your boss that lives on the other side of town and there's no distance between anyone that's transitioned into after this life, everyone's in consciousness and you can close your eyes and you can communicate with anybody right now. I've done this a lot with people who have, are still upset with, you know, their father that passed away or they're, you know, somebody is no longer here in this lifetime and they do this work and they're able to complete or say whatever they wanted to say and get completion in their life, you know, or exes, you know, exboyfriend or girlfriends. And they they're still upset about what happened and they can close their eyes and imagine that the person's right in front of them and begin to tell 'em what they really wanna say. You know, you broke my heart and I still love you. And I'm frustrated and I don't know what to do and you know, just begin to communicate it. So next is, imagine your younger self, you at a point when you got this upset. Okay.

(13:00):

What would you like to say to yourself? Right. So what would you like to say in the middle of the upset, say with your boss earlier in the day, what would you say to that person? To yourself? You know what it's okay. I understand that you're mad and you don't like your job and that your boss hasn't paid you da, da, da, but it's gonna be okay. I know that you're going through a law right now, but just I'm here for you, right? Like you you're beginning to communicate. Life is communication and depression, sadness and upset is really about understanding. They say that understanding is a solvent to all of life. And if we really actually communicated that it would solve, we'd understand people's perspectives. We would understand what's going on. And in that we would, we would get freed up from all the negative emotion around it.

(13:48):

Right. So begin to just communicate with the upset. What are you upset about who are you upset about with, what would you say to that person? What would you say to yourself in that upset? You begin to just truly communicate like a, if you had, imagine that you had like a, a tennis ball in your hand, you know, and you're looking at the tennis ball and you turn it around and you look at all sides, you know, you've never seen a tennis ball in your entire life and you just start looking at it and feeling it and touching it and squeezing it and then you pick it up and you play with it. And you're like, and you start to understand what this ball is, what this tennis ball is, right. It's just an example of like, you're gonna do the same thing with any problem in your life.

(14:27):

You gotta pick it up and look at it and communicate with it and, and, you know, throw it around and look at it in your consciousness. Right? So we wanna fully just acknowledge what you're upset about and what you need to say in consciousness to yourself and to other people next is really accepting people, places and things as they are, this is the deal. There's only one gap called suffering. And it's the gap between accepting people, places and things versus wanting them to be different pain is different, right? Suffering, suffering is the gap of wishing people, places and things we're different than they are. So we wanna start handling this. Okay. So now let's ask this next question regarding the upset with say your boss, what failed expectations do you have? So an answer might be, you know, I have, I expect my boss to pay me on time.

(15:24):

I expect for, I mean, he's the boss. He should be Le leading it. All right. I expect X, Y, and Z. Right? So regarding the upset, what failed expectations do you have? So regarding, let's just pretend someone's upset with their, their brother or their boyfriend or their girlfriend or whatever. What failed expectations do you have? I expect them to text more. I expect them to, you know, um, put me as a center attention of their life, whatever that is. Right. So we wanna start looking at what are the failed expectations and getting clear of why do you have these expectations and what are you gonna do about it? You know, you either get to accept these people as they are, or you gotta do something about it. The choice is yours, right? So once you begin to take a look and accept people as they are this just pretend your boss is never gonna change.

(16:14):

Let's just pretend, let's pretend that your boyfriend and girlfriend's never gonna change. So what now? So you gotta, still keep going with this. So what boundaries do you need to create around these people? What boundaries do you need to create? Knowing that if, if they never change ever are, and your primary job is to stay in peace and fulfillment, what boundaries do you need to create around these people in your life? Right. So another question is, was there something that you desired for X that they didn't want for themselves? Meaning was there something that you wanted for your boss that you, that they didn't, he didn't necessarily want for himself? Was there something that you desired for your boss that didn't want for himself? Yeah. I wanted him to realize how, you know, I wanted him to be more organized and he wasn't, you know, I want him to be more disciplined and he is not, I want him to, you know, uh, do what he says he's gonna do.

(17:09):

And he doesn't. Right. So these again are the thing where you go, oh, it's happening every single month. It keeps happening over and over again. My boss doesn't pay me on time. Hmm. Well, I better start accepting that this is just who he is. So I have a choice either stay in that job or I, I really need to put boundaries in either, you know, put something in writing that's more disciplined or find another job or whatever it is. Like you have to become the master of your life. You've got to be responsible for your upsets. No, one's gonna come save you. No, one's gonna, most people don't change. Right? They can. It's possible, but highly unlikely unless they truly desire to change themselves. Okay. So what boundaries do you need to create in the different areas of your life that you're getting upset? What boundaries do you need to create in these, in your personal professional, in the area of your, you know, friends in the area of your, your wife or husband or whatever that is your kids?

(18:12):

Um, in all areas, what boundaries sometimes like the house is a disaster and everyone's, you know, there's no organization, well, what boundaries do you need to put in it? No one else gonna do it, grow up, do the work, become a spiritual leader, become the CEO of your personal and professional life and stop blaming people for your, and giving them the power to make you unhappy and upset. So now the final question is once you accept people and places and things, as they are now, we get to create a new possibility. So in accepting people and places and life, as they are, what new possibility do you see for yourself? What happens? You know, what's new, what's possible for you knowing that everything is, is what it is. People are, who they are. What's possible. If you actually take responsibility for your life and you create the boundaries and you take responsibility for it, who are you committed to being?

(19:08):

And what principles are you committed to embodying? Right? So say your husband's being a jerk and he is a jerk all the time. So does that mean you wanna be a jerk or no? You know what? I wanna be somebody that is really thriving, that is focusing on the positive, regardless of he, whether he's a jerk or not. That's why I'm gonna decide to be regardless. Cuz if you decide and change who you are for the world, you are not in your own truth. You are not in your own integrity and you sure as hell are not a spiritual badass. You're sure as hell are not a spiritual leader. So who are you committed to being and what principles are you committed to embodying regardless of what's going out in the world. And then finally, what do you want to take a stand for in your life?

(19:56):

What do you really wanna take a stand for, for loving people, regardless of whether they're jerks or not for being a stand for, stand on your mission and creating a legacy and no longer focusing on this drama and little trivial problems that get you upset, who do you wanna be and what do you wanna take a stand for in your life? And so in that I know that as we peel back the layers of depression and sadness and upsets, it comes down to really feeling like you are the cause of your life. Or if you feel like you're the victim and effective life. And I recognize it as you take a look at your life and you realize that you decided, you decided that you were the effect, you decided to not accept people the way they were and the way they are. And as soon as you truly accept that and you recognize that you are the only person responsible for your own happiness and your fulfillment, all things are possible.

(20:55):

And so on that note, I just say, live your truth, live your truth. You have the right to be emancipated from suffering. It is the most beautiful thing you can ever give yourself, have a wonderful day. And may you live your truth? Welcome

(00:01):

To society, the shift, your movement. So you do so truth

(00:08):

Live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron, Dr. Divinity. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community in soul society, which is committed to being the number one spiritual leaders, community committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. And our mission is to awaken a billion people globally and how we are doing that is creating spiritual leaders. So we are in a series right now. We are in a series of live your truth. We are in number seven of number 12 in this series. So you can go back and binge all the other ones. And if we have completed all them, then you can binge ahead. So live your truth. This is a great series.

(00:54):

This is a series of something that is a framework that I use in soul society for training in basically birthing someone's truth. It is based off of a 22 year process that I went through in all different modalities, Greek, Oracle processes, Socrates method, um, doing all my inner spiritual work and sitting down one day and saying, what the hell are we doing here? How is this, you know, what is the overall spectrum of what we're doing when we're healing ourselves and birthing our truth? And the core work is to birth the true essence that you are your true identity, which is the, I am identity. The part of you that is the true self letting go of all limiting beliefs, letting go of all false identities. And the second part of the truth triangle is birthing your purpose, really your relative truth, you know, those ultimate truths and relative truths.

(01:49):

So how do we bird that we gotta get clear on your core values, your core, you know, what you value, what, who are you, what, what do you care about? And knowing that you need to be able to put boundaries and be able to no longer, you know, be the victim of life and placing the responsibility or your power out to the world. The third part of the triangle is birthing your purpose. And that is basically looking at the suffering that you've gone through in your past lives and this life, because all memory is stored in your DNA and being able to understand how to shift that into a triumph and understanding that there's a formula for birthing that purpose. And then we basically create your life purpose statement and in the center of the triangle is living your truth. And it's very different to know your truth versus living your truth.

(02:35):

And this takes discipline. This takes a daily spiritual practice. That's this takes being the spiritual badass that you really are. Okay, so let's do this thing. So number seven today is on confusion problems and quandaries. Okay. This is in the second part of the triangle of birthing your passion, birthing your, your relative truth. This is really what it is. So I've had many clients over the years, you know, they come with with problems, confusion, quandaries. Okay. So we, first of all, need to understand what these are. Okay. So a confusion is a lack of understanding or a state of disorder. You know, this is one of the most common. I remember being like this when I was in my twenties, I was so confused and overwhelmed. I didn't know what the hell was going on. I thought, how do I, how do I navigate this thing called life?

(03:21):

You know, there's so many different things going on. I didn't know what my purpose was. I didn't know anything. Even though I was obsessed with spirituality and consciousness and everything, I still didn't. I didn't know what to do with it or where it was going. I had no idea whatsoever. Right? So confusion is one of the most common things that I have come have people come to me with. Um, I have people come with quandaries, for example, I've I have people that come, um, I have one gal that she was married and she, you know, didn't know what to do. She, there was parts of her marriage that worked, and there was parts that were very dysfunctional and she didn't know, should I stay? Should I go dah, dah? Right. So went through a lot of processes, getting clear of what she was really committed to, what her core values were.

(04:01):

And then she had to live on those principles within her marriage and was able to actually have the, the marriage begin to work because she knew who she was. And she began to put those principles and embody that instead of making her husband wrong, she started embodying what was working for her. And it, uh, you know, went on the path of what was right for her. Okay. So confusion is something that we all deal with, especially in today's world with overwhelm, with so much information. You know, I remember years ago I was in Los Angeles. I was, um, I was doing, uh, my finishing up my doctorate. My son was still in Utah. He had graduated from high school at this point in time, but I still was really confused cuz like, well, do I go back and you know, be there for him, even though he is outta high school and he's doing his own company and whatever, but I had to really get clear of again.

(04:50):

And remember, it's not like, it's not like you do this one time. These, these formulas you do 'em over and over and over again, anytime you're questioning anything. So I had to go back and do a process. Remember that my core core value was, um, you know, getting clear of, of the growth and, and what my legacy was here and what my mission was here. And in that it re it reminded me that there's a reason why I'm in Los Angeles. You know, I'm here to spread the word through media, through the show, through, you know, networking through being an influencer. So confusion is, again, the definition is a lack of understanding or a state of disorder, a problem. You know, many people come with problems. Um, I had, you know, CEOs and celebrities, I deal with everything from problems of, of addiction to, you know, having problems with not being able to get money or keep money or, you know, all kinds of problems in their businesses.

(05:41):

Right? So the definition of a problem is a source of perplexity distress, or a challenge. Okay. And a quandary. That means that basically people are having two different goals that are butting up against each other. For example, you know, I want to become a millionaire, but I don't wanna hustle. I want freedom. And I want whatever. Right. So that becomes a quandary. It's like there's mixed goals going against each other. So a quandary is a state of being able to decide what to do about a situation in which you are involved. Okay. So example is I wanna have financial freedom, but I feel like I have to hustle all the time to get there. Okay. That's very typical. Very common thing I deal with with coaches, especially another one is I love my boyfriend, but I don't know how he, I don't like how he treats me.

(06:25):

Right. This is a quandary. Like, how do I love him? But I don't like him. Right? That's a quandary. <laugh> that's confusion. That was overwhelmed. That's a problem I wanna live. This is another one. Okay. Another example I wanna live in the city, but it's so expensive. Okay. How do you deal with this? Right? How do you deal with this? Another one is I want financial security, but I don't like my job. Okay. These are all the examples of a typical things of confusion, problem and quandary. And I want you today to be able to, when you walk away from this podcast, to be able to have some tools that you can begin to problem solve in your life, you can begin to deal with the confusion. You can begin to deal with quandaries in your life. Okay. So we're going to basically break this on down.

(07:05):

So all confusion, all confusions are the opportunity to get clarity on your core values in your core commitments. Okay. So all confusion. So anywhere in your life for your confused, it's about getting back down to your core values. For example, somebody may not know their purpose in calling yet, but what they can get clear on is that they're committed to growth. Okay? So a lot of times, cuz people will come, they'll go, oh, I wanna discover my purpose in calling, but they're still number one. They still haven't done all their inner healing. So they haven't had triumphs over their trials. And two, they haven't developed themselves enough to understand what that purpose is. So at that point in time, the core value and core commitment is growth and healing. And so that is that answers. It. It's not about necessarily developing their business yet. It's about still doing the inner healing and still learning and growing.

(07:56):

Okay. So all problems. The next thing is the next problems are the opportunity to awaken the innovation within all problems are the opportunity to awaken the innovation within this is the deal from a spiritual perspective. There's no such thing as a problem. A problem is something basically I think for me anyway, when I think about a problem, I think about something that I'm the effect of that it can't necessarily do something about it, something outside of myself, right? It's really the opportunity to awaken the innovation within. So whether we're dealing with the problem of money, whether we're dealing with the problem of, in a relationship, whether we're dealing with the problem of health, there's always innovation. There's always choice. There's always something new to create a new potential. Okay. Right. So a problem is something almost like a shift in perspective. So this is where we gotta look at the innovation.

(08:43):

Instead of looking at the, being the victim or being the, you know, the effect of something out there in the world. Number three is quandary. A quandary is basically, um, the opportunity to get clarity on your core goals. Quandaries are, again, there are two goals that have that counteract each other, right? So for example, um, I want money, but I want freedom, you know? So it's like, okay, well you can't quite get freedom until you get money. Right. But in order to get money, you gotta, you know, hustle, right. So it's this constant like tug of war within the consciousness. Okay. So we're gonna break this on down. So get out of pen and paper, turn off, you know, your ringer or whatever it is, you know, pause this for a minute, get your tea. If you need to get settled in, okay, we're not gonna, this is a very long podcast, but still I want you to write this down.

(09:38):

You can take this into your meditations later. You can take this into contemplative journaling. Um, you can do whatever and you can also come and get in society and actually do these processes at a deeper level. Okay. So number one is what areas of your life are your experiencing confusion problems and quandaries. And I really want you to get clear. And what I recommend you doing is taking a look at the four areas of your life again. Okay. So career and money, health and wellness, relationships and love and creative expression. And if in one area you're like, it's all flowing. It's all good. Great. Don't worry about it. But if there's an area where you feel like you don't have your full power, you don't feel like a total spiritual badass. Right. Then that means there's a limiting belief and there is something to be worked through in this, right?

(10:23):

Remember that this is a second side of the triangle. So before this work, you will have already done your trauma work and dealing with limiting beliefs and all that. This is the next step, right? We don't deal with this, this, um, section of the true triangle until we've already done the first side of the triangle. Okay. So we've already released your limiting beliefs around these areas. Okay. This is now just getting clear and, and kind of tools to always use consistently in your life. Okay. So I want you to write down or contemplate. What areas, what area or what areas of your life are you experiencing confusion problems or quandary? Another way to ask this is what area or areas of your life do you not feel empowered? Same thing. Okay. Once you get clear on this is the next question is when it comes to this area of your life, what is your main goal?

(11:11):

What's the goal? Right? So a lot of people will come to me around relationship issues in the go, you know, I just wanna find the one and you know, I just don't know how to do it. I'm I'm, you know, I just feel frustrated, da, da, da. Right? So what's the main goal. Why, you know, why do you wanna find your partner? Why do you wanna find, you know, your twin flame? Why do you wanna find this stuff? And often, you know, it's like a lot of it has to do with programming and a lot of it has to do with inauthentic and inauthenticity, right? So when we get down to what, what you really should do is you should be asking this goal and then ask why. And then in asking that why oftentimes clients will begin to question, why, why do I wanna have a partner?

(11:57):

You know, what is that? Is it just, cuz I've seen it because I've seen other people doing it because I was told that we're not complete without, you know, a partner. What is that? Why, why do I wanna partner? Is it cuz I actually authentically wanna, you know, share my life with somebody cause I wanna be expressed and or I wanna serve someone or I wanna expand my consciousness in that, you know, deep, intimate, uh, experience, you know, what is your, why? Why, why do you want that area of life? And so getting clear on your, why getting clear on your main goal is super important because often what time, what happens is that for example, I was working with a client and they wanted to find, you know, a partner and began to inquire into why and their, their greatest, why was just to be expressed in the realm of love.

(12:45):

And so they realized that they don't need a partner for that per se. Yes, they would like that. But they decided that they get to just be committed to being expressed and being loving everywhere. They go to whomever they're with and being expressed in that. And in that it opens up the possibility of being able to call in the one or being able to expand upon, you know, someone that there's casually dating that, you know, they don't know if it's right or wrong, but they just get to express in, in love and unconditionally loving in that person exactly. As they are and new possibilities open up for them. Okay. So when it comes to, you know, your main goals, also money, you know, money is a big one. Why, why do you want a million dollars? Is it just because it's like a really cool thing to say on your bio?

(13:31):

You know, like why do you want a million dollars? What is that? And getting clear of what that core goal is and your why it begins to open up the true motivation behind things and what really matters in that area of your life. Right. So the next question is what other goals are contradicting your main goal? Right? So, um, for example, again, a primary thing I work with with developing spiritual leaders and some of them are spiritual coaches. Some are, some of them are not, some of them are real estate agents. Some of them are other, they have products. I believe that a spiritual leader is not just somebody who needs to get on stage and be an author and a traditional spiritual leader, someone who's embodying truth and takes it out powerful into their life. So a lot of times though, when I'm working with spiritual coaches, they're coaching, they oftentimes are motivated in their primary goal of becoming a coach is to be financially independent.

(14:25):

They they're like I wanna be financially independent and be laptop lifestyle globally. Okay, great. But then the contradicting goals are like, I'm working my ass off, you know, I'm an entrepreneur and I'm sitting in front of my computer nonstop and it's just a big hustle. Okay, cool. So they've got two goals. They wanna be free and they wanna, you know, have the laptop lifestyle. But then their also goal is to make money and they have to hassle hustle all the time to do that. Right. So the real goal is getting down to their, why, what would they do if money didn't matter? What would they do for the next 20 years of their life with, or without, you know, um, money. And then you gotta get clear on that because oftentimes the value system is skewed. I want money, but I also wanna serve. And if you're not doing what you really love to do, then it's not gonna work out because you're not being authentic.

(15:11):

Cuz if you had all the money in the world and you wouldn't be doing what you're doing, then that's not your primary goal, you've been lying to yourself. Right. So what is the actual goal and getting clear of what that is. Okay. So the next question is which goal is your core commitment and why, you know, what are your core commitments and why? And getting clear of that helps people understand where they should live. It helps 'em understand if the relationship they're in really aligns to what they really care about in their life. It helps people understand, you know, if they're being inauthentic or authentic in their, in their career and why it it's a constant battle or why it's ease and grace, because it just is what they're committed to. So what are your core value in the four areas of your life and why, why, why does that matter to you so much?

(15:58):

And just getting clear again of your core value. So what you do in this process is really diving deep. You can dive deep and asking questions. You know, when we do it in subconscious work, um, in, in, in session work, right? When I'm working with a client, I ask this question and there's something that's really crazy about the subconscious that will bubble up with truth. And I find that whether I'm doing it with a client and I'm asking these questions and repetitively asking these questions, it just bubbles up truth within their soul. You can't even, you can't explain it. Same thing if I go into a deep meditation and I'm really, really, really in source with my higher self I've merged into the one. And I begin to ask these questions and just allow the answers to bubble up in consciousness as total clarity. Okay?

(16:44):

So for a lot of people, they have a hard time doing that on their own. They have a hard time cause they're just so stuck in their programming, stuck in their logical mind. So it's not until you get into a session with a practitioner spiritual practitioner, or if you go into deep, deep meditation, that's really possible to answer these from a truly authentic space. So, but the truth is that you can do this. It's just how, how much are you willing to really commit to going in and ask these questions and deep, deep, profound level. So the next question is, what new possibility do you see for yourself? You know, what do you see for yourself out of asking these core values, these core commitments, these, you know, getting down to what really matters and why you're doing stuff. What new possibility do you see for yourself and what are you committed to creating your life?

(17:31):

And this is, these processes are amazing. I use 'em forever. You guys, I, you know, back in the day when I started developing these processes, I would have huge epiphanies in 'em and whatever. And, and now, you know, they're just little tweaks in it. You know, if I'm getting a little confused, it doesn't happen very much, but it still comes in every once in a while. And I still have to go back to these processes myself and ask these questions deep in meditation. And every time I just know, and then all problems go away, the hustle goes away. The burnout goes away because I remember what really matters to me. And that's what I base my life on. So I know first year, sure you have a truth. You have a specific truth and you're here born to live your truth, to live in alignment with your core values, to live in alignment with truly matters to you.

(18:22):

And I'm holding this possibility and this knowingness in my mind, I, I know who you are, which is a spiritual leader, which does not mean that you need to be, you know, the next, you know, Oprah or Chopra, right? That means that you live and you lead by example on principle, on, on who you are to the world. And you affect every single human being you come in contact with because you are UN unapologetically you. And so on that, I know the perfection and um, I really, really, really ask for you to give a review on this podcast. If you've gotten a value, please give it a five star. Please refer a friend or 20 <laugh> to this podcast. It's important to get truth out. You guys, it's important to help people in their suffering and live the best version of themselves. Okay. (00:00):

Welcome

(00:01):

To society. The shift to the movement say you do so truth

(00:08):

Live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron, Dr. Divinity. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a community in soul society. We are committed to be the number one spiritual leaders, community committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. And our mission is to awaken a billion people and how we are doing that is by developing spiritual leaders. So we are on this great series right now. You guys, we are on the live, your true series. This is a 12 series and we are on week number six, all about self empowerment. And this is actually boy. Oh boy. I think that this sums up, uh, the entire work of spirituality, really in that we know that birthing your truth is all about the shifting back to the, I am consciousness.

(01:04):

That's the entire work. If you take, I don't care. If you'd read whatever book, if you meditate all day, if you go to the seminars, if you do anything, that's spiritual, you're really doing one thing. And one thing only, and you're shifting your identity back to the I am, which is the all powerful, all-knowing eternal, spiritual being that has the ability to create from free will. And so, um, this is exciting cuz this series live, your truth is based on the truth triangle. It is a framework that took me 22 years to come up with, um, after really going through so many processes. And one day I kind of sat down with myself and I thought, what the hell are we doing here? Like, what is the gist of all this work? If you were to sum it up into, into, you know, what are you doing?

(01:52):

So number one, of course you are restoring and birthing your power, your true power. And uh, we know that we're such powerful spiritual beings. That actually we are the only ones that can create the experience of not being the all powerful spiritual beam. It's a disempowerment in mind. And the second thing we're birthing is really the, your passion, your, your relative truth. There's ultimate truths. We know from a spiritual perspective, like energy can never be destroyed. There are truths of, of axioms, of how we manifest, how we demonstrate, how we create and form the relative truth is your unique truth. What's true for you. What do you like? What don't you like? What works for you in the realm of fulfillment and creativity and money and relationships and health. That is what we're birthing. We're birthing basically our core core values and making sure that you're staying in line with those and putting boundaries on people, places and things so that you can be the best version of yourself.

(02:53):

And then next on the side of the third side of the triangle is birthing your purpose. And we do this through a process of turning your suffering into your triumphs. We basically look at the suffering you've had in this lifetime and past lifetimes and we birth. What really matters to you. I truly believe that you're here in order to have an experience yourself as your total, uh, most powerful, you know, divine self, you've got to move past your lineage. You know, epigenetics brings down the memory. And so you have a genetic coding and an energetic field that you're born into basically. And if you wanna experience more and more free will, you've gotta complete your own DNA. So doing your inner work and your trauma work and all that on the first side of the triangle and the power triangle power side triangle, you've got to restore and, and get more and more free, will experiencing more and more free will.

(03:43):

The reality is that you always have free will, but you can experience not having free will. Okay. So again, the truth triangle has three sides, which is power birthing, your divine power. The truth of who you are, the second side is the, is your passion is your relative truth and birthing. What's true for you and living in accordance with that. And the third side of the triangle is birthing your purpose, really knowing what you're here to do, completing your DNA, and also leaving the legacy that you wanna leave. And then there is a fourth part to the triangle. It's the mineral, the center of the triangle, which is really your daily spiritual practice, your discipline, your habits, your new ways of being that set into motion, new automated system, but in what you want automated, not the bad habits, but the good habits, right? So today we are still on the first side of the triangle because the first three parts of the series, we're really the introduction to all the work going over.

(04:36):

You know, why is the subconscious so important? What is the truth triangle, um, and really looking at taking inventory of what you really want to shift in your life. So the, um, fourth one was on, um, trauma and basically shifting through limiting beliefs. And then we got into, um, uh, shifting. And then now we are self-empowerment. So this is number six of 12, and let's do this thing. So self empowerment, okay. This is probably the most important thing meta physically. And we know that we are such powerful spiritually. You are such a powerful S being that the moment you even consider yourself to be the effect of anything, this world, you create yourself to experience being disempowered instantaneously. Do you get that like really? And really I'm gonna say that again. Okay. You are such a powerful, spiritual being. You create at the speed of consciousness, that the moment you even consider yourself to be the effect of anything, one, any circumstance in this world, you instantaneously experience being disempowered.

(05:44):

You do that. That's how powerful your consciousness is. Okay. So what do we do about this? How do we, you know, wake up? How do we begin to what we call, um, you know, cutting ties, cutting cords. How do we take back our power? How do we do that? It's also just by the power of consciousness. So you don't have to go out in the world and do anything it's all in your mind. And it's all in doing session work. It's all in getting clear of what this is. So this is never the truth. You can never be disempowered. It is a pretense and experience, but it's not the truth of who you are. So taking back your power, taking back, your power can be done at the speed of consciousness. So first you must acknowledge when you have handed your power over to something or someone outside of yourself, it's really in the first in recognizing that you did, that is the first step to, to restoring the truth of who you are.

(06:38):

So the moment you look to the world for validation, joy, love, or anything, you instantaneously and subconsciously assign your power outside of yourself. You make that your higher power, right? We know this about codependency. We know this about addiction. We know this about anxiety or about people who are insecure or need validation or blah, blah, blah. Right? That's why so many people go through midlife crisis. They're like, I thought this was gonna be, make me happy when I got to this final place. That's why they're now having, uh, quarter of century at 25 years old, people are going through, you know, uh, basically another thing it's always, always, always something it's comes into one thing. And one thing only people are looking to the world to find joy, to find happiness, to find all that. And it's gonna be a roller coaster if you look to the world, right?

(07:23):

So the first thing is to really acknowledge where you've handed your power over. What have you assigned? People do this all the time in money. People make money more powerful than them. And the instant that they do, that the moment that they even conceive Monday, be more powerful than them. They instantaneously feel disempowered. It's really simple, right? And it's imperative to reclaim your power in mind and know the truth that the only source is within. We see this in love. I need to find somebody to love. No, you're, you're gonna just pull in another experience of, of feeling like, you know, it's gonna be dysfunctional. It's gonna be a roller coaster. You're gonna be projected on this person, right? The only source is within love can only come from within prosperity. Innovation can only come from within value begins within you. Can't bring anybody value.

(08:17):

If you haven't learned tools to help bring people value. If you don't know the truth of who you are, if you haven't tapped into that part of yourself, charisma and all those things love abundance health. We now, the medical system is even beginning to recognize that mental health will take down people. It's the number one disability in the world right now, you guys, right. Health starts in the mind. Disease is caused by discord within the mind, and also discord with your higher self, which is mother earth, which is the oneness with all that. So in this process of self empowerment, this is a process of taking inventory of the times you handed your power outside of yourself in the four areas of life, money, and career relationships and love health and wellness and creative expression. This is really about you acknowledging it's really like it's even in 12 step, they do this.

(09:16):

It's called inventory, right? You take, you, you take, I think it's the four step in there. You literally take and recognize where you cause something you don't want to to experience. Right? So taking inventory, where have you handed the power outside of yourself? Okay, so let's do this. So we're gonna basically go through your life real fast. The areas I want you to acknowledge, you can do this more extensively on your own, but I would recommend, you know, getting out a piece of paper, get turning off everything around you. You know, if you're driving, you may even wanna like pause this and pull over whatever that is, but get focused, right? This is your life. This is your empowerment. People say, oh, I wanna be empowered. I wanna, you know, do all this stuff. I wanna become a speaker. I wanna blah, blah, blah, blah. And they can't even stay focused for an hour. How are they ever going to get focused and actually complete that book, launch that company, you know, staying focused.

(10:18):

So I want you to begin to do this in mind or write it down and you can write this down and do it later if you want, but name a time, you handed your power over to money. And I want you to really keep asking you this question. You may ask it a thousand times name a time. You handed your power over to money. Okay. For me, there was a zillion times. There was times when I just thought, you know what? I don't deserve that. In fact, money is very tied into the values. The time I wanted to buy good groceries. But I thought that, you know, I didn't really deserve that. It was too expensive. The time I took jobs that I didn't want or clients that didn't fill in alignment, because I felt like money was important, more important than my truth. More important than what I needed or what was my truth.

(11:10):

I remember even being in relationships because I felt like they had more stability cuz there was money. No, I didn't date them just because they had money. But I definitely was definitely a consideration. And if we understand the power that we are, that we even consider that this is why we're doing something. That means I handed my power over to money. Okay. So name a time you handed your power over to money. I think I wrote out a thousand things when I did this first time. The time I didn't go on that trip, the time that I didn't go meet my girlfriends. Cause I wanted to save money the time that I, um, didn't get my message out to the world. Cause I didn't wanna spend the money. The time that I didn't, you know, have good medical health, the time, blah, blah, blah, all the times, all the times.

(11:56):

It doesn't mean you to justify like that was right or that was wrong. Or da, da, don't start judging yourself in this. Just literally take inventory of the times that you made decisions, contingent upon money, name a time that you handed your power over to money. Right? So the next question is name a time you handed your power over to a relationship, right? Oh my gosh, I did this. This was my biggest thing. Right? My joy I'd handed over to the relationship, my suffering. I handed it over to the relationship. My um, contentment, my, uh, frustration. I blamed it on the relationship. Right? Name a time you handed your power over to a relationship. I'm not good enough. I don't have a man. Something's wrong with me? I'm too old. I'm too fat. I'm too skinny. I'm I'm too much. I'm too emotional. I'm not emotional enough.

(12:45):

I'm you know, no one wants me. Oh my gosh, you know, blah, blah, blah, ha name a time you handed your power over to a relationship. I remember being in a relationship with a very dysfunctional person. And when he would, you know, not text I'd blame him and for my joy or my suffering when we were doing well, I would say it's because of this relationship, you know, this completes me, as they say, when we'd break up or get in an argument, I would say I was upset because of what happened or what he did. Right. That's I had to take inventory of the times and the times and the times over and over and over and over again of the times I made him or my relationship, my higher power. I did that. Right? So again, you could write down 50 things. You could write down a thousand things.

(13:40):

The more you acknowledge where you've handed your power over, the more, this is going to be a profound, profound experience for you. Okay? Next one is name a time. You handed your power over to your job. Oh my gosh. Right? We've done that a zillion times. Oh, I need this job because I don't deserve this other job because I'm happy because my job is this I'm pissed because my boss is that name a time you handed your power over to a job. How many times do you take jobs? You didn't want, right. Obviously this comes down to money, a lot for a job, but still where did you settle? Maybe you wanna write a book and you decided that you're not good enough that you think you only are value enough to have a particular job, right? Name a time you handed your power over to a job.

(14:28):

Next is name a time you handed your power over to food. Oh my gosh. That's a big one for all of us. I'm happy when I can eat blah, blah, blah. I only have good energy when I eat blah, blah, blah. Right? So we know that there's some truth to it and not okay. What is worse for you? A candy bar or getting upset. Clearly getting upset is way worse for you. Have. If you've ever experienced getting really upset, it is havoc on your body. Right? And obviously having good food is good. But if people become neurotic about their food and it has to be, you know, a perfectionist and body morphine, then it's not good. Right? If you're constantly using your energy and judging the food that you're putting in your mouth, it might be worse than the actual food that you are or not putting in your mouth.

(15:17):

Right? So name a time. You handed your power over to time. Oh my gosh. This is huge. Name it time you handed your power over to time, right? Like, oh, I gotta be disciplined. Cuz that's what the culture told me. Oh I'm you know, I'm not a good person cuz I'm on time or oh my gosh. I'm finally on time. I'm so happy. You know, name a time. You all the times you handed your life over to money. For some people they're gonna be like, what for others gonna be like, oh my gosh, I hand my, you know my, I can I consider time all the time. Consider that it is a good time. The day or I'm a morning person or an even person or da, da, da, da. Right? All those things, all those considerations. Next one is name a time you handed your power over to a relationship.

(16:01):

I'm sorry. We already did that one. A relationship, a job food time. Right? So going on from there name a time that you handed your power over to your body, full boy, coming from somebody who has bulimic from 17 to 20, that was a lot. You know, how often do you look in the, in the mirror naked or in your underwear? And you decide if you're happy or if you're sad or if you're, you know, hopeless, or if you're afraid, right? Name a time you handed your power over to your body. Holy cow, that's a game changer. You gotta stop it. You wanna live an empowered life. You wanna love yourself unconditionally. You wanna become the leader that you wanna become. You gotta stop handing your power with your money, your Bo, your money and your body, your body, okay? You gotta stop considering if your life's working out or not working out contingent upon your body.

(16:57):

This doesn't mean we don't become delusional and know that we're maybe we're more joyful as we feel better, but you can't give it that power. You gotta start unconditionally loving and move from there. In fact, working with people on, uh, you know, people who wanna lose weight and things like that. I won't work with people like that. But people who truly want to have a, uh, loving relationship with themselves, self love, we've gotta deal with their body issues. And the number one thing is you've got to start from unconditionally loving exactly how your body is today. And then it, it brings on a new possibility. Cause we know that what will resist persist, right? So if we're constantly beating ourselves up and our body up and we want our body to change, it's like not a good situation. It's like anti anti what we know in metaphysics and spirituality, it doesn't work.

(17:46):

In fact, it's gonna usually make it worse. So last question, name a time you handed your power over to life. Name a time you handed your, your power over to life, right? Life is good. Life is bad. I'm happy and sad. I'm mad at life, right? Name a time you handed your power over to God, right? And the concept of what you think God is, right? A lot of people, um, when they're really, really angry, they're mad at God as if God is some man in the sky, right? They've handed their power over to a concept. It's not the truth. God lives within God. Isn't a man. God isn't woman. God is only life. And beyond this 3d realm, right? God is mad. God is happy. God is all of it. Cuz you are that you are that essence. So the moment we think God is separate from us, we will always feel divided.

(18:43):

We will always feel lack. We will always feel the effect. We will always feel disempowered. And so in this, I recognize the truth of who you are, a divine powerful, all-knowing eternal, immortal, infinite, intelligent, spiritual being. And then in this, I recognize the power that you are, the moment that you even consider yourself to be the effect of anything in life, you instantaneously will experience being disempowered. And so as you go into your day, into your week, into the rest of your life, I know that if you've heard this, you can never ever look at life the same. It's impossible and there's responsibility. And it may seem really hard, but guess what? It's a lot easier than keep experiencing yourself as the effect of anything of this world. And so on this note, I just say, please give a review to this podcast. If you've gotten value here, please give a five star please.

(19:45):

And refer it to a friend. It's important to get this wisdom out to the world. And I just wanna say, thank you. Thank you for showing up for yourself for taking the time to do your inner work. I think it's a responsibility. We each have to know the truth of who we are and stop projecting on the world. Have a beautiful day. And may you live your truth? (00:00):

Welcome to soul society, the shift, your movement. So you do full truth

(00:08):

Live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron, Dr. Divinity. We come together each day. Another truth live on spiritual principle and align with universal laws. We also to come together as a spiritual community in soul society, we are committed to being the number one spiritual leaders community in the world, committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. And our mission is to awaken a billion people go globally. So let's do this thing. But before we begin, I have a favor to ask. I am wondering if you guys would give this podcast a review, if you've gotten value out of it at all. I am wondering if you would give me the gift of giving a five star review and telling a friend about it. If you really feel like you've gotten value out of this.

(00:57):

Okay. So let's do this thing. We are in this series of live your truth. This is number five of a 12 series on live, your truth. And we are talking about the truth triangle. So what does it mean to live your truth, I guess is the first question, right? So this means that there are ultimate truths and relative truths, right? The ultimate truth is things like energy cannot be destroyed from a spiritual truth. An ultimate truth is that you are an eternal, immortal, all powerful all-knowing spiritual being. You are the spirit. You are, you know, one as God, not as your individual self, but as your true identity. Okay? The true identity of the I am that you are. And so to live, your truth is to live your relative truth. Each person has a unique truth. They have an, a unique perspective, what works for them in the realm of money, in the realm of health, in the realm of creative expression and the realm of their relationships is unique for them.

(02:00):

And so the process of birthing your truth and living your truth is beginning to deprogram, mostly from what the culture has told you and your genetic codes. You are, um, you have memory your DNA, epigenetics proven this, that you have all the memory of all the lifetimes. So the point is, is that even science says that it's something around 97% of all of your actions are just automated systems from your subconscious mind. They're, you're a habitual being. And so, you know, the goal is to get to choice and, and freedom of choice and free, well, as much as possible and begin to, um, live in alignment with what really truly works for you, getting down to your core values and understanding what you like and what you don't like. And living in accordance with your purpose and leaving the legacy in this lifetime. So in the first four of, uh, this series, we have walked you through, you know, how to reprogram your subconscious mind.

(03:04):

And we use the computer analogy around how you are very much. Your subconscious mind is very much like a computer system. The conscious mind, the creative process imprints upon the subconscious mind, which is considered the subjective mind, which is one with universal law. And so it literally goes out and reflects back life is the ultimate mirror of what's going on within your subconscious. It is, um, a great mirror for you to look at and reflect upon and contemplate and say, Hmm, where do I wanna shift? And where do I wanna stay the same? Right? We've taken you through the truth triangle, understanding that we are birthing your true power, your true passion and your true purpose. And this is done through everything from trauma work to, um, shifting back to your true identity and then getting into your core values and understanding where you need to put boundaries in your life and really living authentic and powerfully as, uh, what brings you joy.

(04:08):

And then we get into birthing your purpose. And that is all around understanding the suffering that you've gone through in this lifetime and past lifetimes, so that you can complete your DNA, um, you know, anything negative, any energetic negativity in your DNA, neutralize it, and begin to create what you do want to create for your line. So basically you're, you're here to heal your DNA, neutralize, anything negative on the DNA, use what works and leave the rest behind, as I say, so we are going to do this. We are still in the side of the truth triangle. That's about birthing your power. So again, the three sides of the truth triangle are birthing your power, birthing your passion and birthing your purpose. And then in the center of the triangle is living your truth. So you birth your truth on the outside of the triangle, and then you live your truth on the inside of the triangle.

(05:03):

Okay? So right now we are in the first, the first side of the triangle, still about power. We sort of birthing your power. So this, this podcast is called identity shifting. This is a process and working with, um, lots of one-on-one clients, celebrities, CEOs, single moms, and then now, uh, training and developing spiritual leaders within society. This is one of the things that the girls get trained in. There's a 300 hour certification program to become a spiritual leader ambassador. And this is one of the processes that they learn. So identity shifting here's the deal. All spiritual work is identity. Shifting spiritual recovery is a restoration of consciousness. Back to the, I am identity. The I am identity is basically the identity that really experiences and understands that it is everything that is the, I am the one thing, the one spirit that has created the entire universe, and that may be having the experience of being individual, but really the, the truth is that you're everything you are the oneness, okay.

(06:15):

It is the merging of the individual self into the divided self. So you're going, and you're basically all identity shifting is, is shifting from the divided self, feeling, lonely, feeling, different, feeling, divided, feeling confused, all that kind of stuff, shifting into the divine identity, which is the divine, right? It's like, it is one with everything it understands. It's connected. It understands that it is the cause it understands that it is love that it can never be divided or lonely or sad that it is the source. So this is the union of yoga of the mind experience in the wholeness and holiness within. So I, this is some of my favorite work because you know, when I began to seek spirituality years ago, I didn't know where to go. I didn't know. You know, there was all these books and they kind of give you some little distinctions here and there and, and they give you some great distinctions, you know, like intention is so important manifesting and all this stuff, but they never broke down basic.

(07:17):

Like, what is spirituality? You know, spirituality is the reality that everything comes from spirit and you are spirit, right? And then, so how does that create into existence through our mind? Well, we, we have this thing called the subject of mind, which is really the same as saying the soul. And so you have the individual use of all energy, basically condenses through the beliefs within your soul. And so you basically get an identity. It's a manmade concept, right? It's a manmade concept to have an identity. I'm a man, you're a woman. I'm somebody that's not worthy. I'm never enough. I'm a doctor. I'm pathetic. I have no confidence and so on and so forth. Right? So we wanna begin to take inventory again on what is, what are your identities? You know, what is your ID in the realm of, of money? What's your identity in the realm of relationships?

(08:23):

What's your identity in the realm of health. These become identities, people forget. And if they don't have a deep core connection to their true self, then they forget. They forget that they're having the experience as this body. They forget that they're having the experience of whatever story and, and stuff they've had around money. They forget. I always say the only disease there is, is amnesia, because if you understood and you woke up to who you are, you'd realize whatever you're experiencing is a relative experience, but it's not the truth of who you are. So in this process, it's all about questioning who you are and releasing the cultural programming and the identity that's been basically brought down through your lineage. Okay? So I invite you to get a pin and paper out and begin to, you know, you can either pause this podcast. When I ask a question and do some journaling and then listen again and pause again.

(09:18):

Or you can write down some of these questions and you can take it into your journaling for the week. Um, you can take it into your meditations and begin to do contemplative meditations, whatever you want, but I want you to really begin to really take inventory, really take a look at your life as if you are the observer, as if you're, you know, kinda looking at your life like you're watching a movie and I want you to really ask. And I think one of the greatest meditations contemplated meditations you could ever ask is one question, who am I, who am I? Who are you? And just beginning to let yourself intuitively, you know, answer that I remember years ago when I began to ask and ponder that question, every answer I had, wasn't the truth. And I knew it.

(10:11):

And so we wanna begin to look at the story and the beliefs, you have it by yourself. Are you somebody that is confused? Are you somebody that's sexy? Are you somebody that you know, is a hustler that gets stuff done all day long? Are you broke all the time? Are you a millionaire? Are you better then? Are you less than, you know, what are the things that you tell yourself? And what do you truly believe about yourself? And beginning to contemplate those and question those and, and begin to think about where did that come from? Why do I think that? And beginning to break down, you know, the truth of who you are, right? You are not your beliefs, even, you're not your body. You're not the circumstances. You are the creator of them. And so again, you know, in the area of money and career, you know, who are you?

(11:13):

Are you somebody that you know, is very successful? Are you somebody that's able to get stuff done or is somebody that goes around in circles and starts and stop things and, and is overwhelmed and just can't see things through, or maybe you're somebody that's like, you know, I'm just destined to have an eight to five job. And I just, it's just who I am. You know, people have identity. I'm just, I'm an entrepreneur. I can't help it. You know, it's just, I was born this way. Oh, you know, I'm just, um, I'm a CEO, I'm whatever, what is your identity when it comes to money and career, who are you?

(11:51):

And it's okay to identify as those things, but just know it's not the truth of who you are. So what story beliefs do you have about yourself in these area of your life? And just beginning to ponder, you know, this is really identity shifting. And if there's an area of your life that you feel powerful and you feel expressed, think great, keep it. But if you don't and you feel disempowered, there has to be a lie. Okay. There has to be a lie. A lot of times I found also that there's people that they think they got it all figured out and they think they're like, you know, really hyped on who they've become in the realm of say money and career. And then all of a sudden they start to have what's called a midlife crisis. Right? So usually this is because they have built their whole identity around the material objects that they own the big house on the hill.

(12:48):

Um, you know, making six, seven figures, um, it gives them confidence. They got validation for all the stuff. And then what sometimes happens, um, in midlife crisis is their values change. They shift, and they don't care as much about all these things. And they don't care about the validation as much, and they're not getting the same high that they got off of, you know, making six or seven figures before. And they don't care about getting the girl or guy as much. And they begin to question their identity. And it's some of the hardest work you'll ever do in your life. I think it's total spiritual warfare. Um, in that it's, it's amazing how much we clinging the ego clings to this identity. And when that identity is, is, uh, you know, either questioned or challenged, maybe there's an economical change and, and you don't have what you used to have or your values majorly shift.

(13:48):

Um, it can be really, really shocking to people. They don't know who they are. They don't really know why they're doing what they're doing. And, um, it can be very gnarly. So identity shifting is, is, is actually really intense work, whether you do it in sessions or whether you life just has you do it right. Cause you're gonna do this work, regardless of whether you go seek it out or the univers will make you do it either way. So the next area to really begin to contemplate and meditate on or journal on is the area of relationships and love. And for me, I remember this was one of the biggest identity shifting for me being someone who is very codependent. And I really got my self worth from whatever relationship I was in. And I got validation from the culture of, uh, you know, being a pretty girl and being wanted and, and being chased and things like that.

(14:46):

And when I began to do my inner spiritual work, it really shook me to a core in that if I wasn't, that I wasn't, you know, someone's wanting desire, who was I, you know, and as I began to, you know, shift my values and know that I am love, I don't need to get it out there. I don't need to seek it or get validated by it. It really, it really was a, it was really tough for me if I'm not here just to seek, you know, romantic love, uh, and the high of that initial, you know, relationship then who am I and what, what motivates me and actually went through a little bit of like a, I dunno if I know if I'd call it a depression at that point in time, but it was a, it was definitely a depression at some level.

(15:38):

And because I didn't know what was nothing was, it was, that was what was driving me. I didn't realize that was the, my primary driver in this life. And so it took me some time to really make that identity shift and be okay, uh, you know, with, or without a relationship and with that identity or not identity. And having people seek me and chase me or not. And so, you know, again, going back into this, I invite you to go into meditation, going to contemplation, or just contemplating throughout the day. You know, when it comes to relationships and love, who are you ask yourself? Who am I, what story do you tell yourself or beliefs do you have about yourself in this area of your life? You know, and why? And, you know, I think also beginning to meditate on what I call your deathbed, meaning that, you know, when you're older, you know, people may not be chasing after you, right?

(16:35):

Like, what does it look like? What, what do you have in your life? If, if it's not about someone chasing you or you chasing somebody in relationship, what is going to be that unshakable aspect of yourself? And that's why our spiritual practice is imperative, because things can come and go, you know, the whole manifesting movement is, is a trap and things come and go. And yes, it's all, I'm all for having luxury and having beautiful things. But if I attach to it and I clinging to it and it is the source of my happiness, then that's not gonna end well promise you. So beginning to just contemplate in the realm of a relationships and love, who are you. And then when it comes to the next area of your life, health and wellness, who are you, I've worked with clients that have had chronic illness, their entire life.

(17:26):

And it's fascinating. It's actually an identity that they have. You know, who would you be if you weren't sick? Who would you be? If you didn't have poor energy, who would you be if you were just healthy and it, and literally people can't even get their heads around it, right? Like it's such an identity for some people that they can't imagine life without complaining about how they're feeling or the pain that they have, or the sadness or the sickness, or the low energy or whatever it may be. It's an identity. And I've witnessed miracles in the trauma work around this. I've witnessed people growing back, their hair, I've witnessed pains in the body going away. I've witnessed people who were, you know, having to go to the chiropractor every single week for their, their whole life. Never having a pain in their back again. It's possible.

(18:23):

It's all emotion, it's all identity in the body. So what story do you tell yourself or beliefs you have about yourself in the area of health and wellness? Is it just something that you've accepted because that's the way your parents were? Is it just something the way it is? Because all your friends have problems with their energy and their health, and what are the benefits to this identity? You know, what are the payoffs? I remember I was working with somebody and, and, uh, and identified with them because they had low blood sugar. And I was like, oh, same thing. I, I had it before, before I did my subconscious work. And I, you know, as a practitioner, we don't ever give somebody their own epiphanies. Right. We don't tell 'em what they should see for themselves. We don't evaluate and tell them their, their breakthroughs.

(19:15):

But what happened with this person is they realized that they had low blood sugar and it was actually, it kind of worked for them. They got attention when their blood sugars went low and they actually like dramatized it. And they actually did feel like they had low blood sugar, but in just seeing the kind of payoff for it from a subconscious perspective, it diminished it greatly. It's possible. You guys it's possible. So the real question is who do you desire to be and what qualities and habits would they embody? So the greatest shifts I've had with people, especially in the realm of relationship is no longer looking to their partner to fulfill the identity that they already have. Like someone who has to always suffer in relationship or someone has to always think that life is hard, that's an identity, right. But when they shift it into what do they wanna create and, and who would that person have to be? What would they have to embody to create having a joyful life, having an easy and blissful relationship, having, you know, tons of money and making the impact in the world who, and what qualities and habits would they embody. And when you begin to ask yourself from the perspective of what's possible, and what do you want instead of what you don't want things open up.

(20:40):

So the next question is what are you willing to sacrifice in order to have the life that you desire? What are you willing to sacrifice in order to have the life you desire? And this is something, you know, I think that there's so many great questions and, and that was what Socrates method and Greek Oracle processes. And a lot of this work that I practiced for years and years, and I remember one day literally sitting down and going for a long walk after, and that whole day I was contemplating, what is it? After all this years and years and years of doing spiritual work and subconscious work and meditating and all this stuff, what is it that I'm actually doing here? What if you're to break it down into a framework and break it down in a step by step process, what it is that, that we're actually doing, you know, and what we're doing is we're shifting the identity back to the true identity.

(21:32):

That's our primary work of what we're doing in getting to the ultimate truth. And then what we're doing is we're never placing the value out in the world. Identity cannot be contingent upon what's going on in our world, how much money we have the bank, what our relationship status is, whether the economy's good or bad, or da, da, da, da, right? We cannot place our, our holiness, our happiness, our fulfillment out in the world. That's the, that's the primary work that we're doing. And then what we're doing is we are birthing our relative truth. And we're deciding what do we like? What is your passion? What works for you in the realm of the areas of different areas of your life and putting boundaries on things that don't work for you and people and places and circumstances that cause chaos in your life so that you can live joyfully and powerfully and intentionally in what matters to you.

(22:27):

And then we're really leaving our legacy. You know, we've got this DNA code and we're doing our work to clear it up, you know, neutralize it and move past our habitual ways. And then we're leaving our legacy, our purpose, and our calling. And so the truth is that you are an all powerful, spiritual being with the ability to create and be whomever you choose to be, you are capable of anything you put your mind to. This is the truth of who you are. So in this, I know that as you shift your identity back to the, I am all things are possible. Your birthright is emancipation from suffering. Your birthright is to have a life of abundance and prosperity. Your birthright is love because it's who you are. Your birthright is divinity. And I simply know this. I will never, ever not know this. And this is why I get to be righteous, cuz anybody who truly knows the truth for you deserves to say it boldly powerfully and without any, any excuses unapologetically with total con confidence and certainty.

(23:39):

And that's what I know for you. You are an all powerful, spiritual being your true identity is I am the, I am. That is everything it's created. Everything have a beautiful day. You guys, and may you live your truth. Thanks again for tuning in to Dr. Aaron and soul society podcast, I'd like to invite you to write a review on iTunes. (00:00):

Welcome

(00:01):

To society, the shift to the triage, the movement. So you did truth

(00:08):

Live from Los Angeles. This is Dr. Aaron doctor of divinity. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together in a community society. We are committed to being the number one spiritual leaders community in the world, committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. And our mission is to awaken a billion people globally, and how we are doing that is by developing world class spiritual leaders. So I'm so excited today about this podcast. This is number four of 12 of a series called live your truth. So today is number four, and we're talking about trauma and releasing your limit beliefs, your limiting beliefs, trauma, and releasing your limiting beliefs. So this is probably in my opinion, one of the most profound, um, pieces of work that I've developed over the course of the last 25 years of my own spiritual seeking and diving deep into different processes.

(01:10):

I would say doing trauma work is probably one of the most important works you will ever do for your awakening and for, um, basically re-empowering yourself reclaiming the power that you already are because remember that all spiritual work, all inner work from a spiritual perspective is doing one thing. And one thing only, and it's really coming back to your true identity. Your I am the all powerful all-knowing spiritual identity that you have. So all the inner work is really peeling away. The layers of the onion of your consciousness, of peeling back, all those false identities and false beliefs. And so today is a process that I'm going to take you through. That, um, has been probably the biggest shift in the work that I've done, other than say meditation and prayer. I would say trauma work is even more profound than those in that it has fast results having people shift their life.

(02:06):

So also I wanna disclose that if you've been through a lot of trauma, it's important to go to a practitioner, go to a therapist, go to whoever to a professional that can help you with this. This is if you have mental disorder, if you've been through major, major trauma, don't recommend trying this at home, but you are your own spiritual. If you're doing spiritual work, you have the right to do anything you want for yourself. And we have the right as spiritual practitioners to do that as well. Also just disclosing that this is not a cure. We cannot disclose that also legally that this is a spiritual process. Okay. So we're gonna do some processes, right? So trauma, we have to first define what is trauma and trauma is there's different types of trauma. There can be physical traumas and there can be emotional traumas.

(02:52):

And today we are primarily talking about emotional trauma. Okay. So what is trauma? Trauma is relative for each person. Oftentimes we only think of trauma as something that like being in war or getting in a car accident, but trauma is something that most people experience. So according to the dictionary, one definition is it is a deeply distressing or disturbing experience physically or mentally. Okay. So again, today we're talking about the mental aspect, and again, if you're having mental issues, you should go seek a professional. Okay. But spiritually traumas persist in consciousness via a command that is declared into the subconscious mind at the time of the traumatic incident, which is called an Ingram. There's an actual definition of this. It's called an Ingram. And an Ingram is a neural encoding that provides a physical persistence in memory, Ingrams are linked and persist. Heuristically via commands.

(03:52):

So really what this means is in order for the mind to process all information, it has to collapse things into categories because we get so much information. Like I always use the analogy of when we first learned to walk, you had to use every single, you know, all your mind power, you had to, it took everything to move your feet and your legs and, and, you know, steady your self as a, whatever that was one years old or whatever. Right. So the subconscious mind is works for us and against us, right? Because it collapses all the information. So it has to recall incidents, um, you know, in clumps basically. So, um, it does the same thing in the realm of say love. So if you've been hurt or had some kind of trauma in the realm of love and you decided love hurts, then anytime something hurts, you also see it as love.

(04:46):

So it's this kind of bizarre collapsing of the subconscious mind that helps us and hurts us in many ways. So basically it also recalls incidents via things called commands. Okay. So I'm gonna break this down more. So basically what happens is, again, remember that the subconscious mind is, is already programmed through our DNA. It's programmed through all the, all of our, all of our heritage. Basically you're born with certain memory and epigenics, again is proving this all memory is stored in the DNA. So you already have memory. How do you know how to beat your heart? How do you know, you know, how are you afraid of snakes when you've ever never even seen a snake in this lifetime, right? It's memory that lives in you. And so in this lifetime, the subconscious mind is programmed via of course, new habits that you're doing, the movies that you see, the imprinting that you have from people that you witness your parents, da da, da, but it's also programmed through basically two ways, which is through high states of negative emotion, backed by a limiting belief and through high states of positive emotion backed by expanding beliefs.

(05:55):

Okay. So we are looking at those things, we're looking at trauma and the trauma is generally something that is within five minutes to 24 hours. Okay. So when I'm working with a client, um, how we define a traumatic incident versus just a general upset, general upsets are things that have been going on for long time, weeks on times, your whole life, whatever. And a trauma is something that happens in, in an incident. It's something that is, is done within five minutes or 24 hours. And it has high, high, high emotion, negative emotion backed by a command backed by a limiting belief about a statement. It's basically a statement, a declaration, a decision about yourself or others or life. Okay. And this is what I call commands. Okay. And this is super important because after working with, you know, I've had hundreds and thousands of clients through, you know, one on ones through groups through, through, um, you know, different, uh, retreats and seminars.

(06:55):

So basically the thing that I've found the commonality in human beings is that generally people have about three core commands that come through and these commands run their life. It's amazing what happens. So things, for example, I'm gonna tell you some examples of a command. I'll never trust again, I can't do this. I'm never enough. I don't matter. I'll always be alone. I don't care they're mean they lie. It never works out. Anyway. I fucked up, excuse my French, but that was actually my son's command. I fucked up again. Okay. So this is the thing is that it becomes an identity. It becomes a subconscious belief that plays out over and over again, like a veil that goes over life, like a lens that you look through life. Okay. So like, I mean, it's, it's incredible. As I witness, it's been the most profound thing as a practitioner, spiritual practitioner that is listening for commands, how once the client spots their command and they neutralize the mental picture, the trauma around it, they, first of all, they start to see how that command has been playing out in all eras of their life over and over.

(08:15):

It's like a theme. It's like, if your, if your life was a play and you have a theme to the play, it's like, you know, she'll never love. Right. Love hurts. And it plays over again in the drama of the, of her life. Right. That was mine. No. Um, and then it plays out over and over again. And when a client's spots their commands, they also are able to have it rise up from the subconscious they're like, oh my gosh, I didn't realize that was my command. And I, and now I hear all the time when I, if I get upset that command, I say it internally, right? A command is not necessarily something that you say out loud, it's something that you say within, in the middle of getting upset or the middle of that traumatic incident. Okay. So the intention of doing your trauma work and the truth triangle, cuz remember this series of this 12 series is really birthing your truth and living your truth.

(09:06):

So in this 12 series we go through and you can go back to one through three or binge forward if they're already available now, um, it's really about birthing your truth. And so if we take a look at the truth triangle on the first side of the triangle, we're birthing your true power, the power that you are, the true identity of who you are. We're taking back all the time. You handed your power over to somebody and decided that was more powerful than you. The second side of the triangle is birthing your passion, your relative truth. There's ultimate truths and there's relative truths and you are birthing and getting clear of what your core values are, what your truth is and putting boundaries and accepting people as they are looking at the failed expectations and looking at how you were trying to make people places in life different than it is.

(09:50):

And suddenly coming to the freedom and accepting people, places and things as they are, and reclaiming your power to create what you want from what the only thing you can really control is your own consciousness in your own thing. Right? The third side of the triangle is birthing your purpose. And we do this through going through your past life, um, and this life suffering and you don't have to believe in past lives, it's in your DNA. So we birth what is important for you to make a difference. And you're here to complete the energetic patterns within your DNA and leave the legacy in this lifetime and birthing that purpose. So again, we birth your, your power, your passion and your purpose. And then in the inside of the triangle is really who you wanna li it's living your truth. And that means your daily spiritual practice.

(10:34):

What principles do you wanna live by? And really having that come into your life every day, every breath, having your daily spiritual practice, not just be in the morning for 20 minutes in, in the evening for 20 minutes. But every breath that you take, every thought that you energize every, every meeting that you take, every, every thought that you choose to have is your daily spiritual practice. It's a way of being. And so as we go into today, we are in that first side of that triangle in the power, we're birthing your power. We're restoring the power through doing your trauma work. So in this, this is done by again, we're going into trauma work. It's an incident, something that is, you know, five minutes to 24 hours, something that is an emotional traumatic incident. And basically that was backed by a command and, and imprinted into your subconscious mind.

(11:25):

So how do we do this? How do we do your trauma work? Okay. So this is done by neutralizing the mental pictures associated with traumatic incident. This is the re-experiencing of the incident with the ultimate goal of recovering of the consciousness and reclaiming of truth. Okay. So what I'm gonna recommend for you guys is to get out a pen and paper. And again, if you have a lot of trauma trauma, I don't recommend doing this alone, but you can, and this is your, your spiritual, right? Okay. So what I'm gonna have you do is actually, I want you to take some inventory of this and journal on this and you may be able to pause this podcast, or you can do this after. Okay. And what I want you to do is I want you to write down all the incidences that you remember in this lifetime that you consider being traumatic.

(12:15):

Okay? So for example, the time my boyfriend broke up with me, the time I saw my parents fighting the time I was bullied in school, et cetera, you may have a hundred, you may have 10, you may have whatever. It doesn't matter. Just write down the incidences. It doesn't mean you don't need to write down the story around it, just write down number them and write down which one. So this is what I'm gonna recommend. If you're someone who's afraid of going into trauma, I would not go to the, the most intense one. I would start with one. That's not that big of a trauma start with one that you don't like get really upset when you think about it. Okay, let's begin with something. That's not as intense for other people. They're like, look, I wanna go deep into it. I wanna go to the core of the, you know, of the root of all of it.

(13:01):

And I wanna go way, way down there into that weed and pull out the root and get it outta my consciousness. That's how I'd be. Right. So you can do that if you're ready for that. Okay. But this is the deal. If you're gonna go into any traumatic incident, you need to complete the cycle. If you go on there and restimulate it, then it might put you into kind of a, a sad mood or whatever. So this is where doing it with a practitioner is really important because you wanna handle it fully. And sometimes it's not comfortable. Sometimes you don't wanna think about it anymore. Okay. So trauma recovery. Okay. So next I want you to basically, so pick one incident that you're ready to heal and reveal and neutralize and complete. Okay. So what we're doing is we're actually gonna be pulling back up that mental picture, cuz from a spiritual perspective, nothing is in the past.

(13:50):

It's all plain out now. And the point is, if you have a traumatic incident and it happens say when you were nine years old and you decided something and you have a command that's playing out right now, it's like, imagine I use that computer analogy again. Okay. So imagine that you have a computer and imagine that you have a, a program running behind scenes, you forgot to close it down and complete it and it's taking your energy and you don't know why your computer is getting slower and slower and why it's having glitches in it because you have this big program running in the background, that's taking all your energy up. And so what you gotta do, you gotta pull that program back up, complete it all, save it or not save it, delete it, whatever it is and close it down and put it into the file where it belongs in the past.

(14:38):

Right? So that's what we're gonna do on your trauma. So we want, we wanna basically take you through a process. Okay. So what you're gonna do is you're gonna actually begin to reexperience that incident. And there's only there's you can't have, uh, an incident keep replaying in the past if you have, if you just neutralize it and as is it, that's why the Vatas say as it is, because if you can really, as it is and neutralize the emotion around it, then it flattens out and it's not gonna play like puppet strings behind your life all the time. Okay. It's what holds a tra traumatic incident in place is the charge, the emotional charge attached to that mental picture, which has to be held by command. And also by the story that you put around the meaning that you put around it, remember that you are a powerful, divine, powerful, spiritual being.

(15:33):

And the moment that you put meaning on something positive or negative, you experience the positive or negative emotion around it. So as long as you're judging it, as long as you're evaluating the traumatic incident, as long as you are putting a meaning around it and a backstory or evaluating it, it will hold the traumatic incident in place and keep playing over and over in your life. Okay. So what we wanna do is we want to pull that experience back up that mental picture. And we want to go over that incident. Re-experiencing it as is in it over and over until it's neutralized until you're no longer like crying about it or sad about it or angry about it till you just see it for what it is. Look, you know, I've had people talk about rapes before and the first time they go and re-experience it they're, they can barely remember it.

(16:20):

It's kind of hard to remember it. And then the second time they re-experience, it they're crying and they're remembering all the upset that was around it. The, the being scared, being upset, being all this stuff by the sixth time they're, re-experiencing it they're like, oh yeah. And then I was raped. You know, they're like bored by the story, right? They're like, it is what it is. It wasn't fun. It sucked, but it is what it is. And they spot their commands. They spot all of it and they can pretty much just file it in their past and go, you know what that happened, but I'm never gonna let that keep ruining my life. I'm not gonna let that declare how I see men or how I see love or whatever. And they begin to see something new, a new possibility for themselves. Okay. So that's what we're doing. So I'm gonna take you through this a little bit of a, a process and you may not be able to fully do it right now. Or you may be able to, you may be able to do this later in your meditation and begin to take yourself through the process. So I want you to close your eyes and I want you to take yourself back to the traumatic incident.

(17:26):

And I want you to actually just state the facts of the incident. I want you to not, you do not evaluate no backstory, no evaluation, no meaning around all of it. Just state the facts. I walked in the room, he said this, I said that the walls were white. Then this happened. Okay. Just state the facts. So do not make any meaning about the incident. Simply reexperience the incident, stating the facts and taking me through the entire incident from very beginning to the very end and remembering as much detail as you possibly can. Next. I want you to repeat the incident from the very beginning until the very end until the emotions have been fully expressed and the mental pictures have been neutralized. So this may take five times. It may take 50 times. Okay. Generally I find that it takes, you know, at least 10 times to reexperience the thing, allow yourself to cry, allow yourself to get upset, allow yourself to fully feel the emotions.

(18:33):

What holds a traumatic incident in place is the resistance to it. What resist persist. And when we don't fully allow ourselves to feel the feelings, then it's gonna persist. Okay. So look for the command. So of next, after you've really been, you've taken yourself through the re-experience of it. Say you're on the fifth time and you've had a peak in your emotions. Say the third time you have a real big peak in your emotions. You're crying a lot. You are feeling it. You remember it. And then the next time you re-experience it, the emotions have kind of gone down a little bit. This is when I want you to begin to look for the decisions you made in the midst of those high, high emotions. Look for the decisions you made about yourself, what decisions you made about life and what decisions you made about others.

(19:27):

So beginning to look for the commands that you stated during the incident, in the midst of the height of that emotion, asking yourself, or I will ask you, what did you decide about yourself that doesn't mean? Or what did you say? Okay. And that means not allowed, but inside. What did you say to yourself becoming conscious of what you decided during the traumatic incident? So for example, I say this in my book, um, I worked with a, um, a big CEO and he was having problems around money. And the thing about money is that it's not always a trauma that relates to money, money. It can relate to all kinds of things. And he had one incident as a little boy where he actually witnessed someone being murdered. He didn't know that that incident related to money, but so when we went in and re-experienced that incident and he was fully able to go there and remember it and see everything and feel the fear and fear the, all the emotions attached to it.

(20:32):

When I asked him, what did you decide? He realized he decided that you can die over money. And so he didn't realize that that command was playing out in the realm of, of money in his life. Every time he'd get a lot of money, he would be afraid that he was gonna lose it. And then he'd have to kind of have a self sabotaging thing where he would kind of lose it and then he'd have to remake money. And it was this ongoing thing out of his command. You can die for money and this would play out over and over in the existence of his life. And he would, it was just like this constant battle around money. So after doing his trauma work, he began to neutralize that he spotted his commands and he could see where he was able to start making a new story around money.

(21:23):

And when he would, the command commands, don't fully go away. They don't disappear. But what they do is they come into consciousness. You don't get as reactive. You don't get triggered as much, but as you can spot when you're getting into your lower self or your highest self, right? Your best self is when you know that you're not living outta your command. When you haven't been getting grounded and doing your core work, then you start to get into your lower self and you begin to live outta your commands again. Okay. So he had a choice. He knew he needed to get grounded and know the truth and have a good meditation practice and always live outside of that command. Another example of a command. Um, I may have thousands, of course. Um, there was a, a woman who basically was raped and she, we went back into that traumatic incident.

(22:14):

And when she began to go into the incident, she recognized that she decided that love was unsafe, that, that it, that sex was unsafe basically. And in that decision, she actually began to try and, and have her, her life not have sex. Basically. She started to eat a lot. She started to put on a lot of weight. So that men, it was like her way of repelling men and sex. It was a subconscious thing. She didn't realize she was doing it right. So she went into that traumatic experience and re-experienced it. She recognized her command. You know, this is unsafe that, that love sex men are unsafe. It was this whole kind of umbrella of a command to all of it. So then she recognized how it was playing out in her health issues. It was recognizing how she was sabotaging even dating or doing anything.

(23:14):

It was, she recognizes one command was playing out in so many aspects of her life. So in that she started neutralizing that and she basically recognized how that this was a self-fulfilling prophecy, this command in her life and how she ne she wanted to make a new decision for herself. She, she began to, you know, really take care of herself in a loving way and began to restore her health and began to date again, put herself out there. So commands can, cannot, they play out in many, many different areas of your life. Um, they can play out in your finances. They can play out in your health. They can play out in your relationships. They can play out in your self-expression and so on and so forth. Right? So we wanna start looking at the commands, right? So me, me personally, I remember when I had gotten clear of my commands and one was, um, when I was six months old.

(24:10):

And what you'll do when you do these commands is at first, you may not be able to remember, you know, past earlier than say, five years old, but as you start doing more and more of your trauma work, it opens up your consciousness. And you actually begin to remember traumas that happened, um, in this, in your, you know, early on for me, one of my first one was at six months old and past lifetimes. And this is actually how you begin to go into past lifetimes. And again, you don't have to believe in past lifetimes, but your DNA, um, is there and you can go into those traumatic memories. So for me, I remember being six months old and, um, my parents, they didn't know any better at the time. It wasn't out of, um, cruelty. They just didn't know. They went over to Europe for a month and they left me with my mom's mom.

(24:54):

And my mom's mom was not exactly the sweetest, um, woman. And I remember my incident was I was in the crib at six months old, uh, left alone in the middle of the night, crying, crying, crying, and I needed love. I couldn't get love. Therefore I decided I wouldn't love. And I had spent majority of my life kind of with walls around my ability to love or calling in partners that were just not available. And therefore I didn't have to be available. And it was a command, um, that it came out as I don't care and it would, and I did care, but so the command played out over and over where I just would find anything wrong, or I would just pick partners where I didn't care as much about him. And it played out over and over again. It was, um, my core work and my life work to really restore this command.

(25:46):

And I care so much that I've handed my life over to work of caring for people and loving people and giving them wisdom to help them love themselves. So, you know, it is an ongoing thing and, and trauma is, is fascinating because usually we think of trauma, something that's awful that's happened. But when you do this work, you begin to recognize that trauma is, is one of the biggest blessings that we have because when we have a command, like for example, one of my other traumas of course, was when I had a stillborn son at 22 years old. And that trauma sent me on the quest of awakening and, um, sent me on the quest of, of doing, you know, the career that I have right now. The, and so I just want you to recognize that you can heal your trauma. You can neutralize your trauma, you can overcome this.

(26:38):

And whether you do this, um, with a practitioner, you can do EMDR. You can, can come to society and, um, reach out. We have trained ambassadors around this and, um, you can begin to heal yourself. There's many different modalities. Now. I think there's tapping, I've never tried tapping. So I can't, um, I can't say that I recommend that, but I know that, um, my mother did EMDR also, I've worked with tons of clients. There's prolonged therapy, cognitive therapy, which is very similar to this that we do, um, as spiritual practitioners. So, you know, really getting in there, neutralizing the trauma, asking yourself, what did you decide about yourself, about others and about life. And in my experience, trauma work restores freedom of choice commands might not fully disappear, but they're brought fully into consciousness and no longer hide within the subconscious mind triggers may still persist, but are majorly diminished.

(27:32):

The commands that once played out like, you know, puppet strings in your life and one's habitual life get minimized. Truth is recovered within mind. And so, as you are completing your re-experiencing your trauma, um, you may consider as yourself, is there anything new for you to see now? You know, what do you see? What's a new possibility once you see your command, once you can just, as is the traumatic incident, what's new for you, you know, how do you feel about the experience? What is a new possibility? And so for me, I know the new possibility for myself was to really care about people. The new possibility out of, out of, you know, the trauma that happened with my stillborn of feeling like life is so awful that the command was to really create a beautiful life. That's the opportunity. And I just get choked up even off that, because I recognize, you know, that little girl, that 22 little old girl with a stillborn baby in that room, she, that she chose that at some level.

(28:37):

And I truly believe that the traumas that we at some level choose to go through that experience so that we can understand it. And so that we, when we have triumph over it, we can help others through that same thing. We can be a voice that helps others through that. And that's the beauty of life that's relative experience. Okay. So this again was number four of number 12 of a series on this podcast called live your truth. If you get value from the series, please tell somebody about it, share it with somebody. I believe this is the core work that we all need. And if this even just has somebody recognize that they need to do their trauma work and go to their own personal therapist or whatever that is, it will make a difference. Please share this. You guys, it's super important. You can go back to the first three, and then after this five through 12 of birthing your truth and living your truth, you guys have a wonderful day.

(29:29):

Please reach out if you have any questions. And again, if you have a lot of trauma, please reach for a professional. Do not try this alone. If you have a lot of trauma, please begin with some lighter traumas in your life, neutralizing those, and then going deeper and deeper, and you can even go into your past lives. We're gonna go that later in the series, we will actually be going into past life regressions. Okay. Have a beautiful day. And may you live your truth? (00:00):

Welcome to society, the shift to the movement. So you do truth.

(00:08):

Live from Los Angeles. Welcome to soul society with Dr. Aaron, Dr. Divinity. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together as a spiritual community in society. We have the vision of being the number one spiritual leaders community in the world. We truly are committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. And we have the mission of awakening, a billion people, and how we are doing that is by developing spiritual leaders. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and a message to bring to the world. So this is number three of a 12 series on live your truth. This is something that is near and dear to my heart. I truly believe that, uh, we each have a unique truth that there's obviously ultimate truths. You are divine powerful. All-knowing spiritual being.

(01:05):

You are immortal, eternal and all the above, and you are creating right now the entire universe, because you are not just you, you are the universe, you are the individual consciousness, the collective consciousness and the cause that consciousness and the truth is that you're here as the fractal of the one you can call the one, God, you can call it spirit. You can call it divine. You can call it whatever you want. But truth is, is that you are creating through the fractal of your individual, use of the mind through the DNA that you are patterned into. And I actually believe that we're here to evolve the DNA that we're here to just evolve all of life in the fractal of the evolution of the one thing. So that is, um, really knowing what your truth is. So you can live in alignment with what is right for you.

(01:54):

So how we do this is we birth your truth by restoring the true power we call it the truth triangle. So the first side of the triangle is birthing your power. Your truth of who you are. We do this through birthing, um, your, your power through restoring your true identity. All of spirituality is the reality that everything comes from spirit and all spiritual work is really getting you back to that reality, realizing your true identity, which is the I am identity, which is the identity that's all knowing and all powerful. So they do this through trauma work and why trauma work, um, helps in the restoration of your true identity is it releases the commands and limiting beliefs that are attached to traumatic incidences that are backed by a lot of emotional, um, charge on the mental picture. So basically it's holding you in a position if you will.

(02:49):

So when we go in and do trauma, we neutralize the mental pictures and we spot the commands and we loosen those chains. If you will, the whole point of spirituality is getting you back to freedom, freedom of choice, freedom of expression, and freedom of your beingness. So on the truth triangle, the first side is your store and your power. We do that through the trauma work. We do that through shifting back to your true identity. And we do that through taking your inventory to really realize where you are not in full power, and that's what we're gonna do today. We're gonna actually look at your life inventory because all of life is a relationship. So basically anywhere where you still feel like you are a victim in life, where you still feel like you're the effect of anything that's ever happened, any place that you feel like you're not at full power in your life, we need to handle that, right?

(03:36):

We need to handle that and complete that cycle so that you can restore your power. Um, after that, on the truth triangle, the first side is restoring the power. The second side is birthing your passion, which is really your relative truth. What are your core values? What really matters to you? What are you committed to and how do you stay in your peace and power? How do you boundaries on certain relationships and things so that you can live in your passion and live doing what you really care to do? The third side of the truth, triangle is birthing your purpose. And this is all about getting clear of the suffering that you've had in this lifetime and past lifetimes, because in your DNA epigenics is proving that we have all memory of all lifetime. So really it's living as you, any of your past trauma and suffering is, is the wisdom within your body and your subconscious in your DNA.

(04:30):

And so we want to complete that cycle. And in completing that cycle, knowing you have a triumph that you've really overcome, we begin to birth your purpose, knowing the formula of your triumphs, plus your passion, plus your skill set equals your purpose and calling. And then finally we come to where we create your life purpose statement. So you can really live your mission and the legacy that you wanna live in this lifetime. Okay? So this is number three of 12 of a series of live your truth. So this is all about life inventory. So again, all of life is a relationship how you relate to what does, or what does not occur. And the Limus test, if you will, is if there's anything that happens in life that you really get offended by where you react to or whatever, that, that is a place that we need to take a look at and handle.

(05:24):

That doesn't mean that we don't put laws in order so that we have harmony on the planet. That doesn't mean that it's right, what someone does or wrong. What someone does. We want to look at harmony versus chaos. Okay? But that means that you can look at anything that happens on this planet or in this universe. And you are not basically, you just are able to, as is it the true gap of suffering? The cause of suffering is one place. And one place only it's really wishing people, places and things were differently than they are. So when we fully accept life on life's terms and people, as they are, we're able to put boundaries. So sometimes that's, you know, just simply maybe, you know, communicating less, or maybe that's not having somebody in your life, or maybe that's putting them in jail, whatever that is.

(06:12):

But when we as is it accepted as it is, we no longer are tortured by the concept of wanting people to be different than they are. We begin to be the cause, right? So if there's something that we want different on the planet, like they're not to be killings or for someone to not cheat or lie or whatever it is, we begin to put our, we, we begin to create what really we, what matters to us. Hence there's all kinds of programs and self development, right? The reason why these have been developed is because people desire to have, um, have, you know, a new consciousness on this planet, right? So we didn't go out and try and fix and change people. We developed projects and, and courses and things to help those, or we put laws and orders, or we did whatever, right? That's coming from a creative standpoint instead of hoping, wishing and praying someone was different, right?

(06:59):

We want to be the cause of life because we are the cause of life. We are spirit. And so right now we're gonna go through our inventory to take a look at what's your relationship to all of life so that you can really get real with yourself of where your work still needs to be done. Okay. So I'm gonna suggest that you get a pen and paper out and begin to really, you can pause this for a minute and then come back. And basically what we're gonna do here is we're gonna go through your life. Okay? And there's four primary areas of life, um, that we refer to one is career and money. One is relationships and love. One is health and wellness and the other is creative expression. And when we take a look at those four areas of life, you know, where in those four areas of life, do you not feel fully empowered and fully at cause? And we wanna take a look at those. So I'm gonna go through kind of a list of an inventory so that you can begin to ask yourself these questions. Okay. So on a scale from one to 10, one not being good and 10 being great. How would you rate your relationship with the following self image on a scale from one to 10, how would you rate your relationship with your self image next body image on a scale from one to 10, how would you rate your relationship with your body image

(08:26):

Next health on a scale from one to 10, how would you rate your relationship with your health next father on a scale from one to 10, how would you rate your relationship with your father next mother, on a scale from one to 10, how would you rate your relationship with your mother next siblings on a scale from one to 10, how would you rate your relationships with your siblings? And you may have to write out, you know, different, if they're, if your relationship with each sibling is different, I would write out their names and really put a one to 10, one, not good at all. 10. Great next friends on a scale from one to 10, how would you rate your relationship with your friends? And again, if you have multiple friends in different relationships with friends, I would write out those names. If they're significant people in your life and rate one, if it's not good at all up to 10, if it's great next work and career on a scale from one to 10, how would you rate your relationship with work and career next spouse or partner, or you could say boyfriend girlfriend

(09:54):

On a scale from one to 10, how would you rate your relationship with your spouse and partner next money on a scale from one to 10, how would you rate your relationship with money next food on a scale from one to 10, how would you rate your relationship with food next, your home environment on a scale from one to 10, how would you rate your relationship with your home? That does not mean necessarily the relationships within the home. That means your relationship to your actual home. How's your environment do thrive in your environment. Do you not thrive in your environment next alcohol on a scale from one to 10, how would you rate your relationship with alcohol next drugs on a scale from one to 10, how would you rate your relationship with drugs?

(11:00):

These two are very important. Alcohol and drugs can majorly impact our chemistry in our body. And quite frankly, if I'm working with a client and they have any, anything other than, you know, a nine or a 10 in these areas with alcohol, for sure, I would not be able to work with them with drugs. Obviously we cannot get into the subconscious mind at all, if somebody is doing drugs. Um, so this would have us have to refer to a doctor and they'd have to do a cleanse before they're able to do their subconscious work. Very important to take a look at that

(11:39):

Next, the question here is, you know, on a scale from one to ten one all the time or 10, never. How would you rate yourself on the following reactive in relationships? How reactive are you in relationships? Again, a one would be all the time. I'm reactive in relationships all the time. A number 10 would be, I'm never reactive in relationships. Okay. Next on a scale from one to 10, how would you rate yourself about your confusion on life? So are you confused about life all the time or are you confused about life? Never. You can put a five if it's sometimes, right. So it's a scale next on a scale from one to 10, how would you rate yourself in the realm of being overwhelmed? Are you overwhelmed all the time sometimes or never next anxious and stressed on a scale from one to 10, how would you rate yourself?

(12:43):

Are you anxious and stressed all the time, some of the time or never next lacking confidence on a scale from one to 10, one being all the time 10, never. How would you rate yourself in lacking confidence? Do you lack confidence all the time? Every once in a while or never next sad or apathetic on a scale from one to 10, how would you rate yourself? Are you sad all the time or apathetic, meaning that just nothing seems to matter anymore or every once in a while or never next on a scale from one to 10, how would you rate yourself in inconsistent or unable to follow through? Are you always inconsistent and unable to follow through? Are you sometimes inconsistent and unable to follow through or are you never inconsistent and unable to follow through? Okay. So this is super important to begin to take inventory in your life.

(13:50):

And the truth is this is that if there's somewhere in the area of life, there's a self-judgment that goes on, right? So you, your score might change according to that, or you might think of reality versus not what matters is your relationship to it? Not what other people think, but what you, what your relationship is to these different areas. You know, when you think of your parents, do you think of joy and it's flowing an amazing, or do you get angst and get sad and have a big story around it? Right. So beginning to become aware and conscious of these areas, they say that half the problem of solving a problem is recognizing the problem, because if we don't get real with ourselves and we just stay delusional and pretend like everything's okay, the thing is we can try and trick ourselves with our logical mind, but our subconscious mind and our body knows.

(14:45):

We know when we talk about a friend or our family, or a self image or money, we can tell the pit in our stomach or the feeling of auxiliary. So this is all about getting real. So I would take this week and really think about your life. I would take the time to think about also alcohol and drugs. Is it something that is impacting your life? And if you're doing, uh, you know, alcohol or drugs, I would consider, um, consulting a professional around that. Okay. They do have 12 step as well. And there's lots of different avenues to go with that. If it's a problem, but doing drugs and alcohol will definitely affect your psyche and affect your, your, your trauma. Because what happens is, as if you drink too much, you actually can get into a traumatic incident because you get you open up the subconscious mind.

(15:34):

It gets imprinted very easily. Same with, if you go under, um, anesthesia, your subconscious opens up and you will get, um, commands done that way as well. So on this note, I know the truth that the power and the passion and the purpose that lives within you, my greatest wish for everyone on this planet is that they find their truth and live their truth. And that all begins with waking up and beginning to look and become aware in your life. I believe the most important thing with all this is doing your trauma work. It's the greatest work I've ever done beyond just straight meditation and straight going to source. I believe trauma work is some of the core work that this planet needs to do to understand how it's commanded into its subconscious, profound ways that are out picturing into the ongoing cycle and story of their life.

(16:27):

So on that note, this is number three of 12. You can go back and listen to the first two and binge the other 12, if they've been recorded already. So have a wonderful day. You guys, and I am on this journey. You have my full commitment. Um, you can also check out society. The ambassadors get trained in a 300 hour program around birthing people's truth. They help them do their trauma work. They help them get clear on their core values. They, he help them deal with things like upsets or breakups or, uh, different issues in life. We all have issues, right? There's everything from money issues, to relationship issues, to health issues, and it all comes down to consciousness. So on that note, I know perfection. I know power of this community. Also, if you're somebody who's had a divine calling for a spiritual to become a spiritual leader, you are welcome to fill out an application, apply for society.

(17:19):

We only take highly, highly committed people that have a divine calling to make a difference in the world with this work. Okay. So a beautiful day, you guys, and may you live your truth. (00:00):

Welcome

(00:01):

To society, the shift to the triage movement. So you did truth

(00:08):

Live from Los Angeles. Welcome to the soul society podcast with Dr. Aaron. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with the universal law. We also come together as a community in society, which we are committed to being the number one spiritual leaders community in the world. We're really committed to enlightenment empowerment and entrepreneurship. We believe that when someone awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. And our mission is to awaken a billion people and how we are doing that is by developing spiritual leaders. So this is a series we're in right now. This is two of 12 of a series on live your truth. This is, um, kind of a buzz word or statement out there, live your truth. And so we have to ask, what does it mean? What is the hell does this mean to live your truth?

(01:02):

Right. And you know, from a metaphysical standpoint, there is ultimate truth and relative truth. The ultimate truth is things like universal law. There's things like you're immoral, spiritual being energy cannot be destroyed, but there's also a relative truth. And you have a relative truth. What is true for you is true for you, meaning what works for you only works for you, how you thrive in relationship, how you thrive, um, in what food you put in your body, um, what you like, what passions you have, things like that. Those are unique to you. And so living your truth is really, really knowing myself and being that. And so this entire program, this 12 series is really about walking you through the process that we walk our ambassadors through a certification program and learning how to discover your truth and really live that truth. And in doing so, the ambassadors get trained and are able to birth other people's truth and live their truth.

(02:11):

So there's a, a process called Medix. It was a Greek Oracle process a very long time ago, and it is based off of the word midwife free. And although, instead of birthing a baby you birth someone's truth. So a lot of this work is based in those processes. What happened was when I was 22 and I actually, um, gave birth to my stillborn son. And I decided, well, I was, you know, the day after I gave birth to his body in the morticians house, staring down in his body, he was gone, but his body was still here. I decided and committed at a soul level to, to really discover truth and figure out what the hell we were doing here. And what's the mean of life and who, who am I, if I'm not this body and so on and so forth. So I began an intense journey that now has been 25 years.

(03:07):

Um, and what happened is I began to meditate. I began to go to seminars and read books and, and began to find subconscious work and got my nine rights in shamanism and became a spiritual practitioner and became a science and mind minister and became a doctorate divinity. And along the pro process, there was a few processes that really stuck with me. One was of course, meditation imperative for, um, for awakening imperative, for knowing self imperative, for having a grounded life in truth and divine connection. There were some other things that really, really stuck on my track. One of course was understanding universal law and the metaphysics of how energy works and how we are creating how we're manifesting. Right? And the other thing that really, really profoundly affected my awakening was the subconscious work, the Greek Oracle processes, the metic processes. And when I began to do my subconscious work, what happened was, I began to think, what am we really doing here when we're getting into subconscious work?

(04:09):

Of course, we're dealing with trauma. That was very important. And then I began to realize that what does it mean to really know myself and ly truth? And I began to get a system into place. Um, it was not a system before. And what happened is 22, 22 years after I began my journey, I came up with a, uh, kind of a, a step by step process of this, which I call the truth triangle and what it really is, it's really birthing your truth. It's birthing your true power, your divine, spiritual power. It is birthing your passion, understanding what your, what your relative truth is. And number three, it's really birthing your purpose and calling. And lastly in the middle of the triangle is really your daily spiritual practice, who you are to embody your truth, to live your truth. So in this particular podcast, I wanna walk you through what the truth triangle is and give you an overview for you to begin to ask yourself the inquiry of some of these questions that we're gonna get into in the rest of this 12 series of podcast.

(05:16):

Okay, so let's do this thing. So the ultimate in tension of, of, you know, the true triangle and reprogramming the subconscious mind is to birth your truth, which means to birth your true identity. Like we said, the power, your relative truth, which is really true, birth your passion and to birth your purpose and calling. And so, you know, along the process of, of discovering these different modalities and subconscious processes, I came up with, again, the truth triangle and the goal of reprogram is subconscious mind is to awaken and birth your truth and then live your truth. Okay? So the first part of the triangle is birthing your power, your true divine power, who you really are. So this is really about birthing your true identity and the truth of who you are, your power, you're a powerful, spiritual being. So it's restoring the true nature by releasing your limiting beliefs within your subconscious mind, from traumatic incidences and remembering who you are really, and truly that's really what it's about releasing self-judgment and shame and unleashing the freedom and choice and shifting to your true identity instead of your inherited identity, releasing the cultural roles and limited circumstances and taking back your power truly.

(06:40):

So how do we do this? So in the first part of the triangle, the power side of the triangle, we deal with trauma. We deal with a lot of trauma and identity shifting and really restoring your true self-empowerment. So trauma is the core work of this side of the triangle. And so beginning to ask yourself, and if, if you're doing this 12 series with me, or even just this one, I would begin to ask yourself, you know, what were the major trauma events on your track? And, you know, I've worked in conferences and seminars and workshops, and worked with, you know, really touching hundreds of thousands of lives. And there's some commonalities in trauma, and we're not talking about trauma, physical trauma, we're talking about emotional trauma. Okay. So first of all, we have to kind of identify what is a trauma, right? So trauma is really a state where you are in a high, high state of emotions, negative emotions.

(07:32):

And in that state, you basically command something, your subconscious, it's actually a statement that is a limited statement. Like I am not enough, or I'll never love again, or I effed up again, or it doesn't matter anyway, or I don't care, whatever it is, it is a command that plays out over and over in one's life. And what I've come to kind of understand from working with so many people is that there's usually three major traumas in childhood that really set a precedent. But we have to know that this comes from our past life. It comes from our out picture of our heritage. So generally you'll find that there's not a lot of movement. There's a lot of very like typically in relationship. For example, a lot of families will have, um, a lot of divorce from grandparents to parents, to children, um, and, or you'll have a family has, you know, long, long marriages.

(08:32):

And it's unlikely that that will shift in its, in its, um, kind of patterning of the DNA. So the point of this is to begin to ask yourself, you know, what traumatic incidences do you have? And beginning to kind of take a look at what have you decided outta life? What are your belief systems and discovering and restoring the truth. Obviously you need to do this primarily in session, work with people, you can do EMDR, you can do cognitive therapy, you can work with a spiritual coach. That's trained in society. Um, things like this, someone who understands how to actually do trauma work trauma work is I think one of the most important things you'll ever do on your track beyond doing meditation, beyond traditional prayer and things like that. I believe that trauma work is probably the, one of the most important things you can do to awaken and restore your power.

(09:23):

Okay. So back to the truth triangle, we've got one side of it power. So how do you restore power? Right? We wanna restore power by really spotting those commands, spotting those limiting beliefs. And what's fascinating. I remember when I was doing my trauma work, the most amazing thing would happen because when I would go back into a trauma and reexperience a trauma, and I would neutralize the emotions around that trauma, and I would spot the commands and decisions and limiting beliefs that I commanded into my subconscious. It was simply in spotting, the limiting belief and the command that I put in there that it almost automatically restored my power. Cause I realized if I am able to powerfully command something that has been playing out in my life for that long, I sure as hell can command something that's positive and use that same energy to create good, because this is the deal.

(10:19):

If you follow my work or you understand universal law, you'll understand that there's only one source of everything. And the one source can either create abundance and expansion and innovation and harmony and love and heaven on earth, or it can be inverted. And the same use of energy can create chaos, discord, dysfunction, limiting beliefs, and hell on earth. Okay. So in doing my trauma work, it was like instantaneous. Like, oh my gosh. If I can create that limiting belief and have it project out into every circumstances of my life, I know that's how powerful I am. If I invert it, imagine what I'm able to do. Okay. So the first part of the triangle is birthing your power. This is also identity shifting. This is the deal. Okay. All spiritual work, all self development from a metaphysical standpoint and universal law is shifting back to the true identity that I am.

(11:18):

That's why in many religions they say, I am, you know, um, that is the greatest identity of who you are, which is the, I am factor, which is one with the entire universe, which is divine, which is spirit. Your, your true identity's spirit. You are the factor that has created the entire universe. And so restoring power is imperative in birthing your truth because you have to know who you are first, right? And then really looking at the places where you handed power outside of yourself, where did you hand your power outside of yourself for joy? Did you hand yourself power outside of yourself for money? Did you make money more powerful than you did? You hand your power over to the circumstances of your life or even the health of your life? Right? These are all places that we've gotta restore and take back cutting those cords of where you consciously gave your power outside of yourself, because the truth and restoring your power is all about claiming that you are really the creator.

(12:15):

You are the creator of all of it. And anything that you even experience in this life is really the karma debt of the cultural of everything that's been created, culturally, which you are, that you are the individual consciousness, the collective consciousness and the cosmic consciousness. Okay. So number one, part of the triangle is restoring your divine power. You are an almighty, spiritual being period. That is the truth that I am. Okay. So let's get into the second part of the triangle. The second part of the triangle is birthing your passion, birthing your unique truth in your deepest passions, releasing upsets, failed expectations, guilts and fears, claiming your freedom by accepting yourself, other people and life as it is. The only source of suffering really is the gap between wishing people, places and things we're different than they are. So we really have to shift you back to the truth of who you are, restoring your passion, by getting clarity on your values, your core values and your commitments, living a life you love by focusing on what matters to you.

(13:15):

Okay. So how do we do this? Exactly. Right. So how do we birth your passion, which is really birthing your relative truth. Again, there is ultimate truth and there's relative truths and you have a very specific relative truth, your unique truth. And so how do we do this? We first have to really take a look at what are your core values and where are you not living in a, in accordance and in alignment with your core values, we have to really take a hundred percent responsibility, no longer looking for anyone out there or anything, or any circumstance to ever shift until we shift. Nothing can shift out there because everything is the out picturing of the mind of your mind. It's called the mentally equivalent. So whatever's going on in your relationships and money and health is always going on in mind. And your mind is not just your mind.

(14:00):

Your mind is the collective and the cosmic. Remember. So birthing your passion. We have to get clear of what really matters to you and your core values. We have to see where you are, handing your power over and, and having expectations of other people to fulfill upon what matters to you. You have to take back your power and basically put boundaries on people, places, and circumstances so that you can live in peace and with your power and impassion, getting clear of where you have basically experience, you know, feeling like you failed at things, feeling like you have problems, feeling like there's confusion, feeling like there's quandaries, we get clear. And we restore that so that, you know, what's what really matters. Where do you wanna put your energy in this life and living on that, on that passion that you have, what do you like, like in the realm of relationships, what do you need in the realm of when you sleep in the lifestyle that you want and all that stuff, this is important to know self, have you ever just sat down and really thought about these things?

(15:03):

You know, all relationships are the opportunity to discover what you like and what you don't like. So have at it, go get out there and, and figure out what your passions are. If you don't know what your passions are, go discover. That's what college is about. That's what the world travels about. Go out and take as many courses, experience as many things as possible, go date as many people as you want to discover what you like and what you don't like. Okay. So we birth your passion. The third part of the truth. Triangle is birthing your purpose and calling. And we do this by turning your suffering into your triumph and creating the legacy you want to leave in this lifetime, you have a unique gift and a message to bring to the world. And we truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world.

(15:50):

So how do we do this? Exactly. We wanna really begin to look at the, um, the suffering and the, the, the tri, sorry, my phone's ringing, um, the triumphs that you've had over, um, over the triumphs that you've had in your life. And so if you haven't done your trauma work, you have to first year trauma work before you get to your birthing, your purpose and calling. Okay. So what triumphs have you had in this lifetime and plus your skillset plus your passion. Okay. So the actual formula for birthing your purpose and calling is your triumphs plus your passion plus your skillset. So how do we discover this? Sometimes we need to go in, go back into trauma on the side of the triangle. We do past life regressions, and we need to get clear of what trauma still needs to get cleared up on your track.

(16:48):

So we sometimes have to go back over to the power part of the triangle. Okay. So birthing your purpose in calling is, is I think one of the most beautiful things to do as someone who is a spiritual leader and a spiritual coach and doing subconscious reprogramming, it is an honor to do past life progressions. And you don't need to believe in past lives, but the truth is that you have all memory of all lifetimes in your DNA. So all trauma sits in you right now. We know there is no such thing as time or space in the spiritual realm, right? So it's really about getting clear on, on that. You are all that you are your ancestors, you are your parents, you're living and breathing as them because it's theirselves, it's their DNA. You're just the exact perfection, a a, all that your mom and your dad all in one, right?

(17:39):

So you're the fractal. That's unique to you. That's never, ever, there's not only one you in this entire universe. So we, again, the truth triangle is really birthing your true power, your true passion and your purpose. And then we get into creating your life purpose statement. And that's really about knowing what you really want in life, creating a north star for your life. And so I invite to ask yourself, you know, what traumas do you really feel that you've had in your past lives? If you really get into meditation, or you really get in there, obviously, again, this is done with a practitioner. This is done in session work, but you can begin to just ask yourself, you know, you can look at your grandparents, you can, you know, what they were upset about, right? You can look at your parents, you can see where they have had trauma or where they're feel lonely.

(18:27):

And they, they feel like they're not enough or whatever it is. You can just look at it and know it's not, this is not so difficult and birthing your purposes imperative because you get to complete all the trauma for your entire lineage. You can't have three sessions to be done, right? You gotta do your trauma work. And it takes some work to do this, your, your healing, your entire lineage, and then you are leaving your legacy. And this is the most beautiful thing. When you get clear of what really matters to you and what change and what impact you wanna have in the world, then you get to create your legacy. And when you create a legacy and you live from passion, you live from love. You will never ever work another day in your life, because this is a Dharma. This is a an honor.

(19:14):

And so in this, again, the truth triangle is about birthing your power, your passion, your purpose. Those are the three sides of the triangle. And in the center of it is really living your truth. You first have birth your truth. Now you get to live your truth. So in the middle of the triangle is your daily spiritual practice. And in your daily spiritual practice, number one, of course, you get grounded and source every day through meditation, prayer for all these things. And you also ask yourself what principles and practices do I want to embody to be the person that I've always wanted to be? Who do I need to be in the realm of my mindset, my skillset, to actually live out that purpose and calling a legacy. And every day you take inventory every day, you practice mindfulness and emotional intelligence to really keep being the healed person that you are.

(20:10):

You know, just because you do your trauma work does not mean that you don't have patterns that you've set in place. You may not get triggered anymore. You may not get reactive, but you have patterns and habits. So your daily spiritual practice is really about creating new habits and choosing to have the character that you really want choosing to be the person and the principles that you wanna live by every single day. And so this is a beautiful process. This MAUIC process of birthing your truth and living your truth. And I believe this is the core core work for all of us. Of course, meditation is imperative. Of course, prayer is imperative, but this is really the core work. And this is I'm just so incredibly honored to bur this to the world. This work that has taken me 25 years to develop no joke, 25 years, it's been a quarter of my life.

(21:04):

And the, and the first 22 years of my life was really all a relative truth of not living my truth and being in suffering and not wanting to live inside and being very confused and all the above. So this work has given me a life beyond my wildest dreams, and it is the greatest honor of my life to birth this to the world through what's being created into a book through this podcast, through society, through all the above. And so I just invite you if you're somebody that truly wants to dive into this work and do your subconscious work, please reach out to me. You can DM me on social media. You can email me at Aaron at Aaron FA Haskel. You can, you know, do whatever we have trained practitioners to do trauma work. And if you do have a calling to be a spiritual leader, please apply to society.

(21:56):

But we only accept people who are a thousand percent committed to really, really making an impact in the world. We don't, we don't, we don't do shenanigans and we don't do half ass. Okay. I create and develop badass spiritual leaders. And that is my must for my life. Okay. So thank you for tuning in, this is number two of 12 of this series of the podcast of live your truth. So you can binge the other ones and please refer a friend. If this has impacted your life, please send it to somebody that you feel like would really benefit from this. Also, if you'd give me a review five star review on the podcast here on iTunes or Spotify or wherever you are, um, I'm on all podcast, um, platforms. Okay. So have a wonderful day. And may you live your truth?

Welcome

(00:01):

To society, the shift to the tragedy movement. So you did so truth

(00:09):

Live from Los Angeles. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We also come together in a community soul society committed to being the number one spiritual leaders community in the world, committed to enlightenment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. Our mission is to awaken a billion people and how we are doing that is by developing world class spiritual leaders. So let's do this thing you guys today, this is the first of a 12 series on living your truth. What does it mean to live your truth? We're gonna birth your true power, your true passion and your true purpose. And we're gonna teach you how to reprogram your subconscious mind. And this is the basis of all of this work.

(01:02):

So I want to begin with my personal journey of seeking and coming to what I consider the most important work on this planet within myself and for, for people to truly live lives that they love and, um, release their suffering and begin to live their truth. Okay. So my journey began as I'm sure many of you heard my personal story at the age of 22, having a stillborn, uh, son and giving birth to his body and the next day going to the mortician's house and having a moment where I felt so alone, I was looking down at his body and he was gone. His body was still here and I realized we're not these bodies. And in that moment, I made a profound commitment to seeking truth, to figuring out what I was doing here, what the meaning of life was and how to really release the suffering.

(02:01):

That was GLING me. So in that moment in time, I was 22 and I began to seek. And, um, my, you know, my parents weren't really around. I grew up in a sort of hippie commune in the Hills of Santa Barbara and I had zero structure, no religion and no organization, no support, truly. And, um, and here I was at 22, I was, uh, married to somebody that I had. I didn't even know who he was. I didn't know myself. I was dying inside. I literally, other than I was not suicidal, but I literally didn't, didn't see the point in this life anymore. And I really handed my life over to seeking truth. And I thought, if I can just figure that out and give something back to this world, then it will make my life worth something. So I began to seek and I was anti-religion.

(02:50):

So I didn't wanna go to any of the religions. Um, and I began to read books, of course. And one of the common denominators that I found in the books was that all the great minds did meditation. So I began to meditate and I actually set up a little place in my closet. I began to meditate and I began to seek other things. I began to seek conferences and seminars and workshops and individuals that could teach me. I had no money when I was 22. So most of it I did, you know, off of free books or books that people handed me or whatever. And I began to go to, I went to landmark forum. I, you know, multiple times I, uh, got my nine rights in shamanism without any medicine, um, just pure and, and re and learned how to master energy. I began to seek and seek and seek.

(03:42):

I began to look at Socrates's method and Greek Oracle processes and subconscious works and all kinds of things. And I ended up becoming a spiritual practitioner and a, uh, new thought minister, which is science of mind understanding the metaphysics of the world, and then finally becoming a doctor of divinity. So it's been quite a journey. It's been a 25 year journey. And I'm here to say that I truly believe that out of all the work I've ever done, one of the most profound works that has shifted and turned on. My superpowers is doing my inner trauma work. And in doing the inner trauma work, then once you've done your inner trauma work, then it was really about birthing my truth, getting clear of what my core values are getting clear of. What's true for me, and then birthing my true purpose and calling. And this is what I'm gonna take you through.

(04:38):

So today the first of this 12 series that I'm so excited to bring to you guys is how to reprogram your subconscious mind, because this is what the basis of all of it is. Okay. So how do reprogram your subconscious mind? So all spiritual work is the restoring of the true identity and birthing your power, passion, and purpose. The core inner work is to clear the soul of all limiting beliefs, limited identities and negative, energetic memory, which are stored in the subconscious mind. So in society, basically the community that I run, we use a process called the truth triangle. Okay. This is something that I developed over, you know, over the last 25 years, I, I looked at all these processes, the subconscious mind, all the work of getting clearer and really living the most empowered you. And I went, what is this exactly? What is the process of this?

(05:35):

Exactly. And this is the process that I came up with, which is called the truth triangle and it's to birth the individual's truth and deprogram the subconscious mind. So we reprogram the subconscious mind by knowing the truth, living on spiritual principle and aligning with the universal law, we create our daily spiritual practice and set intentional habits in for success. But before we do all that, we have to deprogram the subconscious mind, which means we have to rid the subconscious mind of the limiting beliefs. And so, you know, everybody knows this, okay. We know it's the subconscious mind. We know those limiting beliefs, but how do you actually get rid of the limiting beliefs in the subconscious mind? Well, this is basically the key and the secret of over 25 years of what I have come to, which is for me, what I believe is my greatest gift to leave this planet, which is really understanding the commands that happen in traumatic incidences and how they get programmed into the subconscious mind and how they play out in people's lives.

(06:43):

So, you know, you can manifest all day, you can try and manifest all day. You can use all the affirmations you want. You can pray, you can do all this, but I believe that most people just don't have a strong enough of consciousness to override limiting beliefs and their commands that are already in their subconscious mind. So it's not until you've gone back in and re-experienced and done this work until you can actually begin to, to begin to know the truth and align with it. Okay. So in order to reprogram the subconscious mind, we must ask the following number one is what is the subconscious mind? What is reprogramming the subconscious mind? Why, I'm sorry. Why is reprogramming the subconscious mind so important? And number three is how do you reprogram the subconscious mind? So, number one, what is the subconscious mind? So from a spiritual perspective, the subconscious mind is a huge memory bank that in it basically encompasses all energetic coding within the consciousness of the individual, which includes individualized memory, the collective consciousness memory, and the cosmic consciousness memory.

(07:50):

Okay. So the subconscious is the automated and habitual aspect of your psyche. It is the non-critical aspect of thought. This infinite intelligence of the subconscious mind includes what we call the Ko records, which contains all mental pictures of all type lifetime. So the subconscious mind is it's. I mean, we say it's probably 98% of everything it's breathing. You it's, it's doing mathematical equations, chemical equations right now that no mathematician can do it is the super conscious of living and breathing as you, the subconscious mind is everything. It is attuning you to all of life right now. I don't think that even science remotely understands how profound the subconscious mind, they can't even get their, how do you, you know, how do you measure it? Right. So next, the second question is basically why is reprogram a subconscious mind so important, right? So why is it so important?

(08:52):

You know, reprogram is subconscious mind is imperative because you can go out and you can, you know, set your dreams and you can, you know, hustle all day and you can do your to-do list, but there are limiting commands within your subconscious mind limit identities and limiting beliefs that are running the show. And so this is why so many people, they sabotage their success, or they just get stuck and they don't know why or whatever it is is because they just have a decision in mind, a command in mind, that's already set in place. And until they deal with that, it doesn't matter if they have the greatest invention that can make billions of dollars, or they meet the love of their life, or, you know, they find all the wisdom of the greatest supplements on the planet. They will sabotage it within their subconscious programming.

(09:46):

It's kind of like a set program that's going off inside of them. And so the third question is how do you reprogram the subconscious mind? Well, we're gonna get into that. We first wanna use some analogies. Okay. Some metaphors. So it's kind of like, imagine that on you're, you're on one side of a big mountain and on your side, you're in your reality, the reality of wherever you are financially, emotionally, um, you're wherever you are, relationship wise, you're all these things. And on the other side of the mountain is your dream life. You know, who you wanna be, all the success, all the abundance, flowing, love, expression, all that stuff. And you think if I just climb over this little mountain, then I'll get to my dreams. Well, what people don't realize is underneath that mountain, it's kind of like the picture of having an iceberg in the middle of the ocean that goes down, down, down, and actually 90%, 98% of the mountain is actually down underneath it.

(10:46):

Right? So when we think we're just gonna climb over the mountain to our dreams, what we don't realize is that when we're climbing over that mountain there's stuff, that's gonna stop us, that we don't even know that's gonna stop us. And it's a subconscious mind. So if you want to have success, live your greatest version, end your suffering claim, your birthright or prosperity, have abundance in the realm of love and even restore your health. You've got to deal with the subconscious mind. Okay? So there's a great analogy or metaphor for the subconscious mind. And, um, it's the computer analogy. I use it all the time. So let's just pretend for a minute. And I want you to, um, you know, if you're on your phone or your computer, I want you to touch your phone or your computer. This is considered the hardware of your computer.

(11:35):

Okay? If you physically touch your body, this is considered the hardware of your body. This is your body. Okay? So now if you take a look at your computer and within your phone or computer there's, what's considered the software. We get software updates, we get glitches in our software, right? It's what's running the show on your computer or phone. So if you think about yourself and within you, what's running your show, it's your belief systems, right? We know that it's like the programming of the individual, which includes the energetic memory of the DNA. So epigenetics is now proving that all memory of all lifetimes is stored in our DNA. So your software, your belief systems is coming. Even through your genetic coding. It's also programmed through your friends, your family, the culture, et cetera, right? Your belief systems, your belief systems are everything. We know this.

(12:28):

Even that if you put yourself in a new environment, it will affect your, your chromosomes, your DNA, all of it, because you are one with everything. And if you are putting yourself in a better environment or around people at a higher consciousness or more abundant consciousness, you will, it will, it will, will go into by osmosis, right? So it's important to know that your software matters. So next, if you take a look at your phone or computer, it's the memory, right? So memory it's how great your computer or phone is, is how much memory has as well. So same with us, our memory, um, the memory of a computer is like the, like our memory in that our memory is not only it's stored in every single cell it's stored in every single cell, our memory, we call it the ACO records from a spiritual perspective, it holds all mental pictures of all lifetime.

(13:21):

Cuz you have to remember that you're not an individual. You are the individual, the collective consciousness and the cause and of consciousness. This is the truth of who you are. So your memory is the infinite intelligence of the entire universe, right? So this is the analogy. Okay? So now you can have the greatest phone, the greatest computer, the greatest software, the greatest memory. But if you don't have an operator for your phone or computer, it's not gonna do anything, right? So it's the same thing with you. You are the spiritual being, you're not your body. You're not your beliefs. You're not your memory. You are the spiritual being operating through this thing called this body of whatever that is. So the point is this is that we are like computers. And if we want our computer to work well, we've gotta do some work with it.

(14:08):

Right? Computers get glitches in it. Computers get slow, gets too many programs running in the background. You got too many files, open the caches full. We get that little spinning ball, right? Humans get slow. We get a lot of PA past traumatic incidences, mental pictures, limiting beliefs, disempowered thinking, chaos, dysfunction. We get overwhelmed. We get confused. We get sad. We get depressed, right? So the computer might have be not efficient partly wise because it has poor internet connection, right? So for the human, we may not be efficient because we have poor connection to source. We're too out in our frenetic world, we need to get grounded back and source. It's like re plugging into the wall, getting in our divine nature, doing our inner yoga and knowing the truth of who we are. So how do we reprogram the subconscious mind? Okay. So I'm gonna take you through some processes over the next 12, um, 12 weeks in, in this podcast.

(15:12):

And I'm going to walk you through doing trauma work. I'm gonna walk you through how to restore your power through basically shifting back your limited identities, the false identities that you have and bringing back to restoring your true empowerment, your true power, your divine nature. The second part of the truth triangle is we're going to be doing the subconscious work on birthing your, your passion, meaning your relative truth. What works for you? What you, what, where you really thrive in life. There's ultimate truths. Like for example, energy cannot be destroyed. Things like that. There's relative truth. Which means what works for you, works for you. You know, what do you love and what do you not love? That's different for you compared to another human being. We're gonna birth your core, your core goals, your core, your core values, and that is birthing your passion.

(16:12):

And then we're gonna learn how to put boundaries on people in your life and releasing your false expectations, your failed expectations, and knowing what works for you so that you can create the life that you want, regardless of your circumstances. Thirdly, we're going to birth your purpose. And this is done by basically looking at all the triumphs you've had. So maybe you still need to do your trials because you're gonna be going into your trauma work. But once we've already done that step three and birthing your purpose is really taking a look at your triumphs, plus your passion, plus your skill set and burden your purpose in calling. And we take all the trauma, the suffering of this lifetime and past lifetimes going into past life regressions. And we begin to birth your true purpose. I truly believe that you're here to complete your DNA cycle, your lineage, your ancestors, you're here to live the life that you're a grandma and your great-grandmother and everyone else wanted to live.

(17:15):

They're rooting for you and they're they have your back. And when you heal yourself, you're healing, supposedly seven generations and seven generations back. I believe you're heal all of life when you heal yourself. So this is the process I'm gonna take you through for the next 12 weeks. It is the truth triangle. It's living your truth. And this is so exciting. And so on this note, I just know the perfection of wherever you're at, no matter where you're at, if you're, if you're struggling with being sad inside, if you have heartache, if you can't seem to break through around money, if you have health issues, that just don't make sense. And you're just ongoing. You wanna listen to this 12 series. And I also ask that if this brings you benefit, please write a review, give us a five star. Also refer it to a friend.

(18:05):

You know, it's important to support the people that we love and the processes and things involved. So again, this is the primary work that I really feel like I'm here to leave the planet. It's also the primary work of society. So if you're somebody that desires to have a spiritual community and really dive even further into all these conversations, you are welcome to check out the website, soul society, S O U L C I E T e.com. So not only do you do your inner work and birth, your truth, you're able to help others do this work.

(18:56):

And a lot of the girls have, um, transitioned from traditional jobs claiming they're calling of being a spiritual leader. I've had girls that have, um, had success in, uh, getting tons of one-on-one clients, launching courses, launching memberships, um, having multiple six figures that is not guaranteed. We don't guarantee any income for people. We cannot do that, but we have had great results from some of the women are epic, epic women.
